"Reiji!" Himika call out to him. Reiji promptly starts walking out of the arena. "W-wait!" Yuzu asks Reiji. "I'll give you the win" Reiji explains. "H-hold on! What's your name?" Yuzu asks. "Reiji Akaba" Reiji tells her. As Musical Circus disappears "That was pretty amazing wasn't it? To think that he could even use Pendulums…" Sora impressed. Yuzu enters the observation room with her visors over her eyes. "Yuzu!" Yuya calls out. Yuzu! Ayu, Tatsuya and Futoshi calls out as they runs to her in concern. When they stop, Yuzu falls to her knees "How could he know how to Pendulum…Pendulum Summoning is…unique to me…" Yuzu disbelief. "Yuzu…" Yuya murmur.
Shuzo came in "Man…anyways, good for us!" He was relieved. "Good for us?" Yuya asks. "Yeah. The LDS left. First and foremost, we managed to protect our school thanks to everyone's efforts" Shuzo states. "Even if you say "everyone," the only one who actually won was Yuzu…" Sora points out. Everyone was disappointed "You didn't fight for us! How can you complain?" Tatsuya lashes out at Sora. "Yeah, you weakling!" Ayu calls Sora. "You Show Duel School doesn't want someone like you on board!" Futoshi adds. "Yeah, yeah. Sorry" Sora casually apologizes to the trio and walks away. "Hey, where are you going, Sora?" Shuzo ask. "And you guys shouldn't be saying things like that!" He scolds the other three children. "Whatever! That guy…" Futoshi unmoved. "We don't need weaklings anyway!" Ayu says. "If the LDS tries to attack us again, I'll protect us next time!" Tatsuya promise. "Me too!" Futoshi promise. "Me three!" Ayu promise. "So please, train us again! With your Pendulum Summoning!" Tatsuya asks Yuzu. "Pendulum Summoning isn't just "mine!" Yuzu lashes out at Tatsuya. She pushes past Tatsuya and runs away, not before Shuzo grabs her by the wrist. "And where do you think you're going?" Shuzo asks Yuzu. "Reality won't change even if you run from it. Just as you say, Pendulum Summoning isn't something unique to you anymore" He states. Yuzu gasps.
Meanwhile, "President! Good work as always" A LDS staff member said as Reiji, Himika and Nakajima arrives at LDS' control room. "Yeah. Report to me the details of the Marco assault incident" Reiji asks. "Yes, sir. The incident took place in Miami City's District NLD-038. The incident took place as 17:54. We detected a fairly strong summon reaction" The Section Chief next to him reports. "What was the summon method?" Himika inquires. "It was Xyz summon" Section Chief responds. "At that time, Yuzu Hiragi was with us…" Himika realizes. "Above all, she had neither the knowledge nor the power necessary to perform an Xyz Summon. "Use all of LDS' resources to locate Marco. Do not stop until you find him" Reiji orders. "Yes, sir!" Section Chief responds.
At the LDS' lounge, Masumi was with Yaiba and Hokuto. "If he's okay, why won't they let us see him?" Masumi angrily questions. "Professor Marco would surely be happy if he saw me!" She states. "I bet he's wrapped up in mummy bandages just like Sawatari and doesn't want anyone to see him in that states" Hokuto guesses. "Don't liken me to that piece of trash!" Masumi snaps at Hokuto. "But for him to get hurt even thought he wasn't playing on an Action Field…" Yaiba wonders. "Ah…hey, where are you going?" he catching Masumi running off. "To find out what really happened, obviously!" Masumi states.
