"Umm, it seems we won't be able to connect with the Volcano and Ancient Ruins Areas for a bit longer…" Poor Nico trying his best to keep it together. "Well, since we still have video feed, here's the Jungle Area!" He states, where Michio was Duelling Halil and Olga. "What the heck is with that!?" A man complains. "Are you even trying!?" Another man complains. "Mitchie really is a big star, the camera's all on him!" Yoko appreciative of Michio having the spotlight. "Yoko…" Shuzo not impressed. Michio's fans (largely female adult) were cheering for Michio. In his room, Satoru was so unimpressed that he switches off the television "If I can't see Darling, there's no reason to watch TV!" He states. "If it's come to this then with this crystal ball I'll…" Satoru tries to use his crystal apple to tell him how Yuzu was doing. "Wait, no! Instead of seeing it here, I should go see it in person!" He decides.
Halil and Olga both have 4000 LP and their aces, Glacial Beast Iceberg Narwhal (ATK: 2700) and Fire Jinn the Flame Genie of the Lamp out (ATK: 2400), while Michio's field is filled with his Cookpal monsters; Cookpal Cluckwheat (ATK: 100), Cookpal Pumapotato (ATK 600), Cookpal Eggong (ATK: 0), Cookpal Lionion (ATK: 200 and Cookpal Rabbitomato (ATK: 100). With 4000 LP and no cards in his hand "Now, since we have all these ingredients, why don't we have a voluminous Duel?" Michio suggests. "Please make sure to eat every bite" He bows politely, asking his opponents. "Lookin' good Mitchie!" Teppei shouts encouragement as he enjoys lunch under a tree. "I hear you fed them until they collapsed!" He comments. Gongenzaka steps in his way "Hey, get out of the way! I can't see if you stand in front of me!" Teppei complains. "How about you Duel me instead of just sitting around watching?" Gongenzaka suggests. "I, the man, Gongenzaka, betting one card by the rules…Challenge you to a Duel!" He challenges Teppei. "I refuse" Teppei said. "What did you say?!" Gongenzaka shocked. "If you want to fight me, you'll have to bring at least five Pendulum Cards!" Teppei states. "Unforgivable!" Gongenzaka roars. "Even though Gongenezaka is challenge him to a Duel…" Ayu not impressed as she sit with a drink in the stands. "He won't even give him a fair fight?!" Tatsuya shocked as he also sit with a drink in the stands. "That's so underhanded it's giving me shivers!" Futoshi comments. "But what's happening with Yuzu…? And Yuya too!" Shuzo asks.
In the Volcano Area, both Yuya and Dennis were shocked by Yuri's resemblance to Yuya "Look-alikes…Twins?" Dennis looks between the two in confusion. "You're…Yuto? Right?" Yuya asks Yuri, but Yuri ignores him "Face me! I know that you're a remnant of the Xyz forces!" He tells Dennis. "Xyz remnant?!" Yuya shocked. "No, I'm not that…" Dennis denies it. "Don't play dumb! If you won't start, I will!" Yuri tells him. He activates his Duel Disk. "H-hold on! We're currently in the middle of our Junior Youth Championship right now! What are you-" Yuya protest. "It's fine, Yuya. He's clearly misunderstanding something, but…Adapting to situations like this is part of Entertainment Duelling too!" Dennis reassures him. "Right?" He said. "Umm…Are you even listening?" Yuya asks Dennis. "Huh?" Dennis confuses. "Now then, shall we start?" He accepts the challenge. "Just stand back, Yuya! But make sure to watch closely. It's more fun when there's an audience!" Dennis asks Yuya. "DUEL!" Both Duelist yells.
"My turn! I activate the Spell Card: Polymerization from my hand!" Yuri declares. "Polymerization?!" Yuya shock. "I fuse Preadaplant Sunrex and Preadaplant Aldrovatrictor!" Yuri declares. "Predator that hunts the sun! Constrictor with waterwheel! Now become one, From a hell under your petals, Give birth to another terror! Fusion Summon! Appear, poisonous dragon with hungering fangs! Level 8! Starving Venom Fusion Dragon!" He chants. (ATK: 2800). "Just as I thought…" Dennis thinks. Starving Venom's appears cause a reaction in the Leo Corporation control room "We have a high-level Fusion Summon reading in the Volcano Area! It's many times greater that the readings we caught in the Iceberg Area!" A Technician states. "Yuto is Kurosaki's best friend…If he was from the Xyz Dimension, he shouldn't be using Fusion! Then just who is he…?" Yuya wonders. "I set one card and end my turn" Yuri states. "Now, bring it on!" He tells Dennis.
