in the attack of the hidden leaf village the nine tails was not the only tailed beast to arrive. faced with four tailed beasts and only one qualified to seal them into the fourth hokage burdens his son with half of the nine tails and three entire tailed beasts but the village only knows of one. giving T rating now maybe M rating later. i'll figure it out.

It's been two months Since naruto gained the chakra control scroll from Hiruzen. During that time he had been training every day all day except Saturdays when he went to see the hokage and get some Ramen. One of his exercise days where he was doing laps around the village, he ran into two very weird jonin who were also doing laps around the village. One was giggling with his face in an orange book, while the other had a green spandex jumpsuit and shouting about the flames of youth. They stopped when they were going to pass him a third time to talk.

"What a truly youthful spirit, isn't he Kakashi?! How many laps have you completed so far, young one?"

"Well I've finished ten of my twenty four laps around the village. I'm only 4 so I'm doing six laps multiplied by my age until I can do them without having to take a break between laps." Naruto answers

"That's impressive. Would you like some pointers in your training? That won't be too much trouble, will it Guy?"

Maito Guy just shook his head in denial.

"I would love to help any youthful shinobi in training reach past their limits!" Guy said near shouting. Pulling out a book, Guy explains what it contains.

"This is a book detailing many basic taijutsu katas and forms, whether you are a more direct and rigid fighter, a late and flowing fighter, or a mix of the two. They will help you either find a style to match your type or to help you develop your own." Guy says.

While listening to the explanation, Naruto was thinking if he should ask for help.

"Do you guys know how to check the amount of Chakra you have? I'm able to do the substitution and transformation techniques pretty well but the academy clone technique is hard for me to do. I'm not sure if I'm putting in too much or too little." Naruto explained

As Kakashi and Guy were thinking about little Naruto's question, he sat there nervously wondering what the two jonin were going to do.

"Well, there is one thing you can do." As Kakashi pulls out a small scroll and unravels it he explains further.

"This is an expanding sealing array. It's supposed to bind anything and everything within the radius up to five feet from the ground to the ground. This doesn't affect buildings with more than one floor. The more Chakra you put into it the further it goes. It'll last maybe five minutes depending on who is caught. It's weak enough that anyone above jonin won't be stuck for more than a second. What you have to do is pump in about half your Chakra and we'll understand how much you have." Kakashi said

Naruto was thinking and talking to the four tenants in his gut.

"Should I trust these two guys? They don't seem to have anything against me." Naruto asked.

"Just do it. I can't see any negative emotions from either of them, though the green one is overflowing with passion for some reason."

"OK, madam nine." Naruto said

The whole conversion was less than a few seconds, but it was long enough for the jonin to know he didn't trust them.

Kakashi noticed but Guy spoke first.

"Do not worry, young Naruto. We know of your burden, but we are also not as blind as the civilians, we had enough contact with lord fourth to understand the difference between a kunai and the scroll it's sealed in." Guy tried to reassure him.

With this knowledge, Naruto decided to trust them. If they did try to harm him, all he had to do was let his new friends take over for a short while.

When Naruto reached the sealing array he proceeded to pour his Chakra in until the three tails told him he was at half. And immediately after the sealing array spread out like wildfire. It went out so far that it went all the way to the opposite side of the village and scaled both sides of the village walls and beyond that when it was activated, the hokage and five squads of anbu black ops swarmed them in seconds.

"Kakashi and Guy, report. Now!"the hokage said with authority that Naruto had never seen.

Kakashi explained the situation and how they started to help Naruto. "We offered to help with his pigtail training and gave him a book with a few basic kata and forms from various styles and what they're called. He then asked us to help him understand how much Chakra he had and how much control he needs in order to do the academy clone technique, but seeing as how he was able to turn an expanding soap creation seal to over double the size of the entire village with just half his Chakra I don't think he'll ever be able to use the basic clone technique. It would be like trying to pour a glass of water while holding the ocean." Kakashi said

Hiruzen and all of the anbu were amazed. One at the fact that Kakashi made a seal that can make soap equal to the Chakra you put into it, second that Naruto was able to charge it so much that it expanded to twice the size of the leaf with only half of his Chakra, or at least what that assumed was half, and third that they essentially washed everything in open air, plants pets Ninken, shinobi, civilians, and anything in between. In about five seconds.

