welcome back
The characters all belong to Shinobu Ohtaka.
I just converted some changes.
Well, I don't want to stop you for long and wish you a lot of fun on my twenty-sixth night ^^
I can still remember very well how Aladdin told me more about the time when he was still living with Rhama.
"I knew from the beginning that Rhama was a kind-hearted person," I smiled when I heard Aladdin's past.
He looked down at me and nodded.
"When I used to help him from time to time behind the counter before I went on stage, he would give his infamous curry to homeless people or people who didn't have enough money with them," he said, giggling at the latter, so that I giggled too.
Alibaba and Tess, who overheard his past, also giggled.
Aladdin looked at Snuffle as he came back to show us that he wanted to go back home.
So, Aladdin put his harness on him and went back to the palace with me.
"What happened next?" I asked him, so that he first looked down at me and then back to the front.
"After all, you found the book and learned the divine scripture from the Rukh! Didn't you ask yourself why you got all this?" I asked him now, so that he now closed his sky-blue eyes and hummed around.
"Hmmm... I wasn't really interested in that! I only learned the script so that this Rukh would disappear again!" he shrugged, so that now I wondered why he had to learn this divine script.
So, Aladdin continued to tell me about the time when he lived with Rhama ...
When I woke up the next morning after Rhama carried me to bed, as I was far too deeply fascinated by the book and eventually fell asleep, I slowly climbed off my bed and stroked Cosma and Charlie, who wished me a nice morning by purring.
At Rhama's door, I tiptoed lightly to open his door, just to see if he was still asleep in it.
When I noticed a snore, I crouched down to tell the cats to be quiet.
Purring at me, they snuggled up to me, with me giggling softly and then closing the bedroom door of Rhama again.
I went to the bathroom to get the stool in it so I could make myself breakfast.
Although I was 130 cm tall, I couldn't really get to everything, as this was made to the height of Rhama.
He was about 190, if not 200 cm tall, so otherwise he would have to bend down a bit for everything.
That's why everything was still too high for me, which is why I needed a stool for everything.
When I took a bowl and put cornflakes in it, some of which fell so that Cosma and Charlie licked them up, I put some milk in it and then went to the couch.
Carefully, I put down the bowl of my breakfast, climbed onto the couch, and turned on the TV to watch anything that was on at that time.
After switching around a few channels, I stayed on a send with children's program and picked up my bowl.
Cosma and Charlie lay to the left and right of me and slept while I watched the program in amazement.
When it was over and I had finished my breakfast, I heard Rhama open the door.
Rhama let out a yawn before he stroked my head, wished me good morning, and then disappeared into the bathroom.
After a few minutes, he came out and sat down with me as he made himself a bowl of cornflakes while I looked for something more interesting on the TV.
However, when I didn't find anything, I stayed with a channel that showed the news.
~Today is the day again when everyone in the world has to do a minute of silence!~ said the woman on the TV, so I looked at Rhama, who asked with his mouth full if today was really that day.
"What day?" I asked him and then looked at the TV when he told me that the newscaster was going to say it.
~For those who don't know today; Today, December 8th, is the birthday of our beloved divine prince, who was torn from us about 5 years ago!~ she said.
"It's December 8th already?" I asked Rhama, so he nodded and stared at me in shock when I told him that it's my birthday today, too.
"That can't be! There's only one person's birthday today, and that's this divine prince!" he said.
"Well, then I guess I'm an exception." I just said and looked at the TV again.
~All who don't know; About 5 years ago, the divine prince, Ala Jehoahaz Abraham, the rightful ruler of the universe and our beloved God, was kidnapped and murdered!~ she said.
When I looked at Rhama cleaning both his bowl and mine, I looked back at the TV.
~What the whole people are now wondering is whether a few speeches today will lead the royal couple to the loss of their child, or whether they will continue to leave this to the current king and queen! What do you think of that, Mr. Office?~ she asked her colleague, who just smiled and said that the royal couple won't do that.
~After all, our beloved divine prince would have turned 10 today! Then King Solomon and Queen Sheba should bob a few words of their dead child, as well as to us! After all, we also suffer from the loss of God!~ he said, so that his colleague only nodded in agreement and now asks someone else who is asking a resident for his opinion.
~After the death of our beloved divine prince Ala, the crops are not growing properly, so we can't make ends meet!~ said one farmer.
