"They probably worked together to overpower Gajeel." Freed said. "I wondered how wizards like them could defeat him."

"No wonder these clowns aren't fightning me one on one." Bickslow mumbled.

"Hang on, Elfman." Lisanna said to her brother. "Stay strong."

"I'm trying." He said back as Kain walked over. "Listen, you guys have one chance to win. You're going to have to use a coordinated attack. Trust me on this."

Kain gave them no time to breath as je charged them sending the two flying apart. "Looks like you're in a bit of trouble, aren't you?" He teased as he held Lisanna upside down. "That's what happens when you try to seduce someone like me."

"Seduce you?" The girl asked in extreme confusion.

"Don't worry. Because I'm a gentleman I'll make sure to finish you off as painlessly as-" A blast of fire hit him in the back forcing him to let go.

"Cana!" Lisanna cheered as Kain put the flames out on his head.

"That's what you get for being a cocky fat bastard!" The brunette declared. The large man charged forward and Cana blasted him with a lightning card, only for it to do nothing as he spassed out some lady comment. "Shut up, already!" She fired off some more fire cards and he turned into cotton. Cana soakee him with a water card and he crashed to the ground.

'Cana is incredible.' Lisanna said to herself.

Kain went full creeper again before an iron word crashed into his face. "Looks like you two could use some help." Levy said as she joined the other two. Kain then went super creepy and attacked the three of them. They triple teamed him easily only to find he was replaced with Elfman.

Kain appeared next to them and bragged about how he swaped places with her brother. He floated around as a mist before crashing into an enchantment. "Looks like Freed's instincts were right." Levy ssid as she and Cana high fived. "Now lets show him what we can do!" She waved her arm and a Solid Script Storm flew forward.

"Lisanna, youre up!" Cana shouted as she threw another fire card.

Lisanna jump into the air and turned her arms into wings. "With flames and storm, I call on a Triple Unison: Explosion!" She flapped her wings and the spells combined to blast Kain over the tree line.

"We'll, looks like he lost." Kawazu chuckled.

"Good thing for us." Yomazu replied. "That just means we have even more of a chance to join the kin just took off."

"Theyre happy he just lost?" Bickslow asked.

"That's life in a dark guild." Freed said. "Now lets deal with these two and end this."

Grimoire Heart Airship

Laxus fired of a blast of lightning out of his moith which Hades easily dodged. The dark master fired off a chain spell thwt grabbed the large globe behind the blonde and yanked it, sending it tumbling towards Lucy. A magical palm thrust forced Laxus before Hades waved his hand, creating seals around the blonde. "An Amaterasu Formula!?" laxus asked before the spell activated, blasting him in an orb of darkness.

"I do hope you're having fun, boy." Hades mocked before lightning started sparking around the room. The blonde flew around Hades and kicked him in the back, sending the dark wizard flying.

"All right!" Gray cheered.

'Was he always this strong?' Erza asked herself. 'Its no wonder it took three Dragon Slayers to beat him.'

"And that was just one leg." Laxus glared at the old man as the blonde stood up. "Once I put my whole body into it, you dont stand a chance. Try me."

"I must admit, you caught me off guard." Hades confessed standing up. "But thats the vigor of youth for you. Always thinking you can do more than you really can!" Both charged eachother snd fired off their magics, creating an explosion.

The dust from the blast settled and showed Laxus dropping to a knee. "We'll, well. Looks like you're all talk after all." Hades mocked.

"Was he hit by that spell anyway?" Lucy asked, replaying the battle in her head.

"Stay strong, Laxus!" Gray shouted.

"You know, I traveled all over the world in my exile." The blonde mumbked aloud. "But this is the first time i ever met a monster like this. Looks like i still have somethings to learn."

"Snap out of it, Laxus!" Natsu shouted.

"Im so glad i could help you learn your plac in this world." Hades chuckled. "Now disappear!" The dark master fired off a massive blast of magic at the blonde.

"I'm not a part of Fairy Tail... any more..." Laxus mumbled as the group begged him to dodge. "But since this guy took out my grandfather... i can still be angry about, it right?"

"Damn right you can!" Natsu shouted, making the blonde smirked.

Lighnting sparked off him and flew at Natsu just as the spell hit him. The ship rocked to the side as the floor underhim was destroyed. "Consider this my treat, Natsu." Laxus chuckled as he fell through the floor.

The pinkette stood up as lightning sparked off him. "Thanks... for the snack."

"An electical field?" Hades asked in confusion.

