Its up to Katniss to bring him back to normal, while also deciphering friend from foe.

A talking, happy-go-lucky giraffe swaps places with Effie just before the 74th Hunger Games, Freaky-Friday style. Oblivious to Panem's way of life, she unknowingly interferes with the Games' events, then busts 4 tributes out of the arena. With the authorities looking for them, the giraffe must now get the tributes to safety—but first she'll have to help them trust each other.

Lucy Gray Baird was able to run away from Snow. She started a new life without him. Meanwhile he got married to Livia Cardew and became the youngest president in the history of Panem. They both got a new begginig but you know what they say. The show's not over until the mockingjay sings.
