Hi everyone Rosestar48 here! Today we'll have the Duel against Yuzu and Shuzo! And just let everyone know I've put in a new poll.
The Famed Hotshot Revives!
"Miami Championship Junior Youth Series!" Nico announces "Those who have survived the 24-hour battle-royale are now…returning to this LDS Center Court!" He introduces the victors. "Please, give them a thunderous applause!" Nico urges the audience. The audience gave a loud cheer as Yuzu, Gongenzaka, Sawatari, Yuri, Dennis, Tsukikage, Satoru and Kurosaki enter. "There's Yuzu!" Tatsuya happily states. "Yuya is there too!" Ayu mistakenly believes. The audience continues to cheer as they went inside the court. At the stands "It looks like Michie lost, thought…" Yoko disappointed. "I'm glad that there are two You Show students left, thought!" Shuzo satisfied. Meanwhile "Shivers, shivers and more shivers!" Futoshi thrilled by the turn of events.
Yuzu, Yuri, Gongenzaka, Kurosaki, and Tsukikage maintain a stoic expression, while Sawatari waves at the crowd, and Dennis simply smiles. "Yuzu and Yuya both look tried. I can't blame them" Shuzo notices (He believes that Yuri was Yuya). "Gongenzaka looks the same as usual though" Ayu says. "Buy why is Sawatari there…? He lost to Yuzu in the first round, so why is he…?" Tatsuya wonders. "Now that you mention it didn't the Satoru boy lose to that ninja, Tsukikage?" Yoko notices Satoru with the group. "Sawatari is the son of a politician, isn't he?" A male audience member also questions why Sawatari was one of the winners. "Oh yeah, he's on the city's council!" A female member remembers. "Using your Dad's power is underhanded! Did you cheat your way here?" A third spectator calls Sawatari out. Sawatari becomes irritated "That's right! I don't care whose son you are, don't think everything goes your way!" A man yells at Sawatari.
Having had enough of the audience's accusations, Sawatari grabs Nico's microphone. "Shut up, peanut gallery!" Sawatari yells. "I didn't cheat at all! I was personally given permission by Reiji Akaba to participate in a revival match! And I won my way though so I could stand here as one of the Lancers!" He clarifies. "Lancers? Huh? What's that?" A girl wonders. "What are Lancers?" Another girl wonders. "I-I'm not thought! I not in the Lanc-!" Satoru also frantically explains. Suddenly, the video footage of the winners is cut off, replaced by an image of Himika. "I apologize for the abrupt interruption, but as the sponsor of this tournament, I would like to take time to make an important announcement" Himika reveals. "As of today, the Miami Championship is to be…indefinitely postponed" She announce, much to the shock and ire of the audience. "What?!" The You Show children shocked. "The reason the Championship will be cancelled is…during the Battle Royale, an enemy force attacked our world. Although you may not believe it, they come from another dimension…and sent forces here with the intention to invade our world. They used Duel Monster cards as weapons and attacked us using the monsters generated from Real Solid Vision" Himika explains (during this announcement, Himika was broadcasting worldwide). "The reason why the Miami Championship Battle Royale was not broadcasted live…was in order to not spread panic throughout Miami City…no…the whole world! I hope that you all will understand this" She reveals. The audience goes into turmoil, confused about Himika's words. "What does she mean different dimensions?" A man wonders. "Invaders, she said?" A girl confused. "And she said they used Duel Monsters as weapons?" Another man confused. "That's unbelievable!" A third man states. "Now then, we will show just a portion of the real footage" Himika states. They witness an Obelisk Force soldier sealing Carl into a card before the Knights of the Duels. The sight scares a woman "Wh-what the hell was that?!" A man wonders. "He got turned into a card in an instead!" A second man surprised. "Don't tell the reason Hokuto's gone missing…" Yaiba speculates. "Was because he got turned into a card?!"Masumi speculates. "That is correct. That is the way of Academia! They defeat their opponents in a Duel and mercilessly turn them into cards!" Himika says. "If you lose to them, you get turned into a card?! That's absurd!" Shuzo calls it. "Is that really true…?" Tatsuya wonders. "There's no way!" Ayu denies. "I…I can't even shiver…" Futoshi panics. Yoko looked worried.