~We are very afraid that the world will end at any moment! After all, we all lived in peace and harmony when the divine prince was still alive!~ said one resident when asked for her opinion.
I didn't listen anymore; I was shaking all over and clenching my hands into fists.
All I felt was hatred.
Hatred for the people who don't know what this God had suffered.
When I heard meows from Cosma and Charlie, as well as a gentle hug from Rhama, the hatred dissipated somewhat.
Rhama turned off the TV and then looked at me with a smile.
"Since it's your birthday today, you get to decide what we should eat today!" he smiled and pulled me down from the couch.
"Don't I decide what we eat every day anyway?" I asked him skeptically, so he laughed and gave me fresh clothes.
"Yes, actually! But it's your birthday today, so you can wish for everything today!" he laughed.
Wondering why he was acting so strangely suddenly, I accepted it and enjoyed my birthday to some extent.
And even though Rhama had done everything she could to make my birthday feel less lonely to me, I still felt sadness and loneliness in my broken and callous heart.
So, a few weeks passed, so that we slowly approached the New Year.
"You know, Karma, I met an old friend the other day who used to work in the palace of Torran," Rhama suddenly said when we were talking about what we wanted to do in the new year.
"Really!? He worked in the palace of Torran!?" I asked in mock amazement.
I wasn't interested in any of this.
When I heard the news about the deceased divine prince and we were also told and reminded about it on the way, I began to lose all interest in just about everything.
Rhama took care of me touchingly and made sure that I didn't get completely depressed.
But he couldn't always do it, because he was still running a pub, so only the two cats were with me and tried to cheer me up.
"Don't pretend your care. Your look tells me," he said with a smile as he ate his dinner.
I sighed, knowing that he recognized my gaze well by now.
"But I don't want you to think you're boring to me. So just tell me what you and your old friend talked about," I said, eating my dinner while he happily told me about his friend.
"When I asked him how the royal family was doing, he just said that he hadn't worked there for a long time," he said.
"Why not do that anymore?" I asked, looking at him slightly curiously.
"He told me he couldn't take it anymore to see the royal couple so desperate," he said, taking a bite of his food.
"How desperate are they?" I asked curiously.
He looked at me, took a sip of his drink, and said that they didn't believe their only child had died.
"Although most of them had given up looking for the prince when a large pool of blood was found that was 100% from the prince," he said.
"You've given up searching?" I asked, looking sadly at the plate.
Not noticing that Rhama looked at me with pity, he said that his friend said that there are still some people who don't give up and look for him until they find at least one of the prince's bodies.
"As long as nothing that belonged to the prince is found, such as bones or something, these people will continue to look for him."
"And who are the people?" I asked him, beaming.
However, when he told me that even his old buddy didn't know who they were, he said that he only witnessed how the then Queen of Torran had tried to kill herself.
"What!?"
Looking at him in shock, he just nodded.
"The king at the time keeps them from doing it every time. The poor woman. First, she and her husband are insulted in the press as raven parents, then they are said to have allowed the prince to be kidnapped and now he is supposed to be dead. I don't want to imagine what this family must endure," he said and then took my plate when I had finished eating.
Somewhere deep in my heart, I feel sorry for this family.
But somehow not, which didn't interest me anymore.
A few months passed in this way.
In the meantime, I have shortened my long jet-black hair so that I can better help Rhama at the pub.
"Oh, he's cute! Is that your son?" a couple of women asked Rhama, who helped me up to the seat.
He laughed and scratched his back head.
"So... Um... Well..." he stuttered, so I spoke in between.
"I am his foster son! He took me in when I was lying unconscious on the floor!" I said, forcing a smile so that the women looked in amazement at my foster father, who turned red around the nose when I called him my foster father.
"Well... So, it's not a big deal..." he said modestly and then pulled my hair.
"I just couldn't just let this kid die!" he laughed as he pulled my hair before going back behind the counter, giving me something to eat and then serving his customer.
Looking at him, I smiled subconsciously, and then ate the delicious food he gave me.
For a few months we sat in the living room.
While I was looking for something interesting on the TV, my father was working on documents, cursing quietly to himself.
When I couldn't find anything on the TV and Cosma and Charlie meowed at me, I hopped off the couch and gave them something to eat and drink.
Snuggling up to me, I stroked her with a smile and then looked over at Rhama as he threw the document away.
