Paw Patrol X

New Recruits arc Episode seven: Paw Patrol Camping Trip! Flare's Promise to Snow!

The Paw Patrol were currently setting up a campsite as Flare and Marshall helping unpack as they talked about how excited they were about it. Flare in particular was excited about this, as he'd get to see what the Paw Patrol longtime members did when they went camping. "This is gonna be so much fun Marshall! I've never been camping outside of the family before!"

"I know Flare." Marshall replied with a chuckle, having been beside Flare since he was born. "I was there for all seven years of your life." Marshall showed a bit of concern for Flare. He knew that he would have to meet him someday during a mission, but he didn't want it to be too soon. As they were walking to the campsite, Marshall ended up tripping on a rock and dropping his stuff. Luckily, Ryder caught it in the nick of time with a smile on his face, leaving Flare to help Marshall up when he set his stuff down. "Thanks Flare. You too Ryder."

"Not a problem." Ryder responded, setting the stuff down and having a good idea as to what was on Marshall's mind, but didn't bring it up for Flare's sake.

Flare and Marshall headed to the campsite with Ryder as Rocky was shown to be setting up the tents and was seemingly nitpicking what Chase was doing. "No Chase; the sleeping bags can't be this close to each other."

"Why does it matter?"

"Do you want the perfect nighttime sleep?"

Flare giggled a bit as he went over to Chase and Rocky, deciding to break up their argument by chiming in. "I love a good night sleep too Rocky, but everyone has their own way of doing things."

Marshall watched Flare as he talked to Rocky with the latter speaking up as Marshall's concerned face was shown. "I guess. But no one wants to accidentally kiss someone when sleeping." Marshall brushed off his own concern and decided to get to work on his own tent. The last thing he wanted to do was ruin the camping trip for everyone else.

Fire blazed over the screen as moments from the season one were shown and rock music started playing and the one who was playing the guitar started singing Help The World. The first scene that was shown involved Flare watching Chase and Marshall in action during the fire. "There's a team of dogs who never back down from any danger." The scene then changed to Richie shooting at Charm's minions to disarm them, killing one who gets too close to a human. "Their mission is to help people, no matter how minor or major."

The scene then changed to Ryder standing tall as he leads some of the members through what looks like a forest they were sent to for a mission. "The leader Ryder takes these dogs in so they can help in any way they can." The scene then changed to Flare putting the daisy in his flower, just like he did in the third part of the pilot. "A means to prove yourself, or saving them from a bad life, it's all part of his plan!"

Chase comes on screen and is shown bragging proudly about himself as he arrested someone."Chase!" A two second riff played before showing Skye performing a triple backflip and barking to turn on her wings and fly up. "Skye!" A two second riff played before showing Zuma surfing and looking to see if the others were watching him. "Zuma!" A two second riff played before showing Rocky inventing some kind of defense weapon while paying the maximum attention to every detail. "Rocky!" A two second riff played before showing Snow snatching a gun from one of Charm's soldiers as soon as they aim it at her and aiming it back at theim. "Snow!"

A two second riff played before showing Marshall climbing up a ladder to save someone as he breathed to himself while trying desperately to keep his cool. "Marshall!"

"My, bro-ther!"

Flare was then shown to be training in the Paw Patrol lair as he blocked a robot's kicks and punches before kicking his head off. "I may not be a member but I'll be useful however I can!" The scene then changed to Flare holding Snow's paw as the two of them are seemingly running away from something dangerous. "Even if it's a side mission I'll help the world as long as I stand!" The scene then changed to Flare meeting Charm as the Golden Retriever walks over to him with a cold glare and menacing scowl, making Flare back away slowly. "The Paw Patrol is on a roll, no matter how badly the danger's swirled!"

The scene then changed to Flare standing with the Paw Patrol, as Marshall rubs Flare's head, Snow smiles to Flare, Rocky blushes when Zuma gives him a sly grin, Chase gives a wink to Skye, who giggles about the gesture, Richie puts his guns away and looks on with determination, and Ryder crosses his arms and gives a confident smile. "My brother is a member of their team now...(The riff continues for three seconds uninterrupted) and I'm always ready to (Flare gives a cheerful smile and gives a peace sign to the audience with his eyes closed and his eyes giving a teeth smile) help the world."

