Yuzu was sitting on her bed "Those who lose on the Friendship Cup are sent to work indefinitely in a forced labor institute underground" Yuzu reminiscing on what happened earlier.
(Flashback)
"And just when I got wind of this information from Tokumatsu, Shinji and Reira were chosen for the next match" She states. "What is the reason you are refusing to fight?" Reiji asks Reira. "It's obvious it's because he's scared!" Yuzu claims. "C-" Reira mutters. "Crow's…" He whispers. Yuzu looks at Reira. "Friend…" Reira said. Yuzu gasps. "He gave me… some sweets" Reira explains. "Back then?" Yuzu realizes. "So you don't want to fight an opponent who had been charitable towards you" Reiji understands. Reiji turns to Tuskikage "Tsukikage" He said. "Sir" Tsukikage responds. "Fight in Reira's place" Reiji orders Tsukikage. "Understood" Tsukikage complies, and vanished.

"And our first competitor to enter the arena is…" Melissa announces as Yuzu watches Tsukikage enter the arena. "Tsukikage?" Melissa surprised. "Why did the matchup change?" She wonders. "No one told me about this!" Melissa complains. Tsukikage race along the course. "Umm…I guess this is…" Melissa confuses. Tsukikage then stops at the starting line "Just a change in the matchup for certain reasons…" Melissa accepts as Shinji stops next to Tsukikage. "Tops always pull crap like this!" Shinji proclaims. "They're all inconsiderate!" He states. "They only think about their own lives!" Shinji declares. "They treat us Commons like insects!" He claims. "My! What a vulgar man!" A Tops woman disgusted by Shinji's words. "This is why I hate Commons…" A Tops man states. "But we're still Commons!" Shinji proclaims. "We just let all of this happen to us… He states. "We've already thrown away whatever pride we had left!" Shinji remarks. "We've been completely turned into their pet dogs!" He shouts. "Shut up!" A man yells and the audiences gave a huge fuss. "Hey! That was rude!" Melissa annoyed. "Quick picking fights with the audiences!" She tells Shinji. "I broke out of prison!" Shinji announces. "But some higher-ups captured me and dragged me here…" He explains as Securities and Yuzu watches. "Just to make an example out of me!" He states. "I won't let things go as they plan! I won't let them make an example of me" He declares as the others watched. "I'll turn this society on its head!" He proclaims. "Jeez! What are you even saying?" Melissa wonders. "We just got the audience united, why would you go say things like that?!" She was annoyed. "If you're a Duelist, then you should just Duel fair and square!" Melissa states. "Shinji…" Yuzu whispers. "What are you planning to do…?" She wonders.
In the Executive Council room, Reiji and Reira enters. They walk toward the council and Reiji let go of Reira's hand. Reira stops as Reiji continues to walk forward surprising Reira. Reiji stops in front of the Executive Council "I apologizes for my tardiness" Reiji apologizes. Reira continues to stare in shock.
Back on in the Stadium "The City is as one! We are all friends!" Melissa quotes. "Let's clear away this tense mood and get excited for these matches!" She announces. "In regards to the recent matchup incident…" Reiji points out. "I apologize for having you indulge in my selfish request" He apologizes. "I hope you will forgive me" Reiji states. "It wasn't that big of a problem" Gael said. "Our replacement Duelist, Tsukikage, practices Ninjutsu Dueling honed for real battle" Reiji explains. "I can attest for his abilities" He states. "I'm sure he will meet your expectations" Reiji reassures. "Brother…Why…Why is brother talking about Tsukikage over me…" Reira confuses. "Then let's get this started!" Melissa announces. "Action Field: On! Field Spell: Crossover Acceleration!" She declares and snaps her fingers. The course transforms and the Action Cards were scattered. A timer appeared and counted down. "Riding Duel…Acceleration!" Melissa declares as the countdown went down to zero and Shinji and Tsukikage raced off. "DUEL!" Both Duelists shouts. Bother Shinji and Tsukikage races for the first corner. In Yuzu's room "Even for Reira's sake…Tsukikage took on the match even knowing the consequences!" Yuzu thinks as she watches. "Brother likes him more than me…" Reira whispers. In Roger's office "Tsukikage and the young man from the Commons…" Roger observes. "They won't last long in this tournament will they?" He comments to a big guy behind him.