At You Show "Pendulum cards were a power granted uniquely to you. Despite that, more people who use them have shown up" Shuzo explains. "That's a shock to you, isn't it?" He asks Yuzu. Yuzu grits her teeth. "I don't know how Reiji Akaba got his hands one Pendulum cards. Maybe his company developed them in the first place" Shuzo states. Yuzu gasps in shock "Company?" Yuya asks. "Reiji Akaba is the CEO of Leo Corporation. For his company, which boasts the worldwide number one share in duel systems, decrypting the secret of Pendulum cards could be child's play. If that is true, one day, the world will be overflowing with Pendulum cards" Shuzo relives. Yuzu gasps at that. "Yuzu!" Yuya calls out. Yuzu shakes off Shuzo's grip "Then Duel me, right this instant!" A voice said and everyone turns to see Yoko standing there. "Mom? Why are you…?" Yuya asks. "I'll beat that pessimist personality of yours into shape with my biker-guidance!" Yoko declares. "Wait, what are you saying, Mom?" Yuya begins to protest, But Yoko ignores him, removes Yuzu's visors "That why you couldn't beat Reiji Akaba! Now, duel me!" Yoko tells her. "Yuzu won at first, didn't she? I'm the one who lost! If you're going to get mad, get mad at me!" Yuya says. "Gongenzaka places a hand on Yuya's shoulder "No need for interference" He convinces Yuya. "Gongenzaka…" Yuya mutters. "Your mother is challenging Yuzu to a serious duel. You can tell just by looking at her eyes" Gongenzaka tells Yuya. "No way…" Yuya whispers.
"I still haven't agreed to this!" Yuzu protest as Yoko drags her to the Duel arena. Yoko ignores her "Are you ready, Gongenzaka?" She asks. "Yeah!" Gongenzaka replies. "I said I still haven't-" Yuzu argues. "Okay, do it, Gongenzaka!" Yoko tells him. "Got it! Action Field On! Activating Field Spell: Showtime Street!" Gongenzaka responds. The field is replaced with a big city setting with bright lights. "Woah Tatsuya said. "Awesome!" Futoshi said. "It's so pretty!" Ayu said. "Could this be…" Yuya realizes. "Uncle's…" Yuzu realizes. "Yes, it is. This is the field my husband, Yusho Sakaki, held as his forte" Yoko confirms. "In place of Yusho, I'll show you what a real Entertainment Duel looks like!" She states. "Are you saying my duels are fake?" Yuzu demands. "Your duels aren't even compared to those of Yusho! They're not even comparable to mine" Yoko replies.
If that's the case, I'll show you!" Yuzu finally accepts the Duel, activates her Duel Disk. "Duelists locked in battle!" Yuzu chants. "Kicking against the earth in the air alongside their monsters!" Yoko chants. "They storm through…" Yuzu chants. "This Field!" Yoko chants. "Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!" Both of them chants "Action…Duel!" Both yells. "I'll take the first move!" Yoko states. "My turn! I Summon Road Raven Flare from my hand!" She declares (ATK: 1700). "I activate Road Raven Flare's monster effect!" Yoko states. "Once per turn: I can Special Summon one "Road Raven" from my hand!" She explains. Flares waves it chain and the launched flame forms a new monster "I Special Summon Road Raven Vagos!" Yoko declares (ATK: 1600). "I activate Road Raven Vagos' monster effect!" She states. "Once per turn: I can Special Summon one "Road Raven" from my hand!" Yoko explains. Vagos throw its disk and it ignites "I Summon Road Raven Foxy!" She declares (ATK: 1500), which forms from the flames. "Biker monsters on Broadway…" Tatsuya impressed. "It's kind of unfitting…" Ayu thinks otherwise. "It's so stifling!" Futoshi overwhelmed, while Yuya was flustered. "Those are Yoko's fighting spirit monsters!" Gongenzaka notes. "I set two cards and end my turn!" Yoko declares. "Now come at me, Yuzu!" She encourages Yuzu.
