"Two weeks have passed since the attack on the Osaka Stronghold. The students are currently traveling back from a "vacation" to the Serenity Resort. During this time, we've reinforced UA's defenses, increased security, and blacklisted Nemui Shinomori and his side kicks.. Lastly, the new secret observation and relocation base... "Hermitage" has been constructed." Shinso said as he sat in his chair, his appearance and clothes were a mess as he tried to drink some coffee to wake himself up.

"Midoriya can only last with One for All for one hour a day now. We're losing time with the symbol of peace." Shoto commented as he ate some food, trying to eat something before having to go back out to guard.

Katsuki Bakugo shook his head as he tried to reassure everyone.

"Fugu Baga is currently the newest wielder of One for All. She's been progressing faster than Midoriya did when he was her age. Give her time, and we will have a damn "Symbol" just trust in the process of One for All."

Masa looked frustrated as he placed his hand on the table, standing up. "I'm still not happy that my daughter was given One for All with out me, or my wife's knowledge! When exactly did this happen?!"

Katsuki let out a sigh, "The bombing where we lost Mari Nagamine. She was technically the tenth user. But was killed before being a proper user. Fugu was given One for All afterwards."

Masa let out a sigh of frustration as he began to worry. He didn't want to lose his daughter to such a heinous war. Not again. "I just-"

Suddenly, the main office doors slammed open, as a Tsuyoi Baga stepped into the meeting room, dressed in her hero attire, she placed her hand on her side as she had a stern expression on her face.

"Shinso, Bakugo, Where do you need me? I'm good with guarding, fighting, patrolling, what ever."

Masa stood up alarmed as he walked towards his wife.

"Honey, are you sure?! You've been off duty since-" Tsuyoi put her hand on her husbands shoulder as she smiled "It's okay, I'm ready. I'm ready to report."

Shinso nodded. "We could use a few shifts clocked in at the front doors. Thank you, Bagas."

The two walked out of the office, as Masa muttered to his wife, "We have something we need to talk about, and something even more urgent to talk to Fugu about."

As the parents walked out of UA, they saw a bright light burning like a super nova in the sky, "That's them." Masa stated as the shuttle slowly began to slow down its descent, until it finally stopped on UA soil. As it did, the grass was scorched by the landing pads, and boosters, as it slowly stopped, the door opened, as students poured out. As student ran out, they could all notice the difference in UA instantly. Many were astonished, some were worried. As Michi stepped out, he used Fenrir to grab his bag, as he wrapped it around his shoulder. His legs shaking as he felt solid ground.. It felt so different compared to the resort.

"I never want to leave earth ever again. Thank Christ." Michi grabbed a handful of soil as he squeezed it in his hand, when he suddenly saw Tsuyoi and Masa. He quickly turned around trying to avoid them.

"NAH! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE, WE HAVE SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT WITH YOU AND OUR DAUGHTER." Tsuyoi yelled at Michi as he slowly turned around, walking towards the Baga parents.

"Yes.. ma'am?" Michi said awkwardly as he saw his uncle and aunt.

"How was the trip?" Masa asked as he patted the boy on the shoulders, as Michi saw Shizu and Fugu approaching.

"It was fine... What did you guys need to talk to me so urgently?!" Michi asked, watching his friends approach as he awkwardly waved at them.

Tsuyoi crossed her arms as she cleared her throat. "One for All." Tsuyoi stated, Michi's eyes bulged out of his head hearing those words as he hesitated.

"W-What's that? Never heard of it!" Michi stated, as Tsuyoi called him out on his bullshit as she grabbed Michi by her shoulders, squeezing hard. "I know sure as shit you're lying,"

Fugu looked mad at her mother as she was being rough, on Michi once again. "What's the problem, mom?!"

"One for All."

Fugu's eyes widened as she nodded, glaring at Shizu as she waved her parent off "Okay okay, but not so loud! Please!"

Tsuyoi shook her head frustrated. "No! You both are coming with me, your father, and Michi and we're going to be talking about this! Like a damn family!"

Michi glared, confused as he heard "Family" "Wut?"

The kids took a moment as they sat down in the office, looking at each other. Tsuyoi and Masa sat across the kids, as Shizu sat in the middle, nervously.

"Okay, first of all, why am I being pulled in this-" Michi asked as Masa let out a sigh.