In the Ancient Ruins area, the Obelisk Force with a red jewel in his mask activates a function of his Duel Disk. Carl screams as purple light envelops him, and his form explodes into dust. The two Knights of the Duels recoil in terror. The Red Obelisk Force removes a card from his Duel Disk and flaps it in the air before tossing it at the feet of Ashley and Bram. Yuzu, standing on top of a nearby pillar, is left in a speechless state of shock and vision of people running away from a blaze of destruction. Recoiling "This is against the rules!" Bram protests. "This is completely by the rules" The Obelisk Force reply. "The defeated should be erased" Another Obelisk Force states. "Stop it…Stop it" weakly begs the Obelisk Force, but they do not heed her words. As Ashley and Bram cry out in horror "Stop it…Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!" Yuzu continues to yell at the Obelisk Force as visions of the people of the Xyz Dimension flash across his memory. Eventually, after the cards of Ashley and Bram cross her vision, she finally snaps, arching back and screaming in pain as her eyes begin to glow and her hair begins to stand on end.
"Now then, let get back to our mission" The Red Obelisk Force states as The Obelisk Force head off to complete their mission. "Wait" Yuzu orders them as she walks up to them, her body emitting a dark aura. "I…will not forgive you!" Yuzu snarls.
In the nearby temple, Kurosaki and Sora face off. "This time, I definitely won't lose!" Sora declares. "DUEL!" Both Duellists declare. "I'll start! I Summon Edge Imp Tomahawk from my hand!" Sora declares (ATK: 1800). "I activate Edge Imp Tomahawk's effect!" He declares. "I can send one "Edge Imp" monster from my hand to the Graveyard to deal 800 damage to my opponent!" Sora explains. He discards Edge Imp Frightfuloid and Tomahawk blasts four glowing axes at Kurosaki, who jumps back to dodge them, though the shockwave pushes him to the edge of the area (Kurosaki's LP: 3200). "I set one card and end my turn" Sora states.
"My turn" Kurosaki begins his turn, drawing. "I summon Raidraptor - Vanishing Lanius from my hand" he states (ATK: 1300). "If I control a Raidraptor - Vanishing Lanius, I can Special Summon this card from my hand" Kurosaki states. "Raidraptor - Fuzzy Lanius!" He declares (ATK: 500). "I constrict the Overlay Network with Vanishing Lanius and Fuzzy Lanius!" Kurosaki declares. "Avian hunter of the afterlife! Seek the truth with your dark eye, and grasp glory with your sharp talons! Xyz Summon! Take flight! Rank 4! Raidraptor - Force Strix!" He chants (ATK: 100). "Again with the low ATK Xyz monsters…" Sora muses. "Once per turn, by using one Overlay Unit, this card can add one Level 4 DARK Winged Beast-Type monster from my Deck to my hand" Kurosaki explains. "I add Vanishing Lanius to my hand" He states. "He's getting the cards he needs from his Deck into his hand?" Sora notes. "Next, I activate Fuzzy Lanius' effect from the Graveyard!" Kurosaki declares. "When this card is sent to the Graveyard, I can add one Fuzzy Lanius to my hand!" He explains. "Now, by the monster effect of the Vanishing Lanius I Summoned first, I Special another Vanishing Lanius from my hand!" Kurosaki declares (ATK: 1300). "With Vanishing Lanius on my field, I Special Summon Fuzzy Lanius" He states (ATK: 500). "Force Strix's ATK increases by 500 for every other Winged Beast-Type monster I control" Kurosaki explains (Force Strix's ATK: 1100). "You powered it up, but that's it?" Sora scoffs. "You better not be taking me lightly!" He tells Kurosaki. "I'm always serious when I Duel. Even if it's against a worthless opponent!" Kurosaki replies.
