Overhead, Anna and Kristoff could see Godzilla making his way inland. Trudging along through the thick lush jungle forest which covered the entirety of the island. The bellows of the monster king could be heard even from this distance. Anna gazed out through the bridge's viewport, worryingly. Godzilla was now too far ahead of them that she could hardly see her sister anymore.

Anna glanced to Hejima, who was standing outside the door to the bridge, peering toward the island with a pair of binoculars.

"Do you see her?" Anna asked, curiously.

Hejima didn't answer at first. He only continued peering out toward the island. Peering through the two scoops of the binoculars, he scanned along the dorsal spines along Godzilla's back. But there was no sign of Elsa. He could only see the many flying creatures which either emerged from the forest or were circling the King of the monsters. He was already too far ahead, it was hard to make out if anyone was there.

Hejima lowered the binoculars, shaking his head to them.

"I can't see her," He said, glancing into the bridge.

"They are too far ahead."

Anna cocked her head as she gazed anxiously toward the island. The thought of her sister being in danger brought a feeling of dread over her. That island was right there, swarming with all sorts of those creatures. And they were here on this boat, safe and unable to do anything. Why were they just sitting here? What was taking so long?

"We have to go after them, now!" Anna said, glancing back to Hejima.

Hajima came back into the bridge as he approached the crew member steering the ship.

"Turn to starboard, head for the island's west coast." The professor said.

The crewmember nodded his head. Spinning the wheel, he began to turn the ship to starboard. Kristoff and Anna glanced back to him, curiously.

"West coast?" Anna asked, curiously.

"We can't dock the ship here. It's too risky and we have no other way of getting on the island. " Hejima insisted to them.

"We have a dock over on the west coast of the island. It's where we receive our supplies whenever we're stationed here and it's also where our outpost is located."

"But what about Elsa?" Anna asked, curiously.

"We can't just leave her out there!"

"We won't," Hejima insisted to her.

"But we can't go trudging through the jungle like this. It's to dangerous. The outpost will have everything we need to comb the island."

Anna narrowed her eyes. Every second they were here, Elsa was in more danger then before. While she wanted to find her sister, she knew it would be foolish to go blindly through an island crawling with monsters. They needed to find another way.

In the lower decks of the ship, Jack and the squad were gearing up. Strapping his vest over his camouflage shirt, he glanced down and tightened his knee pads.

"Everyone listen up!" Mattias called from the hallway.

Jack glanced up at the doorway, where he saw his commanding officer, looking around at the rest of the squad.

"We'll be docking at the west coast in thirty minutes," Mattias announced to the squad.

"Everyone needs to be on deck before then. Let's move people!"

Mattias then turned and continued down the all as the other squad members continued gearing up. Jack paused there, squinting his eyes curiously.

"The west coast?" he asked, curiously.

Quickly, Jack turned back over the bed, grabbing the backpack laying next to him which he draped over his back. He then grabbed his gun and came out into the hallway, where he then approached Mattias.

"Lieutenant, why are we heading toward the West coast?" Jack asked, curiously.

Mattias turned back to him.

"There's a docking port there," Mattias insisted to him.

"We're going to dock the ship there and make our way to the outpost."

Jack shook his head.

"What are you talking about?" Jack said.

"My fiancé is out there!"

"I know, I know, but we need to get to that outpost before we can attempt a rescue mission." The lieutenant insisted to him.

"I'm sorry, Private, but he will just have to hold on a little longer."

Jack shook his head in utter contempt.

"She won't make that long." Jack claimed before storming passed him.

After sometime of sailing along the island's coastline, the M.T.R.V came into view of the west docks. Jack and the other squad members were now standing along the starboard side of the ship as they readied to dock. Overhead they could see what looked to be a docking sight with two large storage houses. It seemed deserted for the most part. By the looks of things, it looked like no one had been here for months or so.

The fences around the perimeter looked to be torn down, along with one of the storage houses entrance's hanging openly. It could only mean some of the creatures on the island must have stumbled across the site. Mattias glanced back at Jack and the squad.

