Author's Notes
Hello fellow readers. Fantasy Lord 77 has returned with another chapter of Total Drama: Enchanted.
As I said in the notes in the previous chapter, it seems that this will be the rhythm that I will start taking to upload the following chapters.
Ok, it's time to respond to the reviews of the previous chapter.
Guest 1138: I agree, Heather is a better character than Blaineley. Regarding the elimination, I can assure you that Hunter is not going to get through it that easy.
ZNBT: Nice job guessing the references. I also made reference to the scene from Frankendoodle, with Julien giving Agatha the baseball bat. I was thinking of also adding the scene of Patrick and Man Ray with the wallets by using Lucas and Hunter, but it no longer fit, so I had to discard it.
Candela Monsoon: Trust me, if you think Karen went overboard with that letter to Erika, just wait to see what she'll do to eliminate the others. Good predictions. Let's see if you get it right.
Gucci Mane LaFlare: Thanks for your review. It really worries me that the characters are well done. I hope I don't end up ruining them with what I have planned for them. About Heather, I think I managed to capture her cruel and critical essence, like when she was a judge with Owen and Chris in Paris.
With all that cleared up, it's time to read the chapter. Enjoy!
Total Drama: Enchanted
Chapter 6 - #VirtualLibraryRats
It was still night on Pahkitew Island. Clover was still locked in the bathroom, reviewing some notes in her notebook, until she yawned and decided to go to rest. As she quietly exits the bathroom, she sees a silhouette walking into her cabin, entering the boys' place.
Inside the boys' hut, the silhouette was moving slowly so as not to cause any noise to wake up the boys. The silhouette walks towards a bunk, where Tony was, sleeping peacefully.
Then a needle is shown that was about to connect with the boy's skin, but the door of the cabin opens, causing the light to reveal the identity of the silhouette: Rita.
"What are you doing here?" asked Clover, who had opened the door.
"What are YOU doing here?" Rita asked back, hiding the syringe she wanted to use.
When they both spoke, they saw Julien move from his position on his bunk, so that he could see them both, totally drowsy.
"Five more minutes mom" Julien says before going back to sleep.
They both sighed in relief and went outside for privacy.
"Are you planning to tell me why you went into the boys' cabin?" Clover asked.
"I had lent something to Tony. I went to get it back" Rita explained, as an excuse.
"And you couldn't wait until tomorrow?"
"No. I needed it for an experiment."
"An experiment at midnight?"
"I have more privacy at this time of night. I don't have time during the day with challenges."
"And what did you go to get back? Maybe the syringe that you hide behind you?"
"I have no idea what you are talking about."
"I think she's talking about that syringe" said a new voice.
They both turn to see Diego lying on the roof of the cabin, watching them argue. Having turned around, Clover takes advantage and snatches the syringe from Rita.
"Stop pretending your innocence, Rita. You tried to draw Tony's blood. Why?"
"To experiment, of course. I planned to take everyone's blood to obtain DNA samples."
"Are you really using that as an excuse? You know you can get DNA from saliva or hair, right?"
"I know, but I like to use the syringe better. It is much more entertaining."
"Are you sure it's not because of what you saw yesterday with Erika's holographic projection?"
Rita frowns upon hearing that. "I should have assumed you spied on us. So you are aware of the deformities Tony has shown lately."
Clover sighs and nods.
"However, because of your interest in spying on us so badly, it means that you know something about it, and surely that was what you described as confidential, or am I wrong?"
Clover closes her eyes, nodding. "You are very smart, Rita."
"Thank you. I pride myself on that" Rita smiled.
"What are we talking about here?" Diego asked, totally lost.
"You've already captured my interest, Clover. You know something that the rest here don't. What's going on?" Rita asked.
Clover sighs and responds. "I came to this show to fulfill a mission. Can I trust you for that?"
"Of course. I like secrets, like Erika's secret."
Clover arches an eyebrow. "Now you just revealed Erika's secret to me" she said.
"Please. You already knew, if you were spying on us" Rita clarified.
"But he didn't," said the spy, pointing at Diego.
"Are you talking about Erika being a robot?" Diego asked. "I already knew. When I sniffed it, at first I didn't understand, but after a while of analyzing it, I finally connected the dots and I knew the truth."
