The next morning Inuyasha woke with a groan slowly sliding out of bed and walked over to the crib. Looking down at his pups just standing there watching them sleep twenty minutes later, they woke with a mewl.
Reaching in the crib to pet them and then feeling astonished by their nuzzles to his hands. Smiling then picking them up to cradle them close but once they were near chest level Inuyasha picked up a musty smell coming from them.
"Damn boys I guess it is time for your first bath."
Nuzzling into their mothers pecs and then curling up in a ball. Smiling once again then walking to the bathroom going over to the tub and then bending down and placing them in.
Reaching over to the plug and pushing it down then turning on the water. Adjusting it to a decent temperature then getting up and grabbed the pet shampoo and walked back over to the tub.
Bending down getting on his knees then reached over to turn off the water afterwards cupping the water. Pouring the cupped water on the boys wetting their fur then grabbing the shampoo and squeezed a generous amount in his hand.
Setting the bottle down and then lathered up his hands then reached into the tub scrubbing the soap on the boy's fur. Once they were soaped up enough once again cupping his hands with water and rinsed off the boys.
Draining the water and then picking them up and bringing them back to the crib. As he was leaving the bathroom Inuyasha grabbed a towel on his way out. Placing them in the crib and then picking up Rafael and starting to dry him off and then doing the same to Inutashio.
Grabbing a brush from the drawer under the crib and brushing their fur. Smiling at them creening into the brushing and mewling from the attention. Putting the brush back then leaning into the crib to kiss them which they return the kisses with licks to his face.
For a good ten minutes Inuyasha just watched them play with each other and eventually started to fall asleep. Quickly picking them up and bringing them to his nipples to eat. Twenty minutes later, they finished eating, Inuyasha placed them back into the crib as they were licking their faces clean then kissed them once again.
Walking over to the dresser and grabbing some clothes and quickly put them on and walked out of the room closing the doors quietly behind him. Heading down the hallway to the doors leading to the foyer eventually arriving at the door but then noticed that Pete and Chris were there waiting for him.
"Morning your majesty. How come you are late?"
"Sorry about that Chris, the boys needed a bath and I then got distracted by them playing and feeding them afterwards."
"Are you ready?"
"Yes, after a quick breakfast please."
Nodding, they let Inuyasha through the door and followed behind walking down the stairs to the foyer turning left to the kitchen and dining room.
"Morning uncle, how are you?"
"Great Ships, what about you and the twins?"
"They and I are amazing. They even proposed to me last night."
"What that is amazing, well it looks like I will be having some new nephews and nieces soon too."
"I don't know what you mean uncle."
Raising an eyebrow. "Seriously Ships as you are well aware my sense of smell and hearing is just as good as yours. So how far along are you?"
Blushing. "Three weeks today."
"Great more mouths to feed." Jokes Victoria.
Startling everyone when she came out of the pantry.
"Well good morning to you too, Vics. What are you doing in the pantry?"
"Good morning and your astute nephew hired me as co-chef last night and I accepted."
Looking to Shippou. "Did he know? I am sure you both will make a great team. Anyways would you mind cooking up a quick brekky for the three of us please?"
Nodding then going over to the pantry and fridge to collect the ingredients. Moments later presented the food to the three.
"What is it?"
"Spiced vegetables with pan seared duck breast with a lemon puree."
"Looks delicious." Said Chris.
"Definitely." Added Peter.
The three dug in moaning at the mixture of spices and the juicy breasts.
"How is it?"
"Outstanding as always nephew."
"Thanks uncle."
Going back to their food fifteen minutes later, the three finished and thanked them for the food then left the dining room/kitchen. Going to the entrance of the castle and going through the doors turning left to the range.
Five minutes later, they arrived at the range. Peter and Chris went to the shed to collect the guns and ammo while Inuyasha set up the range with targets. By the time Inuyasha had finished setting up the range targets Chris and Peter had cleaned, assembled, and loaded the guns.
Bringing the guns over to the racks and placing them on except the pistol. Handing the pistol to Inuyasha Chris then grabs ear plugs.
"You will need these my king, the sound of a gun is really loud. The pistol is not as much depending on the type but the rifle and shotgun will be."
Nodding and grabbing the plugs, placing them into his ears. Chris then steps behind Inuyasha to help him adjust his stance and holding of the pistol once done he steps aside. For the next four hours Inuyasha practices with each gun, eventually getting the hang of each one.
Twenty minutes later, Inuyasha smells the scent of roasting fish, placing the gun down the rack and removing the plugs. Turning around and saw a few dozen salmon roasting on the fire walking over and sat down.
"It seems you have got a hang of the guns. I am quite impressed by my king. Normally it takes just as long of training to master guns as it does bows." Said Chris.
"Absolutely it took me at least three years each until I was a knack at both." Added Peter
Nodding. "Yeah guess I am just a natural at it." Jokes Inuyasha.
"Natural! "You practically learned skills that take years to a decade just from reading and practicing in like five months and two days. So to say you are a natural is an understatement." Said Chris.
"How about some sword training later? You will never know what your enemy will be using until it is too late. It is best to be prepared for anything when push comes to shove." Said Chris
"Why not? It is best to keep up my skill and stamina with a close-corner weapon as much as I can."
"It is decided then later today the three of us and Ethan will train with swords." Added Peter
"That is not a bad idea."
Everyone turned to see Ethan smirking while holding the katana that he got for Christmas. Walking over and handing Chris, Peter, and Inuyasha their katana's as well.
"I just got done sharpening them and cleaning them last night so they should be at peak performance."
"Thanks Ethan." Said the three.
Ethan then sat down and joined in eating the salmon. For the next two hours the four made small conversation and ate the salmon. Thirty minutes later, the silence was broken by Inuyasha.
"Well if we are going to train we better do it soon it is getting dark fast. Nodding the four got up and put out the fire and went over to the range and put away the guns and ammo then locked the shed.
Taking down the targets and putting up the slice posts and new dummies for the sword practice. For the next three hours they practiced their stances on the post and dummies. Twenty minutes later, they exited the range and went out to the field to practice on each other.
Three hours later, the four of them were out of breath and tired plus a little cold. Sheathing their katana's and walking to the entrance of the castle then going through the doors. Walking up to the steps led to the junction with Chris, Ethan and Peter going right and Inuyasha going left after wishing each other good night.
Going through the door leading to the west wing hallway two minutes later, arriving at the bedroom door and going in. The second Inuyasha opened the door he was tackled by the pups looking to his right noticing that he left the gate unlocked by accident.
Shaking his head and then cradling them in his arms then standing up. Walking over to the crib and placing them back in after kissing them then locking the gate. The boys then curled upon each other and fell asleep.
Going over to the bed and stripping down then climbed into bed getting under the covers and fell asleep. Twenty minutes later, he was woken by a lusty howl recognizing it to be Peter and realized why he did it.
Laughing to himself realizing that there will be even more addition now to the castle in the next coming months. Looking over to the crib seeing that the boys were awake and mewling for attention.
Getting out of bed then going over to the crib picking them up to feed them and then bringing them over to the bed with him. Holding them in one arm while climbing back into bed and getting under the covers then both boys walked over to their mother and curled up together by his chest.
Wrapping his arm over them and quickly fell asleep the next time Inuyasha woke he was laying on his back and the boys were fast asleep on his chest. Licking them and then kissing them he then carefully got out of bed while holding them and went over to the crib placing them in. Walking once again over to the bed and climbing under the covers once again falling asleep.