"Both Duelists are putting the pedal to the metal going into the first corner!" Melissa proclaims. Tsukikage sped past Shinji. "And the first to make it is Tsukikage!" Melissa declares. "My turn!" Tsukikage proclaims. "I Summon Twilight Ninja Shingetsu from my hand!" He declares (ATK: 1500). "Next I activate the Continuous Spell: Illusion Ninjitsu Art of Hazy Shuriken!" Tsukikage state. "When a card is added to my hand, I can send it to my Graveyard and deal 300 damage to my opponent!" He explains as he grabs the Action Card: Evasion and discards it. "Hazy Shuriken!" Tsukikage yells and some Shuriken came out of the Spell Card and hits Shinji (Shinji's LP: 3700). "Right off the bat, huh? Pretty good!" Shinji comments. "Ninja? How exciting!" A Tops woman trilled. "Quite an interesting play style" A Tops man pleased. "Bravo!" Another Tops man cheers as the other Tops claps. "And once more…" Tsukikage said as he grabs another Action Card: Evasion and discards it. "Hazy Shuriken!" He yells and some Shuriken came out of the Spell Card and hits Shinji again (Shinji's LP: 3400). "Another!" Tsukikage said as he grabs the Action Card: Miracles, and then discards it. "Take this!" He declares and more Shuriken hits Shinji (Shinji's LP: 3100). "He's landing multiple hits on the first turn!" Melissa exclaims. "It's not over yet!" Tsukikage states as he reaches for the next Action Card. "I'm not going to let you end this with your ninja show!" Shinji declares and speeds up. Tsukikage looks at Shinji and grunts. Shinji blocks Tsukikage from getting the Action Card. "Shinji cuts off Tsukikage from getting another Action Card!" Melissa exclaims. Tsukikage made a small sound "I set one card and end my turn" He states.
"Shinji is already feeling the heat!" Melissa states. "What will he do this turn!?" She wonders. "Starting off from behind is no different usual!" Shinji states. "It doesn't even tickle!" He proclaims. "My turn!" Shinji declares. "I Summon Battlewasp - Arbalest the Rapidfire!"He states (ATK: 1800). "Battle!" Shinji declares and Arbalest turns around. Tsukikage grabs an Action Card. "Hazy Shuriken again!?" Shinji exclaims. "But it won't change the fact that you'll lose a monster on this battle!" He points out. "Arbalest, attack Shingestsu!" Shinji orders and Arbalest fires a stinger. "Continuous Trap-Illusion Ninjitsu Art of Hazy Toad!" Tsukikage counters. "When my opponent's monster attacks, by sending a card from my hand to the Graveyard…I can increase the ATK of one "Ninja" monster on my field by 1000 for the rest of the Battle Phase!" He explains as he discards the Action Card: Evasion (Shingestsu's ATK: 2500). Shingestsu grabs the stinger and throws it back and destroys Arbalest. "Woah! Shinji takes 900 damage!" Melissa exclaims as Shinji almost loses control of his D-Wheel (Shinji's LP: 2400). Reira looks worried. "But when Arbalest is destroyed, I can Special Summon another Arbalest form my hand!" Shinji explains (ATK: 1800). "I see…" Tsukikage observes. "When one comrade falls, another immediately comes to continue the fight?" He inquires. "This is the fighting style of a true Commons!" Shinji states. "A true Commons?" A Commons man confuses. "True…?" Another Commons man wonders. "Because we all don't have a choice but to help each other out in order to survive…" An elderlyCommons mutters. "When the Battle Phase ends, Hazy Toad's effect ends and Shingestsu's ATK returns to normal" Tsukikage explains (Shingestsu's ATK: 1500). "I end my turn here!" Shinji states.
