Judgment of the Stars! Xyz User "Hokuto Shijima"
"The mysterious duelist who challenge Sawatari, was an Xyz user who looked just like Yuzu! Because of that LDS' Chairwoman Himika Akaba, used the incident with Sawatari as a excuse to take over You Show Duel School!" Yuya narrates. "Duel!" Yuzu and Hokuto yells out.
At the Duel start "I won't let you get You Show Duel School!" Yuzu declares. "She's quite an energetic girl but, I wonder how long she will be able to keep that up" Himika states. "Now Hokoto, show us your abilites!" Himika urges him. In a corner of the room Reiji lingers in a disguise. "Understood, Chairwomen" Hokuto said. "I'll be taking the first turn!" He declares. "I summon Constellar Algiedi!" Hokuto states (ATK: 1600). "When this card is successfully Summoned I can Special Summon a Level 4 Constellar Monster from my hand!" He explains. "I Special Summon Constellar Kaus!" Hokuto declares as Algiedi releases a burst of blue light from its staff (ATK: 1800). "I activate Constellar Kaus' effect!" Hokuto declares. "Up to twice per turn, Kaus can change the Level of a Constellar Monster by one" He explains. "For the first use of the effect, I'll use it to raise the Level of Constellar Algiedi by one!" Hokuto declares and Kaus forms an arrow in its hand and fires it from its bow into the air. It explodes and particles shower Algiedi, increasing its Level (Alguedi's LV: 5). "And then I use the second instance of the effect to have Kaus raise his own Level by one" Hokuto states (Kaus' LV: 5). "I Overlay my Level 5 Constellar Kaus and my Level 5 Constellar Algiedi!" He declares and Kaus and Algiedi turn into yellow swirls and disappear into a galaxy-portal, causing a column of blue lightning to erupt from the portal. Yuzu, Yuya, Gongenzaka, the children and Shuzo gasps. "Light of the stars, descend and shake this very earth! Xyz Summon! Rank 5! Constellar Pleiades!" Hokuto chants (ATK: 2500). "So that's…an Xyz!" Yuzu mutters. "Rank? That thing doesn't have a Level?" Tatsuya wonders. "C'mon, man. You really don't know?" Sora ask. "An Xyz Summons, simply put, is where you gather monsters of the same Level, and use them so you can Special Summon an Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck. And to top it off, Xyz Monsters have Rank instead of Levels" He explains. "And those lights swirling around?" Ayu ask. "Those are Overlay Units. Xyz Monsters detach those lights to activate their effects" Sora states. "And with that, I end my turn" Hokuto states. "Yuzu Hiragi, if you're really the one behind that sneak attack on Sawatari, I wonder how you'll react to seeing an Xyz Summon…"Himika thinks.
"It's my turn, Draw!" Yuzu declares. "I using my Scale 1 Arial the Melodious Sorceress and my Scale 9 Dulcet the Melodious Sorceress to set the Pendulum Scale!" She declares. "With this I'm able to summon multiple monsters from Level 2 to 8!" Yuzu states. Reiji starts to glance at the Duel. "Swing, Pendulum of Souls! Draw an arc of light across the ether! Pendulum Summon! Show yourselves, my monsters! Ska the Melodious Diva! (ATK: 600) And Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra!" Yuzu chants (ATK: 2600). "There it is!" Ayu cheers. "The shivers!" Futoshi cheers. "So this is Pendulum Summoning…!" Himika intrigued. "You're not using an Xyz Summon?" Hokuto ask. "The one that attacked Sawatari wasn't me! I've never Xyz Summoned in my life!" Yuzu insist. "Yeah, if Yuzu says so, who am I to doubt her…?" Yuya thinks.
