Good evening,

I'm sorry this was a tad bit late, but there was a lot more to this bonus chapter than I thought there would be. I actually had to break the bonus chapter up into two parts. I am still writing the second part; I'm hoping to have it finished either by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

I hope you enjoy the first part.

Oxford Not Brogues

Haunted

Bonus Chapter

(Part One)

It was the sound of an owl hooting in the distance that woke Seras from such a deep, luxurious sleep. Has she ever slept so well in her life? Was it from the cozy encampment of blankets? Or because of the lethargy from Alucard drinking her blood? Or was it because she had died and returned to life as a vampire? Whatever the cause of her deep, beautiful sleep, she awoke feeling so refreshed. Opening her eyes, she was greeted by the stunning sight of the Milky Way and the thousands of stars sprinkled across the dark sky. Once more it took her breath away, but this time she didn't cry. Instead, she admired the sky, noticing the magellanic clouds Sebastian had pointed out earlier were a little clearer. Before they had looked like mere smudges, but now she could see the definite blue, white, and some orange in it.

Slowly, Seras pushed herself up into a sitting position and craned her head back to further study the night sky. Her mouth fell open in absolute bewilderment and bafflement when realizing her eyesight was possibly ten times better. In fact, it was hardly dark to her. She could see so clearly that it was as if it was noon instead of midnight. But the gorgeous sky above her told her that it was still very much night. The small blonde's breathing accelerated as she took in her surroundings, admiring the way her vision instantly adapted to the dark. She supposed she was a nocturnal creature now. Knowing that brought on a strange feeling. As Alucard and Sebastian had said, there was no going back now.

Raising her hand, she felt around on the left side of her throat until she felt two deep puncture marks. Her breath hitched in her throat and her heart jumped in her chest. Usually, Alucard healed his bite marks after he was done feeding from her. Why weren't his bite marks gone? If she was a vampire, shouldn't it have healed by now? To be sure that she was a creature of the night, Seras' hand flung up towards her lips. Opening her mouth wide, she used her thumb and forefinger to run across her teeth. Instantly, she found what she was looking for and flinched. Gasping, she pulled her hand out of her mouth to look at her bleeding finger. She nicked herself? Carefully, the girl brought her fingers back to her mouth to gently touch her new fangs. She knew that they were incisors, but she never imagined them being so sharp. Did she not have to bite hard in order to feed then? How hard did she need to bite?

After she was done inspecting her fangs with her fingers, she lifted her hand to look at it. The finger she had nicked on one of her fangs had stopped bleeding. Seras' eyes widened. Had she wiped the very little blood there was off on her teeth or had she healed? The girl's eyes trailed down to her wrist. She supposed she could kill two birds with one stone. She could test how hard she needed to bite to tear through human flesh and she could see if she was healing on her own. Taking a deep breath, Seras slowly raised her arm. Nervously, she parted her lips around her wrist. Her heart was racing, which bewildered her because she thought it would be completely dead in her chest. Closing her eyes, the girl finally worked up enough courage to bite down. It was far easier than she had thought.

However, the one thing Seras hadn't expected was the absolute rapture that flooded her body. Automatically, the girl's body curved as her breasts thrust out. She gave a deep moan when that pleasure shot straight down to her nether regions. This pleasure was so much stronger than when she was human. Euphoria was instantaneous and she swore that she was on the brink of coming. Not wanting to do anything without Alucard or Sebastian, Seras forced herself to withdraw her fangs from her wrist. The pleasure was ripped away from her, though her body remained ever so sensitive. The small blonde involuntarily trembled and moaned softly as she studied her bleeding wrist. Before her very eyes, her skin knitted together and the wound disappeared entirely, confirming that she was a vampire.

"Holy shit," Seras breathed. Why did those bite marks disappear and not Alucard's? Did it mean his bite marks would stay with her forever? Why? To signify she belonged to him? That he was her master? Who cared if his bite marks didn't heal though? She liked that, and her other wounds healed, proving she was something more than human. This was real. She was really a vampire. A large smile graced her lips as excitement swelled in her dark blue eyes. She was really going to be with Alucard and Sebastian forever. Speaking of which, where were they? Seras' eyes bounced upwards to look all around for her mates. She didn't have to look far. She noticed a pair of legs on either side of her. Turning, she found the two sound asleep. Alucard was laying on his back while Sebastian was laying on his side, having been facing her while she had been transforming in her sleep.

