It was a normal Monday morning for the heiress of the Yaoyorozu family. She woke up, got dressed and then fell into the endless void right outside of her room.
Pretty routine stuff.

She looked up in search of what she imagined might be a lone lightbulb dangling from the ceiling by the power cord, but froze in awe when she spotted the onyx structure seemingly growing out of the stone.
Momo sat up and was immediately hit with a nasty headache. She clutched her head and cursed under her breath, but that wasn't the end of her bad luck. Once the initial pain subsided Momo heard footsteps getting closer and closer.
She still didn't know what happened, where she was or who might be coming, so she decided to create a stun gun just to be safe. As soon as she tried to do so however, yet another problem revealed itself - she couldn't use Creation. She tried with her right arm, then her left and even her stomach, but nothing worked.
It was as if her Quirk suddenly decided to go on vacation without telling her. The knowledge on how to create a stun gun was still there, but Creation wouldn't budge.
This left her basically defenseless. Momo was quite confident in her hand-to-hand skills, but she would've felt even better with a staff in her hand. She was about to try and create it but stopped dead in her tracks when she noticed that the footsteps vanished.
Momo looked towards the entrance with bated breath only to feel relief wash over her once she recognized the person at her doorstep.
She would recognize that mop of green hair that she loved so much anywhere.
"How are you feeling?" The one and only Izuku Midoriya asked with that gentle smile of his. She may have seen it everyday for the past three years, but it still never failed to take her breath away for just a heartbeat.
"My head is killing me." She admitted with a small smile of her own.
"Anything else? Hungry, thirsty?"
"Not really, just confused."
"I'll go get something for the headache and then we'll explain everything to you." And with that he left.
Not even a full minute passed and Momo once again heard footsteps, although these were way more dynamic than Izuku's. They kept echoing throughout the room before Mina suddenly appeared and then tackled her into a hug with a joyful cheer of 'Yaomomo!'.
She acted like a broken record, constantly saying things like 'I'm so glad you are okay!' and 'Finally someone else to talk to!'. To be honest Momo didn't understand much, but once she dealt with the headache and Izuku explained everything she was she'd be able to wrap her head around it, right?
She was wrong, oh so very wrong. Even with the headache gone, courtesy of the wonderful universal remedy known as berries, Momo still found herself deeply confused and with more questions than before!
Everything she just heard sounded like a ridiculous made up campfire story and she spent the first two minutes waiting for either of her classmates to break and start laughing.
With each passing moment however, she realized that this wasn't another one of Mina's elaborate pranks, but quite the harsh reality.
"This is much to take in all at once…" Momo finally stated to which Izuku and Mina nodded in agreement.
"I was on an adrenaline rush and had more important stuff to worry about when Midori explained it to me, so it didn't hit me that hard, but it sounded as unbelievable as it can get." Ashido confirmed with a smile as she sat cross legged between her two friends.
"You sure got that right. But still, six months?" The question was directed at the greenette on the other side of the 'bed'.
"Seven actually." He corrected with a smile. "It was six when I found Mina and she's been here for a month already."
Silence befell them as Momo continued processing all of the new information or at least tried to process it, but was interrupted by a loud rumble. Both Izuku and Mina stared at her with tiny teasing smirks on their lips as she hid her face in her hands.
"I never thought that the normally prim and proper lady Yaoyorozu could produce such sounds." Mina teased through her giggles.
Izuku was more polite than their pink-skinned classmate and kept whatever silly remark he had come up with to himself. She was more than thankful for that, her face was already way too hot to be considered healthy.
"How about we go get some food and then show you around? It's going to get dark soon so it's not like we have time to start working anyway." He offered with a smile and Ashido cheered at the prospect of having a cheat day.

Thankfully Momo was not only the smartest person in their class, but also one of the most hard working and so she started pulling her own weight in no time.
Their combined effort bore fruit and the trio soon found themselves with lots of free time they could spend on various things. Goofing off was the first thing that came to mind, so that's what they busied themselves with for the first few days until Momo suggested they do something productive, namely - conduct research.
