My name is Salem and I'm the headmistress of Beacon Academy, at the moment I was enjoying drinking a glass of wine Glynda Goodwitch brought me.

"I wonder how these girls will effect my students joining my school, Ochiru Tori is one of the few places I know nothing about"

I was a young woman with an Immortal soul and every other generation, I would be reborn as a baby only to grow up to look some what similar each time to how I was first born, but I had never been reincarnated in Ochiru Tori a kingdom either I nor Ozpin knew existed till the early days of the modern world.

I was looking at a tablet with four pictures of females, three Faunus and one was human, a black dog goth-like Faunus with a blue hairpiece, and was a orange tomboy scorpion Faunus, and two are noble girls.

Strangely enough despite coming from a Faunus kingdom, one of the noble girls was a human, the Faunus noble was a green and black gothic lolita and the other that was human was in yellow and black gothic lolita but with extra thrills... and a crown, the one thing that was common about them was that their base color was black.

"I need to make this kingdom connect with the rest of the world, I just hope they end up in a team together, after they pass the entries exam"

I got up from my chair and went to my tower windows, looking out into the sunset general direction, I tried to remember when I stop trying to complete my mission for the God Brothers, only to stop caring and only care about humanity's survival.

"I'm glad, the God Brothers won't be coming back till I call for them, and there isn't a time limit"

The elevator doors open with Glynda walking in with a face of worry, she didn't like the people of Ochiru Tori, not because their Faunus mind you, but because the people of Ochiru Tori are a secretive Kingdom; and they all share similar traits such as eyes that change from black irises to white irises with two white rings.

In some cases the shapes are different on one or both eyes, and their faces and skin are without flaws despite what age they may have (meaning they don't get wrinkles), and their childern (ages 1-9) can be every unsettling with how... dead their eyes look even when happy.

"Salem... are you sure about this?"

"Yes I am Glynda, even if their ruler is violent... I fear she may of had a point, after all just because someone is unlikeable... it doesn't make what they say less honest..."

Seeing Glynda reflection in the purple tinted window, I could see we that we both started to remember the meeting that took place to lead us into this situation.

Global Council Meeting. (No POV)

Salem was sitting in her council chair with Glynda by her side, each kingdom council had 13 chairs, every kingdom but one; The Ochiru Tori (translation: Falling Bird) Kingdom still had royalty and a lot more resources than any other.

Ochiru Tori had a overwhelming amount of coal, oil, natural gas, food (both plant and livestock), trees of all types, gold, iron, etc, but most importantly they had dust and land that was the only place in Remnant without Grimm, no one knew why but it was because the god brother of destruction magic couldn't set foot on the land of Ochiru Tori.

"I Refuse To Let Outsiders Into My Kingdom! You all have shown time and time again that you wish you didn't have to acknowledge my kingdom and my title, even if I'm not your ruler that doesn't excuse the braided disrespect towards me and my people, because we are mostly Faunus"

Shingu Rabu is a female fox Faunus and the Queen of Ochiru Tori a kingdom mostly inhabited by Faunus, and if there is one thing Salem wishes to never do is to personally get herself on Shingu Rabu's bad side because the Queen never forgets nor does she forgives easily... for example, an Atlas council member was about to be reminded of that.

"Yes we do your kingdom as a tower to-"

"My people built the tower, and it's only use is to connect with the other five kingdoms, even if CCT went down, my kingdom would be the only one with global connection through our own means, but I'll be mostly connecting with Menagerie"

"Menagerie isn't a kingdom-"

"Yet the kingdom of Ochiru Tori has always acknowledged Menagerie as a kingdom, and I had paid for a tower to be built and connected it to my kingdom directly"

Some of each kingdom council members looked unhappy about Menagerie having something like the CCT, none of them knew of the satellite dishes orbiting the world of Remnant, they are called SCS, Space Communication Satellites.

"If you keep refusing to help the rest of us, we'll have no choice but to go to war!"

The other kingdoms council members give a look of 'Are you stupid' to the new Atlas councilman, even General James Ironwood cringed while thinging "I don't want to admit it, but we would lose", since it seems the councilman forgot what happened in the last war.

"You Should Beg To Be Pardon! or have you forgotten about how Ochiru Tori fired at Atlas, on Atlas's own land and people no less, granted it was years ago but even after the war ended Atlas suffered a extremely long climate change, a little over a year Atlas couldn't feel the cold embrace of winter because of all the after effects"

A year and three months to be exact, When the war was starting the kingdom of Ochiru Tori was only interested in bringing outsider Faunus into the Ochiru Tori kingdom, but when Atlas decided they wanted to try to make the Faunus of Ochiru Tori into slaves.

This caused Ochiru Tori to attack Atlas... By coming at Atlas through their front door, or rather front airlines, airships had moved towards Atlas and was meant with fire dust filled missiles, as they exploded and the smoke was cleared; A flash of a blue forcefield disappeared showing unharmed airships.

The Ochiru Tori airships fired two types of missiles one was some thing like a Electromagnetic Pulse or EMP, but it was meant for dust so they were Dust-magnetic Pulse or DMP, after the DMP's took down Atlas's dust powered shields the second wave of missiles were filled with fire dust, gasoline, a little bit of water, and chemicals that were unknown to Atlas scientists.

This second wave of missiles could have hit the houses of Atlas's natives, but instead flew over the heads of citizens and they landed on the other side of Atlas, after that Ochiru Tori left as fast as it came while shooting weaker missiles that were just cover fire; It took 2 days to put out the fire and it wasn't it'll later on that people would start to notice that Atlas started to feel warm and they couldn't see any snow falling.

As it would turn out the unknown chemicals would have a lasting effect on Atlas climate making it warm enough to the point that Grimm were able to survive in Atlas; Unlike before where the people of Atlas could prosper without the dangers of Grimm, Grimm such as Boarbatusks, Beowolves, Ursas, and some Lancers were now able to attack Atlas.

It wouldn't be till a year and three months later that Atlas climate went back to normal and Grimm would start freezing again, by the time that happened Atlas military force was so busy dealing with the Grimm attacks that by the time Atlas was safe the war was already over, and the Faunus won with attacks at night from 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM, the Faunus were given their rights and Ochiru Tori was mostly closed off to outsiders.

"Tell Me! Does Atlas need to go through that again"

The Queen of Ochiru Tori snapped at the councilman with venom in her voice, causing most to flinch because they all know that Miss Shingu Rabu didn't make threats, she makes promises and those promises could be the greatest blessing or a fate worser than death.

"Well?"

"N-no"

The councilman broke after seeing the glares the other Atlasions(?) threw at him, Salem decided to quickly take a step in before someone else makes this meeting worse, she just hoped it wasn't about to be her.

"If I may?"

Shingu look surprised but was a bit pleased that someone actually asked to speak to her, like the ruler she is and was happy Salem didn't sound like she was choking on sandpaper while doing it.

"Yes?"

"You haven't given us a chance to proof ourselves, so I would like to ask if you could send some willing and capable people to explore the rest of Remnant, and they could find worthy people to bring back to Ochiru Tori, they can start at my school in Beacon Academy"

"hmm... I- you are right I haven't seen any despite having gone looking, but like your idea Miss?"

"Salem"

"Miss Salem, I will take you up on your idea, how many can I send?"

"4"

"I can still remember it clearly... Glynda?"

"Yes?"

"Do you think things will go well this school year"

"...Every year that's what I hope"

"Those it ever come true?"

"Nope"
