Chapter 98: Yoi, Kuromi, and Kuroki in Africa:
Yoi's POV:
When my friends and I were children, the Sheikh took us to Africa where we met his best friend, an African Chief.
"You truly are the Emperor's son," he said to me, "you look just like him." This saddens me. "your presence here can only mean one thing. Aku has returned. This angers me. "You are the world's only hope."
. . .
The Chief took us into the village. He showed Kuromi and Kuroki to their huts and introduces me to mine.
"Your training begins tonight," says the Chief.
. . .
At night, the Chief places markings on my face. "The Lion, fierce and mighty. The Rain, nature's greatest asset. "The Sun. That is, you."
. . .
I was then taken to the village's festival. I was sitting next to a child.
"I am the Chief's Son," he said, "next in line to lead this village."
"My Son, I see you have met your new brother," says the Chief.
"He is not fitting to be a prince's brother," says the Chief's Son.
"He happens to be a prince himself," says Kuromi.
"That is enough," says the Chief, "you will learn to get along."
"Why do we need to do this as well," asks Kuroki, "is it not Yoi's destiny to face you know who?"
"He may need you two to help him as well," says the Chief.
. . .
The Chief showed us these staffs.
"This is the Umblagata," says the Chief, "it is made from our land's strongest trees. We have five styles of technique. The Cheetah, the Monkey, the Snake, the Scorpion, and the Antelope."
We were all training. Kuroki and Kuromi were sparring with each other. I was sparring with the Chief's Son. But then our sparring turned into actual fighting.
"Enough," says the Chief.
Ironically, our attempt to kill each other... caused us to develop respect for each other.
"Come," says the Chief's Son, "I will show you around our land."
. . .
The Chief's Son then showed me the many wonders this land has to offer.
Singer/Chorus: Put your faith in what you most believe in
Two worlds, one family
Trust your heart, let fate decide
To guide these lives, we see
A paradise untouched by man
Within this world blessed with love
A simple life, they live in peace
Softly tread the sand below your feet now
Two worlds, one family
Trust your heart, let fate decide
To guide these lives, we see
Beneath the shelter of the trees
Only love can enter here
A simple life, they live in peace
Raise your head up, lift high the load
Take strength from those that need you
Build high the walls, build strong the beams
A new life is waiting, but danger's no stranger here
No words describe a mother's tears
No words can heal a broken heart
A dream is gone, but where there's hope
Somewhere something is calling for you
Two worlds, one family
Trust your heart, let fate decide
To guide these lives, we see!
. . .
I told Kuromi and Kuroki about the adventure I had.
"And I thought he was just an arrogant brat," says Kuromi.
"Perhaps next time, you can invite us," says Kuroki.
Then the village was under attack. These strange marauders were setting everything on fire. "Find the boy," one says.
My friends and I tried to run, but the marauders took Kuromi and Kuroki.
. . .
I snuck into the marauders' camp and listened in.
"This boy matches the description, perhaps..."
"LOSERS! This may be a boy of light skin, but he is not the one Aku sent us to get. Remember, we get the right boy, Aku will reward us." He then threw Kuroki away.
"Yes, Master Frown."
"Good, now, find the boy or you will all frown!"
I then took one of their weapons.
. . .
I started practicing with the weapon, but I could not lift it. Then I remembered seeing then spin it around. I then tried that.
. . .
I then arrived at their camp and fought against the Marauders using the stolen weapon. I managed to beat them down.
"If you want something done right," says Master Frown, "do it yourself!"
Frown and I then fought. During the fight, I managed to free the others and they all attacked the marauders. The Chief's son and I took down Master Frown.
"Your training is complete," says the Chief.
The Chief's Son and I then shook hands.

If you noticed, I used a more villainous version of Master Frown. In the next chapter, Jack takes care of a baby.
