"I have to go now," said Jack.
"No!" said Charlie.
"Thanks for giving me a second chance to be your dad," said Jack smiling.
"You can't leave me!"
"What about when it gets warm?"
"We can move to the Bahamas! It's cold there in the summers!"
"I need to go, Charlie."
"But what if I need you?"
"I will always hear you."
Mac heard the two conversing. Curious, he peeked around the cabin.
"What the..." he said in disbelief as he saw the snowman talking to Charlie.
"I have to go now."
"Wait!" said Mac, running out from behind the cabin. "Jack! You can't just abandon Charlie. A boy needs a father."
"Mac? What are you doing here?" said Jack in shock that his cover had been blown.
"Jack, you know what it's like to grow up without a father."
"Charlie's 12. I was 6 when I lost my father. He can take care of himself. I was able to keep my promise. That's all that matters."
"Yeah, but your dad didn't come back as a snowman!"
"What kind of father do you think I would be?"
"Any kind of father is better than no father," said Charlie.
"Any kind?" said Jack.
"Any kind," said Gabby.
"Very well then."
The four embraced and had a snowball fight until the sun went down.