"Uhm, well due to what happened with your father, he's an enemy of the state. So, when you were away, we exercised our relationship and legally adopted you. Otherwise complications with school, and life would have made it harder for you to be a hero. So for now, we're your legal guardians."

Michi nodded, "would it have made it that much more difficult to become a hero?"

Masa nodded enthusiastically, "It makes life harder being an orphan. Speaking from experience here. Now to the serious conversation. Fugu. I thought we taught you better, we thought you'd come talk to us about the situation you were in."

Shizu looked scared as he looked at his sister "Situation?!"

Fugu shook her head "Mr. Deku's been guiding me since we discovered One for All resided in me. He's been keeping an eye on me and teaching me! He's been the perfect mentor!"

Tsuyoi interrupted, "But he is not your parent! You should have talked to us! We would have supported you, helped you! Hell I would've bought everything you needed, how much of your savings we've been putting away for you have you spent?!"

Fugu began to speak once more, her voice a little bit louder. "Yes! You both probably could have helped me, but I wasn't aware One for All was so casually known! You could have helped, I wont deny that, but there are things about One for All only Mr. Deku knows! I needed him to teach me!"

Shizu leaned over to Michi as he whispered, "Do you know what they're talking about?!"

Michi tried to summarize it as quickly as he could. "A power passed down from Midoriya to Fugu."

Shizu's eyes widened as he processed that "Woah.. That's so cool!"

Tsuyoi let out a disappointed sigh as she pointed at Michi. "When did you find this out, exactly?"

Michi shrugged as he cleared his throat, looking at Fugu,

"Um, only like two weeks? Since the Osaka Stronghold... But I had an idea of what was going on for the past few months this has been going on."

Masa urged Michi, "Why didn't you ask, or talk to anyone about it?"

Michi looked at Fugu, as his face was a little red. "Fugu is responsible, hard working, and earnest. She doesn't talk about what's going on with her often because she's independent. I trust her to be able to take care of herself. Besides. I was around to keep an eye on her, just in case. I guess."

Tsuyoi's eyes widened at the last statement, "Are you two dating?!"

Michi shook his head instantly, seeing the flames of rage in Tsuyoi's eyes. "No ma'am no. No. We are very Platonic."

Michi and Fugu both remembered the kiss a week ago, the heart throbbing feeling they felt during the kiss. Both their faces turned red.

"As Platonic as it gets." Fugu said after Michi.

Masa shook his head as he looked at his daughter, son, and Michi. "Listen kids.. As you know, When Deku gave Fugu One for all, it reduced his use of One for All. We did this because we thought we were in a safer time, that we could casually pass One for All off, but clearly we had pour timing. Deku's down to his last hours with One for All."

Fugu's eyes widened as she heard this. "What the hell?! I was just with him on vacation, why the hell didn't he say anything?!"

Deku walked in reverently as he let out a sigh. "Because I didn't want to worry you two anymore than I already have." Deku walked in, as he bowed to Tsuyoi and Masa.

"I want to thank you, and apologize, Thank you for an amazing daughter that I could pass One for All down two, and I am sorry, deeply that I could not include you in on this secret, even though you two already know of my secret... But things are worse than they seem."

Deku let out a sigh, "We don't know why your father is doing this. While you were on vacation, your home was investigated. We found no evidence of him being associated with the Wildfires, but we did find this, before the house was bombed by the Wildfires."

Michi reached for the photograph, looking up briefly at Midoriya. "Was anyone harmed?"

Deku shook his head. "No one. It was just a few Molotov bombs, presumably to erase any evidence, if any."

Michi flipped the photograph, seeing a photo of his mom, and dad, smiling brightly as Michi sat in a chair, holding baby Eriko. Michi took a deep breath as he looked up.

"Anything about Eriko, sir?"

Midoriya shook his head.

"No signs, no idea, no eye witnesses. We are theorizing that she was taken by Wildfire."

Fugu turned to Midoriya, concerned. "Is it true, you're down to only an hour a day?!"

Midoriya shrugged. "When I said I had 3 hours a day, I was more or less limiting myself, and how much I could use One for All. If One for All is a bonfire, currently, it resides within me as embers, I poke, and prod at the fire, trying to get more out of the resting flames, but it's finicky... It could leave any moment I use One for All now."