"Now, hurry up and fight me!" Yuri tells Dennis again. Dennis smiles "Well then, It's the showtime you've been waiting for! My turn, draw!" He declares. "I Summon Performage Flame Eater from my hand!" Dennis declares (ATK: 1200). "And then…If there are at least two monsters on the field, I can Special Summon Performage Hat Tricker!" He states. But he blanches as he realizes what he's just done (ATK: 1100). "Two monsters of the same Level…" Yuri anticipates. "He's going to Xyz Summon, isn't he?" Yuya anticipates. "If I Xyz Summon here, he'll just get the wrong idea…" Dennis winces. "Excuse me for a moment…" Dennis asks them. "Bath time! One, Two, Three" He declares as he activates a card. Bubbles surround his monsters "I activated the Continuous Spell: Bubble Barrier. With this, all "Performage" monsters with less than 1500 ATK can negate one of my opponent's attacks one per turn" Dennis explains. "I end my turn" He states. "Why?" Yuya surprise. "Why won't you use Xyz?!" Yuri asks Dennis. "Cause…I'm not an Xyz remnant or whatever!" Dennis replies.
Yuri was furious "You're still going to play dumb?!" He believes. "My turn!" Yuri declares and draws. "I equip Starving Venom with the Equip Spell: Carnivore Claw!" He states. "I Summon Preadaplant Sunrex from my hand!" Yuri declares (ATK 1600). "I activate Carnivore Claw's effect!" He states. "I Release Sunrex!" Yuri declares. "Now by lower Starving Venom's ATK by 400, it can attack every monster on my opponent's field twice!" He states (Starving Venom's ATK: 2400). Starving Venom's orbs glow blue "And here it comes…" Dennis muses. "Battle! I attack Flame Eater with Starving Venom!" Yuri declares. Starving Venom strikes with its tail. "By Bubble Barrier's effect, I can negate an attack one per turn!" Dennis reminds Yuri as Starving Venom pops the bubble surrounding Flame Eater. "Once again, attack Flame Eater!" Yuri orders and Starving Venom lands a leaping kick that destroys Flame Eater (Dennis' LP: 2800). "Next, attack Hat Tricker!" He declares. Starving Venom strikes with its tentacles "By Bubble Barrier's effect, the attack is negated!" Dennis states. "But I'm going to attack Hat Tricker again!" Yuri reminds him. "Absolute Venom Discharge!" He orders Starving Venom. Starving Venom blasts an energy pulse that destroys Hat Tricker and blasts Dennis off his feet, while also causing Yuya to shield himself from the backlash (Dennis' LP: 1500). "I end my turn here. And Starving Venom's ATK returns to normal" Yuri state (Starving Venom's ATK: 2800). "You're ruthless, aren't you?" Dennis comments. "What the…? This amazing power…!" Yuya shock. "Could it be he's from the Fusion Dimension?" He realizes.
"I will never forgive them. The Fusion Dimension! Academia!" Yuzu snarls. "Who are you?!" The red Obelisk Force asks Yuzu, and the darkness surrounding Yuzu fades as she steps forwards "You all…Why did you come to this world!?" She asks the Obelisk Force. "You don't need to know that" The red Obelisk Force reply. "I won't let you do as you please!" Yuzu snarls. "Duel me!" She orders them. An image of Ruri flickering over her body as she activates her Duel Disk, and the Obelisk Force laugh. "You want to know your place that badly?" The green Obelisk Force comment. "Then we'll let you know" The yellow Obelisk Force comment, and they activate their Duel Disks. "DUEL!" All four Duellists yell.
"My turn! I Summon Ancient Gear Hunting Hound!" The red Obelisk Force declares (ATK: 1000). "I end my turn!" He states. "Hurry up and finish it" The red Obelisk Force tells the green Obelisk Force. "Yeah, in an instant!" The green Obelisk Force agrees. "My turn!" He declares and draws. "I Summon Ancient Gear Hunting Hound and… (ATK: 1000) Attack directly!" The green Obelisk Force declares. Yuzu gasps in surprise and flees, diving for an Action Card. "So those are Action Cards?" The green Obelisk Force asks. Yuzu was about to activate the Action Card "But it's pointless, you can't activate Spell or Trap cards when Ancient Gear Hunting Hound attacks!" The green Obelisk Force tells her. Hunting Hound" leaps onto a pillar behind Yuzu and strikes, dealing 1000 damage and knocking her forwards (Yuzu's LP: 3000). "I end my turn" The green Obelisk Force states. "My turn!" The yellow Obelisk Force declares and draws. "I also Summon Ancient Gear Hunting Hound and… (ATK: 1000) attack directly!"He declares. Yuzu falls forwards (Yuzu's LP: 2000). "I end my turn!" The yellow Obelisk Force states. "And you're already cornered" He mocks Yuzu. "Poor fool…" The yellow Obelisk Force calls her. "You've got the same fate as these guys!" The red Obelisk Force tells Yuzu, holds up the cards containing the three Knights of the Duels students. The sight of the three cards sends Yuzu into further rage, remembering the sight of the sealing of the Knights of the Duels, and she growls as she gets to her feet, remembering and of the people of the Xyz Dimension. An image of Ruri appears in hair clip , and then her pendant appears, swinging back and forth as Yuzu and Ruri are shown walking, mirroring the other's movements. Their forms combine in a blinding light.
