Fugu's eyes slowly opened, her nose filled with the scent of sterile antiseptic as she steadily woke up from unconsciousness. The harsh, flickering light overhead cast an eerie glow, revealing a clinic. Fugu immediately tried getting up, as she tried sitting up, she felt straps tightly securing her to the bedframe, rendering any movement beyond the adjustments impossible.
"DAMMIT! GOD DAMMIT!"
Fugu shouted as she lifted her head, seeing that her hands have also been hand cuffed to each side of the bed. She slammed her head down on the hospital bed as she sat there.
"Users!? Are you guys awake?"
Suddenly, all nine users appeared, as Deku's visage was somewhat floating there, posing no reaction.
"They thought you were a danger to yourself. So they did what they thought was best." The second said as he tried getting Fugu to see reason. Fugu began looking around the room. The room with its sterile while walls, and polished stainless-steel surfaces seemed devoid of anyone other than the users. The occasional beeping of monitoring equipment echoed through the space, emphasizing Fugu's isolation. The air, despite the antiseptic scent, felt heavy with an unspoken tension. Fugu activated One for All at 8%, as she tried to rip through the restraints.
"I have no leverage! Dammit.."
Fugu looked at her body, she's been stripped of her equipment, and put into a hospital gown. Fugu scowled angrily as she tried making a plan.
"Alright.. Get the fuck out, then get my shit. Then I get out of here."
The users interrupting Fugu's plan making as they should out.
"Are you not listening? Eleven, we need to work with them if we want to get out of this!"
Fugu shook her head.
"No! I am not doing that! We gotta do something NOW!..."
Fugu's eyes met with another aberration. Mari's visage was covered in blood, and shrapnel, as she slowly lifted her hand, pointing towards a scalpel on the table nearby, Fugu's eyes widened. "HELL YEAH! Oh my God!"
Fugu used Black Whip through her mouth, as it slowly floated towards the scalpel, the users of One for All watched surprised.
"How did you know that was on the table?" One asked.
Fugu began using Black whip to cut through the leather restraints as she looked at One
"From the one user that's trying to help me right now."
The users looked confused at each other, none of them said or did anything.
"What? Eleven who are you talking about!?"
Fugu snapped through a leather strap as she ripped through the rest, she began pulling on the hand cuffs, as she pulled, she felt the hand cuffs rip into her wrists, until blood began flowing, when Fugu finally broke through them.
"Hot damn. There's some progress." Fugu stated as she stood up, feeling more refreshed. She was on business time now. No time for anything other than finding a way out of here.
The users one at a time began to disappear when Seven was the last one...
"You're making a mistake.. You're only making things harder for yourself." Seven stated in a desperate voice, before Fugu walked out of the hospital room, ripping out the medical syringes, she could hear the monitor flatline as she looked around the Hermitage halls ways.. Fugu closed her eyes, fearful to see Mari again.. But needed her help.
"Mari... Do you know where I need to go?! Please... I need your help."
Fugu looked around the hallway in desperation when she heard Mari's voice.
"Your fault."
Fugu's face went pale as she slowly turned around, seeing an angry Mari jump towards her, wrapping her hands around Fugu's throat, she began choking her out.

Fugu began to try to push Mari off of herself.. She never realized the One for All vestiges could touch her.. She pushed off Mari as she blinked... Fugu jolted to reality, gasping for air as she pulled her own hands away from her throat... the feeling persisted as Fugu looked at herself confused. Eyes wide and wild, Fugu scanned her surroundings attempting to get back up.. She began moving down the hallway Mari came from, looking for anything.
"She's most likely fine, people knock out their heartrate monitor all the time when tied up and unconscious, Midoriya! Just a second."
The nurse said, as she turned her key, with fear in her eyes, she slammed the door open, seeing Fugu was gone again.
"SOMEONE UNLOCKED THE DOOR FOR HER!"
The nurse began running around the hospital wing, looking for Fugu, when Fugu was hiding in the shadows, as she used black whip to quickly exit that wing... She looked around Hermitage.. She was clearly on the bottom of the bunker, but there had to be something to go off of when it came to getting her gear back.