Five, four, three, two, one." Kakashi counted down until the seal activated and an eruption of soapy water came up from the seal and cleaned the village buildings and residents and outer lying perimeter.

Some were happy about the spontaneous cleaning while others were covered in soapy water and some had to ensure that their fancy clothing didn't get ruined. Some kids were just playing with the soap bubbles that were left behind.

While Naruto, Kakashi, Guy, the hokage, and all of the anbu that were there were covered in soap, Hiruzen decided to call it an early day.

"Everyone here is granted the rest of the day off to get dry and for some of us further cleaned. Kakashi, would root mind escorting Naruto home and teaching him the shadow clone technique? We both know he has the chakra to use it without the risk, and tell him everything about it. He always remembers those that help him or treat him like they treat everyone else." Hiruzen said

After that the anbu left with the hokage and Guy went on to do another five hundred laps saying how youthful the difficulty is to do 500 laps and stay balanced with the ground so wet and soapy. When Kakashi got to Naruto's apartment he noticed that he wasn't too far from a certain snake loving chunin he knew of. A few moments after entering the apartment Naruto gets Kakashi some tea before learning the new clone technique.

"Alright, Naruto. The shadow clone is more advanced than the academy clone technique as it requires much much more Chakra. It only has one hand sign and after I show you I want you to use as much Chakra as you used for the academy clone and if you don't get at least one clone double the amount until you do."

As Kakashi explained and showed Naruto the cross hand sign, Naruto began to practice for hours until when he doubled it again he ended up with not just one but five clones.

"OK Naruto, now that you have your clones, one of them will go with one of mine. I'll tell your clone a secret and then my clone will dispel your clone ok?"

Naruto nodded in acceptance and one of the clones went with Kakashi's newly made shadow clone.

A few moments later Naruto was on the floor laughing.

"I can't believe that, did the fourth really get chased by his wife through the village?!" He said through fits of laughter.

"Yes its true, lord fourth was my sensei before he became hokage. But you also can't tell anyone because no one knows he had a family except his team and sensei and lord third." Kakashi explained

"Wait. How did I know you said that? Didn't you tell my clone this?" Naruto asked

"Yes, I did. That is the benefit of the shadow clone technique. Whatever the clone learns, the original also learns, but they can't help you get better muscles or to be faster. You have to do that on your own. " Kakashi explains

Naruto is amazed at what he now has the ability to use. Let the hokage know how far your training in Chakra control gets next week. After seven days lord hokage is going to be busy with people from the cloud village so he won't be able to see you for a few days." When Naruto nodded, Kakashi left for the day.

As Naruto was left alone with the new knowledge of the shadow clone technique as a replacement for the traditional clone technique due to his extraordinary Chakra reserves, he wondered what he could use them for.

As he was thinking he got hungry as he had less than half his Chakra, then he got curious as to how he could learn more about food and to get his own food, then he wondered if there were any books about hunting and cooking and other things. While contemplating on all the things he could possibly learn for the next week he decides to go to the nearest training field to check on just how many clones he can make safely at once.

As he arrived he noticed that many shinobi don't retrieve their thrown kunai and shuriken.

"Since so many of the other shinobi don't pick their weapons back up, I'll just take them for myself!" Naruto said to himself

SHADOW CLONE TECHNIQUE

Naruto ended up making just over a hundred clones and decided to divide them up into groups of 20 and got six total groups but one wasn't as full as the others.

"Alright the first two groups goes to collect as much ninja gear left behind as you can, the next group goes to work on the leaf sticking exercise, the fourth goes to do the tree walking exercise, the fifth goes to read the entirety of the taijutsu book and you dispel only after you complete an equal amount of chapters between the twenty of you, and the last one goes to the library as there aren't a lot of you, when you get there lok for anything on cooking and the basics of the shinobi arts and bring them here. Everyone good?"

