Welcome to the second Addendum one shot where they're super short stories in the ever growing Infinity Crisis multiverse for world building, comedy moments, all sorts of things perhaps you couldn't fit in.

This time, this one is a small but important aspect of including another Doctor Who character and to add to the list of growing threats as well as establishing a new universe. And also as always for other authors, feel free to roll with this. Expand on what I've written, add something to it, go nuts!

Hope you enjoy!

Earth-0520

Across from the Chinese restaurant The Silver Dragon, a brunette ponytailed Japanese girl, no less than fourteen in a casual outfit of jeans, orange jacket, white shirt, red sneakers and a green cap, gave a dark look at the place as she eyed on a Chinese American girl whom she had found out her name was Hay Lin, who was entering the restaurant with her friends Will, Irma, Taranee and Cornelia.

Unknown to them, the girl discovered their secret; them being the Guardians of the Veil. But under strict orders, she was told not to reveal their knowledge until the time was right.

The girl spat at the floor after her eyes lowered into a death glare and then entered the abandoned bookstore behind her. Inside was different however.

The interior was nothing of the sort. Instead, the interior was something steampunk themed and yet evoked technological advances that were far beyond human technology. Almost, alien.

"Still desiring that fight, Dark Jupiter?"

She heard an old man's voice. She whirled around to see an old man with white hair and an old fashioned suit complete with a gray jacket and red tie. Alongside him was a young blonde woman in a yellow suit with a black cape, black boots and an S on her chest.

"Patience is a virtue, my dear." The old man said. "You'll get the fight you want soon badly soon."

"I'd rather it be now." Dark Jupiter muttered under her breath.

"I need to do further research." The old man retorted as he rolled his eyes. "These so-called Guardians along with their variants are most interesting..."

He said as he walked over to a computer with a large screen containing footage of the variants of the Guardians of the Veil including from Earth-0520.

"Very curious that a new variant universe of these girls just appeared." The old man said with interest in his tone of voice. "Very curious!"

"Their abilities will suffice for my project once I've obtained their DNA." He then said as he walked over to a pod labeled "Prometheus."

"What is that even for?" Dark Jupiter asked.

"My dear, if you've read Frankenstein, you would know why I called it that and what I intend." The old man said irritably.

"Sir," the blonde woman spoke up whilst holding a metallic briefcase. "Your desired objects have been acquired."

"It was not easy fighting Shendu as you warned me." She added as she opened the briefcase containing twelve talismans; the Rooster, the Dog, the Pig, the Dragon, the Sheep, the Ox, the Snake, the Monkey, the Rabbit, the Rat, the Horse and the Tiger.

"You managed to get them at least, given my instructions on how to acquire them." The old man said with satisfaction. "Stealing the old geezer's books was easier than I thought. It's like taking candy from a baby named Stef Coburn."

"That's very specific." Roberta Reynolds remarked.

"Don't ask." The old man simply said. "He grew up to be an idiot."

Roberta nodded in understanding and agreement.

"Is that part of Prometheus?" Dark Jupiter asked with curiosity as she pointed to the talismans.

The old man chuckled.

"No. These talismans I intend to turn into a super weapon to conquer the Multiverse for my own gain. Prometheus on the other hand will be my personal warrior and a way to win the Time War for myself."

"It'll be all in good time." He then smirked.

"Roberta Reynolds, you are more impressive everyday."

"I do as you please." She bowed.

"Rise, my Sentry." The old man commanded her.

"Soon..." He began to speak darkly. "The multiverse will learn to fear my title...The Master."

Author's Notes:

To answer one big question, this is the War Master. Pre-Utopia even and I am aware of the audio dramas but this is my own take but I know a certain someone who can help me there, especially for the sake of inspiration and getting down his personality more.

So, some behind the scenes stuff!

- This is actually the first Addendum I wrote before the Only Inhuman one. But that one got pushed forward as a way to not only test it out but also provide a quick Thanksgiving deal.

- Yes, W.I.T.C.H. is now part of the Infinity Crisis multiverse. At least the cartoon, comic and the recent reboot comic and yes, it got a reboot last month. This universe in particular with its designated number is for the 2005 cartoon.

Which in this timeline takes place after season 2. And given who the antagonists were going to be in the proposed third season, yeah, they not only have competition but they're going to be outclassed. Especially by another competitor. You'll find out who in the next Addendum.

- Dark Jupiter comes from the same universe as Dark Mercury. So that's two villainous Time Lords with evil Sailor Guardians.

- Dark Jupiter's civilian outfit is a reference to one of the casual civilian outfits worn by Sailor Jupiter in the 90s Sailor Moon anime.

- Roberta Reynolds is of course a gender bent Sentry from Earth-61065. I was concerned if I was playing into the evil Superman trope as I have grown tired and annoyed by it. But I wasn't sure who I could put in as an alternative with a gender bent Omega the Unknown being the closest but I forgot and perhaps maybe I could make her different enough if I write her again and potentially give her a redemption arc.

So, if anyone wants to contribute to that, be my guest.

- Prometheus is of course a reference to Frankenstein with the alternate title being The Modern Prometheus.

I had just finished my Horror movie marathon and two films in particular I had watched were the original 1931 Frankenstein and Roger Corman's Frankenstein Unbound, which funny enough, featured John Hurt who would later play the War Doctor in Doctor Who.

And between that and very interested in Guillermo del Toro's upcoming adaptation of Frankenstein, I had that and Horror in general on the brain a bit and went for a Frankenstein influence.

- Timeline wise for the Talismans from Jackie Chan Adventures, this takes place after that show's series finale. So yeah, Sentry actually took on Shendu and survived.

And admittedly, I got the idea from when I came across J-Witch, a Jackie Chan Adventures/W.I.T.C.H crossover. I did toy with wanting to write something that's part of it and I asked that author's permission and he said no.

Which that's alright. But had he said yes, I would have thought of the female Valeyard as the main antagonist. It's not necessarily my own take on the crossover but I just like thinking "What if I did this or that", that kind of thing. Especially on the topic of crossovers.

- The Stef Coburn potshot was something very last minute. I've been reminded of him recently and considering he's a bigot and a grifter, that I wanted to mock him.

For those not in the know, he's the son of Anthony Coburn, the writer of the first Doctor Who story, An Unearthly Child. He's infamous these days for withholding the copyright to the entire story out of spite against the BBC as, and yes you're reading this right, he hates that Doctor Who had gone "woke." And considering he hated Ncuti Gatwa got cast as The Doctor, a black Scottish man, yeah. He's a racist.

So if you're wondering for example you haven't seen An Unearthly Child on Tubi TV in the US or BBC player or whichever in the UK, he's why. Somehow he can forbid anybody rerunning that story.

But anyway, that's it. Hope you enjoyed and look out for the next Addendum.

See you soon!