"Something.. Anything!"
That's when Fugu realized, Midoriya would most likely either keep her gear in his room, or in the command center.. Fugu stealthfully used Black Whip to climb the bunker, finally getting to Midoriya's room as she opened it slowly... As she slowly walked in, she looked at the workshop table.
"W-what is that?!" She said as she observed her suit. It seemed that with some scrap pieces, Midoriya had upgraded her suit. Her back, now had six nodules opening up from her skin, allowing her to make black whip appear through her back. Fugu looked confused as she slowly shut Midoriya's door, as she slowly got the suit on. The color has faded into a light greyish blue, with pieces of dark grey around the suit. Fugu grabbed her mid gauntlets, activating them, she watched as the blue metal swirl around her arms as she inspected them. Taking a second to grab a repair tool, and repairing a piece of it.. She then flexed the piece of armor, nodding happily. Lastly, she grabbed the familiar brown hoodie, it seems that Midoriya took the time to stitch up the rips, and missing pieces.. Even replacing the shabby patch work Michi did with some of the same fabric as the Hoodie. Fugu stared at it, remembering her mentor. She let out an aggrevated sigh.
"I'm sorry sir. I can't just stay here."
"I know."
Fugu turned around activating Black Whip to pop out of the six holes in the back of her hero costume, as Midoriya stood in front of her with his hands up. In civilian clothes, he tried to reason with her.
"I know I can't stop you.. I can't bare to.. be so drastic again. Fugu.. Please listen, at least one more time."
Fugu adjusted herself, as she slowly put the hoodie on, keeping her eyes on Midoriya.
"You've got a minute."
Midoriya let out a sigh of relief as he began to speak.
"I felt.. your conversation with One for all. I knew at that moment, even after sleeping for a day, I knew I wasn't going to be able to get you to listen."
Midoriya dropped a backpack in front of Fugu, kicking it towards her, as she quickly grabbed it.
"Food for a week, water, a water filter, medical supplies, and a communicator."
Fugu looked through the bag, using Black Whip to shield her from the front as she checked the bag, as she quickly pulled out the flash drive.
"I don't think there's a point. But Katsuki thinks there's hope behind that drive. As well.. He thinks that it's time to take the training wheels off, like what All Might did for me, when I was your age."
Fugu looked confused as she put the backpack on.
"Be the best hero you can be.. Because as of what I know, you're the only hero out there. The government has restricted all hero work.. We can't do anything, Fugu."
Fugu slowly nodded, as she put on her gloves, adjusting them as she tried to ready herself..
"One more thing..."
Midoriya opened a drawer, pulling out a Deku mask, that matched Fugu's suit.
"Gotta go out with a hat, right?!"
Fugu held the cap, a little confused but understood that this was Deku trying his best to prepare her..
"Thank you sir.. You're forgiven for before.."
Deku hugged his successor. "I know you'll do great.. I was just fearful you would have to face what I did when you were my age. But truthfully, it is your life, it is your choice...I will no longer hold that against you. But please, try to check in at least once or twice a day. We'll be keeping an eye out for you."
"Who's we?!"
Shizu ran into the room, holding a key, "I got it sir! Don't ask how but...- Fugu!" Shizu shouted as he hugged his sister, Fugu embraced her brother as she pulled away
"you're in on this too?!"
Shizu chuckled as he nodded, "Not only me..." A large portion of 1A appeared at the door, including Hana, Senshi, and Toma.. Senshi stepped up as he nodded.
"We'll be following you real soon. Don't get kill out there, or I'll kick your ass in heaven."
Fugu's eyes got teary as she began hugging everyone, as she climbed the rest of the Hermitage bunker,
"One last warning.. Karasu Itami is still.. watching the exit. Be ready.."
Fugu climbed into the command center with determination, as she opened the door, she ran through the airlock, Karasu heard foot steps approaching as he let out a sigh, knowing its Fugu trying once again..