"But, do not fret. Those cruel invaders were eliminated by our brave Duelists participating in the Battle Royale! Beaten without a trace!" Himika tells the audience. She shows a video clip of Kurosaki defeating the Obelisk Force with Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon, with Sawatari and Gongenzaka cheering for the victory. This gives the audience a new hope "They did it!" A man said. "Amazing!" Another man said. "They wiped out the enemy!" A third man said. Another video clip depicts Yuzu Summoning Mozarta the Melodious Nightingale in her Duel against Sora "That's!" Shuzo recognize Sora. "Sora?!" The You Show students recognizes. "They are heroes who protected Miami! We have dubbed them the Land Defense Soldiers, or Lancers for short! We would like to bestow upon them this honor!" Himika declares. "Lancer! Lancer! Lancer!" The audience chants repeatedly, as Sawatari waves to them again. Meanwhile, Yuzu was still in a despondent state, while Yuri looks at the audience. "When she said the enemy was eliminated, did she mean Sora too?" Shuzo realizes. "That's a lie! There's no way!" Ayu denies Shuzo's statement. "Yeah! Sora is our friend!" Tatsuya agrees. "But Sora wasn't actually in the Battle Royale…" Futoshi remembers. "Maybe he got a revival match just like Sawatari did?" Ayu reassures him. "Then why was he fighting against Yuzu!? Everyone else was fighting against the enemy, weren't they! Are you saying they only were having a normal Duel, then?!" Futoshi questions and then cries.
"Thanks to the effort of our Lancers, the crisis for now has been adverted" Himika announce. "But we don't know when the enemy may attack us again!" She clarifies. "In preparation for the next attack, you must carry the will to protect yourself! I would like you all the more be inspired to further polish your Dueling skills" Himika encourages the others. "LDS shall provide a place and curriculum for exactly that! You too could become one of our Lancers!" She states. The audience cheers. "We could be the next…?" A man wonders. "In the Lancer…!" Another man said. "Lancers…" Masumi repeats. "Us?" Yaiba mutters. "The world has changed" Reiji's voice plays in the video. The video cuts to Reiji's image "The days of peace and tranquillity are behind us! Realize that we have entered into an age of strife. All Leo Duel School's across the globe, LDS…Will be now called Lancer Defense Soldiers. They will stand on the front-lines as our defense!" Reiji elaborates. The audience went in awe and worried. "And I will personally fight alongside the Lancers you see before you!" Reiji reveals and the audience cheers. "Lancers are soldiers known to ride a horse and wield a spear to piece thorough their enemies!" Reiji brings up. "We will not fail to eliminate all of our enemies! I swear this to every one of you in this world!" He promises. "Lancers! Lancers! Lancers!" The audience cheers once more. Yuzu does not respond to them, with Shuzo being concerned.
After the announcement, Yuzu, Gongenzaka, and Satoru stand in front of Yoko, Shuzo, and the young You Show students. "Where's Yuya?" Ayu asks. "Why didn't he come with you?" Futoshi asks. "He was just with you…" Tatsuya points out. Yuzu does not answer, but she shows them Yuya's school uniform "Th-that's…! Yuya's-!" Yoko recognizes. Yuzu was on the verge of sobbing "Yuzu…Why do you have that?" Yoko asks. "I'm sorry, I…couldn't protect Yuya…" Yuzu apologizes to Yoko. "Couldn't protect…?" Futoshi asks. "But he was just with you!" Tatsuya states. "Yeah! He came back with you to Center Court, didn't he?!" Ayu agrees. "Th-that wasn't…He's not Yuya…" Yuzu reveals to the You Show students that the purple-haired boy standing next to her was not Yuya at all. "Huh? Not Yuya?" Yoko asks. "What does that mean?!" Futoshi asks. "That boy is called Yuri. He looks just like Yuya, but he's a different person!" Satoru speaks on Yuzu's behalf, clarifies. "A different person?!" Tatsuya repeats. "During the Battle Royale, the two of them swapped clothes and traded places" Gongenzaka tells them. "Traded places?" Yoko repeats. "Why would they do that?!" Futoshi asks.