How long had she been out? But that thought left her mind when noticing a small pool of dried blood between the dark haired males. Instinctively, Seras cupped her throat where Alucard bit her. Was all of that her blood? He must've hit an artery? Her throat felt all weird and sticky. All down her neck and some of her shoulder was caked in dried blood. Some of it flaked off on her fingertips. How much blood was on her? Her dress was probably ruined. Could Sebastian fix it? Did he know how to get out bloodstains? Seras' thoughts trailed off when she once again heard an owl in the distance. The little vampire's head snapped in the direction she heard it come from. It then occurred to her that her eyesight wasn't the only thing that evolved after her transformation. Her hearing and sense of smell had too.

Unbeknownst to her, the small blonde's eyes shifted to a dark shade of red. Without even trying, she spotted the long eared owl hooting that was at least seven to eight hundred meters away from her. It was deep in the dense woods, up on a high branch among leaves and other branches, but she spotted him quite well with her sharp eyesight. Her nose twitched when smelling his musty, dusty feathers and the unpleasant blood that flowed through his veins. With her significant hearing, she heard his beating heart, the way his beak gently clicked, and his talons scraping against the branch he was sitting on. She could even hear him move his tongue in his mouth. In that small moment, she felt very much like a cat hunting a bird. She had every desire to chase and pounce the poor critter and she didn't even know why. Was she tapping into her animalistic nature and instincts? Was she starting to get drunk off the power and abilities that were given to her?

She wanted to fully test these evolved abilities and discover what she could truly do. Like, if she wanted to, could she catch that owl? A large smile swept across her face. Anxious to see if she was capable of it, Seras giggled as she jumped to her feet and ran off into the dense woods. She was smiling so widely that she didn't even realize her new fangs were gleaming in the moonlight. What should have taken her at least a minute or two to reach that owl, it only took her twenty seconds at the most, and to her delight she wasn't even out of breath. How much faster was she? How far could she run before she got winded or exhausted? She was ready to thoroughly explore all of her strengths! And was she ever prepared for Alucard to teach her everything he knew about being a vampire! Could she get even stronger?! It didn't sound possible! She already felt incredibly strong! How much stronger could she possibly get?!

Seras wanted to test every single one of her strengths and abilities. But first, she needed to catch this owl! Reflecting a similar insane grin Alucard would possess, Seras gave total control to her instincts and that inner voice that guided her. It wasn't exactly her conscience; this voice was different. It was…darker, but wise. It seemed to know exactly what to do, so Seras blindly trusted that voice. Acting without even thinking, the little vampire climbed that tree faster than humanly possible. As expected, the owl sensed her and was instantly spooked by the predator creeping up on him. Expanding his reliable wings, he attempted to take off, but the deadly predator was on top of him within seconds.

Carefully, since she had no intention of hurting the poor creature, Seras flung herself towards him and wrapped her arms around the screeching bird. The monster and bird tumbled right over the branch. Being a graceful beast, Seras proceeded to rely on her instincts even when falling eighty feet. Free falling with a pissed off, flapping bird only filled the little vampire with exhilaration and adrenaline. She laughed loudly and cheerfully, purely thrilled and amused that she had successfully caught her first 'prey'. Seconds before she could hit the ground, her body naturally turned and amazingly somehow slowed her velocity, making her fall safely straight onto her feet.

Had she really just defied gravity?! Seras thought in disbelief as she glanced back up at the very tall tree. Her smile widened further. She just fell eighty feet and landed without a scratch on her! Thoughtlessly, the excited girl hugged the screeching owl that was still trying desperately to escape from her arms. She supposed the one creature on this earth that could defy gravity would be a freak of nature, which she now was. "That was amazing!" She exclaimed. Underneath all those feathers and skin, she could feel the hot blood rushing through his veins. Unaware of what she was doing, she squeezed the bird a little tighter. His blood in no way smelled appetizing, but it was close and so warm, and she was so hungry.