They both ignore him, while Clover takes out her notebook.
"Okay. I could use some help with this mission, and I know you will find out the truth eventually. So I'll lend you this" she hands the notebook to Rita. "There is the information that I have on Tony. Read it and we will continue this conversation tomorrow."
Rita puts the notebook away and nods.
"And what do I do?" Diego asked.
"Nothing. You shouldn't even be here listening to this conversation" Clover said. "What were you doing on the roof, by the way?"
"I have lived in the wild. I am used to sleeping under the stars. Besides, I am a light sleeper. Any noise can put me on alert, like the meows of a catfight" he said with a laugh.
"Hey!" they both moaned in unison.
"Whatever. Better go rest. Read the notes and then we'll talk tomorrow" said Clover. "Good night".
"See you tomorrow" Rita said, before entering the cabin and beginning to read the notebook with a flashlight.
It was dawn on the island, and everyone was starting to get up, already preparing to be tormented by Chris.
In the dining room, Clover was simply staring at her breakfast, which consisted of fried flies, without wanting to eat it.
Rita enters the room, and sits next to Clover, with a face that looked like she had little sleep.
"Looks like you didn't sleep at all, Rita" Clover commented.
"After reading your notes, it was difficult to fall asleep. Is this really serious?"
"I can assure you. Trust me, I didn't believe it either when I was assigned to this mission" explained the spy.
Rita returns the notebook to Clover. "And what plans do you have for him?"
"I received the order to eliminate him. That's it."
Rita starts to think of something, and smiles. "If you want, I can help you with that. We just need the necessary votes."
"Are you thinking of losing the next challenge on purpose?" Clover asked.
"Of course not. If we do that, you risk more of being voted out before Tony. We will only vote for him when we lose," Rita explained.
Clover nods, and the two shake hands.
Confessional
Clover - "I'm quite happy to have an ally in this. They always send me to do jobs alone, so having company is refreshing."
Rita - "So we have a hidden visitor among the cast. I came to this show looking for money, and I found something much better."
"Girls, team meeting!" Agatha called from the door, entering the place with the rest of the team, taking advantage of the fact that there is no one from the other team present. "Otis and I were thinking of a strategy to not lose more members. I mean, the other team hasn't lost anyone yet, and we've already lost three members. Four if we count the lunatic caveman" she points outside, where she looked at Diego hanging upside down from the roof and singing an opera.
"Good" Clover smiled. "We already need a real strategy."
"Our strategy is this: We must really start working as a team," Otis explained. "I know it sounds obvious and stupid, but our big problem has been that our team had less rapport than Heather with LeShawna and Gwen in season one. First it was Bianca, who went to 'help' a member of the other team; then it was Isaac, who never did anything for the team and even eliminated himself when he had the easy victory; and yesterday it was Erika, who prioritized an allergy from her parents over her team. So that's the way it is: if we start to cooperating, and listening to each other, will make it easier for us to win. "
"Good plan guys" Rita said. "Also, it seems that the other team is beginning to have conflicts between its members."
"What are you talking about?" Pearl asked.
"Well, Chantal and Hunter went to war because of what happened yesterday, Felix is not very cooperative, Nigel seems to have other matters on his mind, and Ginger and Lucas are not the smartest we can say."
"Well, it is said" said Agatha.
"Come on everyone, shout with me: To victory, team!" Julien said.
"To victory, team!" they all chanted.
"Attention campers! It's time for your torture for the day! Meet in the dining room in five minutes and wait for me there!" Chris's voice said over the speakers.
Confessional
Agatha - "With three consecutive defeats, it was about time someone started to take command and impose order among these fools."
They were all sitting at their respective tables when Chris walks into the dining room.
"Good morning campers! I have a unique challenge for you today."
"A challenge where there will be no physical pain for once?" asked Felix.
"No, of course not. In that case, it wouldn't be Total Drama" laughs Chris. "Today we will go to a special place for the next challenge. Follow me!"
They all go with Chris and Chef, and they arrive at a kind of mansion in the middle of the forest.
"Wait, that's…" Pearl spoke.
"The Hotel Spa that was used in All-Stars" finished Chris. "Or, in other words, my new cottage."
