Once the SGC teams were aboard the military transport inbound to Cleveland, Alexander added to his briefing.

"We have our own means of tracking our people. We've pinpointed their location to a defunct factory in the industrial district. The NID have not made use of surveillance equipment around the factory."

"Careless." One of the soldiers commented.

"Well it's not the first time they tried this, they actually tried it in Sunnydale before this. While they appear to have spent millions on the facility they built, they used cheap voice recognition software as security. It took our tech about two minutes to crack it. So no, for an intelligence agency, they seem to lack actual intelligence, in a variety of ways that word is meant. Now, your job will be to arrest the personal. You will not be dealing with any of the beings they're holding in there. You know nothing about them and we don't have the time to brief you on the weaknesses of the several hundred known types of beings that come from the tears. Once I've gotten my people out and you've secured all the humans involved, my people will destroy the dangerous ones. They may not all be dangerous or even all be from the tears. It's recently been discovered that over the centuries of Gou'ald domination of the galaxy, a few alien race have hid out on Earth. Now that we've discovered them, we've learned most of them have no interest in hurting humans and Earth has become their home since they got here. They're as prepared to defend it as we are and they've already lost one home."

"Damn, like in Men In Black?" One of the soldiers asked.

"Essentially."

"What's the official policy going to be in regards to these not wanting to hurt humans ones?" One of the soldiers asked.

"Homeworld Security will offer them political asylum and help them integrate into society. They'll be monitored the way immigrants seeking asylum usually are." General O'Neill answered.

"Good. If they're not hurting people, then they're not a problem." Another soldier concluded.

"True." General O'Neill said. "Get some rest, we'll be in Cleveland in a few hours."

In the holding cell, Corda was doing a mental exercise to keep herself occupied. Agent Overby and his lackey hadn't taken either her or Buffy for another interrogation yet. She felt the moment Alexander came into her mental range. While Alterans were not telepathic, they did have mental abilities. Everyone's mind was different from everyone else's. When you knew another Alteran, you could see their mind, their uniqueness. Besides, she and Alexander had been married for more then 450 years, long term couples of many races could virtually read each other's minds. His mental touch was as familiar as the touch of his hand. 'Not long now.' Corda thought. 'And early. You are getting so lucky tonight, Alexander.'

The military transport touched down at the Cleveland airport, a place they wouldn't usually have landed, but the nearest Air Force Base that could have handled their transport was too far away. Waiting in the hanger was Giles, Faith and Gunn.

"Attention!" Alexander called to the SG teams. "These people are from the Altimah Project. This is Dr. Rupert Giles, he's our Daniel." Another ripple of laughter from the SG teams as they understood what he meant. "The gorgeous young woman is Faith Lahaine, unarmed combat specialist. Don't let the fact that she's 19 and probably doesn't even weigh 120 lb fool you, she can and will kick the ass of everyone in this room and not break a sweat. The guy beside her is Charles Gunn, he started hunting demons when he was twelve to keep the kids in his L.A. neighborhood safe. It's a neighborhood even the cops would be afraid to go into fully armed and wearing protective gear and that would be to deal with the gangs and no, he and his crew are not gangbangers, they strictly deal with demons that prey on humans. I will go in first and get my people out. Once you've secured the personnel, Giles will identify the hostile ones and Faith and Gunn will destroy them. Any questions before we go in?"

"Where's the bathroom?" One of the soldiers joked

"You should have gone before we left." General O'Neill shot back. "Children, can't take you anywhere. Let's go arrest us some morons."

Back in the holding cell, Buffy was beginning to have trouble dealing with being confined. She was used to roaming Sunnydale freely in the dark of night, being locked up was very disturbing for her.

"Just hold on a little longer, Buffy." Corda murmured softly to her. "Alexander is here, we'll be out of here soon."

Buffy just nodded and tried to keep it together. "Not long."

And then Agent Overby and his lackey were standing at the door to the holding cell.

Alexander studied his scanner and noted the locations of various people and the location of Corda, the non Alteran dot next to her was probably Buffy. He played dodgeem with the other dots on his scanner and made his way towards them, peering around a corner, he saw the cell they were in. Two people stood in front of it.

"Agent Overby." Corda said, keeping his attention focused on her. "To what do we not owe the non pleasure of your visit."

"I'm still being stone walled on you. Not even Senator Kinsey can find out anything about you."

"You're telling me a Senator is involved in this mess of yours?" Just as Alexander made his move.