"Such a shit! Like I'm going to get so much money from the pub!?" he cursed and then got up from his seat just to get something to drink.
Like the cats, I looked at him in confusion before I got up from the crouch and climbed into the chair he had been sitting on.
I looked at the papers my father had tried to work on and saw that he was being duped from the front and back.
I said this to him, so that he looked at me and asked me how I saw this.
"Of that!" I said, pointing to the field.
"You don't run a band that plays in the pub," I said, looking up at him, who bent over me slightly.
"Absolutely! I didn't see that at all! These... Agh! They just want my money!" he cursed and woke me up again.
Watching him take another sip of his beer, I saw in the other papers, took a pen and changed something here and there.
After about 5 minutes I was done and said this to him, who stared at me in shock.
"What? What?" he said, snatching the papers out of my hands.
He looked at me and then suddenly hugged me.
"I didn't know you were such a smart kid!" he said and then sat next to me.
"What you've written down is just brilliant! This will save me 1,000 from Kou!" he said with a smile, so that I stare at him and then unconsciously smiled myself.
"Since you have a stage, but you don't have a band or anyone else performing on stage, we have to do something with it!" I said, so we both thought carefully about what we could do with the stage that Rhama had set up.
After thinking and proposing to each other, I lay on the floor while my foster father lay on the couch and ruffled his purple hair.
I looked at Cosma and Charlie chasing each other before one of them cuddled me.
"Agh! I just can't think of anything!" he said now, so I sat up and stared at him.
"When my pub was still quite new, I used to have a band ... However, it has dissolved..." Rhama confessed to me.
Looking at him in amazement, I asked why they had broken up.
He replied that a band member had died about 10 years ago.
"It was a stunning singer who wasn't always there!" he smiled, so I stood up and sat next to him.
"The band was called Magi! The lead singer was Miku and the lead singer was Ren! The two of them were a couple, at least that's what my grandfather once told me when he ran this pub!"
"Your grandfather was the former owner of this pub?! I thought you built it?!" I asked in amazement.
Rhama laughed and said that this was also his voice.
"My father had never been interested in such a thing and also refused the inheritance that my grandfather wanted to inherit him!" he said, looking at his hands with a smile.
However, I sensed in his gaze that he was very sad about it.
"When my grandfather died, this pub was closed because no one had taken care of it. My father and I moved from the capital of Kou weck after the emperor died in the fire," he said, leaning backwards.
"We moved to the kingdom of Torran, where my father hoped to find better work. That's where I met my old friend before I moved back here when I was 18," he smiled.
Listening to him intently and excitedly, I smiled as he first looked for a place to stay before he went in search of his beloved grandfather's pub.
"However, since a lot of pubs had opened in the area and I hadn't been to the pub for almost 11 years, I gave up looking for one," he said, looking at the two cats sitting in front of us.
"And how did you find her?" I asked him, causing him to look and smile in my blood-red eyes.
"All of a sudden, I saw a lot of little white birds that shone like a beautiful light."
When he said this, my eyes lit up.
Rhama isn't really a magician, so he couldn't really see the Rukh he had seen.
"I followed them and then saw a beautiful woman dressed in a white and blue dress with bright long blue hair." he smiled and now looked dreamily into the distance.
"I asked her why she was standing in front of a locked door so that she looked at me with her sky-blue eyes. 'I wanted to go to this pub. But the owner has closed it, it seems to me.' she said, so I moved a little closer to her and looked at the logo." he said, now stretching.
He told me how he explained to the mysterious young woman that the owner had died about 11 years ago and he wanted to take over the pub.
That's when Rhama started laughing and said to me, when I asked him why he suddenly started laughing, that he could never forget the woman's face when she asked him if he was the grandson of Pitch.
"By the way, that was my grandfather's name!" he said casually, wiping away some tears that he lost from laughing.
When he calmed down a bit, he told me how he nodded in agreement with the woman and introduced himself to her in a friendly way.
"She clapped her hands together and was happy to finally meet me. I wondered why, to which she replied that she knew my grandfather very well."
So, he told me for two hours how he had met Miku, who looked like 15/16 years old in his eyes, instead of being around 909 years old.
I was astonished when he told me that Miku was about 909 years old.
"I was too, when she confessed it to me!" he laughed, so that I laughed slightly unconsciously.
However, when I realized that it felt so real, I stopped laughing and trembled slightly.