"Will you finally give us a relaxing day at your hotel?" Nigel asked.
"Keep dreaming" Chris replied. "Today's challenge we will do in a special room."
They all follow Chris inside the hotel, while admiring the luxuries that the place had, and are disturbed by the exaggerated amount of paintings, statues and trophies that were with Chris's face, which almost seemed to be watching them.
They all come to a room at the end of a corridor. Upon entering, they saw that the room was much larger than they expected, but it was empty. Chef places his hand on a kind of fingerprint detector, causing the floor to begin to descend like an elevator.
"In case you are thinking of breaking into these facilities, I must warn you that you can only access the codes with my fingerprints, or those of Chef Hatchet," Chris explained.
They all arrive at the underground facilities of the island, and continue walking to a huge room, where many computers were positioned in a row, all in front of a much larger computer, full of buttons and cables, and all kinds of technical things.
Rita and Tony approached the huge computer curiously.
"Amazing gadget. How did you get it?" Tony asked, admiring the computer.
"A good host never reveals its secrets" Chris replied.
"Why didn't we go through the other hidden roads on the island to get here?" Rita asked.
"Because these facilities are private. They are not directly connected to the rest around the island. They can only be accessed here from my Spa Hotel."
Confessional
Tony - "That could explain why I've never found that thing. That host had a whole secret bunker guarding it. I've finally made a breakthrough."
"And what did you bring us here for?" Clover asked.
"See that giant computer?" Chris asked, pointing to the huge electronic device. "Chef Hatchet has been programming it so we can develop… a virtual reality challenge!"
"So it will be a computer challenge?" Rita asked.
"Correct. With a beam that this device emits I am going to transport you to a virtual environment where you can explore the Internet as if it were a physical place."
"And what is the challenge going to be?" Hunter asked impatiently.
"It's going to be kind of a scavenger hunt, but in a fun place. I'll ask you all a question: Do you guys know something called 'fanfiction'?"
"No" said all the contestants in unison.
"I do!" Ginger said with a smile. "It's a website where people can upload their own stories based on all kinds of TV series, video games, books and more like that," she explained.
"And there's even a section for Total Drama" added Chris.
"Are you saying that there are people who waste their time writing stories about this show?" asked Felix, surprised.
"Well yes, and quite a lot of people really" Chris smiled.
"That's fantastic! I wonder what people will write about me?" Pearl asked.
"About you? Surely that you are insufferable" said Felix.
"They wouldn't!" the girl was offended.
"Ignore him, Pearl" said Nigel. "He just envies you because at least people write about you, while he doesn't get any appreciation from fans."
Felix just scoffs in response and rolls his eyes.
Chris walked over to the computer and started typing something on it. Then he motioned for the contestants to stand in front of the huge apparatus.
"Stand here in front of this security tape. Lightning will come out of the device and you will feel a slight tingling followed by immense and excruciating pain. When you arrive in the virtual world, you will find yourself in front of the fanfiction page. Your challenge is to find a well-written fanfic that I like. The team with the best fanfiction will win the challenge. When you're done searching, go back to where you came to get them out and bring you back to the real world. "
"Wow, how complicated" exclaimed Maggie.
"Oh, and one last announcement before we begin. Within the virtual world, another special guest will already be waiting for you. Someone with great knowledge of Total Drama" Chris explained.
"Oh, who could it be this time?" Pearl asked.
"Good luck, contestants!"
A huge blue beam came out from inside the computer and hit the contestants. Everything around her disappeared in a huge white light, and then fell on a kind of blue street.
Everyone got up and recovered from the shock. When they opened their eyes, they saw that they were in a kind of city, with many tall buildings reaching up to the sky.
"Where we are…?" Maggie asked.
"Oh, my gosh!" Ginger exclaimed. "We are on the Internet!"
"Did Chris really manage to materialize the Internet?" asked Felix, amazed.
"Attention, comrades. This is impressive, I admit it, but we must continue with the challenge" said Chantal.
"Where is that fanfic building?" Nigel asked.
Everyone begins to search the block where they arrived, until they come to a huge building with large columns. From its appearance, it looked like a library. Above the entrance, there was a sign that said FANFICTION.
"It's here, isn't it?" Pearl asked.
