This chapter is the next day from last chapter. Hot Springs Day.

Naruto leaned against a rock in the hot springs. Hinata beside him as the two enjoyed the therapeutic heat of the water and let it take the soreness from the deep tissue massage away.
When the two woke up this morning. Naruto was still perfectly spooning Hinata, and she was sound asleep. While traveling, Hinata was usually the first one awake and typically the last to fall asleep. She was so different from Naruto's 'type' of female, yet she was still attractive to him.

When they got to the hot springs, Hinata was conservative again in making sure she kept herself covered. When they removed their towels to get in the water, Hinata made sure Naruto didn't see. Now in the water, Hinata kept herself deep enough that Naruto couldn't get a peek.
This was hilarious. Last night she was letting him grope her.
Naruto had closed his eyes for a moment, but opened them when he heard a couple laughing between one another. They were in the unisex hot springs, so it had many couples around them.

Hinata looked up at him with hooded eyes and tilted her head. Like she was trying to understand him. "Emerald green eyes. She has an athletic body and is outgoing. Not reserved and knows how to talk to her partner. She's your type."
This made Naruto laugh as he closed his eyes and shook his head. "Oh yeah? Well I have learned that I have multiple 'types'. What about you?"
Hinata looked at the couple that were flirting far across from them. "I told you Uzumaki. I wouldn't be falling in love again. It is no point in having 'multiple types'. It wouldn't be fair to me or the other person that supposedly 'likes' me."
Naruto was glad he had his eyes closed because he rolled them when he heard Hinata. He sunk further in the water and his head was at the same level as Hinata's now. "So, what I got from all of that was, I'm still your type." He opened his eyes as he looked at Hinata. She made sure to not look back at him. "I'm your only type Hinata. I'm the only one you want."
Something about Hinata admitting he was her one and only. That she would never give another person a shot. It excited Naruto. It brought out his selfish side. He was almost happy that he had such a strong hold over her.
Her jaw squared slightly and Hinata looked to be getting a little flustered before she closed her eyes. "I do not know how to take that Uzumaki."
Naruto shrugged his shoulders as he laid his head on Hinata's shoulder. "Did you think that guy that checked us in yesterday was attractive? He for sure thought you were attractive. He was eyeing the hell out of you."
Hinata opened her eyes and blinked in confusion. She didn't even notice. She really never bothered to notice anyone else. She felt like there was no point in pursing someone else, just to not love them to your full potential. "Did that…make you jealous Uzumaki?"
Naruto smiled at this and looked at Hinata from the corner of his eyes. He then turned his head into the curve of Hinata's neck and pressed his lips there. "Yes."
Hinata felt Naruto wrap his arm around her waist and pull her closer to him. She didn't push him away, but she didn't give into the affection either. "Uzumaki…why? Have you been around me too long and not around enough other females, that you are starting to find me attractive? I do not fit what you like. You should not force yourself to do this."
Naruto inhaled into Hinata's neck and left several kisses there. He then pulled away and looked at her. Waiting for her to respond to him. "I think it's amusing that you feel as if you have me all figured out Hinata. When this whole time we've been together, I think you're the one learning things about me, while I know more about you than you'd like."
Hinata felt like she should have kept doing what she was doing earlier. Which was not looking directly at Naruto. Something about those eyes just always got her. She didn't listen to the voice in her head that told her not to look. She still looked at him and furrowed her brows together. "What do you know about me?"
Naruto palmed Hinata's neck, and his thumb played with her chin. He inched closer to her and looked deep into her eyes. Looking for any sign that she was going to pull away. "I know how to make you happy."
He whispered this and leaned in. It took all the willpower Naruto had in him to reach up and just kiss Hinata's forehead. He firmly kissed her forehead and pulled away to look her in the eyes.
He wanted Hinata to want what he was offering.
Hinata felt Naruto loosed up on her and she let out a heavy breath she hadn't realized she was holding in. Naruto still had a hold on Hinata, and she was mature enough to know that they both were aroused.
What was wrong with being mature enough to have fun as adults? There was nothing wrong with Hinata being out here and doing what she felt like doing for once. Naruto was offering, and he had no ambition of making this a relationship. This was just pure unfiltered lust.

She was telling herself that they had no emotional attachments to one another? She was trying so hard to disconnect from him, but yet couldn't, because she wanted him. Which was fine because Naruto wanted her. He wanted Hinata to be more realistic on things though. He wasn't some man whore. He wanted Hinata's mind, body and soul.
Naruto smiled seductively at her. Biting his bottom lip. "Only if you promise me, you won't look or touch another guy or girl. Then we can follow your rules." For now.
Hinata furrowed her brows at him. "I already told you I wasn't going to do that. I'm not looking to pursue anyone else." Naruto wanted to laugh. So Hinata was willing to be with him and only him, but not put a title on what they were doing, and she made herself believe they would only do this once.
He'd make it so once would never be enough.
"Okay Hinata. Deal."
With that Naruto took Hinata's hand and pulled her to the ledge of the springs so they could leave. He let Hinata have her privacy, as he didn't look at her wrap her robe around her body, and the two went to go to their room.
Naruto held Hinata's hand the whole time to the room. To see if she was nervous or if she didn't really want to advance what they had going on. He'd let her change her mind at any given time.
When they reached their room. He opened the door for Hinata and followed her inside. When Naruto shut the door and locked it, he pulled Hinata towards his chest as his back was leaning against the door. They were only in their robes again. Only that material separated them, and this time Naruto held the straps to Hinata's robe and pulled her into him.

