The Four Dimensions
Yoko and Yuya look on helplessly as Yuzu lies motionless in her bed at her home. Yuya looks at his bracelet "Right when I entered Central Park…" Yuya recalls.
(Flashback)
Yuya see Yuzu kneeling on the hill and Yuzu fails forward, and Yuya runs to her "Yuzu!" He yells out her name.

"What happened there...? And why hasn't Yuzu woken up in two days…?" Yuya wonders. "We couldn't find Sora either…" He worries about Sora. "Just why…" Yuya said. Yuya breaks into tears at the turn of events "Why did this happen?! What if Yuzu never wakes up…?" Yuya cries. "It'll be fine" Yoko tells him. "Yuzu isn't that weak" She claims. Yuya wonders what his mom means. "Even since your father vanished three years ago…Yuzu kept herself trapped in her own shell. But just like when she woke up when she fought against Strong Ishijima, She'll defiantly wake up again. She'll become even stronger than she was before!" Yoko states. "No! Darling! Don't leave Satoru alone!" Satoru, who appears behind the window having also heard about what happened to Yuzu, cries frantically. "Who is he!?" Yoko shocked. "Satoru Unmei!" A deflated Yuya tells Yoko who he is. "Darling!" Satoru cries. The next moment, Satoru slides the window open "Out of my way!" He tell Yuya and Yoko and jumps towards Yuzu's bedside, knocking Yoko and Yuya back. Appearing to show off his martial art moves, Satoru then flares up "No! I won't let you go! Now that I'm here, I'll definitely save you! I'll revive my darling with my fortune-telling charms" He promises. "No, she's not dead…" Yuya, embarrassed, claims.
"Blue curtains on the south side window...On the west side, pink or orange! Around my darling's pillow, I'll place power stones of good health that will dispel any illness! Yes… Aquamarine and tourmaline will do nicely" Satoru sets up his occult-like measures, placing specific gems on Yuzu in an attempt to restore her health. But before he does, he notices something, and pulls away Yuzu's blanket "Hey!" Yoko shock. "What're you doing!?" Yuya shock. "That's my line! If you have my darling wear these kinds of pyjamas, she'll never get better! Grey drains away your fortune!" Satoru claims. "I don't want my darling to get any weaker, changed them now!" He tells Yoko and Yuya. Pointing at the other two "Green and white should be good!" Satoru claims. "Green?" Yoko confuse. "And white" Yuya confuse. "Green has a detoxification effect, White has a purifying effect!" Satoru clarifies. "Go on, it's for my darling! Don't dawdle! Hurry up and do it!" He tells them. They oblige, and put Yuzu back to bed in a checkered green-and-white shirt. "By the way, who told you that Yuzu was stuck in bed?" Yoko interested in how Satoru was able to tell that Yuzu had fallen unconscious. "Don't tell me you found out with fortune-telling too?" Yuya asks. "Of course! is what I'd like to say…Honestly, I just overheard the kids from your school talking about how worried they were at the tournament." Satoru claims.

Satoru was eavesdropping on the kids. "So after that, I dropped everything and ran here!" Satoru states.