"Mhm, let's see. A library with a sign that screams Fanfiction… I'm not sure, Pearl. We should keep looking" Otis said sarcastically.
"Quick, fellows!" Agatha exclaimed. "We must get it before our rivals!"
The Falcons run straight for the entrance.
"Come on, comrades! After them!" Chantal exclaimed.
The Rabbits also entered the library.
Upon entering, everyone came to a reception, where there was a tall girl with purple hair. She wore a greenish-yellow top, aquamarine pants with white trim, green shoes, and yellow earrings.
"Hey guys! I'm so excited to finally meet you! This is the best day of my life!" the girl exclaimed when she saw everyone enter.
"Sierra!" said all the contestants in unison.
"Total Drama's #1 fangirl!" Sierra showed up.
"What are you doing here?" Raymond asked.
"Chris was looking for another special guest for this challenge, and hearing that it was going to be about Total Drama fanfiction, I convinced Chris to let me be today's special guest. I've been here all morning, and I've been waiting for you while I read these works of art" Sierra explained, with a pile of fanfic stories on a desk. "I'm supposed to help you navigate if you get lost. I'll give you a tour of the place. Follow me!"
Everyone follows Sierra, as they pass through many shelves, which contained stories based on different cartoons, such as Invader Zack, Derek Phantom, SpongeRob SquarePants, Teenage Mecha Ninja Turtles, Baxter's Laboratory, Samurai Jay, Ken 10, Esteban Galaxy, Tim and Jamie, Young Titans, Gnomehunters, and Duckstories. They also passed through the video game section, where there were huge shelves of famous franchises like Marco & Ludwig, Grand Battle Friends, Tinymon, Grand Theft Car, Call of War, Final Dreaming, Deadly Kombat, and Scratch Bandicoot.
Sierra guides them to the Total Drama fanfiction section, filled with huge shelves, containing books of all sizes. Some books were thick and huge, while others were small and short.
"Welcome to the Total Drama fanfiction section!" Sierra introduced.
"Why are there two paths?" Tony asked, seeing that the section split into two other sections.
"One side is for the regular Total Drama stories, while the other is for the crossovers," Sierra explained.
"Crossover?" Maggie asked.
"Yes. In the crossover section, you can find stories that deal with crossovers between Total Drama and some other program, video game, or book," Sierra explained.
"Why would anyone put this show together with a video game?" Otis asked.
"I don't know. The only limit for a fanfiction writer is its imagination" Sierra smiled.
"Ok comrades. We should find some fanfic that Chris likes" said Chantal. "What does Chris like the most?"
"Chris" they all responded in unison.
"Right. Everybody go find a fanfic about Chris" ordered the captain.
While searching, Felix checks a book. "Really? Cody and Sierra. An indescribable love."
Sierra takes the book from him, while blushing with embarrassment. "Sorry. That's mine. Thank you."
Confessional
Felix - "I'm sure there will be a whole section of books written only by that obsessive psycho."
Everyone starts going through the books, looking for something interesting, until Sonya checks one that leaves her surprised.
"Uh… guys" she called. "You have to see this book. It seems that there is already a story with us included."
"Really? That was not what I expected" said Nigel.
"Are they saying something about me?" Pearl asked.
"No. It's just six of us: Nigel, Clover, Otis, Rita, Hunter, and me," Sonya explained.
"What makes all of you so special?" asked Felix with a frown.
"Isn't it obvious? That means we are the favorites of the audience" Nigel said with a triumphant smile.
The six mentioned review the book with great interest.
"So far it's only a few chapters, but as far as the author wrote, I really like it," said Clover.
"This guy managed to capture my essence" smiled Nigel.
"Why do you give so much importance to this?" Rita asked, as she went through the book, but within a few pages, she was already interested. "A bionic arm, eh? This author has creativity, I do not deny that."
"What a waste of time," Hunter said, not bothering to look at the book, before walking away.
Nigel laughs. "This guy even captured the essence of Hunter."
"The book is great, I admit it, but that won't help us win the challenge," said Otis.
"He is right, comrades. We must continue the search" said Chantal.
"Wait, Rabbits," Sierra called. "Looks like you guys are missing a team member."
The members of the Rabbits looked at each other curiously, noting that they were not all present.