"I gave him my magic." Laxus explained, shocking the group.

"Natsu... ate his lightning." Laki mumbled.

"Why... did you give me this?" Natsu asked. "I've always been weaker than you..."

"Its not about being weak or strong." The blonde replied. "He's the one who hurt the guild. Someone with the emblem should be the one to beat him. For all the pain hes caused fairy tail, return it a thousand fold."

Natsu smirked as he wiped his eyes. "Consider it done."

Flames exploded around him and the group stared in shock. "The flames and lightning are fusing together..." Wendy mumbled. "It's a lightning flame Dragon..."

Council Warship

The started saling away from the island as Doranbolt just stared at it in shame. "I'm sorry..." Lahar told his friend. "I know how important the mission is, but the lives of the crew come first. This is our only option."

"That's not why I'm upset and you know it." The spy said back. "We left everyone on that island to die. All we did was kill them."

"Trust me, i know how you feel." The captain replied. "But times change and the law says-"

"Don't treat me like a child!" Doranbolt snapped back. "We ran away, plain and simple."

"You're just not thinking this through." Lahar said. "If blaming others will make you feel better, then I won't stop you."

"I just... I just want to make things right." The spy mumbled.

Base Camp

Yomazu swung his arms and the kanji for slice flew forward. "A meger word like that won't touch me!" Freed declared before slicing the symbol to pieces. "You think I'm only good for writing defensive spells?" He asked, confusing the dog. "Looks like Grimoire Heart isn't as good as they say. Try something else, I beg you."

The samurai growled in anger before swining his arm again. "How about a lesson, free of charge?" Freed held up an enchanted barrier and blocked the attack.

"That's where you're wrong." Yomazu replied. "Where as your enchantments are complicated, my words are simple and easy. Let me show you!" He created the roar kanji and blasted Freed.

"Well, it certainly is loud." Freed mumbled before the enchantment broke. "No!" The kanji attacked and sent him flying back as the samurai bragged about his work. "I'll admit, you got the better of me. But you won't win this fight."

The girls finally pulled Elfman out of the ground as Bickslows totems started spinning in a circle before they fired off a lazer. The chickenman fired eggs out of his mouth and blocked it. "Nice and tasty!"

"Looks like Bickslow is in trouble." Cana mumbled.

"If only we could do something..." Lisanna panted out.

"Me too, but we used up all our magic power taking out that big guy." Levy added.

"Yeah, she's right." Elfman popped up, shocking the girls. "Fortunately, I know surefire way to get our strenght back." He divebombed to the eggs and started eating them. "Ah, much better. Now i feel like a man again."

"Egg Buster!" The chicken fired more eggs as Elfman jumped up and tried to punch him, only for a kanji to block him and then push him back.

"Don't push yourself, Elfman." Freed said.

"If youre not careful, you'll keel over." Bickslow added.

"That's not important." He replied. "I need to make these jerks pay for everything they've done. To lisanna, to mira, to my partner. I'll put everything i have into this fight with these barnyard rejects."

"Very well, consider this your chance to make things right with Evergreen." Freed said as the two animals charged. Bickslow sent his dolls forward and with Freed's enchantment, pumbled the chicken before Elfman punched him. Freed dealt with the samurai only for a kanji to save him and then pierce Freed. "Go for it, Elfman." He replied as Elfman punched him into the skyline.

Grimoire Heart Ship

Natsu glared at Hades in anger. "He ate lightning..." Lucy mumbled.

"Just like with the Etherion..." Erza mumbled.

Laki smirked before standing up herself, having eaten some of the floorboard. "Shall we do this, Natsu?" She asked before acting her own dual dragon mode, shocking everyone again.

"Let's do this!" Natsu shouted before both charged Hades with a roar, punching him in the face at same time. Natsu kicked hades with fire before a bolt of lightning struck him. Laki sliced with her Grain Blade before posion shot off her palm.

"Now they both have dual elements?" Gray asked.

"This is awesome!" Lucy cheered.

"This is what you get for messing with our guild!" Natsu shouted before punching Hades. Laki slid in behind her partner and delivered a strong kick that sent the dark master sliding back. "We're gonna make you pay!" Both slammed their two elements together, creating a four way explosion.

Hades jumped out of the smoke and summoned a pair of chains, catching both their arms. "What will you two do now?" He teased before both Dragon Slayers broke free.

Both pulled their heads back as their elements swirled around their mouths. "Lightning Flame Dragon-/Poisoned Wood Dragon-" The four others stared in shock as Hades was still shocked that they broke his chain. "Roar!" Both unleashed a massive roar that struck Hades. The others were knocked back as the two breaths merged and ripped right out of the ship, creating a massive hole.