"But I'm glad I came! I never would've imagined she was being treated this badly!" He states, which annoys Yoko and Yuya. "Wait a second…" Yuya realizes "By "everything", do you mean you forfeited your match?" He asks. "Your Maiami Championship one?" Yoko asks. "Of course!" Satoru confirms. "For Satoru right now, my darling is more important than dueling!" He states. Yoko and Yuya share a nod "Well, that's wrong!" They tells Satoru. "Yuzu is a Duelist! I'm sure that she, as a Duelist, wants you to win in the tournament as well!" Yuya said. Using a sequence similar to the Action Duel chant "Victory is the greatest medicine!" Yoko claims. "What's more effective in healing her than curtains, stones or pyjamas is…" Yuya claims "Victory!" Both of them claim. Satoru gasps. "If you win…" Yuya states. "Yuzu will definitely wake up!" Yoko states. "Th-that…might be right…" Satoru appears to be convinced. "That's right!" Yuya states. "Now, hurry and get back to the tournament grounds!" Yoko tells Satoru. Satoru quickly looked at Yuzu and gave it some thought "I got it! For my darling! Satoru will do his best!" He promise, and the other two sigh with relief.
Meanwhile, "Maiami Champion Junior Youth Division! Today's first match is…Fuuma School's Tsuikage vs Fortune-Telling School's Satoru Unmei, but…" Nico ready to commence the first Junior Youth Division match of the day. "It seems that Unmei is nowhere to be found! If he does not arrive, than Tsuikage will win by default!" He announces. "You're not winning by default on my watch!" Satoru's voice states. "Huh? Where?" Nico wonders where Satoru's voice was coming from, and looks up to see Satoru perched on the wall behind him "Woah! Now Satoru Unmei has finally arrived!" Nico exclaims. Then Satoru hold out two fingers at Tsuikage "Oh! This is!" Nico said. "Two minutes. That's how much time is left until you're grovelling at my feet! No, not just grovelling…I'll put you in a deep sleep! For eternity!" Satoru claims. "Unmei just declared his own victory!" Nico announces. "And in return, my darling will be….!" Satoru imagines. "Thank you, Satoru!" Yuzu in Satoru said.
Yuzu wakes up "Yuzu!" Yuya exclaims as she and Yoko was relieved that she was awake. "Yuya…Auntie…" Yuzu said. Yoko gave Yuzu a bowl of porridge. "Two days!?" Yuzu surprised. "Yes, and sound asleep too. You must have been very tired. According to Shuzo,ever since your four qualifier games to enter the Junior Youth Championship, you've been Dueling nonstop without a break. It's understandable" Yoko states. "That's right! What about the tournament?! What happened?" Yuzu wonders. "The first round of Junior Youth matches end today" Yuya said. "About right now Satoru Unmei from Fortune-Telling School should be…" He states as he looks up the Tournament on his Duel Disk, but saw Hokuto enter the area "Huh? What about Satoru's match…?" Yuya confused and looked at the results of Satoru's match. "It's over?!" Yuya shocked. "Huh?" Yoko said. "Against the Fuuma School's Tsukikage…He lost to a One turn Kill!" Yuya shocked (Satoru's LP: 4000-0). "Satoru did?!" Yuzu shocked. "The Maiami Championship really is a high-level tournament…There are a lot of good players that we don't know about" She states. As Yoko walks away to get something "The Junior Class is already on their Round Two matches, and yesterday Futoshi fought Reira from LDS, but…" Yuya explains. "Reira? The one who beat Ayu?" Yuzu asks. "Yes" Yuya confirms.
(Flashback)
"That time he used Fusion Summoning, but…" Yuya remembers Reira Summoning C/C/C Water Sword of Battle (ATK: 2400). "This time…" Yuya states. "Synchro Summon!" Reira said and a Red light hit Futoshi causing an explosion "Shivers!" Futoshi yells as he was blasted backwards (Futoshi's LP: 3200-0). Futoshi bounces around the Duel Field until he lands behind Reira. Reira turns around at looks at Futoshi and a hologram of him with the WIN on it appeared.

"Synchro?!" Yuzu shocked. "Yeah. Even if it is Junior Class, that kid from LDS…He might even turn out to be just like Reiji Akaba…And be able to use Fusion, Synchro and Xyz" Yuya states. "Fusion…Synchro…Xyz…" Yuzu mutters. "What's wrong?" Yuya asks. "That night…I met Ruri" Yuzu tells Yuya, who gasps in shock. "She told me, our worlds are split into four different dimensions" Yuzu explains. "Four dimension?" Yuya asks. "Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and the one we live in, Standard. Sora came from Fusion. Ruri and Kurosaki came from Xyz" Yuzu tells Yuya.
(Flashback)
Their two dimensions are at war and in front of my very eyes, Sora fought against Ruri…And disappeared…" Yuzu states as she remembers what happened to Sora.
(Flashback ends)
"Disappeared?!" Yuya exclaims. "Ruri said he was forcefully sent back to the Fusion Dimension" Yuzu explains. "She said that?!" Yuya asks. "Yeah" Yuzu confirms. "After that, Rin appeared…" She states. "Rin?" Yuya confuse.
(Flashback)
"Rin is another girl who looks exactly like me. She showed up riding what looked like a motorcycle" Yuzu explains as she remembers Rin appearances. "Duel!" Rin and Ruri yell out. "Rin is probably a Duelist from the Synchro Dimension" Yuzu states as she remembers Rin Summoning Windwitch-Icicle Bell .

