Season Two Epilogue: Flare's Decision

Flare and his family were arriving at the Lookout, and as they stopped in front of it, Marshall put a paw on Flare's shoulder for support. He didn't want Flare to think he'd have to hide his emotions during this confrontation. "You don't have to act a certain way for us Flare."

Flare looked at Marshall with gratitude before assuring him that he was well aware of that. "I know." Flare and his family hopped out of Marshall's fire truck and made their way to the Lookout with Flare being as ready as he could be for something like this. "I'll be okay."

The others were waiting inside for Flare's return, and when the Munroe family came in, Snow was the first to notice. She instantly got up after he stopped in front of everyone in the middle of the living room with his family. They were surprised to find Celeste and Gabe there as well. Zuma must've informed them of what happened. Snow started walking over to Flare as she expressed her immense remorse. "Flare; I'm-"

Flare put his paw up to signal Snow not to come too close, leading to her stopping before she did. Flare then contained himself as he instructed the others on what to do. "Snow. Rocky. Zuma. Skye. Before you apologize, or tell me you wish you did better, or anything like that, let me get this off of my chest." Flare then stomped his paw on the ground, shocking the others. It shocked them even more when he shouted in a voice that was filled with anger, unlike anything he showed before that day "All four of you practically betrayed me!"

Everyone winced, but they continued to listen closely and let Flare say what was on his mind. It was a lot too, especially for a pup as sweet as Flare. "How could any of you bring yourselves to treat me like that!? I know the stakes were as high as they've ever gotten, but blaming me was never the answer! I felt like I had to be the one to go up to Jake's Mountain and save the town myself because of how heated it got!" Zuma looked down at the ground in remorse, since he was the one who started that part of the conversation. "You know I'd never do anything to hurt you!"

Flare wasn't done yet however, and he continued to let his anger out as he brought up what the other three pups did. "Aside from Chase, you all either berated me, or left me there to cry!" Skye rubbed her paws with guilt as she looked to the side in response. "After everything we've been through together, you still tried to hit me where it hurts!" Rocky clenched his paws to hold in his tears so Flare could finish. Snow's distraught face was shown as Flare called out the last bit of anger he had to get off his chest. "And in one case... literally!"

Snow looked at the paw she slapped Flare with and did her best to contain herself, despite her obvious fear and guilt. Flare was getting calmer the more he said, but his tone of voice was kept at the same level. "Rushing off to take Charm's base down on my own was stupid... but so was lashing out at me as if I wanted any of that to happen!"

Snow, Rocky, Zuma, and Skye had no idea what to say after that. Or at least the latter three didn't. Snow made sure Flare was done, and once he was completely calmed down, she moved forward. She did so slowly, and Flare was surprised, as she was clearly holding back her tears as she did this. Flare didn't know what was going to happen, but then, Snow stood perfectly still. She looked at Flare for a couple seconds before breathing in through her nose and out from her mouth. After she did, she gave Flare an insane request. "I want you to punch me."

Flare was shocked to hear that request from Snow. He didn't think she'd be taking the situation THAT hard. "I'm serious Flare! I felt horrible for slapping you as soon as you fell to the ground! I was angry, and stressed... and I couldn't think straight. But that's no excuse." Snow then closed her eyes as she braced herself for what was to come. "Please Flare. Punch me as hard as you can. Just to make things right." Flare and Marshall smiled to each other after that, and Flare then looked at Snow, who kept her eyes closed.

What happened next surprised Snow beyond all belief. Instead of punching her... Flare gave her a hug. She didn't think Flare would still be up for doing that after the way she treated him. She couldn't even find the right words to say. "But I... you..."

"Why would I wanna do that?" Flare asked with a smile, and when he pulled Snow away, he assured her that he could never hate her, or any of the others. "The way you guys treated me earlier was wrong, and super hurtful... but you're still my friends." With the exception of Flare's family, and Ryder, the others were surprised by how easily Flare was forgiving Snow, Rocky, Zuma, and Skye. "And to hurt you myself? On purpose?" Flare's smile rang true as he finished with something that hit Snow hard. "I could never do that to a friend."