"Well, whatever. After all, you're no match for me. Let me be blunt. You will lose!" Hokuto said. Yuzu maintains her confidence "Me, lose? I'm gonna win!" She thinks. "I activate the effect of my Ska the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu declares. "Once per turn, I can lower the Attack Points of an opponent's monster by 600 Points until the turns ends!" She explains (Pleiades' ATK: 1900). "YES! With that, Mozarta has the advantage in Attack Points!" Gongenzaka exclaims. "Battle! I'll have my Mozarta attack your Pleiades as she hops on Mozarta. "Hmph, as expected, this is the best you can offer" Hokuto smugly calls as Mozarta attacks Pleiades. "I activate the effect of my Constellar Pleiades!" He declares. "By detaching one Overlay Unit, I can return one card on the field to its owner's hand!" Hokuto states as Pleiades absorbs an Overlay Unit into its fist. "I'll target Mozarta!" He declares and Mozarta was enveloped in orange light and disappears, causing Yuzu to fall to the ground. "Mozarta…!" Tatsuya surprised. Yuzu hits the ground "Yuzu!" Yuya screams. Yuzu gets up "Owww…" She said. "Every move you make is easy for me to read!" Hokuto said. From the sidelines "The same goes for you" Sora mutters. "What'll you do next?" Hokuto ask. "Crud! Ska can't beat his Pleiades" Yuzu mutters. She takes Ska with one hand "What can I do…?" Yuzu wonders as she looks around. She sees multiple shooting stars from above. One of them hits a nearby building, revealing the location of an Action Card. "You plan to grab an Action Card?" Hokuto speculates as Yuzu runs to the building. "There should be an Action Card somewhere around this temple where the shooting star fell…" Yuzu thinks. Before Yuzu can reach the card, Pleiades blocks her path. A frustrated Yuzu turns to Hokuto, who chuckles. "Came here looking for this by any chance?" Hokuto asks as he holds up the card Yuzu was after. "No way! When did you…?" Yuzu ask. "This field is basically home field advantage for me. I've completely memorized where and when the Acton Cards shooting stars will fall" Hokuto replies. Yuzu turns and runs to look for another Action Card, which reveals itself to be in another building. Once again, Pleiades cuts her off. "You see, your efforts are in vain" Hokuto states. "Shit…" Yuzu cursed. "Not good. He's able to read every move she makes" Gongenzaka said. "He wasn't lying when he said the field was home field for him" Yuya states. Himika smirks in satisfaction. "Yuzu, I'm sorry! B-B-But…Get yourself fired up! Get your blood boiling!" Shuzo yells. "Let me remind you, in case you forgot, but you instantly forfeit if you don't play a card or make a move for over a minute. Or, case you don't want that, you could end your turn so we can resume the Duel" Hokuto reminds Yuzu. "I set one card face-down and end my turn" Yuzu states as she was caught between a rock and a hard place. At the same time, Ska's effect ends, which means Pleiades' Attack Points return to normal" She state (Pleiades' ATK: 2500).
"It seems you picked the wrong opponent" Himika comments. "By the way, I've won 40 times in a row since I mastered Xyz Summoning. And this'll make my 41st" Hokuto tells Yuzu. "My turn! Battle! I'll have my Constellar Pleiades attack your Ska!" He declares. Pleiades brings its sword down on Ska, destroying it (Yuzu's LP: 2100). "Yuzu!" Yuya yells out. The children were horrified. "You're entirely half-baked" Hokuto chides Yuzu. "Sawatari must be been incompetent to get ambushed by you" He adds. "That wasn't me! I didn't do it!" Yuzu assert. "Like I care. Whatever, we'll beat you guys to a pulp, and then this Duel School becomes a part of LDS!" Hokuto reasserts. "Like hell! That'll never happen!" Yuzu yells. "Then try and stop us" Hokuto beckons Yuzu. "I set one card face-down and end my turn!" He states.
"As long as he has Constellar Pleiades, any powerful monster I bring out will be returned to my hand. But he only has one Overlay Unit left" Yuzu thinks. "It's my turn! Draw!" Yuzu declares. "Here I go again!" She states. "Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my monsters! Lyra the Melodious Diva! (DEF: 800) Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra!" Yuzu declares (ATK: 2600). "Yuzu, if you not gonna make this entertainment, it's boring!" Sora encourages Yuzu. "I'm not trying to entertain tight now!" Yuzu yells at Sora. "Blegh" Sora pouts. "I'm not gonna lose this Duel! No matter what!" Yuzu mutters, before seeing a shooting star reveal the location of another Action Card. "Mozarta!" Yuzu calls out and she mounts Mozarta and goes after the card. "She's trying to be a confident Ace Duellist capable of turning her back on her enemy…" Himika calls Yuzu. As Mozarta flies across a dune and continues forward "To see her that serious…" Yuya notes. "Her desire to protect You Show Duel School might be what's driving her" Gongenzaka states. Yuya recalls the masked Duellist's resemblance to Yuzu "Yuzu…" Yuya whispers. Back at the Duel "There's an Action Card there!" Yuzu states as she and Mozarta were almost to the card's location, which is on the tip of a roof. "I activate Constellar Pleiades' effect!" Hokuto declare. "By detaching one of its Overlay Units, I can send Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra back to your hand!" He states. Mozarta returned to Yuzu hand, causing her to fall out of reach of the card. "He timed his effect like that on purpose!" Gongenzaka realizes. As Yuzu slips from the roof, "Yuzu!" Yuya screams. "Yuzu!" The children scream. "Trap Activate: Melody Revival!" Yuzu declares. "When one of my monsters leaves the field due to a card effect, I can Speical Summon one Melodious from my Graveyard!" She states. She Special Summon Ska the Melodious Diva (DEF: 600). Yuzu grabs its hilt, and drives it into the roof's edge, saving herself from falling. "Well done!" Hokuto praised Yuzu from the ground. "That was dangerous you know!" Ayu angrily criticizes Hokuto. "So you'll do anything to win?!" Tatsuya calls him out. "That's cowardly!" Futoshi calls it. Yuzu swings to the top of the roof "It seems you haven't given up yet" Hokuto states. Yuzu manages to take the card "Action Spell: Cosmic Arrow!" Hokuto declares! "This card destroys one Spell Card obtain from anything outside drawing!" He states. "Too bad! You had just gotten it too" Hokuto calls it. "I end my turn with that" Yuzu states as she was out of options. "But with that Pleiades Overlay Units are at zero" Yuzu thinks.