"Where is Hunter?" asked Felix.
"He was here a second ago" Ginger said.
"I'll go find him" said Chantal. "Maggie, you're in charge."
"Aye-aye, captain" Maggie said. "Let's keep looking, team."
Confessional
Chantal - "That buccaneer needs to learn a lesson."
Hunter - "I do not plan to remain with my arms folded by what happened in yesterday's vote. I must get rid of Chantal."
The Falcons were pacing a huge bookcase, looking for a book on Chris. Sierra accompanied them as a guide.
"Wow, it's amazing how many books there are," Clover was amazed.
"Too bad most of them just contain nonsense," Rita said, reviewing a book titled Summer Romance in Wawanakwa.
"Look at this one!" Pearl exclaimed, picking up another book. "The Passion of Chris McLean. A love story between Chris and my original character named Merry Sue. Uh, it sounds exciting… hey, but it's incomplete!"
"It's one of the problems many of these books have," Sierra explained. "Many authors abandon their stories and leave them unfinished, then there are others who no longer have time to continue writing, and there are even some who lose inspiration and motivation to continue writing."
"That's very sad…" said Pearl.
"Hey, mosquitoes!" Agatha called. "Stop talking and keep looking for the book!"
"Check out this one guys!" Julien exclaimed. "I found one of the crossovers called Master of the Rings, with Chris playing a hobbit. It's very entertaining."
"I don't think Chris would like it," said Otis. "The author probably chose Chris as a hobbit because he's… short."
"Oh, then better not" Julien put the book back.
"Hey, my friends!" Diego called showing them a book called Total Drama Daycare.
"What is this?" Otis asked.
"A story about the old contestants in an alternate universe where they are aged down from teenagers to toddlers, being taken care of by Chef Hatchet."
"Who would write nonsense like that?" Rita asked.
"And who would waste their time reading it?" Agatha added.
"I think it's one of those strange stories that serves to attract a younger audience," guessed Pearl.
"I don't see the purpose for this to exist in the first place," Rita commented. "This completely contradicts the premise of this show as a reality show, and it's one of those ugly stories with unfunny jokes about the beloved characters being toddlers goofing around for no particular reason, and they're not even enjoyable characters, but very annoying and bratty."
"In short, this crap is a complete waste of time" Agatha commented, throwing the book away.
"We just have to be glad that this does not exist in reality" concluded Otis. "Let's keep looking."
On the side of the Rabbits, they also did not find any fanfic that would give them victory.
Felix, Maggie, and Nigel get a thick book and start reading it.
Night of a Passion
That night, Chris got out of bed at 3:20 AM. A slight tremor in his luxurious mansion that had brought down his Liberace vinyl collection had startled him awake. He gripped the glass on the nightstand firmly and drained it in one long swallow. He looked at his watch and when he saw the time he walked with a firm and sure step towards the terrace, decorated with tropical plants and enormous concrete columns in the shape of Chef Hatchet that supported the exterior partitions of the building. He breathed in the cool night air and felt relieved. Then he noticed a slight movement in the garden, but he could not see clearly if there was something down there, because that night the Moon was growing and it barely emitted a weak light that did not illuminate even the most exposed places of Chris McLean's luxurious garden.
"Boooorriiiiiing!" Nigel said, snapping the book.
"But it's well written and speaks well of Chris," Maggie said. "In the next chapter he falls in love with a princess" she explained, keeping the book.
"How about this one?" Lucas asked, showing another small book.
total dramma iz da best xdd, by Fantasy Lord 77
Hi, I realy laik total dramma, and Im goin tu rite a stori abaut Khris and Chef marring ich oder. XD ok.
Felix snapped the book shut. "It was only two lines... and I'll be blind to the hideous writing. What twisted mind could write this crap?"
"Some sick freak, for sure," Nigel said. "Let's keep looking."
In the crossover section, Ginger, Sonya, Karen, and Raymond were looking for a book, although Ginger spent more time reading the books than searching.
"Ginger, remember we have to look for fanfiction" Sonya said. "We can't get distracted."
"I'm sorry, Sonya" Ginger apologized. "I just love fanfiction. I've always enjoyed reading them."
