While aboard her secret is discovered by the crew as she watches her adopted father is kidnapped by Romulans. Will they rescue her father or become prisoners as well?

SEQUEL TO "TIME DILATION" Beverly and Jean-Luc have recovered from the shuttle accident and go on their way to shore leave. Reuniting with old friends, there are some surprises that will surface and choices that must be made.