The riff continued for about five more seconds before slowing down and giving one final riff with the title Paw Patrol X being shown on screen with Paw Patrol in white and the X in red. As soon as the riff slowed down, Flare was shown hanging up a picture that showed exactly what everyone was doing before the song ended, revealing it to have been a group photo.

The Paw Patrol were still setting up camp with all of the equipment being set up and everything looking in order. As everyone was getting ready to do their own things, Flare noticed Snow looking rather invested in something as she was sitting by her tent. He went over to her and wanted to see what it was, hoping she wouldn't mind sharing the information. "What ya got there Snow?"

Snow flinched and looked at Flare, who was smiling towards her as she put away the device she was looking at and closed the book she was looking at. This made Flare confused as Snow then dismissed telling him anything. "It's nothing. (Walks off) I'll be back soon, okay? We can play then."

Flare watched Snow walking into the forest and figured that something was up. He saw Marshall and went over to him while he was talking to Chase, hoping he wouldn't mind him going into the forest. "Hey Marshall?"

"One sec Chase." Chase nodded to Marshall's words as Marshall gave his attention to Flare to see what she wanted. "Yeah Flare?"

"I'm gonna head into the forest and see what Snow's up to." Flare explained, hoping he could help Snow out. "She's been super focused on something since the start of this trip and I wanna see what it is."

Marshall wasn't 100% percent sure about this, but he knew Flare could defend himself against the dangers of the forest. And he knew the team would be able to aid any wounds he'd get out there if he got any. "Okay, but be careful."

"Will do; thanks!" Flare quickly responded as he hugged Marshall and then ran off to where Snow was in a hurry.

Marshall and Chase laughed a bit with Chase noticing that Marshall sounded a little concerned in his voice. Chase and Marshall had grown close since he joined the team, so he hoped that everything was okay with him. "You okay Marshall?"

"Why wouldn't I be?" Marshall answered with a question, leaving Chase to hope that he was okay. "Cmon; let's go get some wood for the campfire."

"Okay; sure." Chase agreed. He knew that forcing this on Marshall now in front of everyone would've created tension, so he headed off with him to get the firewood. He just hoped Marshall wasn't bottling anything up.

Skye was currently checking out a flower bed near the campsite and sniffed the roses, loving the smell from them the most. Just then, she sensed something nearby and looked to her right, sensing that it was coming from the forest. She snuck off to the forest and looked around for a bit, and she then saw a bunny and cood when she did. Skye loved rabbits, especially the baby ones. She then noticed that it was cowering in fear. When she looked up, she saw an eagle staring down at it and then swooping down. Skye put on a battle face after the eagle made its cry. "Eagle."

Skye snuck up towards the eagle, knowing that it was gonna eat the bunny. She couldn't be too quick however, otherwise, she'd be spotted. She then heard her stomach growl and tried to hold in her gas. She couldn't be caught or the eagle would strike. When Skye got close enough, the eagle was about to strike, and then Skye tackled the eagle and pinned it to the ground. Skye feared eagles, hence her aggression towards them. "If you try to hurt any bunny again, I will hurt you! Got it!?"

The eagle nodded with Skye getting off of it and allowing it to fly off. Skye was proud of this and went over to the bunny to check on it. She also made sure to be much more tender than how she was with the eagle. "You okay little guy?" The bunny nodded happily just as the parents of the bunny left their hole. Skye helped the bunny walk home to it's den as she then stood in front of the burrow, not realizing her butt was right in front of it. As she watched the rabbit family embrace, Skye couldn't help but coo at the sight of this "Awwww, that's so cute!", when suddenly...

(BLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRP)...

...Skye had unintentionally let loose a five second fart, and her butt vibrated from it, leaving her to look back and realize that she'd farted right into the rabbit den. The green moldy carrot scented cloud hit the den with Skye feeling bad about it as she then sat down and apologized for this. "But that... wasn't so cute. Sorry." The father rabbit was quick to help Skye feel better and offered her some berries. This made Skye smile, as she was glad that the rabbit family didn't dislike her for accidentally farting on their den.