As they talk, Raymond thinks. "You say that fanfics also talk about video games?"
"Yes. There are also fanfics that are based on video games," explained Ginger.
"Those stupid authors are not capable of creating something original?" Karen asked, as she went through the books.
"Actually, there is also a website for authors who want to create original stories" answered Ginger. "Everything is on the Internet these days."
"There is nothing useful here. I'll go look in another area" said Karen, walking away from the place.
Confessional
Karen - "I've seen the little drama between Chantal and Hunter. That pirate could become very annoying if she stays longer. This may be my chance to get rid of her."
Julien was browsing fan fiction, looking for one that Chris liked.
"Hello Julien."
Julien turns and sees Karen next to him.
"Hi Karen. What brings you here?"
"I was wondering, how do you manage to ignite all your explosives?"
"In various ways, some I make them explode with a detonator, and for others I have a box of matches."
"That sounds fantastic. Speaking of which, would you be so kind as to lend me your matchbox?" Karen asked, approaching him seductively.
"O-Of course" Julien said, blushing. He hands her his box of matches.
"Thank you very much Julien. You are a true gentleman" said Karen, walking away from the place.
"Anytime" he said, still blushing.
Hunter was picking up books and was dumping them in a bigger pile. When he finished, he began to think.
"Now, I need something to burn these books."
"How about a match?"
Hunter turns and sees Karen throwing a box of matches at him.
"What are you doing here? And why are you giving me this?" Hunter asked, catching the box.
"Because I've seen what you plan to do. You want to sabotage the challenge and get rid of Chantal. I'll be honest, I want that pirate out of here too. I'm sick of taking orders from her and I'm going to explode with rage if I hear the word "comrade" one more time. So I've decided to help you."
"How do I know I can trust you for that?"
"You have the answer in your hands" Karen replied, pointing to the matches.
"Ok, this is unexpected, but not inopportune" he smiled slightly. "Thanks, but this does not mean that we will form an alliance."
"Of course not. This will only be until the pirate is eliminated" Karen clarified.
"Ok. Get out of here. You don't need to risk getting involved in this. If you understand my plan, then you know what to do."
Karen nods and leaves, while Hunter takes a match out of the box, when he hears a noise that he was waiting for.
"What are you doing!?" yelled a voice.
Hunter sees Chantal running towards him and she snatches the box and match from him.
"Were you planning to sabotage us? Are you the mole?" Chantal asked angrily.
"Of course not. I just came here to have a little fun," Hunter said, taking the box and the match from her.
Chantal takes it off again, and Hunter tries to get it back, starting another fight between the two, until they both had the box in their hands, and in a quick movement, the match lights and falls on the books, causing a fire.
"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" they both yelled at the other.
The other members of the Rabbits kept searching, but then suddenly saw a strong orange light and smoke coming from another shelf. They all run to check, and are surprised at what they find. Hunter and Chantal were arguing in front of a fire.
"What's going on here?!" shouted Maggie, who just arrived, along with all the other members of the Rabbits and Sierra. Everyone saw the fire from afar.
"What have you guys done!?" Sierra yelled. "You two have destroyed these works of art!" she breaks down crying.
"What have you done, Chantal?" Karen asked.
"It wasn't me! It was Hunter!" Chantal yelled.
"That box of matches in your hands says otherwise!" Nigel said, pointing to the box in Chantal's hands.
"That means you tried to sabotage us!" Karen said angrily.
"Unbelievable," Hunter said. "Our captain turns out to be actually a traitor. But hey, that's what we can expect from a pirate."
Confessional
Chantal - "I already understood what that buccaneer is trying to do. I'm not going to fall in that far-fetched way."
Ginger - "I trusted Chantal, and she betrays us. I guess she and Hunter are a lot alike after all with that eye patch."
Chantal growls in anger, but before anyone could do anything, the fire began to spread, and the place began to suffer from glitches.
"Uhm… what's going on?" Sonya asked.
"The fire is causing the system to begin to collapse!" Sierra explained. "We have to get out of here!".
"But we still haven't found a book for Chris!" Ginger said.
"Just grab one and leave!" Sierra ordered, as she went to warn the other team.
"I see you already got one! Good job, comrade!" Chantal said, looking at the book in Maggie's hands. "Let's get out of here!"