"Stay sharp." He said.

"Yes sir." Jack nodded as he switched off the safety on his assault riffle.

The ship slowly came up along the docks. As the engines then ceased, one of the squad member pushed down the gangway as the others the storm out onto the dock. On the bridge, Anna was just about to go after them. Only then be held back by Kristoff.

"Wait, not yet," Hejima insisted.

"Not until we know it's safe."

The squad stormed up the small stairway as they came up to the docking site. Mattias then paused, holding up his fist to them to give the order to halt. The rest of the squad came to a stop. They then held up their guns as they surveyed the area.

"Everyone fan out, keep an eye on the tree line." Mattias ordered.

He then glanced forward, holding up the assault riffle as he moved forward. Jack and the rest of the squad followed suit, spreading out across the docks. Mattias then paused for a moment, glancing down to what looked to be a blood trail.

"Hold up," He said, as he kneeled down.

Jack came up next to Mattias as he gazed down at the blood trail. He dipped down his fingers over He then glanced to the left, where they saw it was leading off toward the storage units. Mattias stood up, taking his riffle in his hands.

"Tight formation." He advised as he slowly made his way toward the storage unit.

Jack and Mattias slowly made their way toward one of the storage houses, who's door was hanging open. Mattias gestured to halt back at Jack and two others. He then slowly crept toward the open doorway, peering into the darkness. He kept his riffle pointed at the doorway, placing his finger delicately over the trigger, ready to fire upon anything that may be hiding inside.

Jack and two other marines followed suit, holding their guns at the ready. Mattias came up to the doorway. When suddenly they heard a sudden sound from inside, causing the four marines to paused, holding their up their assault riffles. Mattias then glanced back at Jack.

"Jack." He said, gesturing with his head to come.

Jack came up to Mattias, who then gestured to the open door. He then came up behind the door, where she grabbed hold of the handle.

"Okay, on three," Mattias said.

"One...Two..."

There was a moment of silence. Jack gripped the handle tightly, ready to throw open the door and reveal whatever was inside. He glanced to Mattias who continued to peering through the narrow opening.

"Three!" Mattias exclaimed.

Jack then threw open the large door, which then slid to the side. Upon the light beaming inside, they were then met with a sudden hissing sound, followed the creature bearing it's bloodied fangs at them. Mattias then fired several rounds of his assault rifle, which rung out through the clearing.

Anna and Kristoff came up viewing port of the bridge, having to have heard shots being fired. They peered out toward the dock.

"Did you hear that?" Anna asked, glancing back at Hekima.

Hejima came up to them, where he gazed out toward the dock.

Jack and Mattias slowly entered into the storage house. They then approached the creature, keeping their guns pointed down over the motionless over the floor. Along with the body of what appeared to be a deer-like animal, which stomach appeared to be ripped open, espousing it's rib cage and intestines.

"Aw, Jesus." Jack groaned in disgust, covering his mouth.

Mattias shined his flash light down over the creature, which revealed to be dinosaur-like. Resembling that of a dromaeosaurs velociraptor, with a mane along it's back. Mattias lowered his riffle.

"What is that thing?" Jack asked, curiously.

Mattias shook his head, having little idea of what it was.

"No idea." Mattias said, glancing back at Jack.

"Must be one of the imports from Skull island."

"Oh, well, that's just great," Jack said.

"And if it's here, there's probably more close by." Mattias insisted to him.

"We should get moving."

Mattias the turned and made his way outside as Jack followed soon after. They came outside the storage unit.

"Everyone grab what you can, we move out in five!" Mattias announced to rest of the squad.

He then glanced back at Jack.

"Go get the others." he said.

Jack nodded his head.

"Yes, sir!" he said, before making his way to the boat.

Jack came up the stairway to the bridge of the M.T.R.V, where he peered in at Anna, Kristoff and Hajima through the open doorway.

"Hey, come on," Jack said.

"We got to move now."

"What is it?" Anna asked, curiously.