Snow was unable to speak after that. After she heard Flare confirm he still thought of her as a friend... she was in utter amazement. She ended up remembering every moment Flare showed his true friendship to her.

The first memory had Flare sliding down the tree and walking over to Snow, who was ecstatic when he showed her the bluebird feathers. "Two bluebird feathers to go."

Snow quickly grabbed the bluebird feathers and put them into the device. She noticed that it was starting to show a location instantly and beamed when she looked at Flare. "Thank you so much Flare! Now I'm one step closer to saving Everest!" Flare was happy to help, but he became surprised when Snow suddenly kissed his left cheek. This made him blush a little, and then Snow flinched when she realized what she did as she then stepped back a bit. She was then quick to assure him that it wasn't his fault. "Sorry, I usually don't do...that, when thanking someone."

Flare quickly brushed the kiss off and looked at Snow and put a paw on her right shoulder. He knew Snow needed as much help as she could get right now. Yeah the Paw Patrol was helping her, but that didn't mean he could help too. Flare knew that just because he wasn't a member, that didn't mean he couldn't be useful. And he was going to be useful for Snow. "Don't you worry Snow. I'll do everything I can to help you save Everest. (Snow's point of view is shown) That's a promise."

The second memory had Snow finishing the lullaby Everest used to sing for her in the cave, and she clenched her fists and started crying silently, surprising Flare. It seemed as if the flashback Snow had was too much for her and she was about to break down. Flare then hugged her upon instinct. It just felt like the right thing to do. Snow wrapped her arms around Flare and started to sniffle, missing Everest even more than she did before. "I want my sister back. I want her back Flare. (Sniffles) I just wanna punch Charm in his jerk face and take her back!"

Flare patted Snow's back as he responded to what she'd said with as much care as he could muster. "We're gonna get her back Snow." Flare then pulled Snow away and showed her the sapphire she dropped. She was stunned upon remembering that the two of them found it, and Flare gave his usual, happy smile as he assured her that they were almost there. "And after this... we'll be down to our last thing to find!" Snow wiped her tears as she smiled softly and saw Flare's happy smile. She knew that Flare was going to keep his promise to her no matter what. And she couldn't be more grateful for that.

The third memory was shorter than the rest, but still vital. It had Flare putting his paws on Snow's shoulders when she said she wasn't worth risking his life over, wanting her to know how much she meant to him in the time they've known each other. "Don't say that! You're more than worth it!" Snow looked into Flare's eyes. She saw that his words were sincere, and that his care for her was genuine. "Maybe not out of the stupidity I showed today, but if I had to choose between saving my own life or yours, or anyone I cared for... I would choose to save your life." Snow was touched by those words, and Flare then finished what he had to say. "So don't ever, ever tell me, that you're not worth it."

The fourth memory showed Flare reacting after Snow told him of her and Everest's abusive parents. He had a question about the part about her mom being a liar. "Is your mom being a liar the reason you're struggling to trust Claw." Snow nodded her head yes, and Flare started to feel guilty for possibly hurting her. He never thought it'd be this hard on her to give Claw a chance. "Snow, I... I'm sorry. I didn't know I was hurting you when I convinced everyone to give Claw a chance."

"No no, you didn't!" Snow assured Flare, not wanting him to blame himself for this ordeal. "It's stupid of me to use my parents as an excuse for not trusting Claw anyway. Even if I can't help it. That's why I kept it to myself and Everest."

Flare didn't want Snow thinking that. She deserved to express her hidden thoughts like everyone else. He looked her right in the eyes with genuine care and a willingness to help her. "If you ever wanna talk, then let me know. I'll be right there for you in a heartbeat."

Flare then hugged Snow, surprising her a bit, but only by a little bit. She then smiled when wrapping her arms around Flare, knowing that it was always genuine coming from him. "Thank you Flare." Flare and Snow's tails started wagging as they embraced. They knew that they were going to be close for as long as they were together.