With a wild cry, Yuzu gets to her feet and bares her chest. Her pendant glowing "My turn!" Yuzu declares with a howl and draws. "I, using the Scale 3 Dissonat the Melodious Sorceress and the Scale 9 Symphonia the Melodious Sorceress, set the Pendulum Scale!" She declares. As the two new Sorceress rise in their Pendulum Zones "With this, I'm able to simultaneously Summon monsters from Levels 4 to 8!" Yuzu explains with a sneer. "Swing, Pendulum of my Soul! Draw an arc of light across the ether! Pendulum Summon! Appear now! Level 4 Viola the Melodious Diva! (ATK: 1700) And Level 4 Arco the Melodious Diva!" She chants (ATK: 500). "This is…Pendulum Summoning?" The green Obelisk Force shocked, observing the Pendulum Summon. "Next I activate the Spell Card: Rhythmical Flow!" Yuzu declares. "For each "Melodious" Card face-up on the Field, I get to draw two cards from my Deck" She explains. "I activate the Spell Card: Melody's Downbeat" Yuzu states. "All "Melodious" monsters on my Field become Level 1 until the end of this turn" She explains (Viola's LV: 1) (Arco's LV: 1). "I activate the Spell Card: Lyrics!" Yuzu declares. "Now my Level 4 or lower monsters are treated as Lyrilusc!" She states. "And now…I Overlay my Level 1 Viola and Arco!" Yuzu declares. "Birds with beautiful wings! Gather on the battlefield and take brilliant flight! Xyz Summon! Dance in the sky! Rank 1! Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale!" She chants (ATK: 0). "Pendulum into Xyz…?!" The yellow Obelisk Force shocked. "Assembled Nightingale's ATK is equal to the number of Overlay it has time 100!" Yuzu states (Assembled Nightingale's ATK 200). "Next I activate the Equip Spell Card: Affinity Aura!" She declares. "Now for every monster on my opponent's field, Assembled Nightingale gains 100 ATK!" Yuzu states (Assembled Nightingale's ATK: 500). "More…I activate the Equip Spell: Resonant Crown and equipped it to Assembled Nightingale!" She declares. "Now for every monster on the field Assembled Nightingale gains 500 ATK!" Yuzu states (Assembled Nightingale's ATK: 2500). "Battle! I attack Ancient Gear Hunting Hound with Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale! "Strike of the Whirlwind Violation!" She declares and Assembled Nightingale attacks and destroys Red's Hunting Hound and the red Obelisk Force blasted onto his back (Red's LP: 2500). "I end my turn" Yuzu states as Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale alights behind her. "Wh-who the heck is this girl?!" The green Obelisk Force wonders.
In the temple, Kurosaki now controls three Force Strix (Force Strix's ATK: 1100x3); two with only one Overlay Unit and one with two. "He's got three if the same Xyz monster…" Sora observes. "How long is he going to keep going?!" He irritably wonders. "You've gotten over the shock, and now you're annoyed?" Kurosaki asks Sora. "How about you pick up an Action Card?" He suggests. "Nah. I don't need anything like that" Sora replies, and he licks a lollipop. "When I control an Xyz monster, I can Special Summon Raidraptor - Singing Lanius" Kurosaki states. He Special Summons two copies of "Singing Lanius" from his hand (DEF: 1800x2). "The ATK of all three Force Strixes is increased!" Kurosaki states (Force Strix's ATK: 2100x3). "All preparations are complete" He comments. "Battle!" Kurosaki declares, and all three Force Strix lunge for Sora.