Both slayers leaned against each other in exhaustion as the others stared in shock. Hades was on the ground smoking as Natsu smirked. "I told you... not to mess with us." He said before the two fell over. Lucy raced over and grabbed the two before they fell out of the ship. "Don't suppose... you have any food on you?"

Lucy just chuckled as Erza smirked. 'I'm surprised those two can even move right now. They used up so much of their magic power.'

"We finally did it..." Gray panted.

"That was incredible!" Wendy shouted.

With the Exceeds

The four cats crawled through the vents of the ship one after another. "Maybe the power source is locked behind a door." Happy said.

"Given the size of ths ship, I'd be surpised if it wasn't a gaint lacrima." Carla said directly behind him.

"What i don't understand is why we're crawling through the air vents." Pantherlily asked in the very back.

"Well, we only have one fighter." Rose said from in front of him. "And I'd rather not get captured by a bunch of dark wizards."

Happy came to a sudden stop, making them all bump into each other. "Give us a warning when you stop!" Carla scolded.

"Why'd you stop, Happy?" Pantherlily asked.

A purple glow caught their attention and stared at it in horror through a vent. "Is it... alive?" Happy mumbled. The four cats climbed out of the vent and stared at the object. "Do you think thats it?"

"Well, it doesn't look like a power source but..." Carla mumbled.

"Do you suppose that this is the Grimoire Heart?" Pantherlily suggested.

"I didn't think it be so literal..." Rose said.

"Did you hear those voices!?" A guard shouted from the other side of the door.

"You're insane. How could anyone get past us?" Another asked.

"Not good, they found us." Carla said.

"I'll hold them off, you three just focus on destroying that thing!" Pantherlily shouted as he ran to the door.

"How the hell does he expect us to do that?" Rose asked.

"We just break everything, i guess." Carla suggested.

Lily ripped out of the room and changed into his larger size before tackling several down. One charged him with a sword and Lily took it before swing it. The blade glowed before the size changed, impressing the cat. "Another size changing sword? Must be ment to be." He chuckled.

More charged him and he smiled at the horde. "I think this is mine now. Come and get me!" He charged into the horde with a smile on his face, blasting the door off the frame.

Main Deck

Hades laid on the ground before his eye popped open. "I'll admit, that caught me off guard." His words shocked the group as he forced himself up. "That damn Makarov... he raised up some incredible brats..."

"No way..." Wendy mumbled in fear.

"I don't know how many decades it's been since I've taken that much damage." Hades confessed as his cape returned to him. "It would be simple to finish things off as they are right now... But i want to thank you for entertaining me..."

"No way!" Gray shouted.

"How can someone even stand after that kind of damage?" Erza asked in a panic.

Hades removed his eye-patch and opened his right eye. "Devils Eye." The eye glowed red as dark magic swirled around him. "The abyss of magic. This domain of magic is far beyond anything of your wildest imaginations." Everyone began panicing as the magic continued to increased. "This is your end, Fairy Tail."

Both slayers panted in exhuastion and pain. "This is bad... I don't have anything left." Natsu groaned out.

"The abyss of magic..." Gray mumbled.

"Wh-what awesome power..." Erza whispered.

Wendy was just mumbling in fear as Lucy shook the two Slayers in a panic. "To walk the path of magic is to sink into the depths of darkness." Hades said. "Beyond the depths shining in the deep abyss is the One Magic. Just a little more and I will reach the One Magic. But that infinitesimal distance is the deepest stretch of my path. The great world of magic fills that depth. The world Zeref inhabits. Tonight with Zerefs awakening, the world will change. Soon i will obtain that One Magic!"

"The One Magic..." Erza mumbled

"Why does that sound so familiar..." Lucy mumbled before going wide eyed. 'Mom?'

"But you won't live long enough to see it." Hades declared. "You all lack the will and strenght to reach into the abyss."

"What's he doing?" Gray asked in a panic.

"From the fourth chapter of the book of Zeref, verse 12." Hades chanted as mist rose around the ship. "Nemesis!" Purple creatures rose out of the rubble and roared to life.

"He's creating monsters from the debris!?" Gray shouted in fear.

Wendy began mumbled in a stupor. "With the magic power of the abyss I can spawn demons from even the lowest of rocks." Hades said. "They are at once the dancing children of demons, and judges of heaven. This is hidden magic!"

