Plot:
In the Naruto verse, the world is destroyed by the Otsutsuki Clan; Naruto time-travels into the distant past to undo the damage done by them, gaining new powers and abilities along the way, and also creating his own clan.
Key Points:
The Naruto world is attacked by the Otsutsuki Clan, led by the old partner of Shibai Otsutsuki, who is the clan's king.
The Otsutsuki Clan has ranking within the clan with Kaguya, Isshiki, and Momoshiki being royals whereas Kinshiki and Urashiki are directly below them; then there are 20 other members who are just as strong as the Kages.
Naruto hates the Otsutsuki Clan and aims to eliminate them all; however, to do that, he has to gain power. So, he had Orochimaru implant the DNA of several powerful individuals into him in order to gain their powers.
The powers Naruto can gain are up to whoever takes the challenge, but here are some I would choose: Sage Transformation, Ranmaru's Dojutsu, he also mastered the Hiraishin and recreates the Yang seal which is very similar to a Kama seal.
Naruto time travels back to the warring clans area to give himself enough time to plan and create his own army and make a clan strong enough to fight the Otsutsuki threat.
The story should be a harem since Naruto has to create a clan to pass on his abilities and power to help create people capable of fighting the Otsutsuki clan.