Fugu's face went pale as she nodded. Unsure what to say. "What do we do now?" She said, as she looked at everyone

"Clearly, we have to train you, and the rest of the students." Masa stated, as he looked at his wife. "At this point, they may do a hero draft. Calling all students to work as heroes for the time being. Regardless, you all will continue your education until proven otherwise. But don't sweat it guys, you are almost to your next half of your internships, so you're basically there. You're closer to being heroes than you realize." Fugu spoke as she smiled at everyone.

"Now come on, we should try to unpack and get ready for tomorrow.. It's a school night." Shizu said, as he stretched, looking at his phone, "6:32"

Tsuyoi nodded as she sat there looking at the table, as she hesitantly spoke. "Michi, can I talk to you for a moment alone?"

Michi looked puzzled as he looked back at the rest of everyone walking away, as Michi walked back in the room, sitting down, as he did, Shizu slowly shut the door as Michi leaned back in the chair. He tried to relax, but was still quite nervous, as Tsuyoi looked down at the table.

"Listen. Kid."

Michi began to tense up, expecting an argument to erupt. When Tsuyoi spoke again, with a softer tone.

"I am sorry, for what I said about you, you didn't deserve to be called self-destructive. You didn't deserve how I was so awful."

Michi hesitated as he spoke in a soft tone as well. "It's okay, ma'am... Umm.. truth be told, I am sorry too. I'm sorry for raising my voice at you, and I'm sorry for.. Well, for not recognizing everything you did for me when I was a boy."

Tsuyoi shook her head, still looking down at the table. "No.. No you don't need to apologize. I am the adult here, and I let past transgressions with your father influence my feelings towards you. He's not a bad man. But he changed after your mom died."

Michi nodded, "I think we can both see how much he's changed..."

Tsuyoi lifted her head, showing teary eyes as she tried to contain herself. "I loved your mom, you know? She was like a sister to me. We used to love having play dates, it gave us an excuse to be around.. braid each other's hair, and complain about our husbands."

Tsuyoi laughed as she sniffled, the tears started pouring. "When your mom died, it felt like another piece of my heart was being ripped out. I could barely hold myself together... You know, when you were a boy, you used to have so many mannerisms that reminded me of your mother, but you also looked so much like your dad."

Tsuyoi began to full on cry, as Michi did as well. He tried to calm himself down, as he took in a deep breath. He walked across the table, giving Tsuyoi a side hug, which she corrected into a full hug.

"Do I still remind you of him?"

Tsuyoi didn't hesitate as she smiled, pulling away. "No. All I see is you, and how proud your mom would be of you. I guess I was just afraid of realizing that."

Michi hesitated, as he pulled a chair to sit close to Tsuyoi. "You know, no one's really told me what my mom was like... Would you like to talk about her?"

Michi spoke in a soft voice, as Tsuyoi smiled. "I'd love to..."

7:25 P.M.

Fugu sat on the roof of the 1A dorms. Watching the sunset as she let out a small sigh.

"Two?"

Suddenly, an aberration of the second user appeared as she looked out towards the moonrise.

"What do you need, Eleven?"

Fugu let out a sigh as she tried collecting her thoughts.

"What do I do here? I feel like I'm not progressing fast enough, and things are only getting worse. What percentage can I handle of One for All so far?!"

Two hesitated for a second.

"My opinion? Maybe 9% without hurting yourself, but right now you could probably handle... 20%"

Fugu grabbed her head as she shouted in desperation

"FUCK, UGH!"

Fugu felt lost in her mind as she looked down, taking a deep breath. "Thanks two."

The second user disappeared Fugu looked at the moonrise.

"Is it?" Michi asked as he sat next to Fugu, causing her to jump in fear, punching him in the arm, as he laughed out loud.

"Sorry, sorry, are you okay?"

Fugu seemed pissed off as she scowled "You scared the fuck out of me, you dick!"

Fugu let out a sigh as she recollected herself. "Did you hear that?"

Michi shrugged. "What, you calling me a dick, or you looking up at the sky screaming, "FUCK"?"

Fugu let out a moan as she looked at the moon again.. Hesitant to even bring it up.

"Michi.. What do I do if I can't protect anyone?!"