With a nod all of Naruto's clones went to work. By sunset naruto could do the leaf sticking exercise after replacing his clones twice, the treewalking after replacing his entire batch of clones five times as they dispelled after falling too hard, and his clones that he sent to the library came back with fifteen books of the basics of ninjutsu, genjutsu, fuinjutsu, and taijutsu, ten cook books, a Yamanaka guide to plants, the basics of hunting, and a book called the tale of an utterly gutsy ninja by someone named jiraiya. Naruto looked over all of the books and saw the great selection that his clones got. After securing all of the books his clones borrowed from the library, he returned home for the night to shower and sleep only to return in the morning. For the next seven days naruto had two hundred clones practicing chakra control, reading the books he borrowed from the library, and practicing the katas from the taijutsu books, he might not get and stronger or faster but he can make the taijutsu kata ingrained in his memory, some were getting better at performing the hand signs more fluidly. Naruto himself was doing the physical portion of his training as his clones can't help him with it. Each day he was doing twenty five push ups, twenty five sit ups, twenty five squats, twenty five chin ups(if he could find a low enough tree branch), and using fallen tree branches as weights for bench presses, curls and deadlifts. Although he had an extensive workout planned, there was only half of what was planned that was completed. He knows he is young and that he won't be able to do everything his young mind can think of, yet it doesn't stop him from trying.

The next day he takes a break from his usual training as the parade for the cloud village people is going on. While he kept up with his usual pranks on the shinobi and clans, he kept away from the civilians and foreign people. Just this morning he managed to turn all of the Nara clan's hair bright pink to match some of the civilian Haruno clan. Yesterday he was able to sneak into the anbu headquarters and replaced every uniform that wasn't in a locked locker with a clown suit and get it without anyone knowing he was ever there. Along with putting soap in the hot springs, placing whoopee cushions on every official's chair. And paint balloons triggered by trip wires at guard posts.

He got better and better with his pranks since he got access to the library. As he got closer to the parade and saw the people from the cloud village, he noticed that not all of the clans were there. The Uchiha, Hyuuga, and Nara clans were not there. Already knowing how the civilians would treat him, Naruto didn't stay in the parade long. Deciding on a walk through the village clean district, Naruto vacated the parade area without drawing any attention.

'The clan homes never change. At least the ones you see without going inside the compounds.' Naruto thought to himself. As he came close to the center of the clan district he saw a few cloud ninja circling the Hyuuga compound.

"If that's not suspicious then I'm a Kage's husband." Naruto unknowingly said out loud but low enough to not be heard.

Meanwhile in the land of water, two ladies sneezed. One with long red hair and the other with short black hair

" Terumi-sama, Yuki-Sama! Are you two alright?" A member of the rebel alliance asked

"We are alright, it seems someone is talking about us." Mei Terumi said.

"Speak for yourself. It felt like someone was talking about my daughter. I swear that if it's any of those loyalist pigs I'll castrate them before I freeze them solid and shatter them!" The matriarch of the Yuki clan said while filling the command tent with KI.

back with Naruto -

Thinking that something will go wrong, Naruto stays around being close enough to the Hyuuga compound but not close enough to be seen or sensed. After staying out of sight for almost two hours, young Naruto had almost left to go home before he heard someone jump the wall to the Hyuuga compound.

"Now, all I have to do is get the heiress back to the village and I'll be rich!" The jonin said

Naruto overheard the jonin and his tenants were livid by the enemy's words.

"Those filth are going to force that girl to become a baby factory! They don't deserve to live, better yet, they deserve to have their own daughters be the same!" Said madame nine

Naruto not fully knowing why the nine tails was so angered by what they heard but he'll stop the ninja all the same.

Naruto substituted with the sack that held the Hyuuga heiress before using the three tails coral ability to cover the heiress and protect her. Thinking of some of the things that the two lady tailed beasts have been saying since he engaged the cloud ninja he shouts something that would make any parents blood boil.

"Help! This strange man is touching me weird places!" Naruto shouts using the most girly voice he's heard that day.

A few seconds later as every parent within the clan district immediately went to their daughters rooms, decended upon Naruto's location in minutes. The heads of the Hyuuga main and branch family, the head of the yamanaka clan, the head of the Inuzuka clan, and the head of the Aburame clan.

"Who are you and what have you done to that poor child!" The yamanaka clan had demanded

While he was virtually surrounded no one noticed that Naruto had snuck up behind the cloud ninja, until his eyes went wide and fell to his knees and clutching his groin.