In the midst of her friends' explanations, Yuzu's mind flashes back to the memory where Yuri returned Yuya's clothes to her. "Yuya gave me a chance to see Academia for what it really is" Yuri (Now wearing a black top with a purple jacket, Grey trousers and Black combat boots) tells Yuzu. "What horrible acts were committing while we continued to speak of justice…" He states. "If Yuya has been capture by Academia…I will save him" Yuri promises. "I will give it my all and become one of the Lancers to fight against Academia!" He adds. Yuri gives Yuya's clothes to Yuzu and walks away with Reiji.

In the present, Yoko takes her son's clothes "I'm going too!" She decides. "Where is Academia?! Tell me! Tell me please!" Yoko demands. "Y-you can't do that!" Yuzu replies. "Why can't I!?"" Yoko yells. "I'm a former female biker!" She reminds Yuzu. "I'll beat up those kidnappers and save Yuya! Save…Yuya!" Yoko declares. She clutches Yuya's clothes and begins to sob. "Y-Yuya is in another dimension…Yuya is already in another dimension…" Yuzu reveals. "Another dimension?" Yoko repeats. "That's why we have to…The Lancers have to go!" Yuzu says. "What do you mean Lancers!? You couldn't even protect your friends! What kind of hero are you!?" Futoshi chives. "How could this happen when you were by his side?! Why!?" Ayu weeps. Again, Yuzu does not answer "Darling didn't know that he was captured either!" Satoru explains. "Stop it" Gongenzaka tells him. "But!" Satoru argues. "Understands how Yuzu feels" Gongenzaka reminds him. "But…" Satoru said. Gongenzaka places a hand on Satoru's shoulder before the young fortune teller can say another word. They both turn to leave, but they are stopped at the sight of Mr. Gongenzaka "Father…" Gongenzaka address his father and leaves Satoru. "I'll save Yuya! No matter what it takes!" Yuzu swears. "Darling…" Satoru mutters. "I'll cross dimensions to do it! I'll fight alongside Reiji Akaba as a Lancer! I'll become even stronger than before! And take out our enemies! I'll definitely get back Yuya!" Yuzu swears. "And those enemies you're going to take out…Is Sora one of them?" Shuzo asks his daughter. Yuzu wasn't able to answers. Shuzo takes Yuzu hand and guides her away from the group "Hey! What are you doing Dad?" Yuzu protest. "Just come with me!" Shuzo tells her. "The rest of you too!" He tells the others and they follows.
Later that night, in an abandoned arcade, "What is Darling's father thinking bringing everyone here…?" Satoru wonders. Yuzu, Yoko, Satoru and the You Show students hear a motorcycle revving in an empty room. The rider, revealed to be Shuzo (Wearing a black leather jacket with flames, black shirt with a skull, Black trousers and Red Boots) himself, speeds out and jumps over debris. Yoko and the You Show students take cover while Yuzu remains where she is. Shuzo stops his motorcycle, removes his helmet, and tosses it aside. "D-Dad?! What's with that outfit?" Yuzu asks him. "It's not Dad! I am the Males Leader!" Shuzo replies. "Leader…?" The You Show students repeat. "Wait what…?" Futoshi wonders what Shuzo means. "Back when Shuzo was younger, he had made a name for himself as the leader of a Males Team" Yoko tells him. "That's right! It was a name that silenced crying children! The Miami Emperors!" Shuzo verifies Yoko's works. "I'm their Leader, Shuzo the Meteor Burst!" He reiterates. "M-Meteor Burst?! Wha are you talking about?!" Yuzu, surprised at the revelation, does not know what Shuzo was talking about.
