back in Downtown City Blythe was cleaning up the day camp area when she heard her cellphone ringing it had Littlest Pet Shop's theme song so she had picked it up to answer it now she had her hair in a plain ponytail with a light orange scrunchie wearing her light orange tank top from Shanghai Hi-Jinks a light green leaf patterned skirt brown sandals and a blue beaded necklace she said "hello" and discovered that it was that Head Judge that was there when her , Emma , her dad and pets where there last time competing against Ramon for their Carnival Parade
Blythe : Head Judge ? what's the matter ?
Head Judge : i was calling because our Samba School is hosting another Carnival Parade at Rio De Janeiro
Blythe : that's awesome ! so who's going to be in this years Carnival Parade ?
Head Judge : a girl with brown hair that was long and straight with brown eyes and freckles and reddish pink lips raspberry earrings yellow wristband , another girl with brown hair that is fair-skinned about your age with big brown eyes and freckles and has dental braces with her hair wavy/curly at the bottom with most of her bangs pinned back with blue clips and pink-peach lips and a blue watch with a light blue bandand watch on top has a sky blue outer edge
Blythe : go on
Head Judge : another girl with long wavy blonde hair with some lighter highlights in her bangs teal green eyes and pinkish red , another girl with violet purple eyes Magenta lips , a third girl with light pink lips white pearl piercings and light sienna brown eyes and a another girl with green eyes and long messy/curly blonde hair. Accessorized in a light brown bucket hat, black glasses and a necklace with a crescent moon
Blythe : wait Philippa , Madison , McKenna Nicole , Phoebe , Emma Hart and Kora Dixon are competing in this years Carnival Parade ?
Head Judge : yep they decided to enter to compete against Ramon
Blythe : i figured that this had something to do with him
Head Judge : this time we have actual floats this time so no planes will be used
Blythe : ok so what do you need me for ?
Head Judge : well i was wondering if you can lend your designs that you had made for that Big Feathered Parade that Ramon had stole twice
Blythe : hmm...i think i had some fabric upstairs in my bedroom that i can make for my friends to wear
Head Judge : oh good hope you can send your design as soon as possible
Blythe : sure i can find a way to have sent over there
Head Judge : thank you Blythe
Blythe : you're welcome
their conversation ends and Roger's daughter hangs then goes towards her dumbwaiter that she has often used to go to Littlest Pet Shop now arrived at her bedroom and leaped out and went towards her desk where she usually worked on her pet fashion designs when her dad Roger entered
Roger : hi Blythie
Blythe : hi dad sorry i can't talk right now i am very busy with design my costume for Samba School new Carnival Parade this year for Philippa , Madison , McKenna Nicole , Phoebe , Emma Hart and Kora are in it
Roger : i see interesting
Blythe : when i finish i will need your help in having this delivered to them so that they can wear it
Roger : don't worry i'll think of something
back in Rio De Janeiro Philippa , Madison , McKenna , Phoebe , Emma and Kora were checking out their floats for the parade Philippa , Madison , Mckenna hadn't changed clothes Phoebe was now wearing black shade glasses over her violet purple eyes a black jacket with a red blouse with white polka dots red belt with 3 grolden ring on the front of the belt black leather pants and red high heel shoes with jaggedly designed heels checking the floats for this year's parade
Philippa : wow these floats are awesome
Madison : they look really cute
McKenna Nicole : impressive
Phoebe : these are very nice
Emma Hart : cool
Kora Dixon : oh boy i can't wait to ride these while wearing our big feathered parade designs that Blythe is going to make for us to wear
McKenna Nicole : so what hairstyle are we going to have while wearing those costumes ?
Philippa : i'm not sure
McKenna Nicole : how about having a ponytail hairstyle ?
Emma Hart : i like that
Phoebe : sounds like a great idea
Philippa : perfect
Madison : ooh sounds like fun

back with Blythe she had finished designing her costumes for her friends to wear and her dad had took all six of her costumes ran downstairs and hopped into his car driving all the way to the airport and changed out of his regular clothes into his airline pilot clothes and got on that Pet Jet for the few hours eventually arriving in Rio carrying Blythe's Big Feathered Parade Design in a brown box searching for his co pilot Stephanie Hart when he spot her coming down
Roger : hey Stephanie !
Stephanie Hart : hi Roger
Roger : i have the costumes for your daughter and the girls to be wearing
Stephnaie Hart : perfect thank you for delivering them
Roger : you're welcome and don't thank me thank my daughter
Stephanie Hart : of course
a few hours later Philippa , Madison , McKenna Nicole , Phoebe , Emma Hart and Kora Dixon had their hair in a ponytail now wearing a carnival headpiece with the feathers on top of their heads resembles that of peacock feathers. The rest of their carinval outfits consists of a sleeveless shirt, feathery collar piece, feather short skirt, and sambra shoes with the color scheme of neon based colors of blue , pink , faded blue and a little yellow the head piece color schemes are split like a triangle with faded blue in the center while the darker blue are off to the sides. The feathers on top has layered colors: the first layer of feathers was yellow, the second layer (the peacock feather layer) mixes the two two different tints of the faded blue (feathers being the shade while the oval dots being the tint), and third layer (the furry feathered layer) being pink. On the outfits' torso the feather collar is pink while the body being the faded blue while the feathered skirt being the blue, and the samba shoes are pink. as they are riding through streets of Rio with citizens watching them
Philippa : this is really nice
Madison : you said it
McKenna Nicole : i look really cute
Phoebe : if this goes well maybe i can have Mona do a new fashion edition for Tres Blasé magazine
Emma Hart : really ?
Phoebe : yep
Kora Dixon : this is so cool
all of them were waving to everyone there who had cheered everything was going well for them as everyone include that Head Judge was watching them until they stepped off and were walking in front Madison was walking with them until someone had tossed a banana peel onto their path and McKenna Nicole who had noticed
McKenna Nicole : Madison look out !
it was too late and Madison had stepped on that yellow banana peel and had slipped landing face first on solid ground in front of everyone while Philippa and co looked on nervously at her then everyone laughed at her which she didn't see only heard then picked her up to see citizens laughing now was feeling bad while others were exchanging looks at each other then back at her then their parade continued on everyone else was clapping their hands for them making their first successful despite Madison's mishap but this just their start of their carnival parade adventure
