Bell did not know how his life would came to be. He knew that his reputation was still damaged despite the fact he fought Asterius. But he never thought that he'd be attacked by his own companions forcing him to leave Orario.
He noticed that he is continuously losing blood from the wound on his right waist and he is slowly losing strength. Bell's legs finally gave out as he fell down to the grassy ground. His body aches and cries out in pain from his injuries.
He thought about what happened a few hours ago.
Flashback
A wounded Bell manged to escape with the help from Fels who was sent by Ouranos to help him, from his friends turned captors after his falna had been removed by Hestia in anger and disgust. He tried to confess but they didn't want to hear it. He panted as he hid from the side of the building and took peek. The rabbit saw a couple of adventurers pass by.
"That traitor is gotta be here somewhere!"
"Hey! We agree to split the bounty right!"
He could not believe what is going on and how can be a traitor. He was in the dungeon to sharpen his skills and earn more money for his familia... or former familia.
"Bell!" He recognized the voice and saw Hermes, Miach, Naaza, and Ais.Bell desperately tried to run away. But the injuries he received from Loki Familia, Hestia Familia, and the Waitress of the Hostess including Ryuu began affect his body.He closed his eyes waiting for them to take him.
"I won't hurt you Bell." He felt hug a and heard Ais spoke.
Bell opened his eyes and was surprised by the hug. Ais separated and gasped at injuries that Bell received. Her eyes were full of shame and anger at Bell's treatment by her own Familia.
"Why are you helping me? and what is going on?" Bell asked the others.
They explained that someone or something was posing as Bell started wrecked havoc across the poor district and caused a dozen of casualties. The adventurers that tried to stop the imposter Bell were either killed or injured to fight. The frightened Civilians and Adventurers fled from his sight.
Ais gave chase and when she finally caught up to him. The imposter dispersed into a gray light. This shocked the Sword Princess began to realize that this was a set up to make Bell suffer for something he didn't do.
She further explained she ran into Miach Familia while she was searching for him. They explained to that they refused that Bell would do such a thing. But Ais assured that it was a fake Bell Cranel.
As a God, Miach knew she was telling the truth and then they proposed that they should find Bell together to see that if he's ok and then Hermes asked to join in. Much to their surprised, thus they became suspicious of him.
The God said that he had his children looking for him and escort him to safety seeing that they are wasting time, they agreed with Daphne and Cassandra splittingup.
"Someone was trying to make me look like a traitor." Bell couldn't believe it.
"I tried telling them the truth," Ais said in frustration. "But they wouldn't listen."
"The whole city is after you." Hermes said. "And your losing blood."
He pointed at his wound.
Naaza and Ais tried to help him but Bell stopped them.
"No."
Ais became increasingly worried. "Bell, you will die from blood loss if we don't patch you up."
"And if any God asked that you helped me than you will be in deep trouble."
Naaza brought out some healing potions and bandages. "You could at least take these, just don't worry about us. We'll be okay."
Bell only responded with a soft smile and he began to feel weak. He took out a rainbow themed pendant which Fels gave him. It glowed and portal opened up.
The group their eyes and Bell said.
"Thanks, but I can't take the risk and especially you Ais," He said "I'm happy that you didn't betray me."
"Bell wait!" She reached out to him.
"I love you Ais."
Bell fell back to through the portal and then it closed to their very eyes.
Flashback end
The wounded Bell Cranel had tears flowing out of his eyes at this turn of events. He was deeply hurt that majority of his friends attacked him without any explanation and didn't give him a chance to confess. At least some people still believed in his innocence, including the girl he fell in love.
He began to hear thunder rumbling above him and rain began to drop on his body. Bell remembered what his Grandfather told him about thunderstorms.
"You know why the Gods of the Sky created thunder," His grandfather told him once."Other than pranking mortals, thunder is just a test of bravery. To determine if they are easily afraid of anything even death."
"I'm sorry grandpa," He thought sadly. "I'm sorry, I couldn't keep my promise. But at least some people actually believed in my innocence."
He gently closed his eyes and began to feel cold as he hoped that maybe in the afterlife he could finally meet his parents and waited for his until his comes. He finally lost consciousnesses.
Suddenly a voice of his grandfather shouted in absolute worry.
"BELL!"