"Wait! Not that book!" Maggie yelled, but there was no time to argue.
With the other team, they were quietly searching, still unable to find a book.
Pearl arrived with a book. "Look, guys! I found a book called The Crazy Adventures of Chris and Chef, but it's rated M, why is it?"
"I get an idea…" said Otis.
From nowhere, Sierra arrived, totally exhausted from running so much.
"We must… leave… now!" she yelled between breaths.
"But we still haven't found a book!" Otis said.
"Found it!" Tony said, showing them the book he found.
Otis does a quick check and smiles. "This book is perfect!"
"Good! Let's get out of here!" Sierra yelled, running to the exit, where the other team was already waiting for them.
They all leave the fanfiction library, and run to the point where they arrived. Suddenly, they suffer from the same pain that they felt when they arrived.
They all landed in front of the giant computer, while all the equipment shut down due to glitches.
"It was time for you to come back! Thanks to you, now I will have to pay for the repair of the computer!" Chris said with a frown.
Sierra hugs Chris, while crying uncontrollably.
"All those books... lost... forever..."
"Ok Sierra. The challenge is over. You can go now" said Chris.
Sierra recovers quickly. "Bye everyone! Thank you for letting me be the special guest!" she leaves the place with a smile.
"I didn't call her to be a special guest," Chris said. "When I explained about the challenge, she pushed everyone and begged me to include her."
"That actually makes more sense ..." said Otis.
"Anyway! Did you bring what I asked for?"
Chantal and Otis give her their respective books.
"Let's see the one with the Rabbits first."
Chris starts to read the book, but after a few lines, he snaps the book shut.
"Boooorriiiiiing! I don't like to read too much."
Nigel looks at Maggie angrily. "I warned you, Maggie."
Chris reviews the Falcons book, and realizes something. "What is this? A story from my life?"
"How stupid were you" Felix smiled. "Thanks to Sierra, we all know that Chris doesn't like to talk about his past."
"Wait for it..." Otis smiled.
Chris kept reading, and the more he read, his happy smile got bigger. After reading some more, he closes the book and says:
"The Raptor Falcons win today's challenge!"
"What!?" Felix exclaimed furiously. "I thought you had a pathetic life."
"It's not an account of Chris's life," Otis explained. "It's an AU, where Chris fulfills his dreams and is truly successful in his life."
"My mother would be proud of me ..." Chris said through tears. "And she wouldn't be ashamed of me and say I'm not son of her."
After wiping away his tears, he looks at the contestants. "Rabid Rabbits, for having lost the challenge, you must vote for someone off the island. I'll see you tonight."
They all head towards the exit, but Tony turns and admires the computer once more, with a serious expression, before smiling and following the group.
The Rabid Rabbits were at the elimination ceremony. Everyone was calm, except for Chantal and Hunter, who glared at each other. The others fell silent, not wanting to get involved.
"Welcome back Rabbits. I was really looking forward to seeing you back, with the awful cooperation you have."
All the members glare at Chris.
"Everyone has already left their votes, and I must say that I am looking forward to announcing the next eliminated, so I will do this quickly."

"It looks like this team won't be able to win again, until one of you two finally leaves the island" Chris smiled. "Will Chantal be safe again? Or will Hunter get another stroke of good luck like yesterday?"
Chantal and Hunter glare at each other, waiting to hear the vows.
"The last marshmallow goes to..."

"Hunter"
Hunter smiles, while Chantal was incredulous.
"This is a riot! I was framed!" yelled the pirate.
"Chantal, you have been eliminated from Total Drama: Enchanted. It's time to go."
Chantal was still sitting in her place, as if waiting for something.
"What are you waiting for?!" Hunter growled.
"I don't know. I thought someone from the other team would come to leave, like yesterday" explained the pirate.
"Sorry darling. That's not going to happen" said Chris.
Chantal was sitting on the Sling of Shame. Everyone was present.
"I'm sorry, captain" Maggie apologized.
"No problem, comrades," said Chantal, accepting her defeat. "It was a pleasure and an honor to have been your captain. Good luck, everyone"
Chris takes the lever and pulls it, shooting Chantal away from the island.