"Fu-"
Suddenly, black whip appeared next to Karasu's face, catching him off guard, as Fugu put 20% into the kick, knocking him out instantly, and knocking out a few teeth.
"Oh fuck! um.. He'll be okay, right..? Yeah, he's fine."
Fugu put the key into the last door, as she began to turn it.
"You know, you can't change what happened to Michi."
Fugu turned around to face Mari, who was limping, before the crack of her leg showed her body flop over, as she began to drag herself towards Fugu.
"He's GONE. Just like me. Just like you'll be."
Fugu clenched the key, as she began to lock the door again. as she felt Mari's hands wrap around her. Almost like a toxic sludge, clinging to her, enveloping her whole body.
"I... I never wanted him to... I want to.. I have to..."
Fugu began to cry... as she felt an overwhelming feeling of fear captivate her body. When she took a deep breath, stopping the tears from flowing.
"I've got this.. I know I can do something.. Even if I only help one person. I have fulfilled the promise I made to Michi."
Mari began to slip from Fugu as she opened the door. Fugu slammed the door behind her as she locked the door.. She took a deep breath, as she walking through the Bullet Train tunnel, when she finally saw the sun, she covered her eyes. It was almost overwhelming. Fugu looked at the time.
"9:58 am."
"well... I guess there's only one thing left to do..."
Fugu used float, Black whip, and Fa Jin.. as she made a make shift sling shot, sending her flying into the sky at high speeds. Fugu looked around, as she saw the city of Musutafu. She could see that there has been so much destruction in the city.. Not just from the laser caused by the wildfires, but from the anarchy raiding the city.
"It's just like the history books described it when Shigaraki reigned over the city.. So many people can be in trouble right now.."
Fugu readied her mind, as she dove towards the city.
"Even if I can help only one person."
Two days later

A Wildfire soldier began filling crates with food, as another was loading it onto a truck, the late afternoon sun, began to make it difficult to see as they kept loading.
"Almost done!?" The truck driver asked, as the loaders yelled back.
"Give us some time! We're getting the remaining food!" He shouted back.. He waited a moment, no answer.
"Carter?! Call sign please!" In an attempt to hear from his friend, he asked for his call sign (His wildfire name) When suddenly, a masked vigilante used Black whip to appear, grabbing the two of them as she shouted out.
"Fury!"
Fugu pulled on black whip, causing the villains to crash into each other, before she knocked the both of them out with ease, she then used Black Whip to unload the food as she shook her head.
"Come on guys.. Atleast try to act like you actually care about the rest of Japan.. I'm honestly shocked."
The second user appeared to Fugu.
"Watch out, more driving in from the back."
Fugu nodded as she readjusted her shoulder, "I'm gonna try that move again."

The second looked puzzled as Fugu walked into the middle of the street, "Good luck with it then. Remember, the trick is to activate right on impact."
Fugu nodded as she stood in the road. Ruthlessly keeping a stance as four cars drove towards her. The lead car increased his speed as he heard his leader yell, "PUNCH IT! THAT'S THE KID!" Suddenly, right when Fugu touched the with her hand, black whip wrapped around the car, as Gear Shift changed the car's trajectory, sending it flying into a desserted building. The three other cars had soldiers file out as they chased towards Fugu, as she rolled her eyes, activating One for All at 10%
"Alright! Let's do this then!"
Using Danger Sense, she dodged out of danger with ease as she used black whip to grapple onto an enemy, slamming him into the ground, then using Float to jump high into the sky, to use Fa Jin plus Black Whip to cause a massive ground pound, sending the soldiers and the cars flying.
Fugu jumped out of the way as a large villain ran through the buildings, grabbing onto Fugu as he threw her through a building. Fugu hit multiple walls before stopping, crashing into the next roadside, as she was cushioned by a car.
"Fuck... That didn't feel great."
Fugu's eyes widened as she grabbed the roof of the car, flipping herself onto the roof, as she dodged another villain's sword, doing a back flip, to jump onto the building behind her, then launching herself across the street. The villain ran after her as she kicked a car, then punched it towards the villain, as he sliced through the car effortlessly.
