Dante and Doom Guy walked through the corridors of the Castle, the winding halls were empty*

Dante: ya know for where this whole invasion thing is coming from you'd think that they're be more demons here. And that this place wouldn't be a maze

Dante and Doom Guy finally come to a large door and open it into a Marbled Corridor, there were many large pictures and marble statues of people in various poses*

As Dante and Doom Guy walk through the corridor, a dark energy starts to seep in. the walls begin to become rusty, the statue turn from their general poses into that of agony as cages envelope them, hooked chains begin to hang from the ceiling. There's a sound of scraping metal in the distance*

Dante and Guy stop, Dante pulls out Ebony and Ivory, a tall man with a giant metal pyramid on his head(Pyramid Head, Silent Hill) walk into the corridor, dragging his giant knife behind him*

Dante aimed at Ebony and Ivory at Pyramid Head and Guy readied his Heavy Assault Rifle, Pyramid Head did not move but raised his hand towards a painting on the wall*

Dante and Guy cautiously approach and look at the painting, the painting in question was untouched by rust and blood, it showed a church on the cliff of a mountain on a snowy night*

Dante puts away Ebony and puts a finger on the painting and the painting ripples as if its water, he reaches more and is sucked into the painting, Guy steps forward but is stopped by a downward swing of Pyramid Head's Knife, he then swung upward towards Guy who barely dodges*

On a snowy cliff, Dante lands onto the snow*

Dante: talk about a Vincent Van Gogh.

Dante looks at a church, the same church from the painting, he decides to walk into it*

Dante looks around as he steps towards a stairwell that goes downward, he goes down into a large room the walls were had marks as if a battle had happened here, frost had settled on the ground, at the other end there is a huge bowl and a large corpse*

Dante: creepy.

Dante approaches the bowl and look into it, seeing its empty, he looks at the corpse, corpse of disfigured man*

Dante: what the hell happened here...

Woman: a battle with one who was misguided.

Dante turns to see a woman in a dress, she held a scythe*

Woman: I know not why I am still alive, I died in that battle, my father had not come back but I have.

Dante: listen I ain't got this month's tithe if that's what you want.

Sister Freide(Dark Souls 3): it is not money I want, my name is Friede. I believe I am here to kill you.

She glades her hand across the scythe's blade snd it becomes frosty. she charges Dante and slashes, Dante is barely able to dodge by bending back. He rolls backwards pulling out Rebellion and stingers towards Friede, who disappears before his eyes*

Dante stands guard and notices the snow on the ground gets kicked up and he stingers towards it but misses the invisible Friede. He notices more snow kicked up and pulls out his guns to fire around that area. The bullets get deflected by her scythe, one bullet hits Friede in the shoulder causing her invisibility to wear off*

Sister Friede: petulant.

She drags her scythe across the ground and swipes it upward causing ice to shoot out from the ground, the ice travel towards Dante, he stabs Rebellion into the ground and uses it to launch himself into the air towards Friede. He spins in the air slashing Rebellion, Friede blocks*

Dante: come on Sister, aren't you supposed to love thy enemy?

Dante backflips and stingers towards Friede. He stabs her in her stomach, she stabs Dante in his left shoulder, ice beginning to spread across his arm.*

Sister Friede: misguided..

Dante shrugs off the scythe and spins slashing her chest. she falls to her knees, then fully falls to the ground*

Dante: rest in peace Sister.

Dante strolls to the middle of the room and looks around wondering how to get back to the castle*

Sister Friede*echoing: you have not won yet.

Dante turns to see black flames billowing up from the body if Sister Friede, she stands as she pulls out a second scythe, ice becomes its blade, Dante pulls out Ebony and Ivory but before he could fire, Friede slashes both blade causing waves of ice and black fire hit Dante. Friede jumps black flames swirling around her she meteors towards Dante crashing him into the ground, she slashes several times wounding Dante. Dante reels from the hit and is stabbed through the chest by both of the scythes*

Sister Friede: rest now... forever more.

Dante: if I had a nickel for every time I've been stabbed in the chest, sorry Sister I'm not tired just yet.

Dante bursts with energy turning Devil Trigger, Friede flips backwards as black flames cycle around Friede and ice crystals spike up*

Dante: LETS ROCK BABY!

Friede stabs into the ground and launches herself towards Dante, fire swirls into a cyclone as ice form and shatter behind her. Dante surges with red lightning and energy as he charges with Rebellion*

Dante and Friede both stab each other in the chest, fire and ice begin to form around Dante, lightning shock Friede. Dante heaves Friede over his head and flings her into the wall, fire and ice burst and spread across the wall*

Dante stingers towards her and pins her to the wall, she goes limp*

Sister Friede: I cannot...

Dante pulls Rebellion out and deactivates Devil Trigger, Friede falls to her hands and knees*

Sister Friede: I...

Friede collapses and fades away*

Dante: rest in peace Sister.

a portal opens at the back wall of the room Dante goes and enters it*

A few moments before, after Dante was sucked into the painting. Guy stood a few feet away from Pyramid Head*

Guy fires his Plasma Rifle at Pyramid Head, who blocks with his Knife. Pyramid Head approaches and swings, cutting Guy's rifle in half. Guy throws the gun halves to the side and tackles Pyramid Head to the ground, he begins punching the metal pyramid, starting to leave indents in it. Pyramid Head swings his knife up at Guy*

Guy blocks the knife, it cuts into his gauntlet, he punches Pyramid Head's arm and grabs the knife. he yanks the knife out of Head's hand and stands, he starts swinging the knife onto Head's helmet. the knife starts to crush into the helmet, Head tries reaching up to grab Guy. He chops Head's arms off then raises the knife, pointing it downwards and stabs it through the helmet, killing Pyramid Head*

Guy steps back, he picks up the two halves of the Plasma Rifle. Pyramid Head regenerates his arms and reaches pulling the knife out of his helmet/head(I honestly don't fucking remember, I could look it up but I'm lazy honestly), it forms back together and he stands up. Guy turns, pulling out his Pistol and aiming at Pyramid Head*

Pyramid Head turns away and leaves, the corridor turns back to normal*

Dante pops out of the painting and rolls to his feet*

Dante: man you would not believe what I went through.
