'Thanks for agreeing to stay over tonight, I wasn't sure if I could make it through tonight by myself.' Hetty said.
'No problem. I'm not 1 to leave my partner when she's had a hard time.' Granger replied.
'That's, really sweet of you to say.' (sniff).'
'Hey now. Rubbing her arm. Everything okay?'
'I could've lost him today, you know. I know this job has it's risks, but, I can't lose him! Not now, not ever.' Hetty said, trying to hold back tears.
Hugging. 'Callen had it handled. Yeah, it was unconventional, and it involved him making us fear the worst for 30 minutes, but he's okay! Plus, honestly, I think he'd be too afraid to get killed because he knows how much it would hurt you.' Granger replied.
Hetty snickered. 'You're funny. Come, let's go to bed.'