Seras had no idea when this hunger came on so strong, but she suddenly realized the horrible pain that was clawing at her empty stomach. Her smile fell as every cell in her body started to burn in need. That sweet voice whispered to her use her nails and tear out the owl's throat to get to its disgusting, but nourishing blood. The small blonde swallowed in discomfort from the feelings that were brewing inside of her. It disturbed her how badly she wanted that blood. Thankfully, she was willfully strong and ignored those feelings. Not wanting any harm to come to the owl, she released it. Unsurprisingly, it flapped its wings as hard as it could to fly away from her as fast as possible. Her red eyes narrowed sharply on the flying critter as the voice demanded her to capture it. Clenching her fists, Seras stood her ground.

"Impressive," A voice purred. The little vampire gasped and swung her head around to find Alucard and Sebastian both standing there. The elder vampire was leaning against a nearby tree with his arms folded over his chest. Seras had been so focused on the blood that her instincts had failed to warn her of the two monsters that had snuck up on her. "Even if it is foul animal blood that you turned down, it is really quite impressive you resisted the urge to snap its neck and consume its blood. That is extremely hard for a fledgling to do."

"I didn't want to hurt him." Seras murmured as her eyes finally returned to her normal dark shade of blue. A smile then cracked her face as she let that dreary subject go. Racing over to her mates, she eagerly showed them her new fangs. "Look!" She exclaimed as she opened her mouth wide to show off her incisors. Sebastian pinched her chin between two fingers and leaned in to inspect her pearly white fangs.

"Very nice, my darling." The demon smirked at her. "How do you like them? Are you getting used to them?"

"Honestly, I've hardly noticed them." Their adorable mate giggled. She then swept her tongue across her teeth and fangs. "I'm surprised they fit so comfortably in my mouth."

"I see that you've been having fun with being a new vampire." Alucard chuckled.

"What were you doing?" Sebastian asked as he released her chin and stood up straighter. Seras' face reddened and she bashfully lowered her gaze as she wrung her hands.

"Hunting," She admitted shyly. "I just wanted to see if I was capable of…catching the owl." Alucard openly cackled.

"That's far too easy of a task. You are capable of so much more, Draculina." The elder vampire told her with a large toothy grin on his face.

"Surely she knows that, Alucard. She was just having some mindless fun." Sebastian responded.

"Well," Alucard purred and he pushed off the tree. "If it's fun you're looking for," The monster then unexpectedly lunged for her. Seras' instincts were quick to kick in and she dodged his first attack. Spinning on her heel, the little vampire was about to bolt, but her master was far faster. Wrapping his long arms around her, he pulled her backwards and lifted her off of her feet.

"Alucard!" Seras exclaimed through her girlish laughter. She kicked her legs as she gripped his arms to try and pry herself free. The No Life King growled before he playfully nibbled on her throat, getting her to laugh even harder. "That tickles!"

"You failed to outrun your predator." Alucard reminded her. "That makes you my prey."

"Alucard, you didn't even give her a chance." Sebastian chuckled into his hand.

"She's a deadly, fierce predator now. She had a chance to escape but acted too slow." The elder vampire corrected the demon. "Our little bride has to learn to be faster."

"Don't be rude. Give her a second chance." The demon smirked widely. Seras was dismayed when Alucard unraveled his freakishly long arms from around her. She landed on her feet, but stumbled a bit until she caught her balance.

"Run, little rabbit!" Alucard exclaimed. "Run as fast as you can! Don't let the wolves catch you!" To their surprise, their mate didn't bolt. Instead, she spun on her heel to look up at the tall vampire. In such an adorable manner, Seras placed her hands behind her back while she teetered on the balls of her feet. Despite her looking cute, she had such a deviant look in her eyes and a crooked smile on her face.

"A rabbit? Is that how you see me?" The little vampire asked. Her smile grew until she was showing off her razor sharp fangs. Alucard and Sebastian instantly stopped grinning as they became captivated by the way she was looking at them. And that smile. How her perfect burgundy lips were pulled into that chilling smile, it excited them. "Weren't you the one who said only moments ago that I am a deadly, fierce predator? A rabbit is hardly a predator. Really the only thing that fears bunny rabbits is lettuce." Seras laughed. "Bunny rabbits don't hunt. Predators do, and I want to hunt." A shiver of excitement shot down the demon's spine, especially when her dark blue eyes shifted to a blood red. Quite suddenly, both men were ready to drop to his knees and have her do whatever she wanted to them. They wanted her to suckle any part of their flesh and pierce them with her new fangs.