"My turn! Draw!" Hokuto declares and draws Constellar Sombre. "I summon Constellar Sombre!" He states (ATK: 1550). "Constellar Sombre's effect activates!" Hokuto declares. "Once per turn I can banish one Constellar monster from my Graveyard, and add another Constellar monster to my hand!" He states. Algiedi rises from a Graveyard portal and vanishes. "I add Constellar Kaus to my hand!" Hokuto declares as Kaus rises from the portal and adds it his hand. "Furthermore, the turn this ability activated I can summon one more Constellar monster!" Hokuto states. "I summon Constellar Kaus!" He declares (ATK: 1800). "Two monsters of the same level…that means-!" Yuzu realizes. "Not yet!" Hokuto interrupts. "I activate Constellar Kaus' effect!" He declares. "Twice per turn this card can increase the Level of a card by One!" He states. "I choose Sombre and Kaus! And increase their Level's by One!" Hokuto declares (Sombre's LV: 5, Kaus LV: 5). "Level Five…it can't be-!" Yuzu understands. "I use Constellar Kaus and Sombre to Overlay! Xyz Summon! Rank 5! Constellar Pleiades!" Hokuto declares (ATK: 2500). "Another Pleiades…" Yuzu confirms her suspicions. "You must have been planning on using up all of my Overlay Units so that I couldn't activate Pleiades' effect anymore but…too bad for you that was all within my expectations" Hokuto says. "Just as you're within mine…" Sora mutters. "All of the conditions have been met!" Hokuto states as he takes a card from his Extra Deck. "This card can be summoned by using one Constellar Pleiades as Xyz Materials" He explains. "Another Xyz…!?" Yuzu exclaims. "Rain down your dazzling light! Xyz Summon! Come forth, Rank 6! Constellar Ptolemy M7!" Hokuto chants (ATK: 2700). As Yuzu looks on in determination "Pendulum Summon being acquired by this school was simply a coincidental gift, just like I said no matter who it is, joining with LDS is within their best interests!" Himika notes.
A shooting star reveals another Action Card "Let's go Lyra!" Yuzu exclaims and she rides on Lyra in an attempt to reach it "This time I'll-!" Yuzu declares. "She just never learns does she…!" Hokuto states. "Constellar Pleiades effect activates!" He declares. "By using one Overlay Unit I return Lyra the Melodious Diva to your hand!" He states. This causes Yuzu to fall into an abyss between two floating stones, but she manages to grab hold of a stone just in time. She hoists herself up and continues for the card. "Battle Phase!" Hokuto declares. "Pleiades, attack Ska!" He orders. The sword of Pleiades glows purple and extends, allowing it to not only destroy Ska, but to also cleave away the pillars supporting the building the card is in. "Yuzu!" Yuya screams. "Get out of there!" Gongenzaka screams. "That's it!" Yuzu exclaims. "Yuzu!" The children scream as debris rains down on her. Yuzu backed against the wall, She then steels herself "If you want to win gather your courage and press forward" Yuzu remembers Yusho words. "Press forward!" Yuzu yells and runs in. The building collapses entirely as Hokuto was satisfied that Yuzu did not appear to make it outside.
