Mykala is getting used to her new life in hiding. She is being trained at the home Of Verasia, the resident jedi tasked with training Feloid nobles the Jedi fighting techniques. Although she is treated well the Feloid nobles still treat her as an outsider and refrain from socializing with her. There is one exception though, a handsome young Feloid named Araya.

The Imperial agent known as Lyda Starkiller is introduced in this chapter. She has been looking for Mykala for months and has only now been given the lead she needs to find her. The only problem is that Mykala is hidden deep within the borders of Feloid controlled space, a non aligned area of space and also one of the best defended.

All the members of the have arrived for the big meeting to plan their next move. It isn't long before they realize that coming up with a plan they can all agree on will be more difficult than they thought. there is also an announcement that will suddenly change everything.

Matt and Pep must meet up with their ride off the planet to get back for the big meeting. However when things go wrong with their ride Matt discovers that helping Pep once again winds up being more than trouble than he expected.