"If you catch one of us, what will you do to him?" Sebastian asked out of curiosity, wanting her to be as explicit as possible. Her eyes flickered to his face to lock gazes with him. The demon straightened, his eyes widened, and a tinge of red actually appeared in his cheeks. In her eyes alone, he could practically see all that she was planning to do with whoever she captured. Those haunting eyes of hers trailed down their bodies very slowly, taking them all in. And then she did something that drove them absolutely mad with desire. She bit her lower, dark redish-purple lip. Surrendering themselves to her completely, both Alucard and Sebastian fell onto their knees before their glorious, gorgeous, sexy mate. "Do whatever you wish. We are yours." The corner of her lip twitched in her amusement and she snickered under her breath.

"Oh," Seras groaned before she combed her fingers through Sebastian's hair. "But that isn't fun. I told you already, I want to hunt and be chased. To pounce and be attacked."

"Sounds like you want to play." Alucard purred as a large grin crept onto his pale face. Unexpectedly, the little monster tackled the No Life King to the ground. His grin faltered as his eyes widened in surprise from the sudden attack. It stunned him further when his usually shy bride threw his arms over his head to pin him down. Alucard gaped at the small blonde who was straddling his waist. Leaning over him, she pressed her busty chest against his as she brought her face close to his until he could feel her breath on his lips. She stared at him for a long few seconds before her smile widened. Gradually, she lowered her head further until he felt her lips on his ear.

"And so much more," She whispered, making him instantly hard.

"Seras," The elder vampire moaned in pure need.

"Hey," Seras murmured and placed a kiss on his throat. She could feel the blood rushing through his veins. It made her fangs ache terribly and for her stomach to growl in need, but she temporarily ignored her hunger.

"What?" Alucard responded, sounding as if he was in a deep trance. Willingly, he craned his head back, allowing his bride more access to his throat. She eagerly covered his bare throat in hot, little kisses that riled him further.

"I just realized," She continued and kissed her way up his throat to his soft lips. After placing a deep, loving kiss there, she sat up straighter to meet his gaze. "We're the same temperature." Giggling sweetly, Seras released his wrists to interlace fingers with him. "You're so…incredibly warm." Letting go of his hands, she distractingly ran them down his body. Alucard shuddered when his mate purposely teased him. "It's nice. Cozy." Going even lower, she reached behind her to boldly cup the large bulge in his pants. The No Life King jolted beneath her in response. "I can't wait to feel your hot, naked flesh against mine." Seras was pulled out of the moment when Sebastian grabbed her chin and yanked her head up so she had to meet his gaze. Such amusement, delight, and arousal danced in his sinister red eyes. To tease her, he ran his thumb over her bottom lip.

"I love how confident you are right now." The demon whispered as he stared deep into her eyes. "What is the cause of it? What brought this sudden wave of confidence?" Seras smirked up at him.

"I feel incredibly good, like I can do absolutely anything." She purred. A look of pure elation spiked in her eyes then. "I bet you guys can't catch me!" Before either male could say anything, Seras scrambled off of Alucard and then disappeared in a flash. The No Life King lifted his head to confirm that his mate was no longer on top of him. What happened? One minute she was fondling him and then the next she was running off, expecting to be chased. True they had wanted to hunt her down, but…

"I thought she wanted to hunt us." Sebastian chuckled, unknowingly having finished Alucard's thought. The elder vampire pushed off the ground to properly sit up. Their instincts were already acting and told them exactly which direction their bride had run off in. Hunting her would be easy for them.

"That's what she said," Alucard snickered as he stood up and brushed the dirt from his pants. "But she did also state that she wanted to hunt and be hunted as well as pounce and be attacked." The corner of his lips pulled into a wide, chilling grin.

Seras' heart was pounding in exhilaration. It felt like time had slowed down incredibly. Her eyes detected every little thing and every little detail in milliseconds. Not only did she see a wolf spider attacking a moth that had caught itself in its web, but she could also see the tiny hairs on the spider's body and its beady little eyes. She noted the thin veins of green and yellow leaves that littered the floor of the woods. She could clearly see all the grooves and lines of the rough bark of every tree. The little monster took all of this in as it flew past her in a blur. And even though she was running at least eighty kilometers per hour, she was extremely light on her feet, barely making a single sound. Even when she stepped on a branch, she hardly put enough weight on it to break it.