Every male winced as they saw Naruto take a tree branch to the ninjas family jewels.

"Young man, where is my daughter?"

The Hyuga clan head had asked naruto

Naruto then walked up to a large pile of coral near a tree until the Aburame clan head exposed the elephant in the room.

"How is it that we have coral, which only goes like grows in warm ocean water, in the clan district of the hidden leaf?" Shibi Aburame asked

"That was me, I usually walk around here at night when I can't sleep because no one tries to hurt me this late around here. I saw him hop over the wall with something trying to get out of a bag before I heard him saying something about babies, riches and clouds. So I used what little ninja training I have to switch with the bag and covered it in coral." Naruto explained

Whose voice did we all hear shouting about being touched?" Asked the Inuzuka clan head, Tsume Inuzuka.

"That was also me. Before I was kicked out of the orphanage I heard that some of the other kids had parents that were touching them in weird places. I may not know fully what that means but every time I heard one of the other kids say something close to it the ladies that would help us would make them feel better then leave the room saying quietly that another sick bastard was going to die while looking very evil and dangerous. So that's what I shouted thinking it would get a lot of people I've here in a short amount of time." Naruto explained again

Naruto made the coral disappear with the help of the three tails before making sure the girl inside was OK. While the adults were discussing what to do with the now discovered cloud ambassador, Naruto woke up the Hyuuga heiress.

"Hey, are you alright?" Naruto asked

As she woke up she noticed a blonde boy with whisker marks. Not trusting her voice she nod her head to let him know she's alright.

" I took care of the mean man that put you Ibiki the bag, and the adults are thinking of a punishment for him. See?" As Naruto waves over to the clan heads. She sees her father.

" my name is Naruto Uzumaki, what's yours?"

Barely being able to get it out she answers while stuttering.

" m-my name is h-hinata Hyuuga, Naruto-kun. Thank you four saving me." She said.

Them she looked for her father again and when he saw her uncle and father together she smiled.

As both Naruto and Hinata walked towards the clan heads again they heard what was being said.

'I say we out right kill him for trying to steal my daughter!" The Hyuuga clan head demanded

"I would be right there with you, Hiashi. Though we cannot outright kill him for several reasons." The yamanaka clan head reasoned. " the cloud village would likely place the blame on the leaf saying that it was a baseless murder of an ambassador and would be calling for war unless we have proof that he was sent to kidnap your daughter. Since our captive would be dead and doesn't have any records of said mission other than the delegation of treaty papers we would need to get a confession out of him to not start another war. We send him to the torture and interrogation department to get any info out of him. Once we have a confession then we go to the hokage and inform him of this." As the Yamanaka clan head explained, the other clan heads agreed before turning to Naruto and Hinata.

"Thank you for saving my daughter, Naruto." Hiashi said

This put Naruto on edge as he never met HInata's nor did he tell them his name.

Seeing his obvious discomfort, Hiashi thought to explain. " I know your name because I have very good hearing and you two weren't too far away that I could not hear you. If there is anything that I, Hiashi Hyuuga, or the Hyuuga clan as a whole could do to help please do not hesitate to ask." Hiashi told while bowing to the young boy

This surprised everyone, as the Hyuuga clan usually thought themselves superior to everyone.

Naruto just asked what was on his mind.

"Why do you two look the same?"

"Because he is my twin brother"

"What's a twin?"

A twin is a brother or sister that was born the same day as you."

Why does he have that weird mark on his forehead?"

"It's called a seal and is there to protect the byakugan from those that wasn to steal it like that man you stopped."

"If it's to stop people from doing what that man was doing then why does everyone in your family not have it? Wouldn't it be better if all of the Hyuuga have it? If they did, then that man wouldn't have tried to take Hinata because she doesn't have it. The more I've looked at seals in the past few months I've grown to understand them a bit more. I can't make or break them but I can understand many of the basic seals that most shinobi use and I can tell that the seal on you is more for control than protection. So if it's to protect your dōjutsu like you say, then why doesn't every Hyuuga have it? As for the favor from the Hyuuga clan, let's just say it's an IOU for later."