Flare was looking for Snow and knew that she had to be nearby, since she didn't leave the campsite long before he did. "If I were a Husky in the middle of a forest, where would I be?" Flare then heard a thud followed by Snow growling in frustration, which led to him realizing that she was on her left. "There!"

Flare ran over to where Snow was as she then started venting about how hard this was as she looked up to a nest for something. "I'm sorry Everest. If you could see how hard finding these gadget ingredients I bet you wouldn't be in as dark of a place." Flare watched Snow as she found nothing, being infuriated by how hard this quest was. "I already have the solid sulfur rock, what's the trouble of finding the right bird feathers!"

Snow sighed as she looked at her gadget, only to hear Snow's voice nearby. "What do you need bird feathers for?"

Snow flinched and looked at Flare, who looked as if he wanted to help her. She didn't know how much Flare had actually heard, so she decided to check before talking. "Answer my question first. How much of that did you hear?"

"Just the part where you fell from that tree up there and mentioned someone named Everest." Flare revealed, leaving Snow to realize that she couldn't hide this from Flare anymore. Flare then became curious as to why Snow was hiding something from him. It's not like she ever had a reason to. "So... what're the bird feathers needed for?"

Snow breathed in through her nose and out from her mouth, looking at Flare as she showed him a look of loss as she did. "To find my sister."

Marshall and Chase were collecting the firewood with Marshall currently in the middle of a confrontation with a crazy squirrel. As he tried running away, he ended up tripping over his own feet and crashed into a tree. After he fell down, the squirel shoved an acorn directly into Marshall's butt, making him wince in pain as the squirell then laughed at him. That didn't last for long however, as the squirel would soon find out. Chase, having noticed the situation, stood over the squirrel and gave him a death stare. This caused the squirel to freeze in fear.

Chase picked up the squirel and threw him aside before chuckling a bit about the situation. "Good thing Rocky's not here to see me doing that to the wildlife." Chase put Marshall into a decent position to pull the acorn out before warning him of the outcome. "I'm gonna pull the acorn out so it doesn't clog up your butthole. This could hurt Marshall. Brace yourself." Marshall nodded his head yes and clenched his teeth with Chase twisting out the acorn gently and making sure it went out without hurting Marshall. When he felt it was far enough, he yanked it out.

Marshall then winced in pain and pounded the ground with one of his fists with Chase helping him after he was done within a few seconds. "Thanks Chase. Let this be a reminder that I NEVER crash into another squirrel tree and ruin a squirrel's acorn collection."

"Yeah, I tend to stay away from the trees that I know are gonna have squirrels in them." Chase advised Marshall, who nodded in response as he then rubbed his butt a little and Chase picking the firewood he collected back up. "I'll let Ryder know what happened when we get back so he can help patch this up. He and Richie made extra sure we had good stock on medical supplies, so we should be covered."

"That'd be great; thanks." Marshall replied with a smile, and he went out of his way to pick up some sticks on the way back. He knew Chase had already gotten some firewood, but he didn't want it to look like he was the only one who tried. Marshall would've had more by now if he didn't crash into that acorn tree.

Snow had finished explaining her situation to Flare, who then checked in with her to see if he heard it all right. "So... you and Everest met Charm a year before you joined the Paw Patrol, and Everest saved you from that battle, but ended up getting captured by Charm in the process. And that led to you meeting Ryder and the others in Adventure Bay, and then they started training you, which led to you joining the team a week before Marshall and I arrived."

"Yep. That's pretty much the whole picture." Snow admitted, and then she started to discuss how she was struggling to get one of the ingredients she needed for the device. "The next thing on my list according to the book I have is bluebird feathers. The device I'm making is to help me track Everest down, and so far all I have is the shape, and a piece of Everest's fur." Flare looked up to the nest Snow was struggling to climb and started to go over ot the tree. "Ryder knew I couldn't save Everest when we met, so he told me to wait until I joined the team to get back to-"

Flare was shown to be climing the tree when Snow realized that he was gone, and then Snow saw and wondered what he was up to. When Flare got to the top of the tree, he gave his usual greeting "Hi!.", only for the bluebirds to be frightened, leaving Flare to notice and instantly reassure them of his reasoning for being here. "It's okay; I'm not gonna hurt you. I just need a favor." The bluebirds noticed Flare calming down and decided to listen to what he had to say, much to his delight. "Perfect. My friend needs your feathers for something, if that's okay."