Up ahead, an unkindness of ravens appeared out of nowhere and flew right towards her. The cawing black beasts flapped their wings hard and showered the earth with long, silky black feathers. A distraction, Her instincts warned her. Above and from the side. Automatically, Seras gracefully threw herself backwards, avoiding an attack from Alucard from above as well as an attack from Sebastian from her right. The ravens, on the other hand, continued to come right at her. Without stopping or losing her momentum, she acted fast, spun herself to the left to avoid the ravens, and then took off running again. In that brief moment, she glanced at her mates. Alucard was laughing like an absolute madman while an intense hunger and lunacy glinted in his hellish red eyes that glowed fiercely in the night; while Sebastian had nothing but pride and adoration in his eyes as he gave her such a tender, loving smile. Seras flashed her mates with a playful smirk before she took off.

What she hadn't anticipated was for the flock of ravens to multiply and swarm around her. Seras came to a dead halt when she found herself in the middle of a tornado of raining feathers and screeching birds. The twister of ravens went as high as a hundred feet, making it impossible for her to escape by jumping into any trees. And it was only getting narrower as the birds flying around her drew even closer. She attempted to focus her eyes and mind on any way she could escape. Perhaps if she timed it perfectly she could dodge the birds and run past them. Unfortunately, they were swarming around her way too fast. Her smile faltered as some of her confidence slipped away. What would even happen if one of those ravens did touch her? Out of curiosity, Seras reached out one of her hands with the intention to touch a raven. However, before it could happen, she was being 'greeted' ever so 'subtly' by one of her mates.

"SERAS VICTORIA!" Alucard screamed at the top of his lungs. Gasping, the little monster whipped her head around just in time to watch her master do what she had feared to do. Without hesitance, he lunged himself past the tornado of ravens, not hitting a single one. The tall, spine tingling King of Vampires himself was falling, elegantly she would admit, but still falling right on top of her. Having very little room in the narrow vortex of ravens, she just barely jumped out of the way before the heavy monster could land on her. Like a perfect black panther, Alucard landed agilely on his feet. The tornado of ravens practically exploded as they instantly broke formation and dispersed in different directions. The monster's grin was so wide that he showed off every razor sharp tooth. The way his head was cocked slightly to the side with a delusional look in his eyes was deeply disturbing and gave her chills. He loomed over her, like how a wolf would loom over a bunny rabbit.

Was this how David felt when up against Goliath? Or Ahab against Moby Dick? How had she never realized how large, foreboding, and deranged looking he was? Honestly, it was a little unnerving and electrifying. Within seconds, he had her wrapped in his arms and pressed up against him. Seras gasped as she instinctively gripped his arms to hold on to him.

"I've caught you." Alucard whispered. Has she ever been more attracted to him? Unable to resist, the two lunged for one another. Seras bolted onto the tips of her toes and threw her arms around his neck. Their lips met to form a scorching kiss that elicited their craving for the other's body. The little vampire gave a deep moan of appreciation before tangling her fingers in his long, black curly hair. He mirrored her action by using one of his hands to tangle his fingers in her short, blonde hair. But instead of being gentle, he fisted her hair and threw her head back. Tearing his mouth from hers, he brought his lips to her throat. "As a reward for capturing my prey, I should be allowed your blood." Seras shuddered as her breathing and heart rate accelerated.

"Alucard," She breathed. She was desperate to feel his large, sharp fangs tear into her throat. She yearned for that feeling of euphoria again. But she was only met with disappointment when Alucard shoved her an arm's length away from him.

"But however will my little Draculina learn how to properly hunt if I don't give her the chance to?" He chuckled. Seras smiled maniacally at him and giggled.