After remembering those four key moments, an image of Snow slapping Flare was in the Husky's mind again. Flare was the nicest, most sincere pup she'd ever met... and she... slapped him. And he just forgave her. Thinking about how amazing of a pup she was was enough to bring her to tears. She started crying an insane amount of tears, which was followed up by her hugging Flare, who wrapped his arms around her to let her express any emotions she had to let out. As the tears rolled down Flare's back, Snow gave him a sincere apology. "I'm so sorry! I'm a horrible friend."

"Hey, hey. No you're not." Flare assured Snow, as he patted her back. "You just made a mistake. No one's perfect."

Snow had one more thing to say; that being a vow she would try her best to keep. "I promise Flare. (Sniffles) I'll never hurt you again!"

Flare continued to embrace Snow for a bit before Zuma walked over to them next, upon the signal of Gabe and Celeste of course, catching the attention of the Dalmatian. Zuma was containing himself the best he could as he expressed his remorse over what happened. "I'm sowwy too. It was wong to blame you when we thought Claw betwayed us. I just... it huwt so much, and I... I thought we were-... I shouldn't have..." Zuma just started bawling and hugged Flare himself with Snow stepping out of the way so Zuma could have his moment. "Waaaaaah! I'm sowwy Flawe! I never should've yelled at you!"

Flare assured Zuma that he forgave him too. He also knew why he reacted the way he did. "You and Claw have been friends for a long time Zuma. I won't hold that against you."

Rocky couldn't take it anymore and ran over to them with Zuma letting him join in on the hug as the mix started crying as well. He made it clear that he was ecstatic to see them all alive, despite his somber tone. "I... I don't care if you, forgive us or not. I mean... I'd love that... but... having you here, alive with us... will always be enough to make me happy."

"I already forgave you Rocky." Flare assured Rocky, patting his back to make sure he knew. "Like I said. You're all my friends."

Skye was the last to walk up to Flare, knowing that she was the last one who scorned him that afternoon, even if her scorning was the smallest of them all. She knew Flare was the sweetest pup she'd ever met, but she still couldn't believe how easily he was forgiving all of them. It felt so unreal to her. "Do you... really forgive us?"

Flare was happy to confirm this and nodded his head yes before bringing something else from today up. "Every last one of you helped to save Adventure Bay today Skye. That proved to me that we can still work together."

Skye started crying tears of joy and hugged Flare as well with Ryder speaking up about how much everyone needed this moment. "I know it's obvious... but we needed this. All of us."

Chase walked over to Flare and put a paw on his shoulder after Skye made some room for him. Even though he didn't mistreat Flare, he wanted him to know he always had his back. "When you found me a new role for the LARP, you showed a key trait that every Paw Patrol member embodies: the desire to help others, no matter how small the problem may seem." Flare knew Chase was speaking from the heart there. The fact that his fear of letting others down affected his tone in his finishing words made that a little more obvious. "You've become one of us Flare. And I'm not gonna let you down like I did with Sunshine."

"Like Claw said; that wasn't your fault." Flare replied with a starting laugh, knowing that was Chase's fear of failing others talking. "But thanks Chase. That means a lot."

Claw had to walk up to Marshall, knowing what was going on after the others explained it to him. He had to know how Flare was this forgiving about that. "I don't get it Marshall. The others treated Flare like dirt this morning." The others did have to wonder this as well with Claw asking Marshall his question. "Did that mission trigger something?"

"Believe it or not Claw, no." Marshall confirmed with a laugh, knowing Flare too much to believe that. "Flare was gonna forgive them all anyway." Marshall looked at Flare, who was just ecstatic to be home with his friends and family. "That's just who he is."

Flare laughed a bit as Marshall pointed that out, leaving Claw to see more to why Flare trusted him in the beginning. He couldn't help laughing himself as he brought up that detail. "The day I started living here makes more sense every day!"