The bluebirds were skeptical, and Flare could tell. He didn't want Snow to lose her shot at finding Everest, so he decided to emphasize with them on that. "I know it's kind of a bizarre request, but it's for a good cause. You see, my friend's sister got kidnapped by this psycho leader dude about a year ago, and she needs some of your feathers to finish this device she's making to find her. Don't ask why; I didn't make the book. (The bluebirds look at each other) So please spare some of your feathers. Just a few. I promise"

The bluebirds looked back at Flare after speaking to each other on the matter and took off one feather each for him. This made him beam as they handed him the feathers and he petted them both gently as he thanked them. "Thanks you two. This'll be worth it." Flare slid down the tree and walked over to Snow, who was ecstatic when he showed her the bluebird feathers. "Two bluebird feathers to go."

Snow quickly grabbed the bluebird feathers and put them into the device. She noticed that it was starting to show a location instantly and beamed when she looked at Flare. "Thank you so much Flare! Now I'm one step closer to saving Everest!" Flare was happy to help, but he became surprised when Snow suddenly kissed his left cheek. This made him blush a little, and then Snow flinched when she realized what she did as she then stepped back a bit. She was then quick to assure him that it wasn't his fault. "Sorry, I usually don't do...that, when thanking someone."

Flare quickly brushed the kiss off and looked at Snow and put a paw on her right shoulder. He knew Snow needed as much help as she could get right now. Yeah the Paw Patrol was helping her, but that didn't mean he could help too. Flare knew that just because he wasn't a member, that didn't mean he couldn't be useful. And he was going to be useful for Snow. "Don't you worry Snow. I'll do everything I can to help you save Everest. (Snow's point of view is shown) That's a promise."

Snow was shown to be touched by Flare's offer, despite knowing how kind and selfless he was. He'd only known Flare for two and a half weeks now and he'd just promised her to help her with something that was extremely important to her. It's not that she didn't know anyone like that, but with Flare, it meant more to her. She couldn't quite put her finger on it though. She just knew that it meant the most for Flare to keep this promise. She couldn't help but smile as she made her response. "Thank you Flare. (Smirks) But don't think I won't hold you up to that."

"You have every right to." Flare assured Snow, and then the two of them started heading back. "So what's the third thing we're looking for?"

"Good question. I haven't looked at this book in months before now thanks to training." As Flare and Snow walked off, the two of them felt that they would continue to grow closer from the promise made by Flare on that day. Snow knew that Flare was someone she'd want in her life for as long as possible.

Rocky and Zuma were currently working on the barbecue for lunch as Rocky kept trying to get everything perfectly with what he was doing, while Zuma just rolled with whatever it was he made. Thankfully he was on hot dogs, which was the easiest meat to work with. Rocky on the other hand, was working on the burgers, which took a little more precision; or in his case, a lot more precision. As he inspected it, he made absolute sure that there was no pink on it, and when he saw that it was undercooked, he looked at the grill to see if it was okay. "I am not a chef Zuma."

Zuma knew that Rocky was a perfectionist, so he felt it would be best to keep him from blowing a gasket over it. "Just keep giving it your A game Wocky. Evewy mistake you make is just pwoof that you're as nowmal as the rest of us."

Rocky breathed in through his nose and out from his mouth, doing his best to take Zuma's advice as he made his reply. "Should be easier to keep my cool than with my gadgets. At least my screw ups in this food won't hurt anyone." Zuma laughed a bit at Rocky's comparison between food and gadgets. In Zuma's mind, there wasn't a single thing that Rocky couldn't invent safely. He also didn't see Rocky's perfectionism being involved in his cooking as a bad thing. Actually, Zuma was enjoying his time with Rocky too much to care about that.