Shuzo ignores her "Action Field On! Field Spell: Pier of Peril Activate!" He declares. The arcade is replaced by a pier surrounded by statues of mythological creatures. "I'll let you go first" Shuzo tells Yuzu. "What? Don't be ridiculous!" Yuzu baffled. "Give me a break! I don't have a reason to Duel you, Dad…" She reminds him. "I told you I'm not "Dad"!" Shuzo reminds her. He revs her motorcycle again. "I'm Shuzo the Meteor Burst! Leader of the Miami Emperors!" He declares as he aims at Yuzu. She panics and flees. "I loved beating my opponents to a pulp! Whether it was teams opposing us or assertive women! I wiped the floor with them by Duelling!" Shuzo explains. "Well that doesn't mean you have to wipe the floor with me too!" Yuzu protest as she continues running. "Why is he dressing up like that and making her Duel?" Satoru wonders. "I think he got mad when he brought up Sora..." Ayu guess. "Since Sora is her enemy, she'd take him out too..." Tatsuya said. "Isn't that a given! Sora is friends with those jerks who kidnapped Yuya!" Fudoshi said. "Yuzu...Shuzo the Meteor Burst..."Yoko mutters. Back in the Duel "For me back then Dueling was power! Dueling was a method to make others realizes how strong I was!" Shuzo tells Yuzu. Yuzu manages to make a U-turn, but Shuzo does the same. "Of course, I was confident in my skills. So much that I felt I could beat Pro Duelists if I tried!" He justifies his beliefs. "Cut it out already! Anymore and I'll fight back, even if it's against you, Dad!" Yuzu tries to reason with Shuzo. Shuzo stops his motorcycle "Then quit talking and face me!" He urges Yuzu.
"Fine, I will! All I have to do is Duel, right?" Yuzu agrees. "Duelist locked in battle!" She chants as she activates her Duel Disk. "Kicking against the earth and dancing in the air alongside their monsters!" Shuzo chants as he activates his Duel Disk. "They storm through this Field!" Yuzu chants. "Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!" Shuzo chants. "Action!" Yuzu yell. "DUEL!" Both of them yell. Action Cards disperse throughout the field. "I Summon Mandoilena the Melodious Diva from my hand!" Yuzu declares (ATK: 1700). "When an "Melodious" monster is Summoned, I can Special Summon Allegra the Melodious Diva from my hand!" She states (ATK: 1200). "I end my turn here" Yuzu states. From the arcade's entrance "Do your best, Darling! Even if it is your father, a match is a match!" Satoru urges Yuzu.
"Good! If it's a fight you want, you got it!" Shuzo yells. "I won't lose to you, Dad!" Yuzu promise. "When I was the Leader, I was fighting non-stop every night!" Shuzo reveals another snippet of his past.
(Flashback)
"I Dueled all the way until morning!" Shuzo explains, as a younger Shuzo duels against four men at the same time. Young Shuzo activated Thunder Crash and wiped out his opponents. "I crushed countless teams, So of course they had their grieves. But I didn't give them a second thought" Shuzo explains. "If they wanted to pick a fight with me, I'd just have to beat them again is all I thought" He states as the young Shuzo walks towards the setting sun.

