Paw Patrol X Season Four Opening Theme
Guitar music started playing as F.M. and Rocky trying to defuse a dispute between Charm and Claw as a female voice began singing How Much Can I Help? "I always try to help people in the best way I can." Charm storms off with Rocky going after him and Claw does the same with F.M. reaching out to him. "But how far can that goooo?" F.M. notices Rocky trying to soothe Charm's temper in Wave's backyard, and also Zuma going after Claw to help calm him down. "I don't know!"
The music started to get more intense as F.M. and the others were shown underwater with mermaid tails they swam around in. title appeared in it's usual way, and about three seconds after that, the song continued with the music getting softer, but still fast paced, as the screen switched to F.M. thinking back to all the times she's helped others in the first three seasons. "Lately, I've had some stuff on my mind. Like if I'm really all that helpful. Or if I only make others smile."
F.M. started to think about how hard it's been to help Charm atone as she tries to help him stay calm when a human is trying to bring him down in the Adventure Bay park. "Recently, I questioned if I'm too nice. Like when I made a questioned call. Or if I'm even nice at all."
Charm ends up knocking out the citizen with a punch, leading to F.M. pulling him away in desperation as the scene changes to PupLantis. There, F.M. notices the Mer-Pup who looks like Skye talking about Charm to her as Rocky encourages Charm to interact with some of the Mer-Pups. As this happened, the music went up a little. "If I can't help my friends, then where on this team do I fit?" F.M. started to think back to seeing Claw's anger when Charm moved into the Lookout. "Am I being too forceful without realizing it!?"
F.M. was then shown being mistreated by an English Springer Spaniel Mer-Pup, and then her confiding to Marshall and Snow about it. It went by fast to match with the music, but the events could still be pieced together. Three more sequences involving F.M. were then revealed; the first showing her discovering what the Mer-Pup who looks like Skye is up to. Then, she was at a funeral with tears streaming down her eyes. The last event showed her learning of something from the Cockapoo Mer-Pup while on land with her eyes widening as she realized the stakes of the situation.
F.M. was then shown running on the beach as the stress from doing her best as a peacekeeper, and her sorrow from how hard life has been for her lately, as the song continued. "I always try to help people in the best way I can! But how far can that goooo!? I don't know!" F.M. stopped and dropped to her knees before crying over everything she was feeling at that moment. "The last thing I want to do to someone is hurt them! But does that shoooow!? I don't know!"
The scene changed to F.M. thinking about everything going on with her friends as the song continued with a Portuguese Water Dog and a Dachshund in a pirate outfit shown in there as well. "The position I have in the Paw Patrol, means I tell others that when they're in trouble, just yelp!" F.M. then saw the Mer-Pup who looked like Skye rise from the water, and she gave a determined, if somewhat exhausted, glare that caught her attention. "But sometimes I ask; how much can I help!?"
The music finished with F.M. and kneeling down as the Mer-Pup waited for her instruction. As the last note hit, F.M. was showing the Mer-Pup a picture of her with all of her friends that was recently taken, showing that she'll never stop thinking about them.