As Hiashi and His twin Hizashi were stunned by the basic logic of a 4 year old that no one in their clan had ever thought of, the hokage took the young boy home and went back to his office to await the confession of the Kumo ambassador.

Within the vast landscape of Kaminari no Kuni is the hidden village within the clouds. The Raikage named Ay, is seen within the kage's tower signing papers and curling a dumbbell simultaneously. Until his secretary comes in with news from konoha. As he read the letter from the hokage which included the copy of his ambassador's confession the raikage was enraged beyond belief.

"Those idiotic, dimwitted, foolish councilmen! They were still loyal to my old man! BOLT!

When he shouted the last word, five of hidden clouds anbu named Bolt arrived from the shadows.

"Yes, lord raikage." They answered

"I want you to find all of those on the counsel and interrogate them. Find who gave the ambassador the order to kidnap the Hyuuga heiress and execute them. If they refuse to speak then execute them. I am the sole military leader in this village. No military operations are approved unless it's by me or my brother bee. The bolt have one week from today as I will have to leave for konoha in the next two weeks to try to calm the shit storm that the counsel had started.

Ay had to restrain himself from smashing his fists into his desk again because his secretary wouldn't order him a new desk until he finished all the days paperwork if he did and she would have the members of bolt confine him to the office until he did.

"Get me killer be, Nii Yugito, and darui."

It's been a week since Naruto saved Hinata from the Kumo attempted kidnapping. The Hyuuga clan elders have been agitated trying to get an answer from the hokage about what will happen since this is a direct betrayal of the treaty that was just signed, but the hokage assured them that the raikage will be arriving within the next few weeks to rectify this problem.

Naruto had been continuing his Chakra control training. He had been able to complete the tree climbing and water walking exercises. To further his Chakra control he started to use his experience with the tree climbing exercise to meditate on the wall. As he went to different training grounds he noticed that many of the shinobi don't retrieve their kunai and shuriken after use when training so he decided to take them for himself as l to train to be more accurate like the anbu. After plundering his new weapons from the training grounds, Naruto went to work getting some practice with his kunai and shuriken throwing and accuracy for the rest of the day.

After some time the raikage appeared at the main entrance to the hidden leaf village, and all of the shinobi were notified. With him were his brother Killer Bee, Yugito Nii, And his guards Darui and Shi.

"Welcome to konoha, Raikage-sama."

Said the two gate guards

"The hokage has been notified of your arrival and is awaiting your presence. Just follow the monument towards the large building with the symbol of fire on it. "

Izumo and Kotetsu directed the large group.

Moments later in the hokage office, the Raikage was meeting with the third hokage.

"I hope your travel to the hidden leaf was without any trouble, lord raikage, and I hope your stay in the leaf is pleasurable." Said Hiruzen.

"The trip here was boring but we had no trouble. Not even bandits tried to steal from us. Let's leave the pleasantries for after the business is done. Let me meet the one who combated my shinobi. I must see their ability first hand before I figure out how I am to fix the problem my counsel had caused for you and your village."

Understanding just who the raikage wanted to see, Hiruzen called for one of the anbu to fetch Naruto.

After Naruto arrived in the hokage office, he was surprised and terrified by all of the people in the office and it showed. His eyes darted between Hiruzen and Ay before going to bee, yugito, and darui.

"Naruto, this is madame nine, two of those in the room are like you and have my brother and sister in them. I need you to calm down and say :good afternoon lord raikage, mr. Eight, and ms. Two.: and before you say this you need to bow to show respect. If not it will cause problems for you and your Jiji. Don't say anything or nod just do it. They might be able to tell that you have me sealed but I'm trying my best to hide the others with my Chakra so they won't know." Nine tails said

After doing his best to calm down but still being terrified of those around him. He did add madame nine told him. After bowing Naruto said

"Good afternoon lord raikage, Mr. Eight, and Ms. Two. I am Naruto Uzumaki and I am the kit of my madame."

Hearing this shocked everyone in the room. Hearing something so formal from someone so young and rambunctious is startling.

"Hey to bro little mister nine he knows. He even called us out as hosts like he's our ghost." Killer bee said

"I heard him bee, and stop that insipid rapping!"Ay responded

"Young man, is what my brother tell me true? You hold the nine tails?"