Michi looked confused as Fugu said this, as he pointed at himself. "You do realize you've saved me... COUNTLESS TIMES, right!? Don't sweat it Fugu.. You're gonna do great, regardless of what happens, and before you say it, if you can't for some, strange reason... I'm there for you, Fugu."

Fugu rolled her eyes, used to Michi's ballsy remarks.

"Yeah.. Thanks, Michi."

"No.. Fugu I mean it! I really do!" Michi stated as he tried to grab her attention. Fugu looked towards Michi, as she saw true sincerity in his eyes. As he slowly put his hand on hers.

"Fugu... Listen."

Michi took a second to breathe as he tried to put his words together.

"I didn't see you when we were there for me, when we were kids.. But now, I see you everywhere. Like.. I get up in the morning to shower, I go to brush my teeth, even when I'm eating breakfast! God.. I'm getting side tracked."

Michi stopped for a second as he tried to figure out what to say, as Fugu's eyes lightened up.

"Michi.. What are you say?!"

"What I'm saying is... God.. When I fall asleep without you at my side, my nights are colder. It's better to have you with me, and possibly lose you, than to never have loved you at all. Because the truth is Fugu!"

Michi locked eyes with Fugu, as desperation filled his heart. Fugu looked shocked as she was slightly taken aback

"How am I supposed to explain it to you when I can't even get it out!? Fugu- It feels like there's a hole in my heart when I see you talking to another guy. My heart flutters even when you call me idiot, it makes me want to do even dumber shit around you so you look at me. Even for a second more!"

Michi smacked himself in the face as he closed his eyes.

"FUCK. I LOVE YOU! OKAY?!"

Michi opened his eyes as he saw Fugu was shocked, she blinked a few times, processing the confession that hung in the air.

"Michi..." Fugu slowly moved away.. As she did, Michi felt his heart drop, as his heart began to break.. He began looking down at the roof tiles... when Fugu tackled Michi, on top of him, she kissed him, Michi held onto her hips as Fugu held herself up. They both kissed each other passionately, after a few minutes they pulled away, gasping for air. Michi's face was red as he sat up, Fugu sat on Michi's lap as Michi held her there.. Michi looked more shocked than Fugu.. as he let out a chuckle

"not exactly what I expected..."

Fugu then kissed Michi again, as they both laughed. Michi slowly pulled her hair out of her face, as he pulled her in for another kiss.. the two held onto each other as Michi smiled.

"I've been wanting to do that for a while."

"what? The kissing, or the half baked confession?!"

Michi laughed as he clung to Fugu again. He had a soft smile on his face as Fugu couldn't help but grin ear to ear. When suddenly she heard the Fourth's voice, She suddenly pushed Michi off the roof, jumping off herself as she used black whip to grab Michi, and swing away, as a large railgun shot exploded the roof, as a Wildfire commander reloaded, he turned on his communicator

"Got two on a roof! Repositioning to snipe the heroes coming to aid!"

Michi looked up at the roof, then turned around seeing Fugu

"FUGU?!"

Fugu got off dusting herself off as she used float to hide behind a wall, then used black whip to grab onto Lou's tendril, pulling Michi under cover.

"Sniper? 2 o'clock. I saw the lense glare." Michi stated as he sent Lou out to check.

"nice eye.. keep me updated."

Fugu began to repeatedly do squats, building up energy as Michi watched confused.

"Please stop staring."

"I kinda thought it was fine now.."

"shut up."

Lou returned giving a thumbs up

"ALL CL-"

suddenly, a bullet caved through Lou's head as he fell over, returning into Michi,

"FUUUUCK!"

Michi rolled towards the Dorm's as Fugu used OFA to save herself and get Michi inside. As they got inside, the sirens began to blare throughout the school. The students in 1A began to get ready.

"EVERYONE! HERO SUITS ON NOW!" Fugu called out as she grabbed her suit case, passing Michi his own. As they got their suits on... one difference was apparent in Michi and Fugu's suits. Michi smiled as he saw his Mongrel hoodie.

"I was wondering where the hell that was!"

Fugu rolled her eyes as she turned on her support gauntlets

"I'll return it after. We've got more important matters."

"kiss for luck?" Michi said slyly as Fugu pulled herself in for a kiss. They both smiled as Fugu activated One for All. "Let's do this."