"My turn! Draw!" Yuzu declares. "I activate my Continuous Trap: Rev Up Spirit!" Yoko declares. "I can activate this card when I control a "Road Raven". Both players must reveal their hands!" She explains. "What?" Yuzu gasps. "She said "both players," but the only hand that's been revealed is Yuzu's!" Futoshi calls it. "Look carefully!" Ayu tells Futoshi. "Eh?" Futoshi said. "Yoko's hand is at zero, isn't it?" Ayu reminds him. "It is!" Futoshi realizes. "That's it! That's why she Set all her cards!" Tatsuya deduces. "Oh, oh! Look what we got here, Arial and Dulcet…"Yoko impressed. "So, of course, you're going to Pendulum, right?" She predicts. "Come at me!" Yoko encourages her. "Unless what? It's not like you're afraid of being compared to Reiji Akaba and can't use them, is it? Isn't that right, Miss, Sore Loser Yuzu?" She mocks. "That's horrible! Why would she harass Yuzu like that?" Yuya enraged. "You're the worst!" Ayu equally unimpressed and sticks her tongue at her. "I Summon Lita the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu declares (ATK: 1600). "When this card is successfully Summoned: I can Special Summoned one Level 4 or lower "Melodious" monster from my hand!" She states. The box on the side of Lita opens and a burst of light flies out "I Special Summon Viola the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu declares (ATK: 1700). "Hey, now, are you really not going to use your Pendulums?" Yoko wonders. "Shut up!" Yuzu angrily tells her. "Battle Phase! Lita, attack Road Raven Foxy!" She declares. "I activate Road Raven Flare's monster effect!" Yoko declares. "Once per turn: I can prevent another Attack Position Road Raven from being destroyed by battle!" She explains. Flare leaps in front of Foxy and get kicked by Lita (Yoko's LP: 3900). Foxy throws its disk at Vagos, who catches it "I activate Road Raven Vagos' monster effect!" Yoko declares. "Once per turn, when an Attack Position Road Raven monster battles: I can destroy the opponent's monster!" She states. Vagos dashes towards Lita and tackles it, destroying it. "Uhh…Yuzu's monster!" Tatsuya shock. "It got destroyed!" Ayu shock. "Hmm…a spectacular combo by three monsters. This is truly the technique of a professional" Gongenzaka impressed. "What are you saying? I'm just getting started!" Yoko said as she grabs on to a ring, swings on it, leaps, and snatches an Action Card on a building. "Dammit…" Yuzu cursed. "But I've got Viola over here! Attack, Viola! Attack Road Raven Foxy!" Yuzu orders. "It's about time…for me to show you a real Entertainment Duel, isn't it?" Yoko nonchalantly says. "I activate Action Spell: Illusion Dance!" She declares. A lantern appears between the monsters and they start to dance "All monsters on the field are changed to Defense Position!" Yoko states (Flare's DEF: 1700, Vagos' DEF: 1600, Foxy's DEF: 1500, Viola's DEF: 900). "If all the monsters are in Defense Position…" Futoshi remembers. "The attack doesn't go through!" Tatsuya remembers. Yoko herself starts dancing as well "That's right! Shake it, shake it! This is the true original way of making the entire audience smile, the Yusho Sakaki-style Action Duel!" Yoko invites Yuzu. "Mom…you're really getting full of yourself!" Yuya readying his fan, furious. "Oh dear, Yoko as tactless as always" A voice behind him states. Yuya turns to find Shuzo "Principal!" Yuya surprised. "Our gal would certainly be able to get the message across more stylishly" Shuzo explains. "Message? What message?" Yuya wonders.
"I end my turn here" Yuzu states. "At this moment, Illusion Dance's effect wears off and all monsters return to Attack Position" Yoko states (Flare's ATK: 1700, Vagos' ATK: 1700, Foxy's ATK: 1500, Viola's ATK: 1700). "That was an Action Duel in Uncle's style?" Yuzu asks. "Sir was way more magnificent and way more cooler than that!" She states. "Exactly! Yusho Sakaki was an entertainer far cooler and more magnificent than anyone else. But is wasn't always like that" Yoko said. Yuzu gasps. "Yusho Sakaki brought trills and speed to Action Duelling. However, his acrobatic style attracted a lot of criticism. But eventually, the jeers turned into cheers, and Yusho Sakaki became a real shining star of the Action Duel world!" Yoko explains. "The door to a new world won't open unless someone with courage pushes it!" She advises Yuzu. "And now, Yuzu! You've opened a new door called Pendulum! But now, Pendulums aren't exclusive to you anymore! Eventually, anyone will be able to use Pendulum Summon!" Yoko reminds her.
