Several days after the incident that nearly destroyed the Dawn Guild gym by two of their reckless members, Toya and Izuku were punished for their actions. The two of them were asked to repair the place and gather raw materials from the dungeon.

It took them a week to gather the materials and a full week to complete the repairs, thanks to the Izuku's shadow soldiers. Even the engineer in charge of helping them was quite overwhelmed by the working speed of Izuku's shadow soldiers.

Thanks to that, in just two weeks the Dawn Guild gym has reopened. The guild members also didn't complain anymore since the work was done and the quality was also improved. It seemed their Vice Guild Master also factored in the durability of the gym floor making him go back and forth to the A-rank gate to gather materials.

Since the quality had improved a lot, more guild members frequented the gym since they could use their full strength while training there.

During that time, rumors about an upcoming match between Hunters and Heroes had been spreading among the Hunters. Some also spread rumors about the participants in this event and guess who won and who lost. Some have already made bets.

While the rumors spread, Izuku sat in his office staring at the screen floating in front of him. Since earlier he was busy sorting the items in his inventory.

Since his last raid, there had been quite several monster body parts and mana stones piled up there. Some were his hunting during Dungeon raids and the rest were rewards he had gotten from the system.

Seeing this pile of useful materials, Izuku had prepared a plan in advance. He then closed the screen in front of him and walked straight out of the office.

Outside he could hear several people muttering at the sight of him. Even so, Izuku could still clearly hear what they were talking about. Some of them seemed to be talking about Izuku who would most likely represent Dawn's guild in the upcoming competition.

Izuku ignored what everyone was saying and continued towards the workshop. Previously, Izuku had made an appointment to meet Akiyama Iwao, the workshop leader.

When Izuku arrived, the staff there immediately recognized him and then took him to Akiyama's room. As soon as Akiyama saw Izuku, he immediately greeted him wholeheartedly.

" Well... well... isn't this my number one customer as well as a supplier "

" How are you Akiyama-san? "

" Very well since you came here "

" I'm glad to hear that "

" So what brings you here today? "

" About that, I have a request to make some weapons and items"

" ho... so what kind of items do you want? "

" some armor, gauntlets, swords, and cloaks, as well as maybe a few other items "

" It's not usually you make so many requests, then how about the materials? "

" Of course, I have it ready "

Izuku opened his inventory and took out some of the monster's body parts stored inside. He took out every material or monster body material he had, including the monster body parts he got from the Demon Castle dungeon.

Since he got a lot of similar materials, Izuku thought of using them as materials to make weapons for his team members instead of selling them in the shop system.

He had come up with this kind of idea ever since he once appraised his dagger made of monster fangs to Akiyama who was famous for his appraising skills. This made him think about using the materials he got as materials for weapons or items for his guild members.

Akiyama's eyes lit up as soon as he saw the pile of materials in front of him. There were many precious materials he had never seen and some high-quality mana stones. He could feel traces of strong magical energy from every part of the monster's body. Unknowingly, Akiyama's hands trembled as he couldn't help wanting to use these materials to make items.

" as usual you bring high-quality materials"

Akiyama looked at each ingredient and his eyes fell on the horns nestled among the piles. He could feel traces of intense mana coming from the horn that made it stand out from the rest of the materials. Even after touching it, he could feel the evil mana contained within the material. Curious, Akiyama looked at Izuku who was counting the amount of materials he took out.

" Hey Izuku, where did you get this thing? "

" of course in the dungeon "

" that's not it, I mean which dungeon rank did you get it "

" ah, that... "

Izuku was silent for a moment since he couldn't reveal the origin of the item held by Akiyama, since he got the horn after defeating one of the bosses in the Demon Castle dungeon.

" I got it in a high A-rank dungeon "

Akiyama looked at Izuku with doubtful eyes, but he decided not to question him further, as long as he could obtain rare materials it didn't matter whether he obtained them illegally or not.

" Well whatever, so what items do you need? "

" A set of dual swords, gauntlet, dagger, cloak, giant axe, and some armor, I've also written down some details on the items I ordered "

Izuku handed over the documents he had brought over to Akiyama. Akiyama accepted it and after skimming it, he immediately nodded. In that document, Izuku had written in detail regarding the item he wanted including the design of the item and the functions attached to the item.

" Well that's quite a lot, especially on the details part, I think it will take two months to finish everything "

Even though there were some tricky details included, Akiyama still accepted them since Izuku had written them down clearly and in detail. It can be seen that Izuku had researched this matter.

" No problem, I'm not in a hurry anyway. "

" Okay, I'll take your order, is there anything else? "

" Yes there is, I want to talk about the work contract between the workshop and the Dawn guild. "

" So you want to talk about it now, sorry, for a moment I forgot you're the deputy guild master of the Dawn guild, so how do you want to talk about it? "

Izuku and Akiyama spent two hours discussing the cooperation contract. A few days before their appointment, Izuku had prepared a plan to establish a cooperative relationship with the repair shop. Under the cooperation contract, the Dawn Guild will provide materials and costs for manufacturing standard and special quality items and weapons for Dawn Guild members, while the workshop will handle the manufacture and repair of these items.

Akiyama read through the contract, and after negotiating the cost of repairing and manufacturing the item, he then agreed to the contract. Satisfied with all his goals fulfilled, Izuku returned to his office holding the paper containing his cooperation contract with the repair shop.

When he arrived in front of his office, he could feel a presence in the room. Izuku immediately opened the door to his room, and he could see Toya who was already waiting for him in the room.

"Toya-san what are you doing in my office?"

"I have something I want to talk to you about"

"About what? "

"About your offer at the time"

Izuku paused to think about which offer, but it didn't take long for him to understand what Toya meant.

Izuku paused to think about which offer, but it didn't take long for him to understand what Toya meant.

"I understand, please sit down first."

Following what Izuku said, Toya sat across from him. Izuku took a glass and served the two of them tea.

"So are you seriously considering this?"

"that's how it is"

"Fine, then is this another one of your revenge moves?"

Toya didn't answer and was silent but didn't take his eyes off Izuku. This made Izuku a little confused but next, he just sighed knowing his determination.

Since he said he wouldn't stop Toya's revenge attempts as long as he didn't kill anyone in the process, he had no intention of stopping his friend's ambitions. But after seeing him coming to him to increase his strength, Izuku reconsidered his decision. Knowing how stubborn his friend was, it seemed impossible to stop his ambition now.

" Okay, I'll do it, since all the documents are ready, come to the association in two days to do a re-evaluation test "

" Okay, thank you "

"Yeah... "

After being done with his business Toya stood up to leave the room. But as he walks out, Izuku adds some words that make him stop.

" I honestly didn't expect you to accept it with revenge as an excuse."

Hearing this Toya was about to leave taking a slight glance at Izuku. There was anger in his dark eyes as he look back towards Izuku.

" I know you're worried, but this is the path I chose. "

"Yeah, I know that, I just hope you don't end up like your father."

" Who ended up like who, I won't end up like that person just because of this "

After saying that Toya left Izuku. Alone in his room Izuku sighed and leaned back in his chair. Thinking of Toya's last words before he left made him worry. Even so, he could only believe in his friend and hoped that what he said was true.

" Yeah... I hope so too. "
