Nagato looked out to sea from her house's balcony, frowning a little at the approaching fleet, a fleet of modern day ships, the Admiralty seemed to have a problem with her recent decisions. A multitude of feelings were bubbling inside her chest watching the fleet sail closer to her homeland.

But she was starting to smirk, as she was confident that nobody could dare to really challenge her ultimate authority over Sakura Empire. She may not be flagship any more, but all her fellow Sakura kansen still regarded her as their leader, the Admiralty may not see her that way, but in her mind they didn't matter.

After all they were only human...

All embrace me, Its not my place to rule this land.

But for many years, I have been waiting, to forever leave my throne.

No connections, But I will swear my oath, crowned by Kami, not by humanity as, my power is divine!

Man thought I was too young to rule my land, just as they failed to understand, made to rule!

My time has come...

Nagato left her home deep in the Sakura Empire, descending the steps from the great Sakura all the way to the docks, while she would normally allow others to do this kind of thing in her stead, she knew these men wouldn't allow that. She needed to be there, to do this herself, if she was to be taken seriously, as unlikely as that would be knowing humans.

The fleet was almost here, practically on top of them now.

I was chosen by Kami!

Say my name when you pray!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

With the spirits my protectors!

Make them bow to my will!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

A group of destroyer girls were running across the Guardian Fox's path, she smiled watching them run by, clearly oblivious to her presence. Tradition demanded she be offended by such an act, but she didn't care, just happy that these girls were having a good time.

But then she could hear soft crying from somewhere nearby, her ears twitched as she honed in on a small pink cat-girl, Kisaragi. weeping a little, hugging her knees. Feeling bad for the little girl, Nagato walked over and placed a hand on her shoulder. Kisaragi gasped seeing seeing her leader just looking down at her with sympathy, she gestured to get up and helped her to her feet.

Proved in battle, led my friends to victory...

No man alive or dead commands me, I answer to the Kami!

Please hear my words, All the Sirens will feel my wrath!

What I say, was said by the spirits, and so it shall be done!

I know I was destined to rule the land, but I won't allow myself to rule alone, made to rule...

My time is now!

It turned out Kisaragi had thought her sisters didn't like her any more, she was leaning on Nagato's shoulder still weeping as she explained. Nagato asked why she thought that and the little pink cat told her she had been left at one of the food stands while waiting for a snack.

But before Nagato could get angry about that, a small voice hesitantly called her name from behind her. The two girls looked behind them to see Mutsuki and her other sisters watching them with guilty faces. Mutsuki would go on to explain how sorry they were and were distracted by a sale on another stand, forgetting Kisaragi hadn't got her snack yet. With tears all around, Kisaragi and Mutsuki hugged each other, then all the other girls joined in, with Nagato looking on with a proud look on her face.

But the smile vanished as she looked back at the now docking fleet approaching the docks.

I was chosen by Kami!

Say my name when you pray!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

With the spirits my protectors!

Make them bow to my will!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

The little fox was about to leave, but a tiny hand grabbed her arm. Nagato looked back confused for moment and it was Kisaragi again, now with a small smile on her tear-stained face. Mutsuki grabbed her other arm and grinned back at her, explaining that as thanks for helping with their problem they'll help Nagato with hers now.

The little battleship quietly laughed with them, grateful for the moral support as she kept on heading to the docks

All the sirens will be slain, there's no stopping me!

All over Azur lane my rule shall be questioned by none...

All the seas, will be free, that is my decree!

MY WILL BE DONE!

Nagato and her friends arrived at the docks, as did the admirals now disembarking the carrier. The destroyer girls all whimpered a little, but Nagato could feel them keep hold of her arms, letting her know they weren't going anywhere. The little fox girl smiled a little, but then put on her more neutral expression.

One of the admiral's walked over to her, looking annoyed that Nagato had brought 'children' with her. He commented that he was here to meet Yamato, not 'some brat playing leader'. That comment just made her frown, but then the admiral went to barge past her, scaring the other girls.

Man thought I was too young to rule my land, just as they failed to understand, made to rule!

My time is NOW!

Nagato wasn't having that, as the man went to push her aside, she jumped up and punched the man straight in the face, sending him flying several feet back. He sat up holding his nose, glaring daggers at the little girl, who glared back at him. She would yell to not touch her friends ever again.

The admiral yelled for his men to arrest the girls...

I was chosen by Kami!

Say my name when you pray!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

With the spirits my protectors!

Make them bow to my will!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

Before the guards could do anything, One of the destroyers, Nagatsuki pulled the cord on a bird shaped device she was holding, the bird emitted a huge blaring noise, so loud half of Sakura Empire could have heard it. That very well must have been the case, because in a matter of seconds, a huge crowd of older kansen had gathered around.

Battleships, carriers and cruisers alike all looked on in shock at the relatively small group of men standing in front of Nagato. Now looking very scared, as they realised they were now surrounded by a lot of pissed of women, many times stronger than them. They made the only smart move and ran back to the safety of the carrier, leaving the injured admiral behind, screaming about 'mutiny' and 'cowardice.'

To the skies...

With the spirits my protectors!

Make them bow to my will!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

To the skies...

See Nagato rise!

Nagato simply pointed at the man and in her signature authoritative tone, said the following command to all the other kansen, who had all their riggings deployed and aimed at the now cowering man:

"Get that motherfucker!"