"(Why did it feel so real?)" I wondered and then looked back at Rhama as he told me the ending.
"In the beginning, I was used to her not showing up at the pub. She just told me that this was just a little hobby for her, and she wanted to enjoy it one more time before she disappeared forever." he said, shrugging his shoulders when I asked him what she meant.
"I don't know. She only told me that Miku was her stage name, but that her real name was completely different. I don't know her real name either, because she didn't talk much about her past," he said, looking down at Cosma and Charlie, who meowed briefly.
He said that Miku only ever talked about the time she spent with his relative and his grandfather before he eventually died.
"When a Rukh came to me and told me that Miku had died, I packed the musical instruments in the chamber because I was already very hurt knowing that I would never see them again..." he said sadly and looked at the two cats, who were cuddling him comfortingly on the legs.
I, too, felt some kind of sadness and looked down at my hand.
I didn't know what to say.
I just felt that he had loved Miku very much but could never confess his love for her to her.
Strange...
Somehow it reminds me of something that happened in the distant past ...
When I saw some Rukh fly down to me, I scowled at them, so they flew off me again and I just shook my head as Charlie snuggled up to me.
Caressing him, I looked at Rhama, who stood up from his seat and stretched.
"Well, there's nothing you can do about it now! Karma, would you like a pizza today? I really don't feel like cooking anything now!" he laughed, so that I first stared at him and then nodded unconsciously smiling.
So, a year went by where I suggested to Rhama to record a new band so that more guests would show up in the pub instead of just those who came from time to time.
Rhama was against it at first, which I could understand somehow.
However, the pub really needed more guests, otherwise it would be closed, and I didn't want that for some reason.
"Cosma, Charlie... How do I persuade Rhama to record a new band?" I asked the two who were sitting in front of me, just staring at me as I stared at them.
I sighed and said that the two of them couldn't answer me at all.
Saying this out loud, the two looked at each other, cuddled against my upper body as I lay on the floor with my arm over my eyes, and then looked at me as they stood in front of the door that led down to the pub.
Since Rhama was just shopping to buy something for the pub as well as for us, I went to the empty pub where all the chairs were still upstairs.
Following Cosma and Charlie, they scratched at a door to the left of the stage.
Opening it, I saw dusty musical instruments, as well as a piano, which I tested to see if it still worked at all.
When a note sounded, I grinned and pulled out the instruments on stage.
After I had a lot of breaks, because they were hard, I stood on stage and looked around.
Somehow, I had the feeling that I had been standing on a stage before and when a spotlight shone on me above me, I saw the two cats sitting at the counter, looking at me.
I don't know why, but somehow, I feel like they're telling me that I should just sing.
While Charlie pressed any buttons that lit up the spotlights in different colors, Cosma pressed buttons, so that random music appeared, which included beat, drumbeats, piano, a faith guitar and bass.
I looked at them, who gave me courage by looking at me.
So, I stood on stage, swallowed my nervousness and investigated the empty hall.
No one could hear me anyway, so I shrugged my shoulders, closed my blood-red eyes and started singing a song I had written down.
Our hearts beat out, they're racing loud!
The clouds come in, we're on the ground!
I'm looking at you, and I couldn't unsee!
When I needed you, but you didn't want me!
I'm feeling the thunder, stop telling me lies!
I know that you need me, under electric skies!
I'm feeling the thunder, stop telling me lies!
I know that you need me, UNDER ELECTRIC SKIES! I sang along instinctively and with the beat, so that it fit.
As I sang my feelings out, I only faintly noticed one of the cats opening the door so that passers-by from outside would come in and hear me singing, while the other would turn the knob like a D.J. so that my singing could be heard throughout the pub and even from outside.
Rhama also came back and noticed me singing on stage and many in the pub taking chairs or even dancing.
When the music ended, I slowly opened my blood-red eyes and saw everyone cheering me, applauding and asking for an encore.
Shocked at how many there were, I looked at Rhama, who was now standing behind the counter and serving a customer, while Cosma and Charlie ran to me and jumped at me joyfully.
"Thank you, honor us again soon!" I heard Rhama say as I tried to get to him.
But everyone went up to me, wanted a photo and an autograph of me, said that I had an incredible voice, and asked me about things I didn't understand.
"Get away from him! He's just 11 years old! A child, then!" I heard my foster father say, taking a broom and scaring away the women who were literally rushing at me.