Ay asked

"Yes, I hold madam nine. She isn't as bad as many think. And if I am correct in my assumption. This is because of my takedown of the ambassador that tried to kidnap my friend?"

"Yes it is, young man. I only want to test your skills to see how one so young as yourself is able to incapacitate an elite jonin."

"Well, Lord raikage, I can explain my course of action. I spotted the jonin hopping over the wall to the Hyuga compound and tailed him one I noticed he was carrying a sack that was moving. After a few moments of following him I heard the muffled voice of my friend and used two techniques I had been practicing for a few months now. I heard that the substitution technique was required for graduation in the academy so I was practicing that I also was taught the shadow clone technique by a jonin after he tried to help me understand why the standard clone technique didn't work. After months of practice I got them down to where I could use them effectively. Created a few shadow clones and used the substitution technique to switch with the moving sack and had my clone transform into lt. After that I remembered that some of the clans are very protective of children and started shouting that that he was touching us in weird places. It was didn't feel right when he touched my clone between the legs. So after the clan heads showed up I kicked him between the legs."

"Naruto, can you show lord raikage about the coral technique you used to protect little Hinata?" Asked the hokage."

"Yes Jiji. I can't really control it so well have to go outside"

After a few moments they arrived right outside the hokage tower

"Ok Naruto remember the feeling of what you did and remember not to put too much into it." Hiruzen said. Even with trying not to put a lot of energy into it, Naruto ended up covering everyone there in a thick dome of coral that seemed to be sapping everyone of their Chakra, and fast.

"Naruto! Stop! You'll kill everyone!" Hiruzen yelled

When hearing this Naruto stored l stopped the technique and dropped to his knees.

"sorry, Jiji. I tried to make it small but all I could think of was everyone that was staring at me and wanting it to stop. The last time so many people were staring like that things didn't go well."

After hearing this Ay, bee and Yugito had frowns on their faces.

"thank you four for demonstration young man, I and certain that one you gain complete control of that technique that you will be an amazing shinobi. You have no idea how thankful I am that you stopped that shinobi, you helped me find and very bad people in my village that wanted to do very bad things to your friend. I have the same power as your Jiji but if I don't know about something I can't stop it or fix it." Ay told Naruto

Naruto just scratched the back of his head and said "All I did was what I would want someone to do for me, but never have Ya know?"

I've this happened both Ay and bee's eyes went wide.

"Lord hokage, we need to discuss something very important in your office immediately. I will also have a million Ryo sent to the young man for his efforts. Bee, Yugito, and Darui take the thing l young boy to the hokage office. We will be there soon." Ay said

Seeing that the raikage had an extremely serious face, he told Naruto follow them.

"Anbu, leave us." The hokage said.

He then went with the raikage to a separate office before sealing it off.

"Hiruzen why is their child treated as if he is lower than trash! I saw the look in his eyes when he first stepped foot in your office and his eyes were the same as the last two containers of the eight tails before bee! I know exactly who his parents are and I had the highest level of respect for them! If I can find out who his parents are from just a short conversation with him, Ōnoki will as well! Not to mention most if not all the stone shinobi will try to kill him just for being blonde like they have been doing to the Yamanaka clan. Why has that boy been put through so much horror!" Ay demanded

"The only ones that Truly know who his parents are, are half of the shinobi council, The elders and a select few in the Anbu that lived after the attack. There are those in the village that would have jumped on the chance to turn him into a mindless weapon or if they knew of his heritage turn him into breeding stock. Not to mention that even after I made it an S-rank secret punished by death someone managed to leak that he was the container of the nine tails. Those who did were swiftly executed but the damage was done. I made it so that anyone who harmed the boy was to be executed but even then those who's loved ones were executed did whatever they could to harm the boy. I had his heritage under an s rank secret and bad or so no single clan could adopt him, and those that wanted to try could not be influenced by their clan or clan politics. They would have to be completely separated from their clan until after he became a genin or an adult civilian. With those conditions, all attempts to adopt him had ceased. Whether from civilians or clans. The few civilians that Tried to adopt him had surprisingly attempted to kill him by poisoning his food and in one attempt to bury the boy alive. Trying to execute all who two to harm the boy or imprison turn only goes so far." Hiruzen explained with a somber face.