"Damn, that's one sharp butter knife! Where'd you get it? Did your boyfriend give it to ya?!"
Fugu kicked the man's hand sending the sword into the air as she kicked him in the stomach, as she dodged another villain, using smoke screen to hide her location as she took out a large wave of villains, as the large villain ran into the smoke, Fugu jumped out as she grabbed a Semi-truck with Black Whip, effortlessly lifting it into the air with her as she swung it over her head.
"DELIEVERY FOR WILDFIRES!"
Fugu dropped the truck on top of the large Wild fire as she landed next to him, She pulled out her communicator as she began typing up the location for Midoriya.
"Got... Food... Villains knocked out... Come... Eat... Smiley... Face. Boom!" Fugu tapped send, as the sword villain tried attacking her from behind again, as Black Whip, sent out a large attack, sending him into a wall, knocking him out again. Fugu began walking towards the convinience store.
"I wonder if they have pudding.. Double points if they have caramel."
As Fugu walked back to the food, she opened a crate, the large crate was hard to see into, as she threw half her body into the crate to search.
"Ah.. Ramen.. Ramen.. ew- American Ramen... Doritos... Ooo, chocolate milk."
Fugu began to put various things into her bag, as she nodded happily.
"Alright! Back to work!"
Fugu activated One for All at 10% as she jumped into the air, using Float, and Black Whip to get around the city, as she lifted the hood hiding her face, her hair flowed freely in the air as she glided through the city. She rolled her torso, contorting herself as she grabbed onto a building, her body swinging 360% around the building as she looked around the city. Until she stopped, landing at the peak of the building, she opened up her bag, as she pulled out a sweet treat, taking a bite.
"Damn.. Todays a bit quiet.. What are they doing?" Fugu asked as Four appeared... He looked around the city.
"It seems like Danger Sense is also being a bit finicky.. We've almost got no warnings of attacks anywhere near us."
Fugu nodded as she took another bite, as a few crumbs accumulated on her mouth, she used her hoodie sleeve to clean off her mouth.
"Or they realized they got no chance against me." Fugu said confidentially as she looked out to the city, as she put her trash in a small pocket of her bag. The Fourth shrugged.
"One for All has been known to repress Villain activity. But this is different, Eleven, they still have the upper hand."
Fugu nodded as she kept looking out to the city.
"I aint worried. Deku said that heroes are being released to help in the fight any day now... So I'm-"
Suddenly, Fugu saw a familiar black tendril grab a building, as it pulled a hooded figure through the city. Fugu's eyes widened as she put on her bag quickly, as she used Black Whip to make a sling shot.
"Wait! What are you doing?!"
The Fourth shouted as Fugu launched herself towards the tendrils, As she followed the Tendrils, she worried she had lost it for a second, until she saw a man walking into a building. Fugu slowly snuck up to the building, "There's no way.. Did Fenrir survive?!... From What Katsuki Bakugo described, he survived Nemui's laser before.. Is it possible he survived this one too?!"
Fugu tried sneaking closer to the cloaked figure. As she got closer, the figure was a tall, and muscular figure, in a grey, dirty cloak, Fugu adjusted her stance, causing some glass to break, the figure turned around, wearing a mask, as it muffled something, running out the back exit, right before flying off, Fugu recognized the tendril to be Fenrir's.
"HEY! WAIT!"
Fugu launched herself into the air, using Black Whip to follow the person,
"GIVE THAT BACK! GIVE IT BACK DAMMIT! HE'S NOT YOURS!"
Fugu watched as the stranger jumped through a building skillfully escaping her pursuit on the other side, as Fugu used One for All to smash a hole into the building to follow!
"FENRIR! IT'S ME FUGU! DON'T YOU REMEMBER, ME, MICHI?!"
Fugu continued to follow the person, as a black tendril launched towards Fugu, as she skillfully dodged it, despite there being no warning from Danger Sense.
"What the Hell was THAT?!" Fugu used focused Black Whip, as she grabbed onto the figure, as he began falling in the air, he used Fenrir to expand, and escape Black Whip. Fugu began to turn up her speed, as she caught up to the figure, grabbing onto him Mid-air. Her face still unmasked.
