Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Mask of the dragon. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own Avatar, Nick, Michael Dante DiMartino, and Bryan Konietzko do.

(Fire Nation Empire class Battleship Ember's Spear.)

Sachi frowned and looked around at the rest of the crew.

"Sir?" One of the sailors asked and looked at the Colonel. Sachi turned to look at the soldier in question.

"Yes?" Sachi questioned and looked to the ground. "We have a mission from Azula." Sachi stated and slowly climbed to his feet.

"I'm well aware of what is supposed to be done." The sailor stated while the ship continued to cut through the air. "What exactly did we plan on doing once we set foot in town?" The sailor asked as Sachi walked to the railing.

He looked down at the ocean, Sachi knew for a fact that people were on edge.

They were on a mission from Azula. One that ended up going against what the Fire Lord wanted.

Sachi crossed his arms while he sighed and rubbed at his arms.

"Should I point out that if the Fire Lord will ed up cutting our head off if I tell you?" Sachi stated while tapping on the railing. "What do you want me to tell you? Ty Lee and Mai are supposed to help Azula." Sachi put in and hummed.

Sachi got a frown from his soldiers while they frowned. They didn't want to end up knowing how things would be. Sachi knew for a fact that soldiers didn't want to act against the Fire Lord.

"We're make port and I'll go and talk to Ty Lee…" Sachi stated and cracked his fingers. "You are just supposed to keep the ship all safe and quiet." Sachi added before sighing and walking away.

"Colonel?" Sachi heard from one of the soldiers. He looked over his shoulder at the rest of his men. "Do you think the princess could actually defeat the Fire Lord?" The soldier put in which made Sachi hum.

Sachi shrugged and crossed his arms while he nodded.

"Well, it depends on how good her coop is." Sachi stated before frowning. "But to answer your question? Yes, I do… It's just going to take a lot of time." Sachi added while walking away once more.

Sachi sighed and rubbed at his temples. This was going to be a long and annoying travel to the Earth Kingdom.

And it would be worse if it ended up with Sachi's men fighting with Earth Kingdom troops.

(Fire Nation Royal Palace.)

"And then we end up destroying their forces here." Azula said while pointing to the map. "Without my father's fleet in this location? It will make forcing him to surrender far easier." Azula added and crossed his arms.

None of her officers spoke. They understood things would be hard when it came down to it. They were going up against the Fire Lord, she knew for a fact several were scared.

"Princess?" Azula heard from one of 2 Admirals present at the meeting. "This is treason, you know. What if your finds out and wants you executed?" Azula heard and slowly rose to her feet.

Azula sighed and looked at the soldier in question.

"Jeong?" Azula questioned the Admiral by name which made Azula get a nod from the Admiral. "What are you concerned about? The collateral damage? Or your men in question?" Azula asked Jeong who said nothing for a moment.

"This is a war that will devour the Fire Nation." Jeong stated which made Azula nod. "Have you planed for everything?" Jeong asked the princess.

Azula's lips pulled into a smirk as she turned to another map.

"Yes, Admiral." Azula stated and crossed her arms. "I care for this world as much as possible." Azula said and slowly rose to her feet. "Just be ready to strike. I know how horrible war is, Jeong. I'll end up healing this world." Azula added while she nodded to the rest of her officers.

Azula turned and began to walk away.

"Be ready for when you need to be called upon." Azula ordered to the rest of her friends. "Your going to end up being a massive help in my plans… We all have parts to play." Azula put in and slowly walked away, brushing off her uniform.

She went to go and contact Sachi. Azula wanted to make sure that he was safe and the rest of his forces were safe. She smiled to herself and blew out the candle near the door.

The room faded into the darkness. Azula smiled and nodded while she walked out of the room.

Azula ended up walking to her room. She brushed off her royal robes while she smiled.

"We all have our parts to play in life." Azula stated to herself and smiled with amusement.

She walked into her room and then walked to her desk. Azula looked over her shoulder.

Azula cracked her fingers and then took a seat at her desk. Eager to plan more ways of harming her father's tyranny.