"If you speak of the strength of bonds then us of the Fuma Clan will not be outdone!" Tsukikage proclaims. "My turn, draw!" He declares. "If Tsuikikage wins…" Reira scared as he watches. "Spell Card-Ninjitsu Art of Hazy Duplication!" Tsukikage declares. "I can Special Summon one Level 4 or lower "Ninja" monster from my hand!" He explains. "If Tsukikage wins…!" Reira mutters. "I'll…" He stutters. "Don't go!" Reira calls out to an image of Reiji moving further away. "Don't leave me, Brother!" He pleaded. Back in the Duel "I Special Summon Twilight Ninja Shingetsu!" Tsukikage declares and a second Shingetsu appeared (ATK: 1500). "Getting help from some low ATK monster won't do you any good!" Shinji points out. "I wonder about that…" Tsukikage comments. "I Release Twilight Ninja Shingetsu!" He proclaims as the second Shingestsu disappears. "And Advance Summon Twilight Ninja Nichirin, the Chunin!" He declares (ATK: 2300). "If they cannot accomplish it alone, then a stronger comrade will arrive as swift as the wind!" Tsukikage states. "This is the bond of the Fuma Clan!" He proclaims. "Battle!" Tsukikage declares. "I attack Arbalest with Nichirin!" He states as Nichirin takes out its sword and slices up Arbalest. "Being able to attack from so many angles has allowed Tsukikage to deal damage every turn!" Melissa explains (Shinji's LP: 1900). "Shinji is in a pinch!" She states as Reira watches in worry. "He doesn't want to fall any more behind!" Melissa points out. "If you're talking about comrades, then we have them too!" Shinji states. "When Arbalest is destroyed, I can Special Summon another from my hand!" He explains and Summons a third Arbalest (ATK: 1800). "I end my turn!" Tsukikage states.
"When my Battlewasp are pushed to the brink, they leave their nest!" Shinji states. "Just like any other strong kid from the Commons!" He points out. The Commons were speechless. "Did you know?" Shinji asks Tsukikage. "They say that when wasp build their nests in low places a typhoon is coming" He states. "I am not in anyway belittling the strength or bonds of Commons" Tsukikage points out. "Good for you" Shinji said. "But talk is cheap!" He states. "I'll have you experience it personally" Shinji exclaims. "True Commons!" He proclaims. "My turn!" Shinji declares. He then smiles at the card he drew. "I'm done with letting you do whatever you want!" Shinji claims. "We'll sting you until you're swollen!" He proclaims. "I Summon the Tuner Monster, Battlewasp - Sting the Poison!" Shinji said (ATK: 400). "I Tune my Level 4 Arbalest the Rapidfire with my Level 2 Sting the Poison!" He declares. "Create a storm with your wing-beats, And forge a path to the truth with your sting! Synchro Summon! Come! Battlewasp - Halberd the Charge!" Shinji chants (ATK: 2500). "Shinji has pulled off his Synchro Summon!" Melissa exclaims. "Battle!" Shinji declares as Reira smiles. "I attack Shingestsu with Halberd the Charge!" Shinji shouts. "I don't think so!" Tsukikage said. He then hops of his D-Wheel and jumps along the course, the runs along the barrier and grabs and Action Card and returns to his D-Wheel. "Illusion Ninjitsu Art of Hazy Toad!" Tsukikage declares. "I send one card from my hand to my Graveyard and increase the ATK of one "Ninja" monster by 1000!" He states as he discard the Action Card, Miracle (Shingetsu's ATK: 2500). "But Halberd has his monster effect! Whenever it battles a monster with higher ATK, it can halve that monster's ATK!" Shinji state and Halberd's stinger fire a yellow light stinger at Shingestsu. "What!?" Tsukikage shocked (Shingetsu's ATK: 1250). Halberd destroys Shingetsu. The Shockwave blasted Tsukikage with force. "And with that, Shinji has turned the game around in an instant!" Melissa exclaims (Tsukikage's LP: 2750). The crowd cheers and Reira smiles a bit. "You made a poor choice powering up and ended up taking more damage" Shinji states. "I set one card and end my turn!" He declares.