"We don't care! Such an enchanting divine singing voice is rare!" the women said and wanted to rush at me again, if my father didn't intervene and push them away from me for good.
He picked me up and sat me down on a seat at the bar, while others played music in the pub while everyone was still here for me.
"So... Will you please explain to me what this is all about, Karma?" he asked me in a slightly stern tone.
I swallowed and looked to the side, a little embarrassed.
While he gave me time to explain, he served the customers and then turned his attention back to me again and again when he didn't need to serve anyone.
"Why did you open the door to the pub in the first place? Don't you know this is dangerous? You would have been kidnapped or even killed!" he scolded me now.
I looked up at him and said that I hadn't opened the door at all.
"It was the cats!" I said, pointing to those who were just lying silently on the counter.
Stubbornly looking at them and then back at me, he said that it couldn't be the cats.
"It's a lock that has to be turned, and cats don't have thumbs to hold a lock like that and then turn it!" he said, looking at me with a stubborn look.
"But it was the cats! I don't know how they could have done that!" I protested, so we started arguing a bit about who was right and who was lying.
When the last guests said goodbye and Rhama wished them a good night, as it was getting dark outside by now, he looked over at me, where I turned my back on him.
Neither of us wanted to agree with the others or did not want to believe me.
I wasn't lying.
I stared with a pout at Cosma and Charlie, who were sleeping peacefully.
These traitors!
They didn't even agree that I hadn't really done anything but sing.
Such treacherous cats...
"Come on, let's go upstairs. You're tired, aren't you?" asked Rhama.
But instead of looking at him, I looked to the side, offended.
I heard him sigh, so he sat next to me and told me that he was just worried about me.
"What if someone had come in and killed you? Or even worse... What if that person you were fleeing from had come in?" he asked me, causing me to open my eyes and gaze into the distance.
Cosma and Charlie also raised their heads and looked at each other.
"Do you understand, Karma? You're still a kid who can't defend yourself properly..." he started and then stopped when I looked at him and said that he couldn't protect me from him either.
Staring at me speechlessly, he then looked at his hands as I said that no one could protect me from him.
Not knowing what to say to me, he rose from his seat and held out his hand to me, which I stared at speechlessly.
"Do you know, Karma? You have a nice singing voice, and it would be an honor if you would sing out your feelings here in the pub again!" he said to me with a smile.
Although we had argued before, he didn't want to believe me that the cats opened the pub door and I claimed earlier that he couldn't protect me either, as well as the others, I first stared at my hand and then unconsciously accepted it with a smile.
So, I started writing down songs that I either sang or played on the piano and thus helped Rhama to make his pub famous.
"Well, that's how my life with Rhama ended," Aladdin said silently when we arrived at the palace.
In every scene, I imagined Aladdin looking at Rhama, talking to each other, and so on.
I also had to grin and even giggle at some scenes where Aladdin was talking to the cats, or he had differences of opinion with his foster father.
Now I looked at the ground, a little depressed.
I mean, at least I took Aladdin Rhama away, so he's alone now and has no one to fill the pub for him.
I looked over at Aladdin, who crouched down just to free Sniffle from the harness.
"Are you a little sad?" I asked him now, so that he stared at me questioningly.
"Um... What should I be sad about?" he asked me.
"Well, you don't live with Rhama, Cosma and Charlie anymore, so you can't see them every day," I said, looking down at the floor.
Knowing what I meant, he wanted to tell me the following.
But my father's guards urged him to go back to his chamber.
Looking at them, he nodded and gave me a little kiss on the forehead so that I looked up at him.
"We knew I had to leave at some point. That's why I'm not sad that I can't see him anymore. The only thing that makes me sad is that he is now alone and has no one anymore..." he said with a smile but looked sadly at the ground.
"What do you mean? Cosma and Charlie are still with him!" I said, so he just shook his head and was then taken away by the guards without answering my question properly.
When he was no longer with me, Alibaba, Tess and Rukh Aladdin came to me.
"He seemed to have had a pretty nice past," Tess said, who then looked up at Alibaba as he headbutted him.
"Idiot! This seemed like a nice past for us, but not for Aladdin!" the 22-year-old complained to the 19-year-old.
I looked at Rukh Aladdin, who was also looking at Aladdin.
"You noticed, didn't you?" he asked me, so I just nodded.