"Attention, team! You saw that with Chantal we went nowhere! We were destined to fail with her in charge!" Hunter declared.
"But we won more challenges" Yoshi pointed out.
"I don't care" said the hunter. "With me in charge, we will obtain absolute victory."
As everyone leaves, Chris turns to the camera.
"And with this denouement, Hunter takes command of the Rabbits. Will he turn out to be a better leader than the former Captain Chantal, or will he fail and suffer the same fate as her? Find out, next time, on ..."
"Total! Drama! Enchanted!"
Back at camp, Tony silently comes out of one of the cabins, who goes to the bathroom and locks himself in place, making sure no one is watching.
Inside, his body begins to undergo a strange total change. His entire body turns dark purple, his eyes turn bright yellow, and his hair turns aqua green. Large insect wings emerge from its back. His hands show long bony claws, and his legs change to insect legs.
Tony removes his watch from his wrist and leaves it on the ground, while, from it, a holographic image of a kind of strange green creature shaped like a brain without a body, with blue lines, red eyes and about four tentacles that serve as arms.
"Commander Sledge" he kneels before the image.
The creature stares at him. "There you are, Thorax. I thought you'd never call."
"I have been busy with some important matters. I must report that I have finally found the second piece of the portal."
"About time! You finally have a real breakthrough. Where is it?"
"I haven't got it back yet."
"And why did you call if you don't have it yet?" the creature growled. "You could only find it, after months of searching!"
"My apologies, commander. It is very difficult to be constantly shapeshifting and keeping myself hidden among humans. This island is full of nosy humans, although they are quite nice, and I must say that they…".
"I've heard enough!" the creature yelled. "I don't care what you do on that planet. The only thing that matters to me is that you find the pieces of the portal."
He nods. "As you order, commander."
However, the creature did not seem convinced by that statement. "I'm beginning to notice that you are becoming close to these humans. Do I need to remind you of what will happen if you fail in this mission?"
He makes an angry face. "No, commander. I will not fail."
"That's better. Remember what's at stake for you, Thorax."
He changes his form back to his human appearance.
"You can call me... Tony."
CONTESTANTS
Raptor Falcons: Diego, Agatha, Julien, Clover, Otis, Pearl, Tony, Rita.
Rabid Rabbits: Felix, Hunter, Ginger, Karen, Raymond, Lucas, Maggie, Sonya, Nigel, Yoshi.
Eliminated: Bianca (Raptor Falcons), Isaac (Raptor Falcons), Erika (Raptor Falcons), Chantal (Rabid Rabbits)
And with the elimination of Chantal, the losing streak for the Raptor Falcons finally ended.
Chantal has done various things as a captain in the short time that she lasted, but Hunter is not someone to let revenge pass, and Karen saw it as an opportunity to get rid of the pirate before she becomes a problem for her.
This chapter had Sierra as a special guest. When I was going to do this challenge, I wasn't planning on bringing another guest, but I saw the opportunity to include the obsessive superfan, and I couldn't help myself. I hope you enjoyed Sierra's presence in this chapter.
For this challenge, I was inspired by the Vychissoise fanfic "Total Drama: Back to School!". That challenge really is unique. I had to do it too. I hope that one day you come back and finish your fanfic.
This chapter was full of references, especially two paragraphs that mention various cartoons and video games. Do you know what cartoons and video games they were?
Speaking of references, one of them includes Sonya showing a book where my six original OCs are included. This is an obvious reference to Guest 1138's "Total Drama City" fanfic. Now you know what the characters themselves think of that story.
Regarding the ending with Tony, I have to say that I always planned that Tony was not someone that heroic. Now we know what he is, and why he is in the competition. Just like Isaac, Tony is also looking for something. What will it be?
What do you think of the chapter?
Do you think Chantal deserved to stay longer?
Do you still think Hunter deserves to be eliminated?
Did you catch the obvious references?
What do you think of Sierra as a special guest?
What do you think of Tony, now that we know his goals a bit?
Do you think Clover and Rita will be allies, or does Rita have other plans in mind?
What do you think of the comments of all the contestants about the fanfiction?
Who do you think will be the next eliminated?
I think that would be it for this chapter. I am Fantasy Lord 77, and we will see you next time, here, in the next chapter. Bye.