"My turn! Draw!" Yoko declares and draws Biker's Exchange. "Got it!" Yoko exclaim. "Biker's Exchange?" Ayu and Tatsuya wonders. "What's that supposed to be?" Futoshi wonders. "I activate the Spell Card: Biker's Exchange!" Yoko declares. "When I control a Road Raven: I draw two cards and swap them with two cards from my opponent's hand!" she explains. "What?!" Yuzu exclaims. "I drew Road Raven Flare and Road Raven Vagos! First, I'll let you have these!" Yoko states and throws them to Yuzu. "And the ones I'll take in exchange are Arial the Melodious Sorceress and Dulcet the Melodious Sorceress!" Yoko declares. Yuzu gasps in shock. "The monsters cards I add to my hand can't be Normal or Special Summon this turn" Yoko explains. "In addition, I activate the Spell Card: Ra Ra Raven!" She adds. "When my Road Raven cards are in my opponent's hand: I return those cards to my hand!" Yoko states. Yuzu gasps as Yoko takes back her Road Raven Flare and Road Raven Vagos. "The monsters I add to my hand through this effect can't be Normal Summoned this turn" Yoko reiterates. "HOWEVER! I can Pendulum Summon them!" She reminds Yuzu. "I, using the Scale 1 Arial the Melodious Sorceress and the Scale 9 Dulcet the Melodious Sorceress, set the Pendulum Scale!" Yoko declares. "With this, I'm able to simultaneously Summon multiple monsters from Level 2 to 8!" She states. As the spectators look on "Pendulum Summon! Rev them up and show them the power of the Bikers! Road Raven Flare (ATK: 1700) Vagos!" Yoko chants (ATK: 1600). Yuzu was shock that Yoko Pendulum Summoned "What is it? Shocked the even I can Pendulum Summon? Yusho Sakaki would never feel that way. When everyone started Action Duelling like him, He was overjoyed!" Yoko admonishes. "Overjoyed?" Yuzu surprised. "That's right, and he undauntedly polished his skills. Everyone around him followed his example and created the prosperity of Action Duels we know today through diligent training!" Yoko further explains.

"Of course I am aware of Yusho…as the pioneer who lead the way of creating our current Action Duel. I respect him from the bottom of my heart" Yuzu recalls Reiji's words.

"He said so, too…" Yuzu mutters. "Only the best know what it's like to be the best!" Yoko tells Yuzu. "You have to become the best, Yuzu! "As the first to open the door called Pendulum Summoning, you need to set an example for those who follow! Fearlessly hone your skills against Reiji Akaba!" She encourages Yuzu. "I end my turn here!" Yoko states. "What? She's not attacking?" Futoshi surprised. "I told you She's tactless, didn't I?" Shuzo reminds them. "That's it! Even though she didn't even having to go through the trouble of Pendulum Summoning…" Tatsuya deduces. "She's always said that there are things more important than winning. If she didn't think that, she would have been more successful as the former leader of the Maiami Queens" Shuzo concludes. Shuzo leaves "Huh? Principal, are you leaving?" Yuya asks him. "It's okay now. It's not my turn to chime in yet" Shuzo says and winks. "The cards exchange by Biker's Exchange returns to their owners hand at the end of the turn" Yoko states. Yuzu got back her Arial and Dulcet while the Pendulum Summoned Flare and Vargos return to Yoko's hand.

"I have seen the possibilities of further evolution in Pendulum Summoning!" Yuzu remembers with what Reiji told her.

"Reiji Akaba was trying to go beyond the limits of Pendulums…But I was…" Yuzu thinks as she looks at her hand.

"If you curl up in fear, you won't accomplish anything. If you want to win," Yusho tells a young Yuzu.

"Have courage and step up front!" Yuzu yells. Everyone gasps at Yuzu yelling. "I can't see the next evolution of Pendulums" Yuzu admits. "However! My turn!" She declares and draws. "Ladies and Gentlemen!" Yuzu yells. Spotlight shine one Yuzu "Now I'll show you the true original Yuzu Hiragi-style Entertainment Duel!" She announces. "Come, Viola!" Yuzu instructs; she grabs Yuzu's wrist. Viola stretch out its ribbon, wrap it around a ring, and launches Yuzu forward "Yahoo!" Yuzu yells. Yuzu lands on a light platform and swings from another ring with Viola, while grabbing an Action Card from a building "All right! I activate the Action Spell: Illusion Dance!" Yuzu declares. A lantern appears between the monsters and they start to dance (Flare's DEF: 1700, Vagos' DEF: 1600, Foxy's DEF: 1500, Viola's DEF: 900). "That's the card Yoko used to stop the attack before!" Futoshi realizes. "Why use that card now?" Ayu wonders. "Road Raven only can use their effects on their friends who are in Attack Position" Yuya clarifies. "If you out them in Defense Position, their effect don't activate!" Tatsuya notices. "But even Viola is dancing!" Ayu points out.