To his surprise, Yuzu survived as she holds up the card she got triumphantly. "Yuzu!" Yuya relieved. "She did it!" Gongenzaka exclaims. "Impossible…You should have ran away there!" Hokuto said. "If I do that what I should have it wouldn't be exciting right?" Yuzu tells Hokuto. "That's Yuzu!" Sora exclaims. "Burning!" Shuzo calls it. "So cool!" The young students call it. "And the shivers!" Futoshi said. "Either way it's over with this attack!" Hokuto said. "Direct attack with M7!" He declares. As Ptolemy M7 prepares its attack, its wings glow gold "Action Spell: Twinkle Comet activate!" Yuzu declares. "Until the end of the turn it lowers one of my opponent's monster's ATK by 1000, (Ptolemy M7's ATK: 1700) as well as dealing 500 damage to the player!" She explains as a meteor strikes Ptolemy M7 on the chest (Hokuto's LP: 3500). The attack continues, with Yuzu being blown back (Yuzu's LP: 400). "Damn you…within my 40 consecutive wins, you damaged my never before touched Life Points!" Hokuto curses. "This was within my expectations wasn't it…" Sora calls Hokuto's attitude. "Continuous Spell: Constellar Tempest!" Hokuto, enraged, declares. "I can activate this card if there are two or more Constellar Xyz Monsters of my field!" He states. Meteors rain down from the sky, all aimed at Yuzu. Hokuto laughs maniacally "Crush her! Crush her!" He yells. "At the end of this turn your life point will be halved!" Hokuto explains. "I end my turn with that" He states. Yuzu frantically dodges them, but a meteor's explosion strikes Yuzu from behind (Yuzu's LP 200). "At this moment Constellar Ptolemy M7's ATK returns to normal!" Hokuto states (Ptolemy M7's ATK: 2700). "I'll take you down in the next turn! No matter what it takes!" He said in a maniacal state. "What do you think a Duel is?!" Futoshi criticize. That's right!" Ayu criticize. "Silence! A Duel is a fight! If it's to win you can't be picky about your methods!" Hokuto snaps. "You're wrong! I…Don't want anyone to get hurt!" Yuzu yells. Yuya then gasps as he remembers.

"I don't want you to get hurt…" The masked Duelist tells him.

This increased his suspicion of her being Yuzu.
"Ladies and Gentlemen! The fun has just begun!" Yuzu yells with newfound confidence. "My turn, Draw!" He declares and draws Partita the Melodious Diva. "Alright!" Yuzu cheers. "I summon Partita the Melodious Diva!" She declares. "When this card is successfully summoned I can return one card on my Field to my hand!" Yuzu states (ATK: 300). "I shall return Arial the Melodious Sorceress to my hand!" She declares. "Then her Pendulum Summoning will be…" Tatsuya wonders. "What'll happen to it…?" Fudoshi wonders. "Now step on up…! The one who will take Arial's place is… Lyra the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu declares. "Huh?" The children said. "What?" Hokuto confused. "Now, your attention please!" Yuzu tells everyone. "I, using the Scale 3 Lyra the Melodious Diva and the Scale 9 Dulcet the Melodious Diva, set the Pendulum Scale!" She declares. "With this I'm able to summon multiple monsters from Level 4 to 8!" Yuzu states. "Swing, Pendulum of the Soul! Draw an arc of light across the either! Pendulum Summon! Come forth my monsters! First I'd like to welcome Arial the Melodious Sorceress back to the stage!" Yuzu chants (ATK: 1200). "Summoning Arial the Melodious Diva as a monster instead of using it as a gate…?" Reiji wonders. "And it's time for the appearance of the main star of today's event! With it stunning and radiant singing voice! Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra!" Yuzu continues (ATK: 2600). "Constellar Pleiades effect activates!" Hokuto declares. "Using one Overlay Unit, Mozarta is returned to your hand! With that it's show-time is over!" He states. "I think not! The main event is immortal!" Yuzu corrects him. "What?!" Hokuto shock. "Arial the Melodious Sorceress's effect activates!" Yuzu declares. "Once per turn when a Pendulum Monster I possess leaves the field, I can Special Summon that Monster!" She states. Arial glows with a blue aura and positions its staff in front of it. "Another splendid entrance, Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra!" Yuzu declares. "She did it! She can defeat Pleiades with Mozarta's double damage effect!" Futoshi exclaims. "I already told you, Xyz have Ranks not Levels!" Sora reminds him. "And beside Mozarta's only doubles battle damage, it doesn't increase it's actual attack power!" He further explains. "Then she can't win?" Ayu ask. "Yuzu said it herself didn't