"Then run, little rabbit." She couldn't help but tease him. "Run as fast as you can before the wolf catches you." Grinning widely, Alucard's form burst into a colony of squeaking bats that flew off in unison. Seras took one step in the direction her master took off in before she was stopped abruptly by cawing. It was then that she realized that the flock of ravens had not gone very far. To her bewilderment, she was encircled by dozens, maybe even hundreds, of ravens sitting on branches. Her eyes darted about to look at all the birds that surrounded her. Would they attack as soon as she moved? What was their plan? "Malphas?" Seras whispered, even though she knew she wouldn't get a response. The only response she got were ravens cawing out of sync. Amused by the game he was playing with her, she smirked. "So far, Sebastian, you're only hiding behind your birds. I'm starting to think you aren't truly capable of catching me." She purposely provoked him, hoping to draw him out of his hiding place. A chuckle resonated around her, but she was unable to tell where it came from.

"I can appear anywhere at anytime I like. If I truly wanted to capture you, I would have done it by now." The demon's voice came from all around her. "However, I enjoy taking my time with my prey to tease, torment, and play with them."

"Torment, eh?" Seras snickered as she spun to check her surroundings, being sure he wasn't going to flank her at any second. "And how are you tormenting me right now?" Before he could answer, she further teased him. "Are you 'tormenting' me by keeping me away from your lips? Oh! I'm in absolute agony! You know I can't go more than five seconds without your lips on mine!" She joked as she pretended to swoon. Her comment appeared to have done the trick because the ravens started acting up. Diving off of their branches, the black birds started flying and swarming around her rapidly again.

"Are you trying to torment me with your sarcastic comments?" Sebastian questioned her. "You were doing well torturing me before you spoke."

"Oh, yeah?" Seras laughed. "And how was I 'torturing' you, Sebastian?" Again, before he could speak, his mate continued on. "Let me guess. Not being able to kiss my burgundy lips? If you can appear anywhere at anytime and if you really wanted to kiss me, then wouldn't you have done it by now?"

"I see what you're doing," The demon chuckled. The little monster jumped when someone took her by the hand and twirled her. Her skirt wrapped around her legs as she was forced to spin to face Sebastian. He immediately wrapped his arms around her while he flashed such a sexy smile that the butterflies in her stomach fluttered in delight. "And it's working," He whispered. He then leaned down to kiss deep into those tempting burgundy lips. Seras smiled in pride.

"I got you." She purred between kisses.

"No, you were to supposed to outrun me." Sebastian reminded her. "I got you." He placed another deep kiss on her lips.

"Let's just call it even." Seras laughed.

"No," The demon responded. "You let yourself get captured. You lost."

"Maybe I was telling the truth earlier. Maybe I really can't stay away from your lips for more than five seconds." She joked.

"By far, you're easy prey. Catching you wasn't much of a challenge at all. So let's see how good of a predator you are." Sebastian whispered. Placing one last kiss on her lips, the demon and his ravens disappeared in a blink of an eye.

"HEY!" Seras exclaimed through giggles. She then took off running in the direction her instincts told her to go in. It was still bizarre to her that she could sense Alucard and Sebastian even with a great distance between them. Would she be able to hunt down highly skilled monsters? Would they go easy on her? She could smell them. Alucard's aroma of blood, gun powder, and spice. Sebastian smelled of vanilla and nutmeg with a hint of soap. Wait. What was that other scent on them? Sniffing deeply, she picked up on something that smelled absolutely divine. Her fangs lengthened, but she tried not to pay any mind to it. Instead she focused on her other senses as she hunted and played with her mates. She could hear their beating hearts…that pumped their blood through their veins to various points in their bodies. Seras' throat and mouth suddenly went dry as her stomach rumbled.

Automatically, her eyes sharpened, allowing her to see a couple hundred meters ahead of her where her mates were. Unfortunately, she didn't see them. All she could focus on were the veins and arteries she could see running through their bodies. She swallowed nervously as she tried to ignore the feelings and dark, abnormal thoughts that were creeping up on her. She just wanted to have some fun! She didn't want to think about anything else! Burying her instincts and hunger, Seras forced a smile onto her face so as to not alarm her mates.

"Hmn," Alucard hummed when she finally caught up to them. He noticed immediately that she was slower and more careless than before. Earlier she had been fast, spry, cautious, and elegant. What happened? But seeing that she was still in a playful mood, he decided not to worry. "Normally, I would chastise a fledgling who is so slow, but I can't help but feel proud of how well you're embracing this life." The No Life King playfully dodged his mate's attack as she pounced at him.