"GIVE ME BACK MY FRIEND!"
The figure did not move as Fugu punched the figure with 5% of One for All repeatedly as Fenrir appeared, with a fearful expression as it pushed Fugu off of the figure, Fugu became enraged as she activated Gear-Shift. Feeling her stamina drain faster than Nitro in a racing car.
"I CAN SEE YOU QUACKING IN YOUR BOOTS! JUST YOU WAIT UNTIL I GET MY HANDS ON YOU AGAIN!"
Fugu launched herself in front of the man, when he suddenly dropped down, lifting a sewer grate, and jumping into the sewer below, As Fugu grabbing onto it with Black Whip, she followed in the sewer, as the man expertly moved through the sewer. Until finally she landed a blow with Black Whip, attaching to the man.
"GOT IT! YOU'RE GONNA REGRET-"
Fugu got slammed into the walls of the sewer as she was being pulled by the runner. When suddenly he rose from the sewer, using Fenrir to jump high into the air, as Fugu once again grappled onto the man in the air, her eyes full of rage as she grabbed him.
"I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS FOR MAKING ME CRAWL THROUGH THE FUCKING SEWERS!"
The man blocked Fugu's strikes expertly, as he kicked her in the stomach with tremendous force. before using Fenrir to grab onto her, throwing her farther away, before continuing to try to run away. Fugu raged harder as she began to activate Gear Shift again.
"Eleven! You can't be doing this again! Keep a level head!" The Second screamed out, as Fugu let out an aggravated scream, as she used Black whip to continue following the man.
"GET OVER HERE DAMMIT!"
Suddenly, Danger Sense went off, as the massive villain jumped into the air, grabbing onto Fugu mid air. As Fugu felt the tightening strength of the titan sized villain, she tried to escape, unable to, as the masked man dove towards Fugu, using Fenrir to grab onto Fugu, pulling her out of the villains grasp, and using the momentum to throw Fugu back at the villain, as Fugu used Fa-Jin plus 10% of One for All, sending the villain into the ground, and unconscious once again. Fugu landed on the ground, as she looked around for the man using Fenrir..
"Am.. Am I losing it?! Is this like Mari?!" Fugu sat down on a bridge as she tried to collect her thoughts, and reason with what she just saw.
Fugu took a deep breath in, as she looked at the flash drive.. Maybe it was time to start the main mission, and not just all the side quests. Fugu held onto the flash drive, as she muttered under her breath, as she looked at her drenched hoodie.
"I smell like shit."
"Yeah. You do."
Fugu turned around hearing the voice, as she did, she saw the man standing on the other side of the bridge, Fugu stood up as she pointed at the man.
"You have some nerve! Stealing that quirk!"
"Stealing?"
"YES! STEALING! THAT WAS MY B- MY FRIEND'S QUIRK! HE'S KNOWN TO JUMP FROM USER TO USER BUT THEY WERE STUCK LIKE GLUE, SO TELL ME WHY FENRIR'S WITH YOU!"
Fugu yelled out as she pointed towards the man, as he slowly lowered his hood, revealing Fenrir sitting under the hood, as Fenrir had a loving smile towards Fugu, as he moved towards Fugu.
"See? He even recognizes me.." Fugu pet Fenrir as she felt the hole in her heart slowly tear open... when the man slowly pulled the mask off, showing Michi Shinomori with a large scar leading up his neck and stopping at his chin.
"I mean I guess I did kind of steal him. But Lou was with my asshole of a father first, so I think I'm the upgrade."
Fugu's eyes widened as she saw Michi, she instinctively backed up, as Fenrir also backed away, looking confused.
"Was... This too much...? I didn't really want to just... swing away from you, but I also didn't want to get my ass kicked.."
Fugu slowly stepped closer to Michi, as she poked him, in shock she backed away when she touched a solid body. She poked at him again, before Michi grabbed her hand, pressing her hand into his chest, as she felt Michi's heart beating. She slowly looked up at Michi, as he softly smiled.