'Even a single one of these demons has the power to kill us.' Erza told herself. 'That kind of magic power is overwhelming.' Laki gripped Natsu tight as Wendy shook in fear. 'Even I am shaking in fear...' She thought, looking at her hand.

'Why am i so scared!?' Gray asked himself.

'I'm so scared...' Lucy whispered to herself.

Natsu and Laki gripped each ither and forced themselves up, surpising the others. "It's fine..." Natsu spoke up. "Fear isnt evil... It only allows us to learn our own weaknesses. When we learn our weakness people can grow stronger and kinder. We learned our weakness right now, so whar do we do now?

"We grow stronger, so we can face them head on! When we're alone, it might be too frightening to bear, but we're all right beside each other. Our friends are with js right now! So stop letting fear control you!"

"Nothing but empty words from a doomed man." Hades declared as he sent the creatures forward.

The words had more power than he knew as the other four stood up. 'I can't believe I felt like this.' Erza said to herself.

'Snap out of it, man!' Gray shouted.

'We have each other... thats all we need.' Lucy thought.

'Even if we don't have any magic left... we won't give up until the end!' Wendy said to herself.

With a roar Natsu and Laki lead the charge and the group raced toward Hades. "What hope do you have against me with such feeble power!?"

The demons raced forward and blasted them with magic before Natsu and Laki were launched forward by Wendy and Lucy. The two slayers flew over Erza and Gray, who kicked them forward right past the demons. "Send everything to the bottom of darkness! Its time for your sun to sink!" Hades declared before an explosion rocked the ship.

The others looked on as Natsu's scarf and Laki's glasses flew backwards as their owners had their fists in Hades face sending him sliding back. Lucy grabbed the two accessories and saved them from fwlling into the ocean. "I...impossible! The dark magic had no effect!?"

The two raced forward and each delivered another punch. "This can't be! My magic is..." The two fists collided again and sent him crashing to the ground. 'There's no way! My heart...' The demons roared in anger before they crumbled into dust. 'If that was destroyed, then my magic...'

Both slayers kicked him in the face as Wendy gasped in shock. 'What's wrong, Wendy?" Lucy asked.

Erza and Gray followed the girls eyes and their own went wide. "No way..." The entire Tenrou tree was floating in the air before it hovered back into place.

"Tenrou island is back to normal?!" Wendy asked in shock.

'Ultear... did you do this?' Gray asked.

As soon as the tree was resown onto the island, the Fairy Tail emblem on every member began glowing. "Our magic power has returned!" Erza realized.

"It's about time something good happened." Gray said.

Both Natsu and Laki roared as their emblems glowed. 'I am the great Hades! Have i truly lost to makarov!?' Hades asked himself.

"This victory is ours!" Natsu roared.

"I will not lose!" Hades shouted back before punching the pair back. "Until those of you who follow the path of magic finally reach its peak, the devil will not sleep!"

Laxus somehow woke up and punched the old man himself. "Go for it, Fairy Tail!" He roared as the actual members nodded. Natsu and Laki triggered their duel element modes as Gray and Erza raced forward.

"Stay back!" Hades shouted before blasting the two back.

"I know we don't have a contract yet but Open, Gate of the Sea Goat -Capricorn!" Lucy chanted before her new spirit appeared. "Get him!"

"With pleasure." The goat said before charging the bearded man and striking him.

"My turn! Sky Dragon Wing Attack!" Wendy jumped up from behind and swung her arms, making two tornados that blasted him into the air.

"Ice-Make: Ice Bringer!" Gray crafted two sword of ice and swung them in an 'x' fashion.

Erza charged forward and donned her Heavens Wheel armor. "Pentagram Sword!" She swung two swords in a star pattern, sending the dark master sliding backwards.

Natsu jumped into the air and summoned his two elements as Laki charged forward. "Poisoned Wood Dragon Knot Knuckle Fury!" She unleased a fury of fists that ended in final haymaker that sent him flying into the air.

"Dragon Slayer Secret Art - Flame Lotus: Exploding Lightning Blade!" Natsu spun his arms in a circle and created an explosion of fire and lighting that sent Hades smashing into the floor of the ship. Both Slayers panted as the others smiled at their victory. Hades laid on the ground as the sun began to rise over the island of the fairies.

The big fight hopefully did not disappoint anyone who reads this. Obviously you know how i feel about Laxus So I'm not going to to bother you with that. I will, however, bother you to go vote on a poll i have to tell me which stories you guys want the Infinity clock arc in. See you guys next time.