Celeste couldn't help speaking up as she joined the others along with Gabe. "Well whatever the reason, I'm more than happy to see he could forgive my sweet baby boy." Gabe rubbed Zuma's head affectionately with Celeste rubbing her belly, which led to Marshall, Margareth, and Wave catching on instantly. "God knows I can't have too much stress right now."

While it was easier for Margareth, Marshall and Wave couldn't help pointing out the obvious. "Oh my God; you're expecting!"

Marshall and Wave then realized what they just did and covered their mouths, leaving Celeste to burst into laughter as Gabe chimed in with a question in mind. "Observant ones I see. How'd you know?"

"Mom did the exact same thing when she was pregnant with all of us." Margareth pointed out, knowing that it was common for pregnant women to do that. "Marshall saw it himself when she was carrying Flare."

Zuma was so shocked by this that he couldn't speak at first. After processing this for a bit, he cheered in joy. "I'm gonna be a big bwother!?"

"That's right you are!" Celeste cheered, hugging her son with joy over how ecstatic she was over this. "And I know you'll just be the best big brother ever!"

Richie couldn't help but speak up about how eventful today was. Not just in how it began, but in how it ended as well. "Let me guess. Sleeping is gonna have the energy of a party too."

Skye then realized that she still had to plan Flare's birthday party and spoke to Sweetie with a request in mind. "Sweetie! How are you with party decorations?"

"Oh, you'll find out soon enough." Sweetie confirmed to Skye, making it clear that she was accepting her offer to help.

Flare didn't exactly get what they were talking about, even with Caiohme offering to help as well. "Oooh, can I help too?" But he didn't care. He was just glad to be with the others again. Now he could just have fun with his friends and family, who were now all here for his eighth birthday.

April 22nd.

Claw finally got the courage to apologize to everyone in Adventure Bay, who were all watching as he said what he had to say. "I understand if you all need time to forgive me. I can't tell you how fast to be okay with me being here." The residents all had their own reactions to this, but thankfully, none of them were negative. At worst, some of them were skeptical. At best, some of them, like Katie, Alex, and Mayor Goodway, were more than accepting to Claw staying in Adventure Bay. Claw then walked off the stage once he got all that off his chest.

Ryder was waiting there for him, being proud of what he did as he knelt down to him with a smile. "Great work Claw. That took a lot of courage." Claw was grateful for the support from Ryder, and everyone else. Ryder wasn't done yet however, as he held out a purple pup tag for Claw. "I think it's a good time to give you this." Claw was in shock by this offer, but beamed when he got it. He couldn't believe it. Ryder was giving him a chance to guarantee staying in Adventure Bay!

April 23rd.

Flare and Marshall were riding the elevator to the top floor with Flare questioning why he was wearing a blindfold. Since Marshall was the only one in the elevator with him, he had a question in mind as he looked to his older brother. "Are you gonna fart in the elevator again Marshall?"

Marshall flinched as Flare asked that, thankfully making it clear that he wasn't going to do that. "No, of course not! Come on Flare; it's your special day." That gave Flare an idea of what Marshall was taking him to. When the elevator stopped, it dinged and opened up. Marshall then looked to Flare with a confident smile. "You can take your blindfold off now." Flare did so, and was amazed when he saw a birthday party designed just for him, along with his family, the Paw Patrol, and even Claw, Sweetie, and Caiohme smiling at him in the decorated room.

"SURPRISE!"

Flare couldn't help beaming with joy upon sight. The others really did go out of their way to design his birthday party for him. He probably should've expected this, but he was still ecstatic to celebrate his birthday with everyone he knew and loved. Well, Sunshine wasn't there, but he was still recovering, and couldn't leave Dragon's Hamlet. Marshall put a paw on Flare's shoulder as he made absolute sure he knew it was his day today. "Happy birthday Flare!"

Flare walked into the top floor's living room from the elevator as he expressed his gratitude over the party. "Thank you all so much! This looks amazing!"

"Only the best for you!" Snow assured Flare, and then she flinched and looked to Everest as she asked if the others heard that. "Did I say that out loud?"