"I finally found you." Michi said, as tears began to fall from his face, as Fugu collapses into Michi's arms.
"GOD DAMMIT YOU IDIOT! I MOURNED YOU!... I CRIED... I... I..."
Fugu began to hit Michi with no real strength behind each punch as she screamed out.
"YOU FREAKING IDIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!"
Fugu screamed out as Michi grabbed Fugu's arms,
"Please, ow, please, ow, stop? Maybe? okay.-"
"How did you even survive?! I saw nothing but scorched earth when the attack was over!"
Michi Shinomori
Michi watched as Fugu flew towards Uravity, his eyes watering as a smiled formed on his face.
"I did it...-"
When suddenly, Michi was pulled towards the ground, by a mixture of the Laser's intense strength, and One for All Lou, as it shielded Michi from the explosion.
"LOU! NO!"
Lou screamed out in pain as he began to burrow into the ground... As he did so he screamed out to Michi.
"It doesn't matter! If you live I can always regenerate!- AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Lou began to disintegrate faster than One for All could repair his body, when Michi used One for All at 100% to punch a large hole in the soil, as the displaced soil collapse around Michi... knocking him out. Michi woke up hours later in an air pocket, as he used his only good arm, and base bolstering quirk to punch a way out of the hole.. Until finally, Michi rose from the ground. His hand touched the free air as he pulled himself out, screaming out in pain as he took a deep breath of fresh air...
"Lou...? LOU?"
No answer. Michi held his broken arm as he got up.. Looking around the destroyed city.
"Fucking hell..."
Michi began to walk around Musutafu Japan, in search for Fugu, anyone really.. Only to find the city overrun by Wildfires.
"Since then, I've been hiding out, going out in the night to fight off Wildfires, help anyone I could. Only reason why I was out during the day today is..."
Michi slowly revealed his broken, mangled arm, it was infected, Fugu's eyes widened as she grabbed Michi.
"Come on, We can take you to Hermitage. There we can get you the medical help you need!"
Michi shook his head, "not during the day. They've got spies out during the day looking for you all. It's why I had to conduct my searching at night-"
Michi clenched his arm as he took a deep breath.
"Anyway, follow me. I'll take you to my base camp. We can wait for night there."
Michi guided Fugu through the city, when they finally stopped at an apartment complex, as Michi moved a Metal sheeting, revealing a hidden base under the apartment complex.. Michi slowly crawled in after Fugu, as she took in the place..
"Not much food.."
Michi sat down on his bed, as he held his arm.
"Wasn't my priority."
Fugu went to the small oven Michi had, as she started a fire, putting a pot of water on top.
"What was your priority?" Fugu asked as she began to prepare food for Michi.
Michi's face went red as he tried to mutter it under his breath.
"you.."
"What was that?"
Michi took a deep breath, "You were."
Fugu hid her face as she didn't know what to say, as she opened a packet of ramen, as she began cooking for Michi... Eventually, she brought the bowl of Food to Michi, who tried grabbing it with his broken arm.
"Thank-"
"No, you idiot. Sit up. I'll feed you since you're hurt."
Fugu began feeding piece of ramen to Michi, as his color began to come back to him. His body also seemed more energetic with each bite of food.
"When was the last time you ate!?" Fugu asked concerned as Michi swallowed another piece.
"Um... I'd be lying if I said at all." Michi admitted Fugu let out a sigh as she took a bite of the food.
"I'd be lying if I said I was eating consistently too... After you.. Um.. well when I thought you died.. It kind of broke me.."
Michi nodded as he had guilt in his eyes.
"I'm sorry Fugu.. It wasn't my intention to make you think I was dead.. I just didn't know where you were. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
Fugu put the empty bowl to the side, as she pushed Michi into the bed... She had a soft smile on her face as she teared up.
"You have nothing to be sorry about.. Just sleep for now.."
Michi slowly closed his eyes, as Fugu held his hand.. As Michi fell asleep, Fugu held his hand, as more tears fell from her face.
