d1n0s: It still isn't clear if the other person loses their Quirk if stolen by Izuku. And the dungeons are in the real world, the monsters anyone within a specified range. Guess who Izuku just killed?
a. The quirk is stolen unless it is given back just like AFO
b. It does replace people with zombies but it doesn't actually kill the person

I quickly ran back to my room and shut the door. Then looked at what I got, specifically the upgrade

'Oh?' I thought, then I used [Upgrade] on my skill steal.

Skill steals the power to steal skill/Quirks from a target from skin-to-skin contact, which can be given to other people and taken back from anywhere.
It didn't change? No wait I can now steal all leveled skills cool!? I think I can take on these zombies now!
I create 2 gauntlets as my other shield and short sword disappear. I think I'm going to like gauntlets a good mixture of defense and offense, anyway, I open the door and punch a zombie in the chest

What? There can be a mini BOSS? I know of the other 2 normal zombies I got quests for each type.