"Synchro…But Ruri said she was fighting against Fusion! In order to save Yuto, who was captured by them!" Yuya states. "The one who did that may have been Rin" Yuzu states. "Huh?" Yuya asks. "Ruri said this…There's a Kin of Fusion in the Synchro Dimension. Apparently the two of them had fought before, and maybe it was then…" Yuzu explains.
(Flashback)
"You're the ones who took things from us!" Ruri tells Rin. "Shut up! We can talk after I beat your face in!" Rin tells Ruri. "Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 7! Windwitch-Winter Bell!" She chants (ATK: 2400). "Xyz Summon! Dance in the sky! Rank 1! Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale!" Ruri chants (ATK: 0). Both Winter Bell and Assembled Nightingale hymns at one another.

Yuzu opens her eyes and notices a card on her desk. She pick up the card revealing to be Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale. "That's!" Yuya gasps. "Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale…" Yuzu said. "Why do you have Ruri's card, Yuzu?!" Yuya asks. "She was…Protecting me…" Yuzu states.
(Flashback)
"Maelstrom Dash Icicle Slasher!" Rin declares and Assembled Nightingale takes off to meet Winter Bell head on, but it's easily destroyed. As the attack plunges towards Yuzu "Yuzu!" Ruri shoves her out of the way and takes the attack (Ruri's LP: 0). "Ruri! Hey Are you okay?!" Yuzu asks as she lifts Ruri's body up. Ruri smiles. She hand the card to Yuzu "Duels with…Smiles…With your power…Give it to the world…and everyone's futures…Smiles…" Ruri says. Yuzu takes the card "With my power?" She asks in confusion. Ruri nods , and then freezes as a blue light envelops her body.

