Dust and concrete buried all four entities before each started to claw their way out of the rubble. Coughing and hissing they all looked up from the second floor and realized they crashed a floor down.

Wiping the debris from his eyes, Dboy was the first to see something looming from where the floor up used to be: black and purple clouds that thundered together to reveal a form of an eldritch ambominaion that glowed yellow eyes. Eyes that wanted to evicerate everything in its path.

Dboy spoke lowly staring at the levitating creature, "You look just like the old man behind the walls...but we both know thats not you at all, isn't it?" He had a feeling what he was looking at was cut from the same cloth...but how? All he knew were Sickness and Reverend for certain. Bunny too, but this?

Just how many people did Johnny infect?

Eff began to stare down the creature as well, dusting himself off he stood up right, "Whatever it is, im not gonna let it strip my skin to pieces," Eff said aloud, "You can choose to sit here but I'd rather fight to keep my life."

Reverend and Sickness knew what Eff was about to do and nodded in agreement as they began to shape shift into their own natural destructive forms.

Feeling the energy in the room, Dboy knew whatever this thing was, was going to over-power his counterparts. And Dboy would be damned if they were gonna die before him. "For once you guys have a death wish huh? Count me in at least." He said before the Voice of Misery began to transform as his eyes glowed blue.

Cassie breathed raggedly, exhausted as she lay on the bathroom floor with her hands still tied to the toilet stool. After trying for a while to get out the binds still would not get loose. She wondered if the voice she heard earlier was all in her head "A kind of fear induced psychosis?" She thought.

"Maybe working here has turned me a little crazy too." Sighing as her body went limp. She figured she would try again in a while until Cassie heard the bathroom door open.

The lights started to flicker then died out as whoever entered the restroom began to walk towards her stall. Cassie tried to hold back her screams as she figured it was the twisted man who tied her up came back to finish the job.

You sick fuck, I wont scream or cry to give you the satisfaction.

A pair of feet stood in front of her stall door as silence permeated the air. For a moment Cassie could only hear her breathing and the pounding in her chest before the doors swung open, revealing one of most special patients, Todd.

"T-Todd?" Cassie whispered out, "What are you doing out here? How did you get out? A-are they gone?"

Staring down at the kindest nurse Todd ever had, he saw how she was tied up and crouched down as he reached out to Cassies wrist and began tearing the binds off. At first he noticed Cassie flinch but he didn't want to think because she was scared of him, rather, that theses things are scaring her more.

Rubbing her sore wrists Cassie breathed a "Thank you" before realizing Todd was still staring at her.

"Are you okay Todd?" She asked.

After years of little to no talking, Todd began to clear his throat and make several coughing noises before he could muster out in a hoarse voice, "You...wereNice...go home.."

Standing up now, Todd offered his hand to Cassie as he helped her stand up with him and the two began to walk towards the main front entrance doors before she began to panic again.

"W-wait, those other people I let in, w-where are they now? Todd you have to be careful I think-"

Todd then shook his head and put a finger to her lips. His appearance in the light was shocking a bearded, long haired man that stood 6"7 tall. He looked intimidating to everyone but all Cassie ever heard or saw of him was a shell of a man. He never resisted or caused a scene in the facility ever. Yet he spoke kindly and carefully without any hatred that tinged in his voice.

"YouGo...Home. I'll...take..care...Goodbye." Todd said as he opened the front doors. He handed her an umbrella from the side rack hanging as Cassie began to step cautiously away from Todd, staring at him in confusion. Was he really going to try to take them all down?

As Cassie stepped outside retrieving her keys from her pocket the sounds of the rain was all around them. She had to say what she had been thinking all these years taking care of Todd. As she turned around she saw him still waiting at the open door staring at her before Cassie spoke to one one final time.

"Todd...I knew it could never be you who killed those people. I just knew it could've never been you." Cassie shouted towards him, and as she started to turn around towards the parking lot again she heard a different voice. Not Todd's soft and hoarse voice but one that was clear, sharp, and wirey.

"And you'd be right." The voice said as Cassie snapped her head back around and saw Todd's black silhouette as yellow eyes glowed for a moment before the front doors slammed shut on their own. Fear now ruled over her again as she dropped her umbrella and ran towards her car. Turning the ignition and flooring the gas she raced down the lone road praying she would never have to see this building ever again.
