Chapter I
He finds out
The Chancellor was caught by the enemy. When Padmé Amidala had returned from Naboo she was horrified to discover that Jar Jar Binks had moved for a vote of emergency powers to the Chancellor. Now it would go into the records under her representation. The Chancellor had become vital in the war effort of the Republic and so when the Separatist (those who were in league with Count Duku) capture of him this was a terrible draw back and the Republic sent the best men they could find to free him…
"Anakin don't worry about the other ships they're here to help us." The other voice said, "Master, if I understand you they're here to make a distraction right?" Obi-Wan replied, "You understand correctly." They flew into the huge Separatist's ship's hangar. "I wonder where the chancellor is right now." Obi-Wan said. Anakin answered, "No need to wonder. R2 plug into the main computer. Find out where the chancellor is." R2D2 plugged into the main computer and soon had the necessary information. "He's on the third floor. Good let's go." Obi-Wan said. They entered onto the floor where the Chancellor was only to hear another door swing open and out came Count Duku. "Let's take him on together." Obi-Wan declared. "I am in perfect agreement." Anakin responded. "Come for another lesson?" Count Duku said. Anakin retorted with, "I have learned much more since our last meeting." The Count answered, "Good! Then greater your downfall will be." The two Jedi lightsabers clashed against the Sith's. Count Duku duelled with skill but it was evident that the two other Jedi were better than they were before. Suddenly Count Duku knocked Obi-Wan out. At the same instant Anakin cut Duku's arm off. Pulling the red lightsaber into his hand he made an x with them over the Count's neck. "Kill him." Said the Chancellor Palpatine. Anakin hesitated then said, "It goes against the Jedi code." The Chancellor replied, "He's too dangerous to be allowed to live." Anakin hesitated then turned off the red lightsaber and threw it to the Chancellor who caught it clumsily. "You do it." He said, "Those are your ideals." Palpatine light the red lightsaber looked at it for a moment then charged. He pierced the Count's heart. "Let's go." The Chancellor said. Anakin asked, "Wait what about Obi-Wan?" The other answered, "Leave him here." But Anakin said, "His fate won't be different from ours." So Anakin began to carry Obi-Wan Kenobi. They met a group of droids who pointed their guns and said, "Surrender." Since Anakin was carrying Obi-Wan he couldn't pull out his lightsaber. So they were captured and brought before General Grievous. On the way there Obi-Wan woke up. The General said, "I will add your lightsabers to those already in my arsenal. This time you won't escape." He said this while opening a cloak containing several lightsabers. "No, this time it is you who won't escape us." Then they pulled with the Force on the lightsabers that where attached to the cloak and light them. They then swung them to the right and left cut up droids. Grievous decided to take a shuttle and escape while there was still time. "We have to take the remaining shuttle." Obi-Wan said. So the three of them squeezed into a shuttle and landed in a rather bumpy way on Coruscant. Waiting for one of them was a woman. When she got closer Anakin recognised Padmé. He ran towards her and they began a conversation. "I'm pregnant Anakin." She said. "Why that's wonderful. Why the sorry face?" She looked at him as if he had forgotten something super important. "If it's found out then you will be expulsed from the Jedi Order and I'll be thrown out of the Senate." Anakin nodded. "We will have to tell the Jedi Council someday." The two continued their walk mostly in silence.