Hinata frowned at this. "Why are you apologizing? You had your own personal problems going on. Your life was constantly being threatened. A war was coming. We did not have time to worry about our emotions."

Love and emotions created the evil in Akatsuki, because you're bound to lose it in this world. All those people that wanted to hurt you, did it because they were hurt."
She took a big shaky breath as her eyes glassed over and that hollow look consumed her features. "I watch Neji's old teammates mourn for him every single day. I watch Tenten fall apart every morning before the village wakes up, because she loved Neji. They loved each other, and were in the early stages of their love. How can I look at her? How can I look at her knowing I should have been in his position? Neji should not have done what he did. Love is why he did what he did, and I hate it."
Naruto shook his head as he looked at her. "Don't say that Hinata. Don't think like that. It's not true. Those voices in the back of your mind. Those random moments in the day, when you feel weight on your soul that feels like it's ripping you apart. You have to fight that feeling off and see reality."
Hinata looked at him and her eyes were so guarded. She felt so much hurt and misery. She didn't want to believe anything he was saying. "How do you know Uzumaki?"
Naruto tilted his head and gave Hinata a chilling look. "I told you Hinata. You only get but so many times to treat me like I'm nothing. The only thing I want to do is be there for you. Help you. Don't shut me out like this."
They stared at one another for a while. Silent. Seeing who would crack first, and finally it was Hinata who backed down. "I am just asking a question."
Naruto didn't miss a beat, "Ask me nicer." He sat up now and maneuvered Hinata under him as he straddled on top of her. He looked down at Hinata and touched her silk night wear under her breasts. "You know how to say my name when I make you feel good. Say my name when you talk to me any other time. From now on."
Hinata looked up at him. Her hair sprawled across the bed. "How do you know Naruto?"

Sasuke was the guy that had everything and lost it all. Yet at the end of the day, he has someone that's willing to love him for a lifetime. Sakura loved Sasuke for who he was from the very beginning. The good and the bad."
He watched Hinata's hands roam his chest as he spoke until she sat up and cupped his cheek. "Meanwhile people now, they 'love' me, but they only love the good. I can't do what Sasuke has done and come back to Konoha and have their love and forgiveness. I can't say that Sasuke would do what I did for him. How could he?"
Naruto smiled as he thought about their last fight. How he lost his arm and hand. Now he has an arm that would forever be bandaged since it wasn't genuinely his. "I held back in that fight. I sacrificed my arm for that teme. If I were to lose myself and go ape shit like Sasuke did. Who would save me? Who would still love me as the villain?"
Hinata watched as Naruto's eyes darkened and how he looked at her. He wasn't really asking. Just stating a fact. She could see that this is something Naruto struggles with. Genuine love. Now a days for him, it was hard to find. "If you were a villain. I would love you. In another life."
Naruto gave another dark chuckle as he looked at her. "You? You just said you didn't love me anymore. You struggle with loving yourself."
She leaned up and kissed his chest. Wrapping her arms around him. "I am a very flawed person. I don't know what I want in life. I'm confused why we're doing this. I don't know what we're doing. I fluctuate on how I feel every minute of every day, but I know in that scenario. In that world you spoke of, I would still end up loving you. In this world though. Even if I can't be with you. Even if I push you away. Even if I say the worst things. I know in the dark mass of our worst moments, whether I want to or not. I still love you. I'd let you take every precious thing from me and break it to a million pieces. I know I would still let you hurt me, that is why I can't have you. That is why I cannot give you my all."
She couldn't stomach being second best to him. Yet she was so greedy, she let herself consume him earlier.
He felt Hinata dig her nails into his back as she looked up and gave him a wet laugh. "The seven deadly sins Naruto. I have committed gluttony. What about you?"
Naruto smiled a genuine smile and cupped her face as he bent down to kiss her. "For you Hinata? All of them." He couldn't convince her to be his this time. However, he's learning there is still a chance.

So, Hinata has put this 'No Strings Attached' clause on what they're doing. It's amusing for Naruto, yet hurtful. As the story progresses, you can see Hinata is not the only one flawed. This chapter showed Naruto's flaws, his fears and desires. Something new for Hinata, because she's always viewed Naruto as light. Not really someone with dark thoughts. It's a journey for both of them to really understand each other and themselves.
I wanted to show that Naruto is flirty, but holds insecurities. He doesn't want another one sided love affection. He's pretty much playing roulette with his emotions right now.
Next chapter. I wanted to have fun with waterfalls.