"Are you enjoying your life as a vampire thus far, my Draculina?" Alucard cackled when his mate tried grabbing for him but failed again when he simply darted backwards. Seras said nothing though. While she had been enjoying running, jumping, and playing, she was starting to get a little nervous. She didn't like how agitated and hungry she was becoming. She didn't like that the scent of their blood kept creeping into her nostrils or that she could actually see the blood flowing through them. And she especially didn't like that voice in her head that was practically gnashing its teeth and screaming at her to feed. All she could envision was tearing into her beloved dark haired males, and that terrified her.

Why would she think such horrid things?! She didn't want to hurt her mates! She didn't want to hurt anyone! Why was she so hungry? Would it be like this for the rest of her life? Will she always be starving? How is she going to act around humans? What if she can't control her thirst? What if she kills mercilessly just to get what she wants? Seras wanted to cry out of frustration and fear, but instead she tried focusing hard on playing with her mates. She lunged for Sebastian, not sure if she was trying to tag him or if she just really needed a hug. However, before she could even touch him, the sly demon danced his way around her. He openly chuckled at her when she stumbled after missing him.

"Not exactly agile, but I'm sure that will improve overtime." Sebastian teased her. It was unbeknownst to the dark haired males that Seras was only growing angrier. Why was she feeling this way? She was only getting angrier because she was so angry. She had no reason to be angry, so why was she so angry?! She hated this feeling! She wished that it would just stop! Her eyes darkened to a blood red and she huffed.

"You're more like a fierce kitten than a wolf." Alucard chuckled, trying to provoke her so she would attack him.

"Alucard!" Seras whined as she tried grabbing for him, but he smoothly and effortlessly dodged her poor attempt.

"What happened?" Sebastian laughed as he sidestepped to avoid her next attack. "You were so motivated, intuitive, and lively…" The demon trailed off then when fully acknowledging the change in her demeanor. The smile fell from Sebastian's face as he came to a dead stop, but this gave Seras the opportunity to catch him. The little monster tackled the tall demon to the ground. She was unaware that her nails had lengthened during her mild panic attack and she had accidentally sliced into him. Blood got under her fingernails as some droplets stained his purple shirt. But the demon hardly noticed or cared. What was bothering his darling angel? Had he done something wrong? Had he said something offensive? Gingerly, he cupped the side of her face, even though she wasn't meeting his gaze. Her eyes were glued to the blood and she was breathing ever so harshly.

"Seras, what's wrong?" Sebastian whispered.

"Why didn't I see it before?" Alucard realized when recognizing that look in his bride's eyes. That also explained her sluggish behavior and why she looked so agitated. The No Life King felt foolish for not thinking of it. Of course his mate, a newborn vampire, would basically be starving! She was probably in agony from not having a single drop as of yet!

"What?" The demon asked the other male, but then he noticed it himself. Hold up. Seras was fixated on his blood! She couldn't look away! Not to mention, her fangs and nails had lengthened. "Seras, it's alright. You don't have to hide that side of yourself. You don't have to be ashamed of being hungry for blood. Please, have some if you're hungry." His words seemed to have brought the Draculina back to reality. Jolting awake, her eyes widened and she gasped before meeting his gaze. Realizing that she was still on top of him and that she had accidentally clawed him, the girl was quick to climb off of him.

"Sebastian! I'm so sorry!" She was quick to apologize. The demon felt disappointed when Seras scrambled off of him in a panic. Did she think he was upset with her or disgusted by what she wanted? Had she not heard him?

"Seras," Sebastian whispered her name as he climbed to his feet. "You have nothing to apologize for."

"I hurt you." Seras reminded him as she gestured at his torn, bloody shirt and the five claw marks she left behind on either side of his stomach.

"This is nothing." He promised her with a small smile to help ease her. "I didn't even feel it."

"I'm also sorry that I ruined your shirt." She apologized some more as tears crept into her eyes. She looked so disappointed in herself and incredibly anxious.

"I don't care about the shirt." Sebastian laughed while he drew closer towards her. Slowly, as to not scare his darling girl, he wrapped his arms around her. Thankfully, his mate needed a hug. She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face in his chest. But she only ended up shuddering when capturing the sweet, delectable scent of his hot blood. She was so incredibly close to it. If she really wanted to, she could bite him, and did she ever want to do that! Her arms tightened around him.