"I don't remember anything after that. Or what happened to Ruri" Yuzu states. While Yuya stares at his bracelet "But…Why would she give me this card?! Ruri told me to make people smile with Dueling. And then gave me this card…Why would she do that?!" Yuzu wonders. "Yuzu…" Yuya said. "I don't get it! And not just Ruri! Who the heck is Rin!? Why do they have the same face as me!? I don't understand! What is all of this?! Ruri and Rin…Why…" Yuzu overwhelmed. At that point "It's not just you…" Yuya empathises. Yuzu looks at Yuya with a confuse look. "I have someone who looks just like me as well" Yuya reveals. Yuzu gasps in shock.
Meanwhile, in the Fusion Dimension, Sora was being held captive in some building. "Please let me go back to Standard again! There are some remnants of the Xyz resistance there! Please! Give me one more chance! This time, I'll definitely defeat every last one of those Xyz scum!" Sora pleads. Outside, someone who looks like Yuya smirks.
"Just like Yuya!? Ruri said that?! That Yuto looks like you!?" Yuzu shocked. "Yeah. I was shocked at first. That's why she called me Yuto originally…." Yuya confirms. "What the heck is with that…Ruri and Rin look just like me…and Yuto looks just like you! What is going on?!" Yuzu confuse. Yuzu looks at Assembled Nightingale "Kurosaki might know…" Yuzu states. "Huh?" Yuya asks. "He's Ruri's bother! With Ruri and Sora gone, Kurosaki is the only one I can ask! About the girls who looks exactly like me from different dimension. And Yuto…" Yuzu states. "He's Yuto's best friend right?" She points out. "Yeah" Yuya confirms. Yuzu and Yuya came downstairs, where Yoko was pouring some drinks "I'll be going out for a bit!" Yuzu tells Yoko. "Huh? Will you be okay?" Yoko asks. "Yeah. I'm off!" Yuzu said, and leaves. "Wait! Going out? Where?" Yoko asks. "Center Court!" Yuzu yells out as Yuya bows bye to his mother and follows Yuzu out. "Sheesh, even though she was sleeping for two days…The instant she thinks of something, she has to act on it…" Yoko relived. "It looks like she's becoming more like you" She said to herself, looking at a picture of her husband, Yuya and Yuzu.
Meanwhile in Hokuto's Duel, he controls Constellar Algiedi, Constellar Kaus, Constellar Pollux and Constellar Siat. "I Overlay my now Level 5 Algiedi and Kaus!" Hokuto declares "Light of the stars, come descend and shake this very earth! Xyz Summon! Constellar Pleiades!" He chants (ATK: 2500). "Additionally, I Overlay my Level 6 Siat and Pollux!" Hokuto declares. "Xyz Summon! Come, Rank 6! Constellar Ptolemy M7!" He chants (ATK: 2700). The audience gave a big cheer "Yeah! You did it, Hokuto!" Yaiba awes. "This is the power of LDS!" Masumi exclaims. Meanwhile, hooded figures were watching the duel on a screen. "Hurry!" Tatsuya said as the You Show Youths were heading back to the stadium, running past two hooded figures. Ayu suddenly notices a familiar face behind one of the hoods "Huh?" Ayu said. "Ayu, what are you doing?" Tatsuya asks. "Hurry up!" Futoshi tells her. "But I just saw Yuya over…" Ayu claims, but when she looked back the two hooded figures were gone. "…huh?" Ayu confuse. "There's no way he could be there!" Futoshi states. "Everyone is already at the Center Court!" Tatsuya states. "Keep dawdling and we'll leave you behind!" Futoshi tells Ayu as he and Tatsuya went off. "Wait!" Ayu calls out as she went after them. At the stadium corridors "Yuzu! I, the man, Gongenzaka, have never been this happy! Do you know how worried I've been these past two days?!" Gongenzaka reunites tearfully with Yuzu as Yuya and Shuzo look on. "It wasn't that big of a deal…" Yuzu claims. "No, we all were really worried! Like "what would we do if Yuzu doesn't wake up?" Shuzo said. "Yuzu!" The You Show Youths calls out as they appeared. "Good, you're okay!" Tatsuya happy to see Yuzu. "I'm so happy I've got shivers!" Futoshi said. "Now if Sora comes back" He states. "You Show Duel School will be back to normal!" Ayu states. Yuzu and Yuya gave a concern look. "That's right! We can't celebrate yet!" Shuzo states. "Sorry, Yuzu, we kept on searching after that, but…We still don't know where he is…" He apologizes. "U-umm…" Yuzu tries to tell them. "Sorry!" Futoshi apologizes. "Huh?" Yuzu said. "I shouldn't be celebrating right now either…Actually, I lost yesterday…"Futoshi said. "I heard" Yuzu said. "That Reira kid used Synchro Summoning this time, right?" She asks Futoshi to confirm. "I never thought he'd use Synchro too…I was so shocked I got shivers" Futoshi said. Yuzu put her hand on Futoshi's shoulders "Then next time, you give him the shivers! There's one year until the next tournament! Polish your Entertainment Duelling at You Show Duel Sch-" She tells him, but as she's about to finish his sentence. "There isn't a next time!" Yuzu remembers Sora's words.