As the others arrived back at camp, Chase and Marshall went over to Ryder and Richie, who had just returned with some fish they got from a lake nearby. Chase was quick to let Ryder know about the situation without being too obvious. "Ryder sir, do you remember where you and Richie put the medical supplies? Marshall could use some right now. Not gonna say where for privacy reasons."

Ryder and Richie saw Marshall looking at his butt and seeming to be annoyed from the pain. The two caught on from that alone and Ryder directed them to where they were. "They're next to the driver's seat. You should be able to find the exact ones you need no problem."

"Great. Thanks." Chase brought Marshall into the Paw Patrol bus as the inside was then revealed to have a seat specially designed for each pup in regards to their color and position on the team. Chase brought Marshall up to the front and made sure to let him know that he wouldn't be feeling pain in his butt for too much longer. "Don't worry Marshall. We'll patch you up soon."

Ryder and Richie brought the fish over to the barbecue with Ryder joking on Marshall's predicament. "I told ya it'd be Marshall."

Richie walked off with Ryder as the two waved to Rocky and Zuma, who were still at the grill when they walked off. "I saw it coming too. That's another thing he's gotta work on."

Rocky and Zuma looked at each other and shrugged, not entirely sure what Ryder and Richie were talking about as they got back to cooking. As they continued cooking, Flare and Snow were talking as Flare caught a whiff of the food and started to drool. If there was one thing that could catch Flare's attention over anything else, it was food. This told Snow to follow Flare as he went over to the grill, and he saw that Rocky and Zuma were cooking the food, which got him excited to join in. "Can I help make lunch guys? (Beams a smile) Please?"

Rocky and Zuma laughed a bit at Flare's wish to help with the cooking, and they didn't see any problem with it, hence why Rocky allowed him to help almost instantly. He knew Flare would be good help too, since he did so well on the greeting breakfast. "Please do. We really need the help right now."

"We weally need the help?" Zuma asked while laughing. He was pretty well aware that Rocky forgot about how he was put on the easiest part of the job. He then playfully went behind Rocky and put his paws on his shoulders before teasing his perfectionism. "You're the one who (Rocky starts blushing) can't seem to pewfect the buwger."

Rocky quickly turned around, not because he was uncomfortable with Zuma touching him, but because he was starintg to have another gay panic as he smiled nervously. "I meant, um...me! (Flare and Zuma look at each other with Zuma smirking) I said ME need the help right now!"

"Me need the help wight now." Zuma playfully snarked, and then Rocky nodded his head yes with Zuma chuckling as he pointed out the flaw in Rocky's logic. "Wocky, I've known you for like three yeaws now. The last thing you would do when speaking is use bad gwammer."

"Welp, that's what happened." Rocky tried to deny, starting to get more nervous by the minute as he tried to hide his feelings for Zuma, albeit, terribly. "That's what me said." Rocky then cut a squeaky nervous fart that made a green cloud of bacon from this morning's breakfast (phht), causing him to flinch and blush even more as he pointed away. "Me gonna go talk to Ryder and Richie!"

Rocky ran off as fast as he could with Snow looking to find Snow arriving back at camp before looking at Flare and Zuma after snickering a bit. "Me gonna go play with Skye."

Snow ran over to where Skye was with Zuma looking at Rocky and giving a sly grin as he spoke to Flare. "Dude totally wants me."

Flare saw what Zuma was getting at as he then saw what was on the grill and got right to figuring out Rocky left off. He saw that the burger he was cooking had burned, and he decided to check with Zuma to see if they could use it. "Does anyone like their burgers well done? I mean, I'll eat it pretty much any way it's cooked, but my favorite kind is medium rare."

"Yeah, Wichie would eat it well done." Zuma informed Flare, who set it to the side and covered it to keep it from getting messed with. Flare then grabbed some burger meat, since the team was making these burgers from scratch, and he grabbed some seasonings and got to work, doing it rather quickly and efficiently. "Dang Flawe, you work fast."

"Let's hope I work as quickly with the cooking part." Flare put the burger to the perfect weight an size before setting it down and watching it cook on the grill. He was also excited to share his cooking tips with Zuma, doing his best to not come off as smug or arrogant with it. "The key to a perfect burger is pretty straight forward; just check both sides until they're both the way you want them to be. The reason I like medium rare the most is because they hold no pink, and no black."