Suddenly an announcement came over the comms of UA

"STUDENTS! FIGHT BACK! WE ARE UNDER SIEGE OF THE FIREFLIES! YOU HAVE FULL PERMISSION TO USE YOUR QUIRKS!"

Michi turned it off as he muttered "shut it." "Like we weren't going to."

"UA... LETS DO THIS SHIT!" Senshi yelled as he smashed through the doors, a wave of wild fire soldiers attempted to pour into the building as Shizu used his flames to push the enemies away from the doors, Michi used Fenrir to grapple onto the biggest enemy, as he upper cutted the enemy sending him into the air, then punched him twice in the stomach as he went flying back, Michi ducked as Fugu used Michi as a barrier, scaling him, then delivering a flurry of blows against multiple villains. As they all looked around, they could see classmates all fighting back. Other students all fighting the wildfires. Fugu felt the fourth's warning again, using black whip to jump out of the way...

"Dad was right.. Nemui told them about One for All. They're targeting me."

Fugu activated black whip, sending a straight shot, as she grabbed onto the sniper, using fa jin, she launched herself towards the sniper, breaking his rifle and knocking him out, Fugu swiftly dodged again, as a railgun narrowly hit her, as she got ready to attack, Izuku Midoriya appeared, knocking the man out and breaking the rifle, giving his disciple a nod as he jumped towards a group of Wildfire soldiers.

Nemui Shinomori

Nemui sat in a chair, as he locked in his arms... he hesitated for a second, as he poured his energy into it.

"I'm not sure if I should go through with this, Shihori."

the woman touched Nemui's chin, as she tried to console him.

"it's a message. If the students are smart, which we know your boy is, they will leave UA.. it's a message. That we will no longer live under the boot of the corrupt system of heroes..."

Nemui nodded as he poured all his energy into this machine as a scientist lined up the machine to match a satellite. He nodded at Shihori as she gave the go ahead. As Nemui's lazer was fired towards the Satellite. It began to glow a blue hue as it stored the energy... amplifying it.

"ready to fire on your signal, madam."

Shihori nodded, "Give them the warning shot."

UA

suddenly, as the students were fighting off the wildfire soldiers, they stopped, looking up in the sky, as a massive beam hit the front wall of UA, as it evaporated. The beam moved quickly, as it cut into the UA building. Principal Shinso was wide eyed as he pressed the announcement button again.

"TAKE THE STUDENTS TO HERMI-"

the head quarters to UA was evaporated. Fugu stopped as well as many students did.. the shock filled their eyes as Midoriya screamed out to the students.

"ESCAPE!! ESCAPE WITH YOUR LIVES!"

through the newly made hole in the UA wall, Kazuki's monstrous form stomped into UA as Midoriya used One for All 100% to punch the monster, as Kazuki was launched backwards slightly, he swatted Midoriya

"HAWHAWHAW... HE IS GETTING SLOWER!!" Kazuki announced as he attacked Midoriya again. As he stomped on Midoriya, he delivered a 100% Detroit smash. Making room just enough for Midoriya to stay alive... Midoriya screamed out as he attempted to bring out the flames of One for All... he could only bare one more punch...

"DAMMIT!!! DAMMIIIIIIIT-"

suddenly Midoriya heard the voice of the love of his life..

" COMET HOME RUN!!!"

suddenly, rocks rained down like hell fire, hitting Kazuki as he fell backwards... Ochaco used her grappling hook to pull her husband to safety... who was worse for wear

"Thank you honey... but I'm not done yet..."

Midoriya focused all his energy into his right fist, as he felt one last smash, he gritted his teeth... All Might's spirit appeared next to Midoriya, as he grabbed his shoulder.

"You're not alone. It's time my boy... one... final... smash..."

Ochaco made her husband float, as she wrapped her grappling hook around Midoriya, throwing him in the air, as he flew through the sky, Shizu, Michi, and Fugu's eyes met, Michi used the elasticity of Lou's Tendrils to make a slingshot, as Shizu held his sister, as Michi launched the twins, Shizu focused his fire to launch Fugu at high speeds, as she used Fa Jin to launch herself at the same speeds as Midoriya, as she was next to Midoriya, she activated One for All at 100% with her left arm. With her support gear protecting her, Midoriya and Fugu lined up their punch, as Kazuki got back up.