Everest giggled while nodding her head yes in response, and Ryder wanted to start this party off with a bang and walked up to Flare. He knelt down to Flare and held out a pup tag for him, much to his surprise. He saw that it was a combination of black and red, which gave a clear indication on what it was all about. It even came with a red collar. The others were waiting in anticipation, and after looking for a few seconds, Flare happily accepted the pup tag and put it on. When he did, his new Paw Patrol uniform started forming around his body.

Flare's uniform was that of a light red, in similarity to Marshall's normal red colored uniform, with an extra coating of black added to it. He was amazed by how good it felt on him. Ryder seemed to get the tightness that was needed for him to be comfortable perfectly. Ryder then let Flare know that the next move was up to him. "The choice is yours Flare." Flare looked at Ryder, who was smiling to him as he said what he had to say. "If you want, you can join the Paw Patrol, and live here at the Lookout. Or, you can head back to Twin Flame Island with Wave and Margareth, if you wanna take a different path."

Flare laughed a bit, feeling the answer to his question was obvious. Good thing Ryder already knew the answer himself. "What kind of question is that!? I didn't train for eight months just to turn back now!" The others were all ecstatic as Flare made his decision clear. "I'm staying in Adventure Bay!"

And with that, everyone else started cheering as Ryder had another surprise, this one involving Claw. "Oh. And before we start the party, I talked to Claw yesterday, and he's decided to stay in Adventure Bay too."

Claw was revealed in a new purple uniform, one that perfectly matched the colors of a royal knight. "Say hello to your new guard dog!"

Flare ran up to Claw in joy and gave him a big hug. Claw wrapped his arms around Flare as he expressed how happy he was for him. "That's amazing Claw! Now we can work together!" Claw smiled at the thought of that as Flare then pulled him away and looked at everyone in the room. "Only one way to celebrate." Flare stepped forward to announce that he was ready for a fun birthday bash. "Let's party!" The others started cheering in response to Flare's announcement with Flare's smile being shown as upbeat guitar music started playing to set the mood.

A montage of Flare and the others doing fun party stuff together began with the guitar music playing over everything, starting with the pin the tail on the donkey game. It was Claw's turn, and despite going in the right direction, he tripped on the way over and face planted into the poster. The others laughed with Claw taking his blindfold off, smiling when he saw how close he was to the center. The pups were then shown apple bobbing, which Rocky took a crack at and dove right in. When he pulled his head up with the golden apple, he smiled as everyone cheered.

Chase and Skye were then shown playing Pup Pup Boogie together with the others cheering for their own teams. The two were very obviously having a great time, and not just because of how much fun the game was. Next was the truth or dare game of the night, this time with no fart related dares, and Zuma was asked about his biggest fear of being a big brother. "I'd be cwushed if I ever dwopped them." Gabe and Celeste comforted Zuma and assured him that wouldn't happen.

Next up was the pinata smashing, which Sweetie admittedly got a little carried away with. As she kept smashing the pinata, she gave out a crazy laugh, which she stopped after a few seconds. She then proudly stopped and took the blindfold off, ignoring everyone else's looks of concern as she started getting her candy. The pups were then having their cake, which was chocolate with cream cheese frosting. The cake tasted great, courtesy if the baking skills of Wave and Skye. And thankfully, this time, they were able to follow all of Flare's rules of cooking in the kitchen.

The montage finished with the guitar music ending as Everest noticed Marshall out on the balcony and decided to go check on him. Marshall was looking up at the sky, and he seemed to be thinking about something, being startled when Everest came to join him. She quickly apologized when she noticed. "Sorry Marshall. I just saw you out here and wanted to check on you."

"No problem." Marshall assured Everest, and Everest walked over to him before leaning on the balcony with him. "I've just got some stuff on my mind right now. I didn't wanna be a mood and ruin the party."

Everest didn't think that was possible, but felt it wouldn't hurt to ask about it. "Is it because Flare's an official member of the team now?"

