Chapter 84: The Four Seasons of Death:
Jack's POV: Summer
Jill, Peter, and I were walking through a desert.
Singer: Through miles of sand, bleached white dirt
They shambled on 'till their ankles hurt
The buzzards sailed high overhead
Ridin' on currents of thick hot dread
And the sun burnt their hearts like an angry woman
It scorched their souls like an angry woman
Ohhhh like an angry woman
And then out of the west, through a breeze of luck
18 wheels on a big black truck
An angel of mercy, but was wrapped in steel
With an un-washed man stickin' up behind the wheel
And the road stretched on like an angry woman
And the cab smelled like french fries like an angry woman
Pe-yeu, an angry woman
What's that smell
The sun dropped low down in the sky
Like a pair of pants on an urban guy
Their stomachs cried out with a rumblin' roar
'Till they just burnt near couldn't walk no more
They tried to eat a cactus like an angry woman
And scorpions chased them down like an angry woman!
An angry woman!
We have seen many mirages caused by the desert heat. There was what seemed like an oasis.
"Will this ever stop," asks Jill.
"I'm not sure," says Peter.
We then fell in the water. Turns out, it was real.
Singer: They were refreshed
They were cool
They were in this convenient desert pool
Now they can clean off the sweat from their backs
It was a good day for Jill, Peter, and Jack
And they were enjoying the water like an angry woman
They were now cooling down like an angry woman
Oh man, just like an angry womaaaaaan!
Jill's POV: Fall
I was walking through this beautiful forest. There were so many trees on the ground. I then found a pumpkin on the ground. I noticed there was a face on it. I then walked away, and something was tickling me. I looked and saw the pumpkin was gone. I then read a book. It was about a trickster named Jack O'Lantern. I realized I was in his territory. Apparently, he was a trickster who was decapitated by Death itself. I then heard his sinister laughing from everywhere. I then had an idea. I threw my fans, but Jack O'Lantern caught them and threw then away, but because my fans are razor sharp, then cut down a tree and it falls on him, squashing his pumpkin head. I then moved on. I had the last laugh in the end.
Peter's POV: Winter
It was very cold, and I saw a sleigh with that red suited man we saw before.
"Excuse me," I said, "do you need help?"
"Oh, hello. My reindeer are missing."
"Reindeer," I asked.
"Eight reindeer. I need them to get home."
"I shall help you."
. . .
We then began searching for the reindeer. The man told me his name was Nick and how he would deliver toys, but Aku outlawed a specific day where he would do it. We then found the first reindeer in a restaurant, and he sees himself as the fastest reindeer of all.
. . .
The second was in a mall and she's a show-off.
. . .
The third was in a movie theater and he's a conspiracy nut.
. . .
The fourth was in an arcade and she's an unashamed flirt.
. . .
The fifth one was in a night club and he's a daredevil.
. . .
The sixth one was in a tanning salon and she's a self-proclaimed matchmaker.
. . .
The seventh one was in a pub and he's a genius with social issues.
. . .
The eighth and final one was in a grocery store and he's a musclehead obsessed with getting bigger.
. . .
"Thank you, Peter," says Nick, "now, we have to go to the North Pole."
"Wait," I said, "you live in the Arctic?"
"Yep, see ya. Ho-ho-ho!" He then flies off. He's a strange and jolly man.
Jack's POV: Spring
I was in this forest and there were many thorns. Then a plant started speaking to me. It was sentient. It took the form of a woman.
"Why don't you rest," she asks.
"I am fine," I said.
"You look tired," she said.
The truth is, I was getting tired. I then decided to take her up on her offer. I started to rest, but then I was getting visions of Aku. The plant woman turned into a monster and tried to consume me. I then used my sword to slice her. Ending her. I never realized how good I was at gardening.