"In a real battle, there isn't another chance!" Sora states

"Yuzu?" Tatsuya confuse why she stops. "What's wrong, Yuzu?" Gongenzaka asks. "N-nothing…" Yuzu said.
"Darling!" Satoru calls out when he suddenly appeared with the three LDS course reps behind him. "You've finally awoken, Darling!" Satoru pleased. "Satoru!" Yuzu exclaims. "My prayer…the prayer I risked my life for…It really worked!" Satoru showcases another overreaction to Yuzu's recovery. He throws himself against Yuzu, who dodges. "Huh?" Satoru said and crashes. Yuzu marches to face Hokuto "Yuzu Hiragi…? You came to watch my match? What were your thoughts after witnessing my full power?" Hokuto asks. "I'm on a different level from when we fought at-"He claims. "I want to see Kurosaki! I need to talk to him" Yuzu, interrupts, asks. "Talk to him?" Masumi asks. "It's something we need to ask him directly" Yuya states, as he steps forward to face the LDS course reps as well. Yuya…" Masumi said. "I want to meet Kurosaki. There are a lot of things I need to ask him" Yuzu repeats her request. "Not happening. Kurosaki won't even give you the time of day. He hardly even talks to us" Yaiba brushed them off. "Where is Reiji Akaba?!"Kurosaki asks, confronting Nakajima at one of the higher floors of the Leo Corporation. "Let me see him now!" He demands. "The President is busy. You cannot see him now" Nakajima states. "I haven't been able to get in touch with Ruri since that night" Kurosaki states. "I bet you know something, don't you?!" He points out. "I do? There's no way I would" Nakajima maintains that he knows nothing. Reiji himself was overseeing an experiment on a Duel Disk.
"Well since you're here, why not watch the next match?" Yaiba suggested as the LDS course reps walks away from the You Show team. "It's my match against Isao Kachidoki! I won't disappoint!" He states. Soon, "Everyone, it's finally time for the last match of Round One! The winner of this Round will proceed to be the 32nd qualifier for Round Two!" Nico announces. "Will it be Yaiba Todo from Leo Duel School? On the other hand, will it be last year's runner-up, Ryozanpaku's Isao Kachidoki?!" He introduces the Duellists. "Both players are known for their great skill! I can guarantee this will be a match that will make your hands sweat!" Nico declares. "Duel!" Yaiba and Kachidoki yells out. Yuzu gasps in horror as she, Yuya and everyone else watching were horrified to see Kachidoki physically assaulting his opponent to take Action Cards from him. Yuya gasps in shock as Kachidoki continues his assault. "Yaiba!" Gongenzaka yells out. Hokuto and Masumi were in shocked. Kachidoki kicked Yaiba. Soon, it becomes too much for Ayu, Futoshi and Tatsuya. Yaiba was destroyed in one hit (Yaiba's LP: 0) and Isao Kachidoki advances. "This is… Ryozanpaku's Dueling…" Yuzu horrified that the Ryozanpaku teaches violence in such a manner as she recalls the night Ruri disappear.

"Stop it! This isn't Dueling!" Yuzu yells. "And everyone's futures…Smiles…" Ruri says.

Yuzu stands up, seething with anger, while Isao Kachidoki "Yuzu!" "Yuzu!" Yuya gasps, he see Yuzu hand shaking while clutching Assembled Nightingale. "Wi-with this, all of the Round One Junior Youth matches are finishes!" Nico announces as Isao Kachidoki leaves the field. "We will be announcing the matchups for Round Two momentarily! All Duelist who advanced, please put your registration cards into your Duel Disk" Nico orders the remaining duelists as Yaiba was carried off on a stretcher.
"I'm the in the first match tomorrow. My opponent is Yuzo Tanegashima from Surprise School" Gongenzaka said. "I'll be playing Mikiyo Naname of the Duel Girls Club in the second match two days from now" Yuya states. "Yuzu, what about you?" Futoshi wonders. Yuzu doesn't respond, so the You Show Youths get up and see her Duel Disk. "Isao Kachidoki!" Tatsuya gasps. "No way!" Ayu gasps. "Yuzu…"Yuya worried. "Ruri told me to make people smile with my Duels" Yuzu remembers Ruri's parting words. "I don't know exactly what she wanted to tell me, but…I'll do the Duelling I believe in! Because I believe that will answer to Ruri's expectations of me!" She promises. "Yeah!" Yuya smiles. Meanwhile Kachidoki still hasn't left the field, and looks back. He sees that his next opponent has already stood up to face him. "Isao Kachidoki. I won't accept how you Duel. Dueling is for making everyone happy!" Yuzu thinks. "I'll bring back the smile in your heart with my Dueling!" She hopes.
