[MAY WK2 20XX]

Chicago, as Raven found out when she arrived here, is a very noisy place. Much like Tokyo as she compared it to her home as she takes in the noise of the audience within the people here seem to be polite too as well. At least, she assumed it's only because of who she is as a person as far as titles go. Being one of the many children of the Emperor of Japan can have benefits as she learned while growing up. Something that extends to her daughter, Magpie, which has spoiled her to a considerable level.

Behind her, her mighty dragon, Haruka, grumbles in anticipation for battle against the Datonare before the trio while Magpie hangs on to her mom while being carried by her. Magpie usually hates being around other people excluding her mom and a small few, so with this many people looking down at her from the stands make her feel nervous, causing her to hide her face on Raven's shoulder who adjusts her in her arms and holds her tighter.

"[No worries, I'm gonna win this tourney and we will be off to see the person we came all the way here for.]" Raven soothes her daughter before glaring off at Laslow who's giving her a flirty smile. "Hey there, Miss Branwen. Hope you've been enjoying your stay in Chicago?" He winks at her, causing most of the women in the stands to swoon over him much to Raven's disgust and annoyance. "(No standards here, I see…)" "Not Interested." Over the years, she has improved her English to a passable level. Of course, she will still fumble as she tries to teach Magpie and herself the language.

Regardless, her answer does not seem to deter Laslow. If anything, it only makes him a bit more excitable. "Don't be like that, How about after I win this tourney? I take you out for a cup of tea?" He spares a look at Magpie and grins. "You and that baby girl of yours?" If Laslow was a smarter person, he would have noticed the flash of intense anger on Raven's face before it disappeared to a more tranquil glare as she spared a look at the ref. "Start now?" The ref nods as both Haruka and Flynn, Laslow's Datonare, walk up to the center of the arena and glare at one another before the ref begins the match and jumps away like his life was in danger.

"Let's start this off coolly, Flynn." Laslow thrust his hand out with a dramatic flair. "Set off an Ice Bomb!" Flynn opens his mouth and conjures a clear blue of ice the size of a basketball and shoots it towards Haruka. Haruka stands still with no worries as Raven issues a simple command.

"[Flutter]"

Haruka spread her wings wide and flap them hard one time to not only disrupt the Ice Bomb and destroy it with strong winds, but also strike Flynn which causes the Datonare to fly back some and land on his side in front of a slightly flustered Laslow who hides it with a small smile. "Ooh, strong, are we?" Flynn gets up slowly and shakes his body to try and hide the pain as Laslow smirks a bit. "Well, this is gonna be fun, Time to go all out and win!" Flynn barks in approval whereas Haruka just stands there with her claws ready and Raven still glaring ahead while Magpie holds on to her mom.

"Flynn, use Step!" Laslow snaps his fingers with Flynn disappearing from sight before popping up at random spaces as he makes his way to strike Haruka. "(Step allows Flynn to move at ludicrous speed before ramming his foe. Due to the sheer speed of this attack, this move is very hard to dodge and it tend to hit the opponent's hit spot a lot too!)" His grin gets wider as Flynn gets closer to Haruka who appears bored and uninterested. "(There's no way she will get her Dragon to dodge the atta-")

Suddenly, just as Flynn disappeared, he's suddenly grabbed tightly around his body with his eyes bulging out as Haruka grabbed him with her claw and brought her close to her face with a baleful glare. Laslow's jaw drops from the sight before him as Raven smirks slightly. "Bu-bu-but ho-how?" Laslow could only wonder before Raven's smirk gets wider and looks at Magpie.

"[Would you like to do the honors, sweetie?]" Magpie smiles as she holds her hand out in front of her and her other one up high before slamming it down. "[Haruka, slam!]" Haruka sneers before grabbing Flynn by his lower body and slamming him to the ground behind her with a loud crack in the floor as Flynn coughs up blood from the attack. And then she slams him in front of her with Flynn's belly cracking the floor again and spitting up blood. She proceeds to do this over and over to the audience's stunned shock and horror as well as Laslow's. No one could say a word as Haruka continued to slam the poor tiger over and over before finally swinging him around in a circle by her side before tossing him to the wall behind Laslow. Flynn ends up engraved into it with some of his bones broken and hacking up blood before slowly falling down.

The entire arena is silent for a moment before suddenly they all burst in cheers from the sheer brutality from the match as Haruka roars loudly to announce her win. Laslow and some of the women in the stands are the only ones who are shocked and horrified at the carnage. "My-my-my Flynn…wh-what the-the fuck?" As Haruka walks back to her trainer, Raven sighs in disappointment at the lack of challenge as she makes her way to the dugout to wait for her next match, sitting down with Magpie on her lap.