"Think we just ran into one of those imports from skull island!" Jack insisted to them.

"We got to get moving."

Hajima paused at the mention of Death Jackal. A specie from skull island that the professor was all too familiar with. Having to study it himself, he knew well of the dangers they posed. And if one was here, the pack was no doubt far behind.

Jack then turned and made his way back down the stairway.

"Imports?!" Hajima exclaimed as he followed after.

Kristoff and Anna glanced to the professor, curiously.

"Wait, what imports?" Anna asked as the raced after the professor.

Some of the squad members were working on the two large trucks that were parked along side the storage buildings. Mattias approached two, who were looking under the hood of one of the trucks.

"How is it?" The lieutenant asked, curiously.

The marines who were working on the engine, glanced back at him. He then shook his head.

"No luck yet," the Marine insisted to him.

"We had to replace the battery and use some of the gas we found in the storage unit. We're just about to try again."

Mattias sighed, shaking his head.

"Alright, hurry it up," he said.

"We need to get moving as possible."

The marines nodded as they turned back to the open hood of the large truck.

Mattias narrowed his head, placing his hands over his side as he pondered. He shifted his gaze to the nearby tree line, scanning the foliage. The mere thought of other Death Jackals lurking nearby continued to linger in his mind. He had much experience dealing with the creatures in No man's land and knew an attack could come at any moment.

He had seen what these creatures were capable of, having witnesses many of his fellow marines be ripped apart or dragged off into the foliage. And with limited ammunition and no way to call for extraction, they were sitting ducks out here in the clearing.

"Lieutenant Mattias."

Mattias glanced back, where he saw Dr. Hajima and the others coming up to him.

"Dr. Hajima." Mattias said as he turned back to the professor.

"Jack told us you encountered one of of the specimens from Skull island."

Mattias nodded his head.

"Yeah, over in one of the storage units." He said, gesturing his head toward the shelter.

"Thing looked like some kind of dinosaur or something," Jack insisted them.

"Like one of those raptors from Jurassic Park."

The word raptor had immediately caught the attention of Dr. Hejima. Having to remember one of the specimens from Skull Island resembled that of a raptor. The professor glanced back at Jack.

"Raptor?" Hejima said, squinting his eyes, curiously.

Jack nodded his head.

"Yeah, that's right." Jack insisted to the professor.

"This specimen, did it have a mane consisting of spile like hairs?" Hajima asked, curiously.

Jack glanced to mattia, who looked back at him, curiously.

"Uh, yeah, why?" Jack asked, curiously.

Hajima paused for a moment. There was a look of shook and horror over the Professor's face as his suspicions had proven to be so.

"Damn it, we need to get to the Outpost, Now!" Hajima exclaimed to them.

"You know what that thing is?" Jack asked, curiously.

A strange noise echoed from off in the distance. Hajima paused, glancing back toward the tree line off to their right. They then heard it again, seeming much louder then before. Though it was still some ways off from them. Both Jack and Mattias stepped forward, taking their gun in hand.

"What the hell is that?" Mattias said, glancing to the professor.

Hajima glanced back at them.

"They're coming, we need to get moving, now!" Hajima proclaimed to them.

It was right at that moment they heard the engines of the large trucks start behind them. The four of them glanced back, where they saw one of the other marines standing up from the driver's side. Mattias glanced back to the other members of the squad.

"We're leaving!" The Mattias announced to them.

The others made their way over to the trucks as they began climbing up into the back. Jack, Anna, Kristoff and Hajima climbed up into the back as Mattias got into the passenger side. With that, the trucks the drove forward before turning and making their way down the path leading to the outpost.

From the opening of the torn down fence, several Death Jackals emerged from foliage. Having heard the gun firing from earlier, the pack had been drawn back to the docks with the hope it was potential prey. They then heard the sound of running engines from off to their left. Cocking their heads, they gazed down the path shrouded in darkness, seeing the two trucks driving off through the jungle.

Death Jackals uttered a hiss, bearing their teeth before storming after them.
