Kylo Ren and Rey have forged a connection that is strengthening over time. Rey is dissatisfied with all available teachings of the Force, and has decided to learn it on her own terms, the way she does everything else. Kylo, as always, is torn apart. Finn is unamused. Poe is Poe.

Kylo Ren suffers conflict in his heart after his encounter with the scavenger Rey on Starkiller base. As he prepares to take down the Resistance with the First Order, he is tormented with the call to the light. Rey also experiences thoughts about the mysterious Kylo Ren as she journeys on her destiny as a Jedi (Major spoilers from The Last Jedi).

"Rey...everything is wrong. Everything. I try to ignore it, but sometimes, I can't even breathe. I saw the visions. I know..." He swallowed. "...I know you're supposed to be here. With me." Reylo, post-TLJ.

News of Snoke's death travels fast across the galaxy and a bid for power ensues. Distracted by the events of Crait, and constant, uninvited...visits, Kylo Ren is caught off guard during an attack. He's badly injured and plunges into a coma. Teetering between life and death in the dark, the only person that can reach him, and possibly save him, is a girl he wishes he could hate.

Because, we wish Kylo becomes half the leader Leia is. Rey/Ben. Leia/Han.

It’s after the rebels’ narrow escape, after Rey shuts the door in Kylo Ren’s face. They find something in each other, an unspoken agreement that neither can deny will have to end sooner or later. When the time comes, one will come out victorious, but they will both lose what they’ve found in each other. Unless they make a difficult choice.