Zuma got a look at what Flare was doing and saw that he chose the perfect time to flip it before he noticed something boiling. "Oh no, the dogs!" Zuma ran over to the pot and turend the heat down, finding that the hot dogs were safe. This led to Zuma wiping his head and putting the hot dogs out into their own individual buns while also setting the condiments next to said buns. "A few seconds too long and those dogs would've been too hot to live."

Flare laughed at Zuma's joke as he then continued getting his burger to the perfect temperature. This led to him doing a perfection kiss with his lips and paw before setting it to the side, where Zuma crafted it for him. "I like everything on mine by the way." Zuma took note of that as Flare then gave him a job to do with the burgers. "Just let me know how everyone likes their patties when I make a new one and I'll make the burger with their tastes in mind."

"You got it dude." Zuma started to chill out by the grill, being sure to get a good start on his part of the cooking as he informed Flare of what Rocky liked. "Wocky likes his medium ware too." Flare took note of that as Zuma then started to think fondly of Rocky. Despite constantly teasing him in regards to his feelings for him, while never revealing it outright that he knew, he couldn't help but love Rocky as well. Somewhere, deep down, he knew that the two of them were perfect for each other.

Later that night...

At the campfire, everyone was roasting marshmallow's by the campfire and telling scary stories to finish off their night. Zuma was telling one himself and made extra sure to keep everyone in suspense as he told them what happened in it. "And then when the bunny thought she escaped, she was stupid enough to look back right in fwont of a pawade of humans. To be fair though, she couldn't have pwedicted that the killew would've appeared right in fwont of her out of nowhere! He had the bunny pinned to a wall with the bunny twying to fight back, but as she did... she soon faced..."

Zuma left everyone in suspense as he then screamed at the top of his lungs to finish his story on a suspenceful note. "DEATH BY THE MACHETTE!"

Everyone had their own reactions from this with Skye in particular screaming with fear as Marshall flinched and Chase crossing his arms and looking bored. "Well that was stupid. Not the story Zuma; it was great. The last thing the final survivor did was stupid. I would've totally went for the parade; I don't know why she thought it was a good idea to look back when she was that close tot hem."

"I think she was checking to see if she would join him in the parade of people." Rocky pointed out, knowing that there was a side to everyone's actions, even if some of them were unjust. "Some criminals are stupid enough to do that."

"Plus, it's a horror stowy." Zuma reminded Chase, who shrugged as Zuma finished his point. "The chawacters in it are supposed to lack common sense."

Skye shuddered at the thought of bunnies dying, since it was pretty obvious she loved them more than almost anything in the world. As she put a smore together, she brought up something that happened to her earlier today. "I'm glad I had the common sense to save a bunny from a bald eagle earlier." Snow bit into the smore before finishing up her explination on what happened, not being too proud of the ending present she gave them. "Of course, at one point my butt was pointed at their home without me noticing, and of course I just had to fart into it without noticing right away."

Zuma snickered a bit after hearing that with Flare roasting his marshmallow as he thought about Everest for a bit. He felt that he would have to know some stuff about Everest before they went in to save her. That would give them some stuff to talk about after Everest was safe. "Hey Snow. (Snow looks at Everest) What exactly is Everest like?"

Snow was glad Flare asked that as she started talking about the things she could remember most about her. "She's super loyal, and practically fearless. She stood up to Charm as if he was nothing and did everything she could to help me get away. (Shows a bit of sorrow) I just wish I could've done something to save her then." Flare put a paw on Snow's shoulder with everyone else paying attention as Snow brought up something else about her older sister. "Oh, and she loves playing in the snow. I think she was also the one who came up with my name after I was born."

"I can see the appeal even without the love for snow." Flare admitted, not quite getting the idea of why Everest loved playing in the snow. Snow couldn't help but smile as Flare spoke up about how he felt Everest would appeal to him. "She sounds like fun too. Maybe after we save her we can all hang out with her and get to know her more."