"Well... not exactly." Marshall informed Everest, and despite him smiling when he took his phone out, the picture he started looking at had a sad undertone. It was of Marshall and the others visiting Blaze's grave from last year. "Tomorrow is the anniversary of my dad passing away. This is one of the days of the year we would always visit his grave, either to put flowers beside his tombstone or just to talk to him." Everest got all the context she needed from that as Marshall frowned. "This is... it's the first year we'll... miss that. I can't have Flare skip his first day on the team."

Everest remembered what Claw told her from before, and hoped that now would be a good time to cheer Marshall up. Luckily, she was the right pup to give a confession of this kind to. "Maybe I can help take your mind off of it. At least as long as you need to." Marshall was interested in what Everest had in store, and she stepped closer to him and wrapped her arms around him. "I hope this isn't a bad time. I just... really want you to have a good time tonight."

Marshall saw what Everest was doing, and he wrapped his arms around her as well. His smile made it clear that he found Everest's timing to be perfect. "I love you too Everest." Everest smiled back in response, and then shared a passionate kiss with Marshall. The night sky shone brightly to show how much they loved the kiss in this moment. The two had loved each other ever since their first Christmas together. It made them all the more happy to confess their feelings to each other.

After about ten seconds, Marshall pulled Everest away and the two smiled over how their future was going to go. Claw was watching from inside and gave a proud smile to the two pups. As hurt as he still was by this, he was still happy for them. All he wanted now with Everest was for her to be happy. And if that was with Marshall, then so be it. He didn't hesitate to get their attention by opening the balcony door though. "Come on lovebirds! The party's still going strong!" Marshall and Everest liked the sound of that, smiling at each other lovingly before walking in together with their paws intertwined.

Flare was already standing in the middle of the room for everyone, while Claw walked over next to Flare to join him. Flare looked around and saw the smiling faces around him, and Claw did the same. Claw felt amazing as he did. He finally felt he deserved a happy life, and now he had it again. And his two closest friends were in it as well. The smiles of Sweetie and Caiohme warmed his heart the most. He couldn't be happier in that moment if he tried. Flare then spoke up, which got his attention. "We hope you enjoy the show." Flare then looked at Zuma, who had his guitar ready. "Hit it Zuma!"

Zuma started playing a soft yet optimistic melody, which allowed Flare to start singing his and Claw's song: What Brought Us Here. "My time here started off with me as a stowaway. I never thought that it would lead to something like this."

Claw then sang his first bit, making it clear what this song was meant to be about. "And to think that I first came here as an enemy. And that our meeting would lead to my immense bliss."

"To be here on my birthday is a dream come true. Even if the ride to right now wasn't always easy."

"The bumps in the road gave me a lot to think about. I hope I can show my joy without it being cheesy."

"It's crazy to think about how things worked out."

"How our lives ended up with each other in them."

Flare and Claw then started singing in sync once they saw how invested everyone was. "And what that helped become!" Flare and Claw's song theme was made clear as the two kept singing. "Things weren't always easy after we came here; but we're very glad we did! If we didn't, we wouldn't have all of our amazing friends! We won't lie and say we didn't have moments of fear; cause everyone has those moments! Instead, we'll just say that we're both happy, by what happened from what brought us here!"

Claw stopped singing for a moment to point out how in sync he and Flare were. "How are we so in sync? We haven't even rehearsed."

"It's fiction dude. They could sync us perfectly with a cockroach if they wanted to." Flare then got back to singing to keep the tempo of the song going. "I've had my ups and downs when getting to this point. There's no denying that no matter who you hear it from."

"There was a point where I questioned if I deserved this life. Now that I have it for sure, there's so much more from me to come."

"I'm really looking forward to that. Just you wait and see. The future holds so much for all of us, whatever that may be."

"Now both of our paths are looking bright from what I can see hear."

Flare and Claw then started singing in sync again for the next part of the song. "Together we'll be able to get past the parts that give us fear. After all, hope helped bring us here!" Zuma couldn't help looking back on when Flare first sang for the Paw Patrol as he kept playing.