The boys who were arguing behind me looked at each other in confusion and then asked me what I had noticed.
"Master's Rukhs were very, very sad. Master didn't even want to talk about this time. But when he saw Kougyoku's gaze, he pulled himself together to tell her anyway." replied to the Rukh for me.
It wasn't just that!
He only talked about the time when he didn't seem depressed.
I also said this to the boys who were now looking at each other.
"That's right! You told us that Aladdin kept snapping at the Rukh!" said Alibaba, so I nodded.
"But I don't think he's going to tell me why he got so depressed again," I said and slowly walked towards King Solomon's and Queen Sheba's room to tell me what Aladdin had confided in me.
After a few hours of telling Aladdin's past, which he had lived together with Rhama, the royal couple looked at each other somewhat sadly.
The part where Aladdin appointed Rhama as his foster father was incredibly difficult for me because I knew it would hurt them.
"Thank you for telling us, Kougyoku," the king thanked me, so I just shook hands, and they shouldn't thank me.
"I just want you, as his parents, to know what he went through before I found him," I said, looking slightly red to the side when I saw Solomon's smile.
"That bastard!" the queen cursed suddenly, so that everyone in the room who overheard Aladdin's past looked at her.
"Sheba! You don't say something like that!" Solomon scolded his wife, who only scowled at him.
"Oh really?! So, I can't call this person who kidnapped my beloved child a bastard?!" she asked him.
Staring at her in confusion, Tess came up to me and asked me if Sheba meant Rhama now.
I didn't know and looked at Aladdin, who was lying on my shoulder.
"Of course she doesn't mean him! She means the man who kidnapped Master!"
"And how do you know that?" Morgiana asked him, so that he stretched his wings for a moment and looked at her.
"Because their Rukh say so! Many of her Rukh are grateful to this Rhama more than anything and she wants to thank him for everything he did during that time that she couldn't do!" Aladdin said, then looked at Sheba, who agreed.
I completely forgot that King Solomon and Queen Sheba can see and hear the Rukh on my shoulder.
"That's why Kougyoku! Could you please show him to us so we can thank him for all he has done in our place?" the queen begged me.
Shocked that she was kneeling in front of me, I looked around me and then looked down at the woman.
"But please! Get up!" I said, so that she looked at me now.
I sighed and looked to the side, depressed.
When she didn't understand why I was so depressed, I told her what Rukh Aladdin and I had noticed.
A few days before New Year's Day, the Torranian royal couple informed us that they were going back to Toran.
"Since my wife was better, we will not trouble you any longer," said King Solomon, so that my father could say nothing to him.
However, when Solomon mentioned taking Aladdin with him, I looked at him in shock.
"But I won't let that happen, Your Highness!" my father said, so that Aladdin's parents stare at him in confusion.
"Why not? He's our son, after all!" came a sterner tone from the king.
As the two began to exchange opinions, I sighed and rose from my seat to leave the room.
"Are you okay, Kougyoku?" Rukh Aladdin kindly asked me, so I looked at him, smiled and shook my head.
"While it is true that Aladdin is the missing prince ... I just don't think it's right to rule over him behind his back, you know?" I said and walked slowly towards Aladdin's chamber.
"Yes, I understand you!"
"Shouldn't Aladdin decide for himself whether he wants to go at all? I mean, if he goes now, he'll never be able to see Rhama again!" I said, stopping for a moment.
"Even if it were safer for Rhama, it would only destroy the heart of Aladdin more than it already is."
Understanding me, the Rukh floated around in front of me.
"If you think about it, we actually have Rhama to thank for the fact that Master didn't die." meant Aladdin, so I stared at him in confusion.
"Well, if he hadn't taken him in back then and taught him so many things that Master is doing now, the world would most likely have ended!" he said, so I nodded in agreement.
When I arrived at Aladdin's door, I knocked on the door so that the Rukh flew away from me and then the expected person I wanted to see appeared.
"Hello Aladdin! Are you ready for a surprise I want to give you today?" I asked him to smile, so he just nodded callously and closed the door behind him after taking out some clothes.
Clinging to his arm, I looked up at him to see only his sky-blue eyes.
"And now where is the surprise you want to give me?" he asked me, so I giggled and said that he must be a little patient.
"We have to leave the palace for that!" I said, smiling, so that Aladdin stopped and looked at me in shock.
"We're going out?! But you know I'm not allowed to!" he said and wanted to go back to his room.