"Yeah; she'd love that." Snow was obviously ecstatic to hear that. She knew Everest would love the friends she'd made while trying to save her. "Ya know, before we left-"

Snow realized what she was saying and quickly stopped herself, catching the eye of everyone else. This worried Flare, who was concerned that Snow almost claiming she and Everest left a dark place could imply a bad past. He didn't want to pry though, and Ryder decided to end the drama by calling bedtime. "O-kay. I'll put the campfire out, and you pups can get ready for bed."

Zuma was excited to put the campfire out himself actually, especially since he wanted to test one particular method for putting out fires. He quickly jumped in front of Ryder in an attempt to show it off. "Wyder! Can I put it out?"

Ryder chuckled a bit, not sure why Zuma was so eager to put the fire out, but felt it wouldn't hurt to let him try. "I don't see why not."

"Yes!" Zuma then backed up to right in front of the fire, having everyone catch onto what he was about to do. "Steer cleaw evewyone!" When everyone was clear, Zuma stood firmly on all fours as he grunted and...

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUP

A loud and bassy eight second fart was ripped from his rear end, hitting the fire with a green cloud of moldy cheese from the burger he ate at lunch that made his butt vibrate. He was at first bummed out when the fire didn't go out, but then started to freak out when he saw that his butt had caught on fire from the relapse. He started shouting and ran towards the lake, jumping right in and letting his butt soothe out. As he sighed of relief, some of the other pups started laughing with Zuma walking back after a few seconds as Chase got in front of the fire. "Ya know Mawshall, you could've at least went for your fiwe suit."

"If I knew you were gonna fart on the campfire I would've brought it with me." Marshall defended himself, and then Zuma shrugged as he sat down next to him.

"Alright everyone. Watch as my butt destroys Zuma's fire farting record in style!" Chase happily announced as he stood firmly on all fours. He and Zuma loved competing with one another.

PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT

Then, as if on cue, Chase released a loud and bassy fifteen second fart, making his butt vibrate as the green cloud of rotten meat turned out to be too much for the fire to handle, causing it to fizzle out and stun everyone. Zuma's fart was pretty nasty and caused some of the pups to waft it away. But Chase's fart cloud was bigger, and the fart itself lasted for fifteen seconds after the fire itself went out after ten. Most of the other pups walked off coughing or gagging while some wafted the fart away as they headed for their tents with Chase proudly whiffing the fart.

As Chase confidently wafted the fart away with his butt while looking back at it while the scent lingered, he boasted to Zuma, who was the only one resistant enough to stay. "And that's how you put out a campfire." Zuma couldn't help but laugh, not being mad about Chase one upping him. After all, he only farted on the campfire himself to get attention. Chase himself was also a very proud farter, so it was no question that he would want to show off how good he was, especially after learning that Skye was okay with it. "Bonus points are awarded for having a hot butt like mine.

"Save the bwagging for tomowwow hot shot. Prefewably after your bath." Zuma fired at Chase while rolling his eyes and smiling, and the two then laughed as they headed to the tents to get ready for bed, knowing that packing tomorrow was going to be quite a busy event.

Soft piano music started playing as the night sky was shown with the scene then descending to the cliff at the edge of the Paw Patrol lookout's standing as Flare walked over to it. Flare then sat down and looked at the stars as he thought about the pups in the Paw Patrol with a female voice singing Risks Worth Taking. He first thought about Snow. "This world has so much in it, that I have yet to see. And I have to be ready for how to act upon it, whatever it may be. (Flare starts thinking about Chase) I've made so many great friends, since I came to Adventure Bay. And when I start to help with missions, that will certainly be my day."

The song continued as Flare started to think about Rocky. "When things get good, and when they get bad, I hope they know that I have their back. There will be times where I make mistakes, but I'll work to get back on track. (Flare starts thinking about Zuma) There's no such thing as a chosen one, or any of that destiny stuff. I have to work to help this world, and that doesn't mean I get all buff."

Flare then started thinking about Skye as the song continued. "If I fall down, I'll just get right back up, and I'll prove to them that I'm a strong pup; and that I won't let the danger I face make me freeze and start shaking."