"[The state of American trainers is truly sad.]" She bounces Magpie on her lap for a bit as the next trainers come out to fight. "[Let's hope your father isn't as bad as them or else I'll have to train him harshly…]"

Back at Cloud's home, everyone watched the match with various expressions and thoughts in their head before voicing them out. "Goddamn, I have never seen a brutal beatdown like that since some of my matches!"Aaron is clutching his stomach from laughing too hard whereas Tifa seems to have a more thoughtful face, thinking of the prowess of the Japanese trainer. "Well, hard to take a gander on that Dragon from what little we've seen. Not sure if Flynn was too weak or if Haruka was really that strong…" Cloud shrugs as he eats some popcorn without too much concern of the fight and the implications. "We won't really know until we fight her, which may happen…but who cares?" He turns towards James for his thoughts. "What do you think?"

However, James seems to have frozen with a still expression locked to the TV with his mind going haywire over something more important.

"(That's my kid. That's my kid. That's my kid. That's my kid. That's my kid…)" Toji, ever the loyal monster he is, glances over and jumps up to slap James on the back of his head to wake him up."Ah!" He gives Toji an angry glare who shrugs it off and points at Cloud who's waiting for his answer. James turns towards him and sighs. "Well, she's pretty damn strong, that's for sure…" Cloud nods in agreement, not willing to pry why his friend was so quiet and answers back. "At worst, she probably too strong for this rank and will advance to the next one come next change of seasons"

"Still, I wanna fight her." Tifa smiles with her cracking her fists. "I think me and Rinoa will do fine." Rinoa chirps in agreement, the Hare cracking her fists as well. "I'm more interested in wondering who banged her and gave her a baby…" Aaron rubs his chin with a sage-like look. "Lucky bastard…" James made sure not to laugh from nervousness to bring attention to him while Tifa scoffs and glares. "More like a shitty father…" She frowns as she goes on, unaware of how uncomfortable James is around her now. "Motherfucker in the literal sense leaves this poor woman alone to raise a child while he's somewhere out there possibly fucking another woman like the lazy bum he is…"

James quickly begins thinking of an escape plan out of the house as she continues on. "If I ever catch that bastard…" She holds a hand in front of her and slowly closes it to a fist in front of her.

"I'll smash 'em."

Cloud sweats a bit with Squall worried for his trainer's fate tonight as he and the trainer knows how Tifa can get. Aaron crosses his legs in phantom pain while mentally sending his condolences to whoever this person is as James just abruptly stands up and heads towards the back while sprinting. "Heading to the bathroom!" he shouts as he covers his mouth to hide his vomit from the sheer fear he has from Tifa's threat. Tifa raises an eyebrow in concern for her friend. "Is he ok?"

"(No, you just threaten to castrate a man around him, he's probably scarred for life.)" Fearing for his own life, Cloud decides to lie to his girlfriend. "He'll be fine, let's go back to the match."
Toji decides to head to the back to check on his trainer as he barf into the toilet within the bathroom.

"(oh fuck, oh fuck, i'm a dad…)" James finally finishes his episode before taking some toilet paper to wipe his mouth off and take a moment to catch his breath. Toji knocks on the door and enters the bathroom with a worried expression. "Toji…" He looks back at the antlan who tilts his head as James flushes the toilet with a sigh. "I'm fine…just…" He shakes his head before giving his monster a small smile."I'll be fine, ok?" Toji does not believe him, but he also knows when James is trying to hide something so he just shrugs and heads back to the room with James taking a look at himself in the mirror and sighing. "Well…let's go and finish the tourney."

He heads back to the living room where Aaron looks at him with a raised eyebrow. "You good, cousin?" "Yeah…" He nods as he sits back down on the couch. "Cool." "(If he didn't got up and threw up, it would had been me…)"

The rest of the tourney goes just as they expected as Raven dominated it all with Haruka crushing everyone. She takes the trophy and prize money with Magpie in her arms and Haruka behind her before they leave the arena to the cheers of the people and pictures taken by the media. As the tourney dies down, James and Aaron soon leave the place and say goodbye to Cloud and Tifa as well as their monsters.

As the sun sets over them and after an hour of driving to James's ranch, Aaron gets his stuff ready to go back home to Arizona tonight with James helping him. It only took him 30 mins before they got done and they said their goodbyes as well with Aaron calling for Uber and heading out.

Soon, it's 10PM and James is sitting in his living room watching some anime with Toji before suddenly the Antlan turns to the door and gets up while extending a blade out of his wrist. "Toji?" James calls out to him with some apprehension. Perhaps it's a stray monster that got too close to the ranch and Toji senses them. Toji opens the door and jumps out as he looks around to the darkness before looking up and clenching his fist. James heads outside in his PJs and looks up. "What the hell do you see up there?" He squints his eyes before he spots something flying towards them. A pure Dragon from the looks of things.

"The fuck?! That's a stray Dragon!" James grits his teeth in preparation for a battle before he takes a closer look as it gets closer and sees a person riding on it. "Why is there a person riding it? Do they want to battle…." But as they get closer, the person on the dragon becomes clearer to him and Toji as James suddenly pales. The Dragon stops some distance above them as the person jumps off of her and lands on the ground before James and Toji with a girl in her arms.

Raven stands up and adjusts her samurai clothing as well as Magpie's before looking up at James with a small smirk as Haruka lands behind her. "Hello there…"

"...Raven Branwen…" is all James can say as he sees the woman he slept with and the daughter he helped bring into the world…