Yuzu leaps from platform to platform and ends up on another building "All right, perfect!" She said. "Now, the moment you've all been waiting for: today's main event!" Yuzu announce. "This girl…" Yoko smiles. "I, using the Scale 1 Arial the Melodious Sorceress and the Scale 9 Dulcet the Melodious Sorceress, set the Pendulum Scale!" Yuzu declares. "With this, I'm able to simultaneously Summon multiple monsters from Level 2 to 8!" She states. "Swing, Pendulum of the Soul! Draw an arc of light across the either! Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my monsters!" Yuzu chants. "Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra! (ATK: 2600) Sonare the Melodious Diva! (ATK: 900) And Dorian the Melodious Diva!" She declares (ATK: 100). Yuzu swings on a ring, mounts Mozarta "I target Mozarta and activate Sonare's monster effect!" She declares. Sonare flies around Mozarta and glows with a green aura. "If my monster's ATK is higher than the opposing monster's DEF, it inflicts piercing damage!" Yuzu explains. "A piercing effect?" Gongezaka surprised. "Moving on, I activate Dorian's effect!" Yuzu follows up. Dorian places its stamp on its sheet and a bright light flashes. "Once per turn: I can increase the Levels of all monsters on the field by 1!" She states (Flare's LV: 5, Vagos' LV: 6, Foxy's LV: 5, Viola's LV: 5, Mozarta's LV: 9, Sonare's LV: 3, Dorian's LV: 5). "And now, I select Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra as the target for Action Spell: Illusion Fire!" Yuzu declares. "By its effect, other monsters cannot attack, but Mozarta can attack for each monster I control!" She explains. "Mozarta is going to attack three times?!" Tatsuya exclaims. "Battle Phase!" Yuzu declares "Mozarta attack Road Raven Flare! Graceful Assault Wave!" She orders. Sonare joins in the attack as its body is cloaked in flames. "Woah, it's a real seraph!" Yoko impressed. Sonare rams into Flare, destroying it. "At this moment, Mozarta the Melodious Pendulum Maestra's effect activtes!" Yuzu declares. "When it destroys a Level 5 or higher monster by battle, the battle damage dealt to the opponent is doubled!" She states. (Yoko's LP: 2100). "Next one! Attack Road Raven Vagos!" Yuzu declares and Mozarta attacks Vagos. This time, Dorian joins in. It skips over the wave in panic before withdrawing into its shells and crashing into and destroying Vagos. "The damage is doubled!" Yuzu states (Yoko's LP: 100). "This is the end! Attack Road Raven Foxy!" She announces. Mozarta attacks Foxy, with Viola floating into the wave and headbutting Foxy "This last attack is double damage as well!" Yuzu states.
"I'm wrecked, I'm wrecked! I've wreck out" Yoko exclaims as she was knocked back. (Yoko's LP: 0). Yuzu and all four of her monsters take a bow before the Action Field dissipates. "Auntie!" Yuzu calls out as she runs over to the unconscious Yoko. "Auntie!" Yuzu cries. "Hang on! Are you okay?" Yuzu asks as she cradles Yoko into her arms. "You've done well, Yuzu Everything I wanted to convey has been conveyed…" Yoko congratulates Yuzu before falling unconscious again. "AUNTIIIIIE!" Yuzu yells. Yuya whacks his fan on Yoko's face. "Don't go ending it on your own!" Yuya yells at his mom. "This is youthfulness!" Yoko exclaims as she clutches her face in pain. "Thanks, Auntie" Yuzu said. "Huh?" Yoko asks. "I'll train harder than anyone else. I'll get better and stronger! So I can become a duellist who puts smiles on everyone's faces like Sir one day!" Yuzu promise. "Yuzu…" Yuya mutter and ends with a look of determination on his face.

Cards exchanged by this effect are returned to their owner's hand during the End Phase of this turn.

If your opponent has a "Road Raven" monster(s) that you own on their side of the field or in their hand: Return those cards to your hand, but they cannot be Normal/Set this turn.