"Those rich Tops will suffer the fate eventually" Shinji points out. "The longer you relish you luxuries, the more of a shock it'll be when lose it all!" He exclaims. "There's really nothing you can do about boys like that…" A Tops man comments. "Indeed…" Another Tops man agrees. "No threatening the audience!" Melissa warns Shinji. "You're going to end the Friendship Cup!" She states. "To insult the audience who isn't involved in our Duel at all…" Tsukikage comments. "Is that something a Duelist should be doing?" He question. "Huh?" Shinji confuses. "So you're taking the Tops side?" He assumes. "Well a ninja's job is to take his lord's side and sneak around doing shifty jobs, isn't it?" Shinji mocks. "And what do you mean by that?" Tsukikage offended. "You're just like Security, who suck up the Tops just to get on their good side!" Shinji comments. "You-!" Tsukikage pissed. "You dare to speak ill of us Fuma Clan!?" He exclaims. "Lose" Reira whispers. "My brother, Hikage, gave his life to fulfil his mission. He died a noble death!" Tsukikage states. "Lose" Reira whispers again. "For the honor of my brother's sacrifice, I will not allow you to say such things!" Tsukikage declares. "Lose!" Reria exclaims.
"My turn!" Tsukikage declares. "Twilight Ninja Nichirin, the Chunin is treated as a "Ninja" monster when it is on the field" He explains. "I release Nichirin and Advance Summon…!" Tsukikage declares. "I shall show you the true power of the right and just Fuma Clan!" He proclaims. "Twilight Ninja Getsuga, the Shogun!" Tsukikage calls out. "Level 8 Getsuga can be Advance Summon by Releasing one "Ninja" monster" He explains (ATK: 2000). "So the boss finally shows his face?" Shinji comments. "By changing Twilight Ninja Getsuga, the Shogun to Defense Position, it can Special Summon two "Ninja" monsters from the Graveyard!" Tsukikage states as a banner appeared behind Getsuga (DEF: 3000). "Return to your lord!" He calls out. "Twilight Ninja Shingetsu!" Tsukikage declares and both Shingestsu returns to the field. "When Shingestsu is on the field, my opponent cannot target any other "Ninja" monsters for an attack" He explains. (ATK: 1500x2). "And since there are two copies of Shingestsu, that means Shinji can't attack Getsuga?!" Melissa realizes. "What?!" Shinji shocked. "And even if he manages to clear that, what awaits them is a 3000 DEF powerhouse monster!" Melissa points out. "This is Tsukikage's powerful, no…ultra-powerful impenetrable defense!" She states as Reira watches with worry. "What will you do Shinji? What will he do?" Melissa wonders. "And what's this!? Tsukikage has gotten an Action Card as well!" She exclaims as Tsukikage grabs the Action Card. "Continuous Spell: Illusion Ninjitsu Art of Hazy Shuriken!" Tsukikage declares. "By sending a card that is added to my hand to my Graveyard, I can deal 300 damage to my opponent!" He states as he discarded the Action Card: Evasion. The Shuriken came out of the Spell Card and hits Shinji and Shinji lost control of his D-Wheel (Shinji's LP: 1600). "How long are you going to keep that up until you're satisfied?!" Shinji asks Tsukikage. Shinji's D-Wheel was swerving out of control "Damn it, things have never gone the way I wanted them ever since I was a kid!" Shinji thinks.
(Flashback)
Children were in front of a building with three men in suits "Listen up, this place isn't your home anymore" The middle guy in a suit tells some children. "Quit loitering around here and scram!" He orders them. "That's right…" Shinji thinks as he was one of those children "The orphanage that was taking care of us was taken from us because of their debt! And we all instantly had our home taken from us" He states.