"DOUBLE... DETROIT... SMAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!!!!"

as they both made contact with Kazuki, you could see his large head twist in an unnatural way, as a massive crack sound filled the air. Kazuki reverted back to his human form, as he fell out of the sky unconscious, as Fugu caught him, and Midoriya before they fell out of the sky.. straining herself.. She gritted her teeth. When suddenly she dropped the hero and villain on a roof. She took a deep breath as she tried to catch her breath...

"Fugu.. you're putting too much strain on your body!"

Midoriya hollered as he got up, limping. Kazuki laughed as he coughed

"let her do what she wants. It won't matter in two minutes."

Midoriya looked alarmed at Kazuki

"what the hell does that mean?!"

"are you blind!? Didn't get the memo?! THE FUCKING LAZER?? It was just a warning for what's about to happen."

Fugu looked out towards the school, then looked up, as she saw a blue light illuminating from orbit. Her eyes widened realizing what they're up to.

"YOU'RE CARPET BOMBING UA?!"

"no no.. carpet bombed* now we're erasing you from the goddamn globe. You've got two minutes. Two minutes to get the fuck out before you're last week's obituary."

Kazuki laughed as he passed out once again... Fugu looked out towards the school.. her eyes wide from fear as she quickly remembered Michi's words...

"Don't sweat it Fugu.. You're gonna do great, regardless of what happens."

Fugu activated the full gauntlet, as she touched her watch. Setting a two minute timer. Fugu took a deep breath as she called upon One for All, 100%. The roof of the building began to crumble, as the rocks floated around her, her hands, hair and eyes began to glow a bright yellow, as her hair stood up like lightening. Her eyes crackled under the pressure of the power, and her hands readied for battle Michi's hoodie flapped in the wind caused by Fugu's power, as she looked at her watch, built into her support item.

"Two minutes. That's all I need."

Fugu launched towards the school, activating Gear Shift, increasing her speed, as she split Black Whip into a hundred strips, grabbing onto countless students. She began throwing them outside of UA, as she grabbed onto the flag pole, using it to change her trajectory, breaking it in the process, activating smoke screen, creating herself cover as she grabbed more students... when suddenly a trained sniper aimed her sites of Fugu... right as she pulled the trigger, an Enraged Lou swiped at the bullet, as he grabbed the soldier, throwing him across UA, Michi began doing the same, using his quirk and Lou to pull students out of trouble. Unsure of what Fugu was doing, but trusting it completely. Fugu swung around UA, grabbing more students, as she felt her heart stop for a moment, she gritted her teeth, as she activated Fa Jin, launching herself further, as Michi grabbed onto her, using her as a way of escape for the students he grabbed, as they Delievered Michi jumped down, rolling to prevent impact damage, running for more students.. stopping for a second as he noticed Fugu's determination... her speed... her strength.. her beauty.. it all caused Michi to hurry and collect more students as they tried to get out. After a minute and a half, Fugu looked up in the sky, as the blue hue began to grow brighter.. she nervously scanned the school confines as she looked for other students. Only seeing Michi... as she floated down, she felt her heart stop again.. before hitting the ground, Michi grabbed Fugu, catching her..

"Fugu!!" Michi screamed out, as Fugu bled through her eyes.. deactivating One for All...

"Michi... Go. You don't have time.. you won't have time to get me and yourself out!"

Michi smiled, as he swiped some of Fugu's blood, showing her as he licked his finger, cringing at the bitter taste.

"don't... worry about a thing."

Michi began running normally as he heard Fugu's watch begin to beep.. he began to sweat as he kept running..

"JUST LEAVE ME!!!"

Michi shook his head

"HELL NO! I WONT LET ANOTHER PERSON I LOVE DIE!"

Michi's eyes began to glow white as his hair stood up, white as snow, as he activated One for All at 100%, the ground shook as Michi launched himself, at the same time; the satellite's laser was fired, Michi felt a deep pain in his head, as 8 voices filled his head. His eyes widened as he looked at Fugu, he activated Gear shift, changing Fugu's trajectory to Top shift, then used Black Whip to throw Fugu across town, Fugu's hand reaches out to Michi's as the laser touched down on UA, evaporating everything in site.