"And to me, who was confident that I could even beat Pro Duelists, All of the delinquents around the city were just small-fry" Shuzo states.
(Flashback)
"But those guys, instead of facing me directly…They captured a Miami Emperor member who I was fond of…and used him to get revenge against me!" Shuzo explains what happened. "You bastards, how low will you sink?" Shuzo annoyed. "It doesn't even matter of we sink low or not? As long as we satisfy our grudge against you, anything goes!" One of the opposing gang members replies. "You good for nothing scumbags!" Shuzo curses at them. "If you want to save your cute little accomplice here, you're going to fight us again!" The same gang member coerces him. Seeing two more gang members behind him "Fine! I'll do it!" Shuzo agrees.

"My turn! Draw!" Shuzo declares. "If my opponent controls a monster and I don't, I can Special Summon Guts Master-Flare from my hand!" He states (ATK: 1400).

In the past, "Come on, I'll take you all on!" Shuzo yells at the opposing gang. "I can't say I dislike that attitude! But it won't last long, that's for sure!" The gang leader commends. "How about you give this boring stuff a rest?" A voice rings out from above, asks. "Who said that?!" The gang leader demands as the gang looks around, and finds a man wearing a suit standing on a crate. "Dueling with such a scary face like that can't be fun!" He chides the leader. "Huh?! Who are you?" Shuzo asks the man. "And you getting angry so easily…"The man includes Shuzo in his example. "Dueling isn't a tool for fighting!" He elaborates. "Outsiders should stay out of this!" Shuzo yells at the man. "How we settle this is up to us! Fights started with Duels should be ended with them!" The gang leader says. "You really are boring, just unbearably boring" The man mutters. "What was that?!" One of the opposing members yells. "You bastard!" Another member yells. "Get down here, you punk!" A third member yells. "Deciding who is right or wrong in a dispute…Don't use Dueling for something like that!" The man reasons with the gang. "Then what should we do?! Are you saying I should abandon my friends?!" Shuzo asks. "If you're going to Duel, then…Have more fun with it!" The man says.

In the present "I Release Guts Master-Flare, and Advance Summon Guts Master-Inferno Blaze!" Shuzo declares, which appears in a spiral of flames (ATK: 2000). "I activate Guts Master-Inferno Blaze's monster effect!" Shuzo declares. "Once per turn, I can take control of all my opponent's monsters!" He explains. Inferno Blaze makes an intimidating face, which scares Mandoilena and Allegra into joining Shuzo's side of the field. "Damnit…my monsters!" Yuzu curses. "The ATK of those monsters becomes 100 until the end of this turn" Shuzo adds. Mandoilena and Allegra express guilt towards Yuzu as their ATKs drop to 100 (Mandoilena's ATK: 100) (Allegra's ATK: 100).
"I activate the Spell Card from my hand," Shuzo states.
(Flashback)
"Smile World!" The suited man declares. Smiling faces radiate from the card.
(Flashback ends)
And in the present. "This card increases the ATK of all monsters by 100 for each monster on the field!" Shuzo explains. "There are currently three monsters on the field. So their ATK increase by 300!" He states. All of Yoko's monsters gain a happy expression (Mandoilena's ATK: 400) (Allegra's ATK: 400) (Inferno Blaze's ATK: 2300). "Wh-what is this…?" Yuzu wonders and the spectators of the Duel marvel at the card's activation.

In the past, the gang members are mesmerized by the smiling faces floating before them. Using one of his monsters, the suited man swoops down and swipes Shuzo's teammate from an opposing gang member's grasp. He and his companion start to laugh.

In the present "Battle! I make a direct attack with Mandoilena the Melodious Diva!" Shuzo declares. Mandoilena scratches Yuzu with its nails (Yuzu's LP: 3600). "All right! Allegra the Melodious Diva, get her too!" Shuzo declares. Allegra slaps Yuzu in the face repeatedly with its hand-tipped baton (Yuzu's LP: 3200). "Last is Guts Master-Inferno Blaze!" Shuzo declares. Inferno Blaze engulfing itself in flames and charging at Yuzu in a meteor. She tries to escape, but Inferno Blaze smashes into her
(Flashback)
In the past the suited man deposits Shuzo's teammate next to him.
(Flashback ends)
The flames disappear and Yuzu was burned (Yuzu's LP: 900).

Shuzo and his teammate looked at the suited man, mesmerises. "And the one who appeared then, the man who saved my accomplice…" Shuzo explains.

Yuzu turns to her dad. "That man was…" Shuzo said.
(Flashback)
" Yusho Sakaki. Yuya's father" Shuzo states. The suited man turns his hand and looked at Shuzo with a smile.

Yuzu was speechless. "And with how he easily ended the fight without hurting anyone," Shuzo explains.

"I was stunned…and and my spirit was taken" Shuzo states as he younger self stares at Yusho