After a few more seconds, Flare continued singing again, showing just how optimistic he was about his future with the Paw Patrol. "What brought us here led to something truly wonderful."

"Wonderful."

"And I learned a lot of stuff that made me more aware."

"More aware."

Flare looked at the daisy in his ear as he sang his next bit, glad that he started wearing one at the start of his stay in Adventure Bay. "And even then, what I want most, is to help everyone I can. And also to see the world, as I help those who feel despair!"

Flare and Claw then started singing in sync again to give their song the sendoff they felt it deserved. "Things weren't always easy after we came here; but we're very glad we did! If we didn't, we wouldn't have all of our amazing friends! We won't lie and say we didn't have moments of fear; cause everyone has those moments. Instead, we'll just say that we're both happy, by what happened from what brought us heeeeere!" Flare and Claw looked at each other as they kept singing for a bit. "The moments that brought ushere!"

Flare then stepped forward to sing the last lyrics of the song with Claw smiling as he did. "We're both happy by what happened from what brought us here."

Everyone started cheering at the end of Flare's song with both Flare and Claw being glad that they gave a good performance. They both felt like the goals they've had for so long now were concluded. Flare was now a member of the Paw Patrol, and Claw could finally feel he deserved a happy life. The two pups looked at each other and hugged as Claw whispered "Thank you." into Flare's ear while shedding a tear of joy. Both pups knew that their journeys were far from over, and were ready for whatever came their way now that they knew they would be friends forever.

The next day, Flare and Marshall were saying goodbye to Wave and Margareth, who were giving them big hugs before they headed home on the ferry. The smiles on their faces made it clear that even though they were sad to depart again, they were glad to have spent Flare's eighth birthday together after all. Wave and Margareth went up the ferry with Flare and Marshall saying goodbye as Flare added something else to them. "Say hi to dad for us!"

Wave and Margareth said goodbye to Flare and Marshall as well with Margareth assuring them that they'd fulfill that request. "We wouldn't dream of anything else!"

As they continued to wave goodbye to their family, Marshall then put a paw on Flare's shoulder. Flare looked at Marshall for a couple seconds before giving him a big hug, and Marshall wrapped his arms around him soon after. No matter what happened, the two of them were brothers to the end. Nothing, not even their biggest fight yet, could break them apart.

During the hug, soft guitar music started playing as Flare started voicing over the scene to give a proper sendoff to his journey of joining the Paw Patrol. "There's so much about the world I was totally unaware of before. And learning about it was amazing."

Just then, Flare and Marshall got a call from Ryder for another emergency happening somewhere in town. "Paw Patrol, to the Lookout!"

"Ryder needs us!"

As Flare and Marshall ran off to get to the Lookout, Flare continued his voice over speech. "Even the stuff that scared me. Because it helped me become the pup I needed to be for the Paw Patrol."

The Lookout was shown with Flare and Marshall running up the path to it as Flare kept voicing over the scene. "Obviously, there are some decisions I regret making. But we all make those kinds of decisions." Flare and Marshall smiled to each other as they kept running for the Lookout. "What's important is that we learn from them and strive to do better." Flare saw Claw running for the Lookout as well, heading in first with Flare still being glad that he was able to help them. "Even if some of us need help. And I know it won't always be easy."

Just then, Marshall tripped and landed on some glue Rocky accidentally left outside the Lookout, which led to him tumbling with Flare, who got stuck to his back thanks to the glue bottle squirting Marshall's back. "Whoa!"

Flare couldn't help laughing a bit during the voice over, being quick to continue as the crash was heard. "For now though, I'm just happy that everything is all better with me and my friends."

The pups were recovering from the wipeout rather quickly, and Marshall noticed that Flare was stuck to his back. When he stood up, he already had the perfect pun for this sticky situation. "Welp, I guess this proves that we'll always stick together."

Flare and Everest laughed at the pun, with the other pups being quick to call him out on it. "Marshall!" And then the other pups joined in on the laughter themselves as the elevator rose to the top floor.

Next time, a new beginning.

"Yep. Things are all better again."