Shinji gains control of his D-Wheel. "But that doesn't give you the right to insult the Fuma Clan!" Tsukikage points out. Tsukikage then sped past Shinji and grabs another Evasion Action Card and discards it "Hazy Shuriken!" He shouts out and more shuriken hit Shinji (Shinji's LP: 1300). "Just like this…" Shinji thought. Tsukikage grabs another Evasion Action Card. "Hazy Shuriken!" He yells out as he discards the Evasion Action Card and more shuriken hits Shinji (Shinji's LP: 1000). "As you throw those cards like garbage!" Shinji states.
(Flashback)
A younger Shinji falls down after losing a duel to a Tops Duelist and his card were scattered. "I had my own cards stolen from me and thrown back at me!" Shinji exclaims as the Tops Duelist stops in front of Shinji and Shinji took out a card of his Duel Disk. The Tops Duelist then takes the card from him. "You're Dueling and this is the best you have!?" The Tops Duelist mocks. "Come back after you get better cards!" He tells Shinji after he throws the card away. "But you Commons can't do that anyways, right?!" The Tops Duelist scorns Shinji. The Tops Duelist laughs as he walks away. "Tops would challenge Commons to unfair matches!" Shinji states as the younger Shinji was frustrated. "And would take everything away from them!" He exclaims.

"They took everything!" Shinji proclaims. "Shinji has been feeling this way all this time…?" Yuzu wonders as she listens. The Commons then caused a riot. "Shinji!" A Commons man calls out. "I'm with you!" He declares. "Those Tops bastards took everything they could from me!" Another Commons man exclaims. "Don't lose Shinji! Go for it! Wipe the floor with him!" A third Commons man cheers. "This Duel is a microcosm of our society!" Shinji states. "While spouting off that it's a free chance for anyone, the winners keep on winning!" He explains. "That's this City's…That's the true shape of this City!" Shinji proclaims as Jack just watches. "Now stand up! Stand up!" He stirs up the Commons. The Commons cheers. "Your eyes are dead no longer!" Shinji exclaims. "Fight! Raise your fist!" He urges the Commons. Shinji then ramps up on the barrier, and the Commons cheers. "We are the City! Only us!" Shinji declares. "We are…The City! We are the City!" The Commons chants. Shinji then grabs an Action Card as he land back on the track. "We are the City! We are the City! We are the City!" The Commons chants as Security were on their radio. Melissa and the Tops were speechless. Shinji smirks, he then looks back and raced off. Tsukikage jumps off his D-Wheel and grabs another Action Card, and then lands back on his D-Wheel. Tsukikage discards the Action Card: Miracle "Hazy Shuriken!" He yells out and shuriken went towards Shinji. "I won't let you!" Shinji counters. "Action Spell: Stand up!" He declares. "It negates effects damage activated on my opponent's turn and ends their turn!" Shinji explains. The shuriken vanishes. Tsukikage gasped in shock. "We're pretty tough, you known!" Shinji states. "We?!" Tsukikage wonders. "Yeah…" Shinji said. "The next turn is not my turn!" He states. "It's where all Commons will stand up for themselves!" Shinji asserts.
"Let's go! It's our turn!" He tells the Commons and the Commons cheers. "Draw!" Shinji declares. "Draw!" The Commons yells. The card Shinji drew was Summoning Swarm. "The typhoon has finally arrived!" Shinji exclaims. "And it's a huge one!" He states. The Commons cheers with excitement. "Spell Card: Summoning Swarm Activate!" Shinji declares. "I can Special Summon as many Battlewasp in my Graveyard as my opponent has monster on their field!" He explains. "You have three monsters total!" Shinji points out. "I Special Summon my two Arbalests and the Tuner Monster, Sting the Poison in my Graveyard!" He declares (ATK: 1800x2) (ATK: 400). The Common were getting excited. "Go farther! Do more!" Shinji riles up the Commons. "Release your anger, like an enraged hive of wasps!" He exclaims. "Shinji! Shinji! Shinji!" The Commons chants, while the Tops and Melissa seems worried. An image of wasps swarming the Tops area, and destroys it. Back in reality "If this keeps up, it'll be dangerous!" A Security officer reports to Roger. "Please send us some reinforcements!" He requested. "Is what he said…" Roger states. "Will this become a riot?" He wonders. "That would be quite a problem…" Roger comments. "What is this!? This Duel…" Yuzu shocked.