she? The fun has just begun!" Sora reminds her. "Now it's finally time for the climax!" Yuzu announces. "Lyra's Pendulum effect activates!" She declares. "Until the end of the turn it can flip the ATK and DEF of one Pendulum Monster!" Yuzu states. Lyra leaps up and releases several stars. "My choice is Arial the Melodious Sorceress!" She declares (Arial's ATK: 2400). Hokuto gasped. "In addition I activate the Spell Card: Magical Star Symphony!" Yuzu declares. "As long as Arial the Melodious Sorceress remains on the field, until the end of this turn all monsters on either player's Field, equal to the total of their monster's Levels times 100, have their ATK increased!" She states. "The Levels of the monsters on Yuzu's field are, Mozarta at 8, Arial at 5, Partita at 2, for a total of 15!" Tatsuya adds up. "Each of their individual ATK's will go up by 1500 then?" Gongenzaka notes (Mozarta's ATK: 4100), Arial's ATK: 3900), (Partita's ATK: 1800). "B-but won't the opponent's ATK go up too?" Futoshi ask. "Like I keep saying…" A slightly annoyed Sora starts to remind him. But before he can continue "Ah, I get it now! Xyz don't have Levels so-" Tatsuya says. "His opponent's ATK will stay the same!" Ayu finishes his sentence. "What did you say?!" Hokuto flabbergasted, tears streaming from his eyes in disbelief.
Yuzu hops on to Mozarta "Now then shall we get started?" She asks. "I use the Melodious Pendulum Maestra to attack Constellar Ptolemy M7! Graceful Assault Wave!" Yuzu declares (Hokuto's LP: 2100). "After that is Arial the Melodious Sorceress attacks Pleiades! Resonance Note!" She declares. Arial forms a note with its staff, then sends it forward. It shatters Pleiades into many pieces (Hokuto's LP: 700). "and now for the finish! Direct attack with Partita!" Yuzu declares. As Partita makes a move at Hokuto "My 41st consecutive win-!" Hokuto mutters. Partita pounces backward on Hokuto, catching him by folding its ring on her wrist. She unfolds them, causing Hokuto to spring up and hit the ceiling (Hokuto's LP: 0). "That's one win!" Yuzu cheers. "She did it!" Yuzu's friends cheers. "Hot Blooded!" Shuzo call the Duel and cries tears of joy. Himika smiles behind her fan, while Reiji looks on, unnoticed. "Yuzu! Yuzu! Yuzu! Yuzu…" Her friends cheers. "Thank you! Thank you!" Yuzu said. "I don't want anyone to get hurt!" Yuya remembers Yuzu's words. "I don't want you to get hurt…" He them remembers what the masked Duelist said to him. "Yuzu…" Yuya mutters.

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn, during either player's Battle Step in which a Pendulum Monster you control battles, when a Spell Card is activated: You can negated the activation, then Set that card face-down instead of sending it to the Graveyard, and if you do, it cannot be activated for the rest of this turn.
Monster Effect: Once per turn, when exactly 1 Pendulum Monster you control leaves the field: You can Special Summon that monster.
Dulcet the Melodious Sorceress (Pendulum/Effect Monster, Attribute: Light, Type: Spellcaster, Level: 3, ATK: 1200, DEF: 600, Scale: 9)
Pendulum Effect: Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a Trap Card that targets exactly 1 Pendulum Monster you control (and no other cards) is activated: You can negate the activation, then Set that card face-down instead of sending it to the Graveyard.
Monster Effect: Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap effect that targets a card(s) in your Pendulum Zone is activated: You can negate that effect.

Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses 600 ATK until the End Phase.
Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra (Pendulum/Effect Monster, Level: 8, Attribute: Light, Type: Fairy ATK: 2600, DEF: 2000, Scale: 4)
Pendulum effect: If this card is in your pendulum zone at end phase of your turn you can destroy this card and add one Melodious monster from your deck to your hand.
Monster effect: If this card battles an opponent's Level 5 or higher monster, any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent is doubled.

Melodious Revival: When exactly 1 monster you control leaves the field by a card effect: Special Summon 1 "Melodious" monster from your Graveyard.

Pendulum Effect: When you Pendulum Summon a monster(s): you can target 1 card in your control; return that target to the hand.

If you control "Arial the Melodious Diva"; Monsters currently on the field gain ATK equal to the combined Levels of all monsters their controller currently control x 100, until the end of this turn.
