TMNT: Worlds Rise

Chapter 2: World's Collide

Previously

"Leo, no. Last time we got separated and you sent us to Tahiti..." Raph said.

"And you COULDN'T send us back there, even when we asked..." Donnie complained.

"Come on guys, I have been practicing. Just watch..." Leo said as he took a stance.

He began to use his usual moves to summon a portal...but he also didn't notice the discarded milk carton near his feet...the same one he was about to unknowingly step on.

If he did, perhaps certain events that were about to transpire could have been avoided. But alas, things were about to come to a collision.

Present Time

"Okay, I got this..." Leo said, ready to start.

"Oh, one second. Better leave a note for Pops to let him know where we are heading..." Mikey said, while Leo rolled his eyes.

"Ugh, fine. Hurry..." Leo said impatiently, wanting to leave already.

Mikey quickly wrote down the note and left it on the fridge for their father to find. Once done, he turned to his brothers.

"Okay, ready..." Mikey said cheerfully.

'Finally..."His blue wearing brother said.

Leo began to open the portal...only to accidentally step on the milk carton.

And then all SHELL broke lose.

"WHOA!..." Leo helped as he slipped as he made the portal.

And then it began to glow in a very unfamiliar way, which worried the other turtles.

"Uh...Donnie...what's happening?!..." Ralph asked nervoulsy.

"Leo messed up again! That's wha-..." He was cut off as the portal absorbed him, Raph, Mikey and Leo.

In less than a seconds it closed and the four teenage mutant ninja turtles were nowhere to be seen.

At least not in THIS universe.

As this happened, Splinter woke up from his nap and yawned.

"Boys, where are you?..." He asked as he looked around.

He then spotted a note on the fridge and examined it.

"Hey Dad, going to get some pizza. Be back later. Love, Mikey, Raph, Leo and Donnie..." Was read.

Splinter sighed.

"Should have guessed...still wish they invited me along..." He muttered.

"Oh well, I guess this means I can watch my shows without being interrupted for a while..." He said as he went back to the TV room.

Completely unaware of WHERE his sons actually are right now.

Meanwhile

In Another Universe

The ninja turtles were in their respective rooms right now.

Leo and Ralph were still not speaking to each other, Mikey was reading comic books and as always, Donnie was busy working in his lab.

"Okay, that should do it..." He said, pleased with himself.

As Donnie finished working on his latest new invention, he took notice of the Kraang portal tech he had tinkered with.

"Huh... it's been a while since I used this..." He said to himself.

Ever since meeting the other versions of him and his brothers from across the multiverse, he had been curious of other versions. He once peeked into a world that was slightly more serious than their own, where the Shredder himself was an Utrom. He saw another where he and his brothers were "more solid" as the Mikey of the more sillier universe described them, though it seemed to have lost his interest when they too had their own time travel adventure. He recalled seeing a world similar to his own, though wasn't sure if it was connected to the world he saw previously. He also saw a world where he and his brothers were huge and muscular. He did not care for that one.

"I wonder if there are any other universes on the rise?..." He asks himself as he decided to give it a try.

As he started to turn it on, he felt a bit parched. So, making sure no one was looking, he pulled out a soda from the mini-fridge he usually uses for his experiments. He opened it and was about to take a sip when it slid slightly out of his grip, splashing some soda on the portal tech and causing it to short-circuit.

"Uh oh..." Donnie went as he it shook violently in his hand.

Panicking, he tossed the device aside.

"IT'S GONNA BLOW!..." He shouted in warning, as he tried to take cover.

The device opened up a portal before it exploded.

KABOOM!

Smoke started coming out of Donnie's lab, alerting the other Turtles who were startled by the explosion.

"What the heck?! Donnie?..." Leo said, as he ran to the lab.

"Ugh... did he set the lab on fire again?..." Raph questioned as he left his room with an annoyed slouch.

"Donnie? You still standing?..." Mikey asked as he knocked on the door but no answered.

Worried, the three opened the door to enter the lab and see what was going on.

Coughing, Donnie grabbed a nearby fire extinguisher and tried to put the fire out when he saw a figure in the smoke. He saw a sword on their back, giving him an idea who it was.

"Leo? That you?..." He asked, still coughing.

"Uh, yeah! Duh! Also, who is this?..." A voice he did not recognize asked.

Blinking, Donnie waved his hand to blow some smoke away, only to see a turtle in blue who did not look exactly like Leonardo.

Or at least, not the Leonardo whom he knew.

"Whoa! Who are you?!..." Donnie questioned, shocked.

"Uh... Leo. Also, who are you and why are you dressed a lot like Donnie?.." He asks before turning his head to look at Mikey.

"Mikey, any ide-whaaaa happened to you?..." He asked.

Before him was the Michelangelo that this Donatello knew.

"Uh... weren't you just... slightly less colorful a second ago, Leo?..." Mikey asks as he scratched the side of his head.

Donatello pulled Mikey back by the arm.

"Careful, we don't know who this i-..." Donnie felt a huge figure standing behind him as they stepped back.

"Uh... Mikey? Donnie? What happened?..." A voice they did not recognize asked.

Turning their heads, the two saw a large turtle with a red bandana looking down at them with a puzzled look.

Both of them gasped before stepping back.

"Whoa? He looks like a supersized version of Raph!..." Mikey said, as he hid behind Donnie.

"Who are you guys?!..." Donnie asked.

"I could question you two imposters..." A new voice asks.

To the two's surprise, they saw two more turtles. One that wore purple but with a different attire than Donnie. The other dressed similarly to Mikey, save for his belt being around his chest.

It was then that the Leo and Raph of this world joined their brothers as they brandished weapons.

The two groups of turtles glared at each other, until one of them spoke up.

It was the one who looked like Leo, except that he had red markings on his face.

"So...you guys from Jersey?..." He asked in a somewhat joking manner as things were about to go crazy.