"I activate Sting the Poison's effect!" Shinji declares. "By Releasing one "Battlewasp" monster, I can negate one of my opponent's monster's effect!" He explains. "I release one of my Arbalest the Rapidfire…And negate one of your Shingetsu's effect!" Shinji states as one of his Arbalest dissipates into light and that light covers one of Tsukikage's Shingetsu and a purple aura briefly covers it. "Battle!" Shinji declares. "Arbalest the Rapidfire, attack the first Shingetsu!" He orders and Arbalest fires a stinger at the Shingestsu who's didn't have its effects negated and destroys it (Tsukikage's LP: 2450). "Next, Halberd, attacks the second Shingestsu!" Shinji declares and Halberd attacks and destroys the second Shingestsu (Tsukikage's LP: 1450). "But Twilight Ninja Getsuga, the Shogun's DEF is 3000!" Tsukikage points out. "Don't underestimate me!" Shinji exclaims. "Trap Card: Urgent Tuning!" He declares. "With this card I can now Synchro during Battle!" He states. "What?!" Tsukikage shocked. "I Tune my Level 6 Halberd the Charge with my Level 4 Arbalest the Rapidfire and Level 2 Sting the Poison!" Shinji declares. "Concentrate the power of your bonds…Pierce through the wall of villainy and arrogance! Synchro Summon! Come forth, Level 12! Battlewasp - Ballista the Armageddon!" He chants (ATK: 3000). "I activate Ballista's effect!" Shinji declares. "I banish all "Battlewasp" monsters from my Graveyard, and for each, I lower the ATK and DEF of one of my opponent's monster by 500!" He explains. "I banish five of them!" Shinji states. "So Twilight Ninja Getsuga's DEF is lowered by 2500!" He asserts (Twilight Ninja Getsuga's DEF: 500). "With this Tsukikage will…!" Reira pleased. "Battle!" Shinji declares. "Ballista the Armageddon, attack Twilight Ninja Getsuga, the Shogun!" He orders and Ballista fires a stinger. Tsukikage grabs an Action Card. "When Ballista the Armageddon attacks a Defense Position monster, it deals piercing damage!" Shinji explains. The stinger then turns to light and pieces Twilight Ninja Getsuga, destroying it "How!?" Tsukikage yells out as he was through by the bast (Tsukikage's LP 0). When Shinji ride by a picture of him with a win on it appeared, then Tsukikage's D-Wheel crushes, but Tsukikage landed safely. "The winner of today's second match is Shinji Weber!" Melissa declares. "Don't just cheer, stand up!" Shinji tells the Commons. "What are you all doing!? Can all you do is scream!?" He yells. "Take action! Fight! Fight the power!" Shinji riles up the Commons. "Now Shinji has made his move…" Crow comments while watching. "I should too…" He states. "I'm going to make the kids worry again…" He laments. "Shinji! Shinji! Shinji!" The Commons chants as the Field Spell: Crossover Acceleration dissipates. Tsukikage looks at the Action Card he grabbed earlier, Evasion before it fades away. "But I must say, that was quite a thrilling Duel!" Melissa states. "It was almost like a riot…" She comments as Yuzu watches. "It seems it only got them fired up" Roger states. "If it had actually become a riot, we would have had to arrest them all, wouldn't we?" He tells the man behind him. The stayed silent with one eye glowing red. In the Exclusives Councils room "Your second representative has lost as well…" Gael comments. "Yes" Reiji said. "Now Tsukikage will be sent underground to perform forced labor" He states. The Exclusives Councils were shocked. "This is all a part of the plan" Reiji explains. "Huh?" Reira confuses.