At the Volcano Area "I've never had a more boring Duel!" Yuri mutters. "Hurry up and finish! I want to go search for the other!" He tells Dennis. "You really are a scary one…" Dennis lightly comments. "Then I guess I can get serious, for a bit" He suggest. "My turn, draw!" Dennis declares – but he's drawn Polymerization "This is!" Dennis goes white as Yuya watches inquisitively. Sadly, Dennis hangs his head "I lose…" He admits. "I set one face-down defense monster, set one card and end my turn" Dennis regardless, states. "A desperately Set monster and backrow…You…Are you underestimating me!?" An enrages Yuri, angrily asks Dennis. "No, that's not it!" Dennis protests. "No excuses!" Yuri tells Dennis. "My turn!" He declares and draws. "I Summon Predaplant Helioflies!" Yuri declares (ATK: 800). "Once per turn, this card can return a Spell or Trap card to its owner's hand!" He states. "I choose Bubble Barrier!" Yuri declares. "I also activate Carnivore Claw's effect!" He declares. "I Release Phyllumflies, and lower Starving Venom's ATK, allowing it to attack twice!" Yuri states (Starving Venom's ATK: 2400). "Battle! I attack your face-down defense monster with Starving Venom!" Yuri declares and Starving Venom attacks Dennis face-down monster which turns out to be Performage Trick Clown (DEF: 1200). "But due to Carnivore Claw's effect, it cannot destroy the monster on its first attack!" Yuri states and Trick Clown leaps to avoid the attack. "Trap Card, activate! Venom Caper!" Yuri seizes the chance. "During the Battle Phase, if a "Venom" monster attacked, I can change the position of all monsters you control!" He explains. "What?!" Dennis gasps in shock as Trick Clown is strung up helplessly in the air. "Then, their ATK and DEF are halved until the end of the Battle Phase!" Yuri explains (Trick Clown's ATK: 800). "Battle! I attack Trick Clown with Starving Venom!" He declares, drawing out its claws, Starving Venom attacks again for the final blow. "No…Here, I present a Miracle Illusion!" Dennis smile, preparing to snap his fingers. Before he can announce his move, he sees blurred shadows leaping in the background, distracting him long enough for the attack to hit, destroying "Trick Clown" and blasting Dennis off his feet (Dennis' LP: 0).
Starving Venom dissolves, Yuri deactivated his Duel Disk "A worthless opponent" He dismiss Dennis. Yuri walks towards Yuya and Dennis, and as he does, the same shadows that Dennis saw leap to the ground behind him. Six of the Obelisk Force advance towards Yuri and Yuya, who was utterly confused by the events. In the Leo Corporation observation room "Another squad has appeared in the Volcano Area!" Nakajima reports. "Send the Youth Team there!" Reiji orders. Before the Obelisk Force can cross the bridge, a smoke bomb flies towards them, engulfing the area. Hikage and Tsukikage leap out of the smoke, carrying Yuri and Yuya respectively, and the Obelisk Force cough as the smoke clears, revealing the Youth Tea, led by Yuu Sakuragi "We won't let you go any further!" He tells the Obelisk Force.
Satoru looks around by a "KEEP OUT" barrier "No one is around…I guess the whole city is sealed off during the Battle Royale" He muses. "Where is Darling fighting…?" Satoru uses his crystal apple to scan the area for where Yuzu is fighting. Back at the Ancient Ruins area, Yuzu smiles nastily. "What is with this girl?" The yellow Obelisk Force wonders. "Hurry up and finish it!" The green Obelisk Force orders the red Obelisk Force. "My turn!" The red Obelisk Force declares and draws. "I Summon Ancient Gear Hunting Hound!" He declares (ATK: 1000). "Once per turn, if my opponent controls a monster, Ancient Gear Hunting Hound can deal 600 points of damage!" The red Obelisk Force states. "Hound Flame!" He declares and Hunting Hound blasts its Hound Flame attack from its mouth, knocking Yuzu down, but any celebrations was cut short when Yuzu sits up unharmed (Yuzu's LP: 1400). "I end my turn!" The red Obelisk Force declares in fear. "My turn!" The green Obelisk Force declares and draws. "I use Hound Flame too!" He declares. Once again, Yuzu sits up and brushes her shoulder off without any reaction (Yuzu's LP: 800). "I end my turn!" The green Obelisk Force declares. Meanwhile, Satoru runs through the area, following his crystal apple, and he runs into Gongenzaka "Where's Darling?" Satoru asks Gongenzaka. They turn and gasp to see Yuzu with Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale behind her facing off against the Obelisk Force "Yuzu?!" Gongenzaka utters. "Darling?" Satoru utters. Yuzu didn't respond, instead she leans forward with a nightmarish grin.

You can Tribute this card, then target 1 Fusion Monster you control; it gains 1000 ATK.
Carnivore Claw (Equip Spell)
You can Tribute 1 "Predaplant" monster and lower the equipped monster's ATK by 400; and that monster can attack all monsters your opponent controls twice each, but they cannot be destroyed by the first battle.