But he stopped when I grabbed his sleeve and assured him that the emperor knew about it, which was a lie.
Only my aunt, the Empress, knew about the surprise.
Looking at me puzzled, he sighed and then followed me on.
When we left the palace after a few steps, I pulled my cloak around me so that no one could recognize me, while Aladdin continued to walk as he had left the palace.
We walked through a crowd of people, stopped at some stalls that only I wanted to look at, while Aladdin only accompanied me silently.
However, as we walked a familiar path for him, he looked around him before looking at me.
"We're not leaving..." He wanted to ask me but stopped when I nodded with a smile.
I sensed that his Rukh inside were incredibly happy to see Rhama again.
After all, he hadn't seen him in a few weeks, and I knew he secretly missed him.
Even though Aladdin will never admit it, he trusts Rhama and loves him like his own father.
When we walked through the door and saw Rhama standing at the counter, I cleared my throat and he turned to us.
He faltered his voice when he recognized Aladdin and me.
"Karma? Is that really you?" he asked Aladdin, who nodded to him with a smile.
No wonder he didn't recognize him at first.
When I took Aladdin a few weeks ago, he was completely numb, and his eyes were also shining a blood red.
But now his eyes shine sky blue and he now shows some real feelings, such as the smile.
When Rhama came behind his counter and hugged him, I was partly surprised that Aladdin also hugged him.
But when he started coughing heavily, Aladdin recoiled a bit and apologized.
"I didn't want to take a Magoi away from you..." he said, so that the owner of this pub stared at him questioningly, but then smiled.
"You didn't! I just caught a cold!" he smiled.
I knew this was a lie and looked at Aladdin, who smiled at him with a sad face.
Apparently, he also knew that Rhama had lied to him.
"But what are you two doing here?" he asked us now, so I explained to him that I wanted to give Aladdin a Christmas present.
"Um, Your Highness, you know that Christmas ended two days ago?" said Rhama as Aladdin and I sat down at the counter.
I giggled and said I knew this.
"But I didn't have a Christmas present for Al-er, I had my Karma!" I smiled and swallowed his real name.
Looking at me, Aladdin looked at his foster father, who asked him a few questions about what he had experienced in the palace.
After about an hour passed, Aladdin looked at the hall, which was quite empty.
"Are you not getting any more guests, Rhama?" he asked him, so that he shook his head and said that since he no longer works for him, the guests stayed away.
"Well, they love you more, Karma!" he laughed and then coughed, so that both Aladdin and I patted his back worriedly.
When he said that it would be okay again, we sat down on the seats again before Aladdin looked at the stage.
"But you left the instruments, why?" he asked him.
"Well, I've been looking for a replacement for you so that my pub doesn't become like a haunted shack!" he laughed again, so that Aladdin looked at him in amazement before he also started laughing slightly.
Watching her smile, I took a sip of the drink Rhama poured us but put it away again when my stomach felt so queasy.
"Are you okay, Kougyoku?" Rukh Aladdin asked me behind me in a whisper so that Aladdin wouldn't see him.
I just nodded my head and said that I had probably eaten something wrong this morning.
Worried about me, he then flew away when Aladdin turned to me.
"... and I only thank her!" Aladdin said to me with a smile and held my hand.
Not knowing what they were talking about, smiled and became a little embarrassed when he put a kiss on the back of my hand.
Watching us with a smile, Rhama Aladdin asked if he would like to sing something.
He nodded happily and then pulled Rhama back to him for a moment, so that I only watched her questioningly, before Rhama came back to me with a beaming face, while Aladdin went on stage and sat down at the piano.
The lights went out around us, so only one spotlight was shining on Aladdin.
"I'm not really good at showing my feelings... Also, because I can't really feel anything ... But when I met you, Kougyoku, everything changed in me..."
Well, that was my twenty-seventh night.
I hope you liked it and gave you suspense, harmony and humour. Especially humor ^^
Here is the explanation:
*Uubaah Cacysa!* = Oopeen Sesame!
There is no explanation here, since you didn't understand something, you are welcome to ask me privately or in the review, but only once please ^^
I would be happy to receive detailed and nice criticism. But don't be too nice.
After all, I want to improve where I could be bad ^^
I hope you like it and take it into the spell of imagination ^^
I also hope that you will read the upcoming chapters or nights.
Until then, ^^
