I don't have much to say but sorry for the long wait.
Chapter 6
As they ate, Garp watched the little girl sitting with his grandson. 'That green hair reminds me of a dear old friend from the West Blue. I might have to pay her a visit.' He thought to himself as he just began laughing at something silly Luffy said.
"Grandpa. Are you going to give us more money?" Luffy questions as he stares up at his grandpa as he needed to make sure that Zo and he will be okay for the winter. As Benn and the others had been cutting wood for him. As he now has three huge stacks of firewood. As we more meet in his smoke house. As Lucky-Roo had taught him how to cure sausage as well as make it.
"Well let's head to your little cabin and I will check supplies." Garp told him as he pays Makino for the food. "Thank you Makino. Let me know how much I owe you for Luffy's meals here." He told her with one of his massive D grins.
"Oh Garp you don't have to worry about paying me anything. Luffy has already settled his tab with me." Makino tells the old Marine before her.
Now this has Garp arching a brow at how his 4-year-old grandson had paid a bill on his own. "How did he do that?" He questions now looking down at Luffy as he has his own massive D grin.
"I worked hard for her and other people, I also went to Grey terminal and found pretty necklaces and stuff to sell." Luffy told him still grinning. Proud of himself for all his hard work.
"I see. Luffy you need to be careful when you head into Grey Terminal. As there is a lot of bad people there." Garp tells him as he loses his grin and now it is replaced with a frown.
"I know Grandpa. I found out the hard way. Blue poop or Jamy….I don't remember his name came after me. But some friends of mine took care of him and his group of bullies.
Garp becomes pale at hearing this. "Where is Blue Jam now?" He demands as his large hands wrap around Luffy. Slightly shaking him.
"He…he is dead….we fe…fed him to the Lord of the Mountain." Luffy stutters out with slight fear in his voice.
Garp just looks down at his grandson, trying to wrap his mind around what the little boy had just told him. "You feed him to that old flea-bitten tiger?" He questions as he feels his brain slowly begin to smoke.
"Yes." Is Luffy's simple answer to the question he had been asked.
"Well that wasn't expected." Garp managed to mutter out.
They reached Luffy's and Zoro's home. Where Garp noticed smoke coming from the small smoke house and what appeared skins drying next to the wall hanging of the animals he had killed. Then he noticed a larger than normal pales of chopped wood. He pauses and looks towards his grandson. "Who chopped all that wood?" He questions knowing Luffy wouldn't be able to do all that on his own.
"Shanks and Benn." Luffy basically answers him. Now this has Garp's right eye twitching. As he had heard that man and his crew had been on the island. Something he wasn't too happy about.
"I see. Well that was kind of that red hair brat and his first mate." He grumbles out as they go up the couple of steps leading up to the porch and the front door. Luffy twists the knock of the door as it opens. Allowing them all in.
Garp walks past him to check the food storage, all can, dry foods. Then he checks cleaning supplies as well as first aid supplies as if that little girl is going to be a swordswoman…she is going to need a lot of medical supplies…as well as his grandson is a walking accident. He shakes his head.
Yelling could be heard coming from outside of the little cabin. As the door slams open and there standing there is Ace and Sabo. The two 10-year-olds yelling for Luffy.
"Luffy where are you?" Demands Ace as he freezes in step spotting the shitty old man. "Grandpas?" He questions with confusion.
Now this has Luffy, Sabo, and Zoro staring at the two. "He is your grandpa too? That's so cool." Luffy cries as he is bouncing around like a little monkey.
"I guess so." Ace told Luffy as he opening glares at Garp.
"Yes, he is your older brother." Garp told the two boys. As he knows Ace knows damn well who his father is. But he hopes the older boy will see the little monkey as his baby brother.
"Yay! I have a big brother." Luffy cries out but pauses and looks at Sabo. "So, that makes Sabo my big brother as well." He said bouncing towards the blonde now looking at him a little gob smacked at who Luffy is soo innocent.
Garp clears his throat. "I will have Dadin come and check in on you four here….I will also head back to the village to order all the supplies you will need." He tells the four kids.
"Okay Grandpa." Luffy told Garp as he is grinning up at the massive man.
"But Luffy we will have training once I return." Garp told him with a demonic aura surrounding his body. Making all four kids shiver with fear.
