Fate is inevitable, even the most powerful humans on planet earth cannot escape it. Fate comes in many forms, some tragic, some peaceful, and some can be extremely confusing.

Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, Masterpiece of the White Room, Demon of the fourth generation, found himself utterly bewildered with his current circumstances.

I found myself lying down on soft grass, my white hospital gown was sprawled out on the grass, dirtying the outfit.

The temperature around me was abnormally hot, the sky was clear and the breeze was perfect. It was all white moments ago, what happened?

Was I teleported? Was I drugged? Am I currently hallucinating or dreaming? Multiple thoughts flew through my head at an inhuman rate, my instincts led towards the ridiculous theory of teleportation.

I brought my hand up from where it was on the ground, pinching my upper-wrist with a relatively strong grip. Nothing happened.

I was conditioned to be immune to most drugs in the White Room, so being drugged is highly unlikely unless I somehow randomly became comatose.

The only way to confirm these theories is to inspect my surroundings more carefully, I didn't have the time to do it during my inevitable shock from suddenly teleporting.

I got up, brushing the dirt from my gown while taking off my undershirt due to the immense heat, leaving me with just my gown. The rest of my outfit being relatively untouched besides my undershirt.

Observing the surroundings, I took notice of multiple different forms of vegetation among the grass, these seemed to be a foreign type of flower that I never took notice of before. The sound of many forms of life mixed together, creating an odd croaking/screeching sound.

I am 87% sure I've been teleported to a different planet, or possibly a different timeline of planet earth. There isn't a family of flowers that holds both the colours black and pink, even after reading thousands of information books I've never seen them before.

This also may be a flawed statement, since this could be considered a completely new flower species that hasn't been discovered before, yet my instincts keep highly emphasising the thought that this is a different planet.

The rest of the environment seemed realistic excluding the flowers. I figure venturing into the forest wouldn't be a bad idea, I need a lay of the land anyways.

I divided a bush as I stepped through it, the green vegetation submerging me into the deep forest. All of the wildlife suddenly quieted, signalling a predator has come near, this was probably due to my sudden intrusion.

This was probably the most devastating miscalculation during my lifetime. I heard a branch snap to my right, my bodily instincts immediately brought my body into a Krav Maga fighting stance.

When I turned my head, I immediately calculated every possible route to get out of this situation. I saw a 6'8 monster of a bear, it had an cartoonish look due to a yellow circle on its stomach.

This was a very dangerous situation, this seemed to be a female bear, and she probably views me as a threat because I'm probably close to her cubs. This world probably has different bears, but she appeared stronger than the average brown bear on earth.

Fighting it wasn't an option, even if I'm a world-class champion fighter I couldn't handle fighting a bear. One clean swipe and it would rip my head off, immediately ending my short lived life.

The bear stood on her hind legs, reaching her maximum height of the estimated 6'11. A giant growl echoed throughout the forest, her intimidating act scattering every single form of life besides me.

I could probably outrun the bear, but that is a waste of energy. The best course of action is to climb the tree which is directly behind me, unfortunately a lot of bear species can climb trees, I'm not sure about this one.

I started to break into a quick sprint, I could feel the earth shaking as the giant bear took after me. I jumped seven feet into the air, my legs and hands impacting the pine-like tree as I started rapidly climbing it.

The tree also rattled due to the bears weight stomping the ground, even if it was the thickest tree in my surroundings.

Unfortunately, I've lacked luck since birth. The bear stopped in front of the tree, looking up at me as I sat on the tallest branch, waiting to engage in combat if it was absolutely necessary.

Suddenly she stood up again, and with a giant swing of her large paw, she slammed it into the 40 foot tree, toppling the tree over and causing me to lose grip of the branch.

I could very well lose my life today, but my mind remained calm under the situation, I've faced plenty worse. Seconds before the tree hit the earth I jumped from my branch, landing directly onto another tree close by. My plan was to jump from one tree to another.

I took flight from my branch, most likely breaking a world record due to the adrenaline coursing through my veins. I hopped from one branch to another, doing complex mathematic equations in my head with each jump.

I kept going, I still felt the trees shaking due to the bear chasing me. I nearly fell off one time due to how hard the bear shook the trees, it truly was a monster.