"Why do you look so distressed?" Alucard asked with a frown of concern. To prevent herself from acting on her hunger, Seras pulled out of the demon's warm hug to glance over at her master.

"I'm really scared." The little vampire admitted. "Like on the verge of a major panic attack, kind of scared."

"Why are you scared?" Alucard asked.

"I can't stop thinking about blood!" Seras exclaimed as she started fidgeting. She attempted to stop being spastic by folding her arms over her chest, but she ended up tapping her feet instead. "First, I wanted to hurt that little owl, and then I started hungering for your guys' blood! Why can't I stop thinking about blood?! And there's a creepy…voice in my head that's begging me to kill! I don't want to kill! But what if she makes me kill?!" Seeing that she was heading into a full on panic attack, Sebastian was quick to act.

"It's okay," The demon softly hushed her as he placed his hands on her shoulders. Gently, he pulled her closer until her body was pressed against him. He then wrapped his arms back around her. Thankfully, it was exactly what she needed at that moment. Closing her eyes, she felt her racing heart slowly calm because of his comforting hug.

"If you give full power over to that voice, you will lose yourself, Seras. You will change completely, become an insatiable monster, and kill needlessly." Alucard explained to her. "However, you can't shut that voice out because you could stumble and fail, grow weaker, and eventually perish, rather it's from starvation or being bested by someone. You have to find a balance where you can work together with that voice and know when to put your foot down."

"There's no reason to fear the blood, Seras." Sebastian promised her as he hugged his mate to his body. "I know you. I know how strong you are. I have complete faith in you that you will have full control over that voice and your thirst for blood." He smiled warmly, especially when his mate finally fully relaxed in his arms.

"Thank you," She whispered to her mates. While she was still very concerned, the fear and panic she had felt was slipping away.

"Come on," The demon whispered. Unraveling his arms from around her, he took her by the hand. Seras lifted her head to give him a strange look.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

"Back to our pile of cozy blankets." Sebastian laughed as his smile grew for her. "Where we'll subside that hunger of yours." Such a look of worry seared in his bride's eyes then and she nervously bit her bottom lip. "Don't be afraid, Seras." The demon repeated as he ran his thumb over the back of her hand, doing what he could to soothe her.

"The more you fear the blood, the more you fight to avoid it, the harder it will be to stay in control." Alucard told her. "It's best to learn control early on, and Michaelis and I will be here to help you through it. If you aren't strong enough to say when enough is, we will step in." Seras gave him a small smile.

"Thank you," She repeated softly.

"The opening is several kilometers away. Do you have enough energy to run?" Sebastian asked. "If you need me to, I could carry you."

"No," Seras laughed sweetly and she shook her head. "I can run, thanks."

"You're not feeling faint?" The demon asked. Before she could answer, he rolled one of his shirt sleeves up to expose his wrist to her. "Perhaps you would like a taste of my blood to replenish…" He was interrupted.

"You know what?!" Seras chirped as she bounced forward and spun around to face her mates. The demon glanced back at her to give her a look of surprise from the outburst. He wasn't stupid. He knew what she was doing. "I bet you guys can't catch me a second time!" Instead of running off, her smile fell and she gave the dark haired males a quizzical look. "Which way is it?" She muttered bashfully as a dark blush formed on her cheeks. "I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm completely lost." Sebastian merely shook his head and chuckled at her. Snickering, Alucard lifted his hand to point in the direction behind her.

"That way, my clueless dear." The elder vampire told her.

"Ah!" She exclaimed and she glanced over her shoulder to look in that direction. "Thanks." In a blink of an eye, their cute, little blonde was gone.

"She's being evasive." Alucard tsked at his troublesome fledgling. "It won't end well for her if she avoids drinking blood."

"I know," Sebastian responded. Despite the dreary topic, both men proceeded to grin. They were quite confident that they could help Seras overcome her fears. "But I'm not worried." The demon then shifted his head to look at the No Life King. "Now, shall we actually make an attempt at capturing Seras or should we cut her some slack?"

"Let her outrun us this time. One thing I've learned in my long life, do not antagonize a hungry woman." The elder vampire chuckled. "It may not end well for us if we tease her any further."

"And I'm sure if we keep her waiting, it will not end well." Sebastian announced.
