Sonic was just out for a run when he noticed a strange absents of light in the distance. He thought Eggman was making some evil plot again and ran to check it out. However, when he arrived, there was no sign of Eggman anywhere. There was nothing except for a big portal.
Sonic: Whoa! What is this?
He was about to get a closer when it started glowing more more. Suddenly someone came out of it. it was a female blue hedgehog who looked just like Sonic. She fell to the ground passed out. Sonic ran to her to check if she was ok.
Sonic: Hey! Are you ok?! Answer me!
But the female hedgehog didn't respond. Sonic had no choice but to pick her up and take her to Tails' house. Once he arrived, Tails prepared the guest room and Sonic laid the female hedgehog down. A few minutes later, she woke up to see Sonic beside her.
???: Wh-What happened?
Sonic: You passed out after you fell out of that giant portal thing. When I saw you I just decided to bring you here.
???: Oh. Well, thank you. By the way, you really look like me.
Sonic: And you really look like me. [chuckles] I'm Sonic by the way. What's your name?
Sonica: Sonica. Sonica the Hedgehog.
Sonic: Nice to meet you, Sonica. Hey, since you look like me, you must be pretty fast. Once you're well rested, how about a race?
Sonica: Sure. And you're right. I am really fast. In fact, I'm the fastest girl alive.
A few days later, Sonica was well enough to run again. Tails set up a little race for her and Sonic to test her speed.
Tails: Ready, set, go!
And off thy ran.
Sonic: you're going down, Sonica.
Sonica: In history maybe.
After a ten minute race, both hedgehogs crossed the finish line.
Tails: It's a tie!
Sonic: Phew! wow you're just as fast as me.
Sonica: Same to you. You should race like this more often. Wouldn't you agree?
Sonic: Yeah.
