CHAPTER 75
Life in Hope Valle went on as planned. A few days ago, Bill, Frankison and Henry had left for the city of Regina.
Wynn gathered up his papers and applied for his pension, he wanted to be closer to his daughter. He had lost many years and wanted to get to know his daughter and give her everything he never had.
Frankison, too, had asked for a new post because he wanted to be close to his sister.
Collins, who was the head of the general command, didn't want to lose those men, because they were two mounties who honored their serge, and so he proposed to the general command of the government, the creation of a training base for new mounties, the recruits could be well trained by the best strategist and the best tracker, he already had everything planned, he just needed Bill's help, because as a judge he could get a place to build the training camp, because only with the donation of this place would this project be confirmed.
Charlote was more than happy with the changes in Tom, today he was a man who cared about everyone, as well as being very hard-working. He was the first to arrive at school and the last to leave. She and her children spent the last few days together in the evening and she noticed that Elizabeth was the reason they were all smiling, but there was only one person missing... Her beloved Bill... She hadn't seen her beloved Bill for more than a week, and she missed him more and more, but in her prayers, she always asked God to protect him and guide him on his mission; only he could solve her daughter Elizabeth's problems.
Frank and Abigail had returned to Hope Valle the previous afternoon. Frank's smile was huge and Abigail's eyes were lit up with a light of happiness that Elizabeth had never noticed there before. She deserved to be happy after the death of her husband and son in the mine. Abigail always smiled, but she didn't have that light of happiness, she was in love with her husband.
Wynn and Aunt Elizabeth took advantage of these days and enjoyed the company of Elizabeth and Jack and all their family. That city was all well and good, but being with their beloved daughter did their hearts an enormous amount of good.
Meanwhile, in Hamilton, things were starting to heat up...
At the Thatcher mansion, Grace, Julia and Viola were nervous about Bile Hamilton's silence... Grace wanted that girl home soon and married to Charles Kensigton III, as this was getting in the way of Viola's wedding plans with the noble Sir Lionel... Julia, for her part, was seething with jealousy and accusing Elizabeth of abusing her man and taking advantage of his gorgeous, sexy body...
She was pure jealousy and that look was dangerous.
On the other side of Hamilton, in Willian Thatcher's office, Ju continued to tame Willian... that man was trapped in her clutches. Every day she did something with him, always very sensual and to show him that she wanted him and so she got more jewelry and other valuable things, even all the new furniture she changed, because she complained to him that the old ones weren't her style... That old slob was in her hands.
Willian had received several threats, but until he found out who was responsible, he would have to pay for their silence.
Somewhere in Canada, in a dusty, dark room with the smell of wyske and cigarettes, Charles Kensigton III was talking to Hargraves and laughing as his hands ran over the body of the harlot who was there to satisfy his desires. He and Hargraves sent the women into the bedroom to clean themselves up, because they wanted to use them...
And they got into a serious conversation, where Hargraves told him that he had already falsified his documents and now he had done something to Jack Thorton's paperwork, and in thirty days or so he would be sent away on a mission and so would the other mounties around Elizabeth. And so they could get their wives Charlote and Elizabeth. They drank the whole bottle of wiske, and went upstairs to their rooms, where moans and screams were heard throughout the hall.
The owner of the brothel was well paid, after all, her girls always needed about ten days for all the bruises to fade, but they were paid well and that was what was important.