Due to my training, I could continue this rapid movement for awhile. I still have a limited supply of stamina as a human being, hopefully the bear realises im not a threat by the time I run out.

Suddenly the bear shook the tree I leapt to even harder, causing me to lose balance and fall into something mushy? I felt myself enclosed into a large dark soggy pillow with my legs sticking out.

Suddenly I heard buzzing from every direction..

I want to go back to the White Room.

I leapt out of the nest at an inhuman rate, reaching a speed no human has ever achieved before. This was possibly the most unfortunate day of my life. My gown was now honey soaked as multiple squirrel-sized hornets chased after me.

Surprisingly I didn't get stung when I fell into their giant nest, yet I shouldn't be jinxing myself this early. The bear along with the bees were still chasing me.

I took a quick glimpse behind me, I saw the bear fighting some of the bees, that was good, but most of the hive was still following me. I kept running through the forest, getting cuts throughout my body as I got caught against branches.

Suddenly I heard yelling, sounding similar to the voice of a human-being. I could possibly knock them unconscious and hope the bees divert their attention to them.

I ran towards the voice as fast as possible, my ankle suddenly snapped as I miscalculated a step, my adrenaline along with my abnormal pain tolerance kept me running.

I wouldn't last much longer, my ankle would eventually completely detach from my body if I let any other blow reach it. I had to get to the voice.

I tripped out of the forest onto a large dirt path, I landed right in front of a human being, at least they weren't aliens. He was male, he had skin similar to that of an African. He looked relatively young with a full beard, he was bald as well.

"Are you okay!?" He suddenly stopped walking and crouched down to aid me, his hand immediately directing towards my exposed purple ankle, supposedly it was broken.

"We need to get you to the hospital, let me get you up." He attempted to carry me but I immediately gripped his hand, putting it by his side and motioning to the forest.

"Fuck!" The bees started swarming on the path, directing their stingers towards me. "Charmander, use flamethrower!" Suddenly the man pulled out a red and white ball the size of a golf ball, it released a orange deformed Champlain with a flaming tail.

"Charmander!" The being croaked as it let off a burst of flames towards the swarm, I had to duck for it not to burn me. The fire burnt the entire swarm alive, all of their charred carcasses were falling onto the path, one fell onto my lap.

"Great job Liu." The man returned the creature into the same ball he released it from, it turned into a white light and disappeared into the ball. This seemed to be a way more advanced form of technology.

"Now, are you hurt anywhere else dude?" He moved his hand throughout my body, I could've been seen as a child due to my smaller Asian height at 14 years of age.

"Only my ankle sir, it was broken during the chase." The man made a cringing face as he looked at my revealed ankle, the swelling increase over time as it was the size of a grapefruit.

"Holy shit, let me get you to the hospital, come on man." He picked me up and put me on his shoulder, carrying me like a sack. It doesn't bother me too much, I'd rather not waste to much stamina nor make my ankle hurt.

"How old are you kid?" The man asked, walking along the dirt trail.

"14" There was no point in lying to the man aiding you, I could get some information out of him as well.

"What's your name? mines Pierre."

"Ayanokouji Kiyotaka, sir." I responded in a respectful manner.

"No need to be so proper, it makes me kinda uncomfortable Kiyotaka." Jacques said with a small chuckle, that was the first time I heard someone laugh besides simulations in the White Room.

"Where are we?"

Jacques immediately stopped walking and glanced at me confused.

"You don't know where we are?" I nodded.

"Well, alright, I won't question it. We are in the region of Hoenn, one of the multiple regions among these lands. Have any other questions kid?"

"What was the creature that destroyed the hornets?"

"Creature? You mean Liu? He's a Pokémon." Jacques said this as if it's common knowledge.

"What is a Pokémon?" This may be a risky question, but I could keep this matter silent with Jacques if necessary.

"You don't know? Man you must be sheltered, alright, I'll tell ya." Jacques went on a 30 minute talk, explaining Pokémon, their types, attributes, common ones, what they're used for, etc.

I absorbed the information like a sponge, asking many questions and taking in as much knowledge as possible. Supposedly this is a different world, meaning freedom a-last.

I still didn't feel whole, the White Room took everything from me and left me a very competent breathing doll. I made a decision after processing the information Jacques relayed to me, I was going to become a Pokémon master.
