I'm back and with loads of ideas for this crossover. Let's see what happens onwards. These next few chapters will be based during Season 2 of Supergirl.

Chapter 8-
Kara woke in the morning alone as she hadn't moved on from The Doctor; before he left, they had both confessed that they had feelings for each other. Kara climbed out of the bed when she saw the edge of a blue Police Box.
"Doctor?" Kara shouted as she ran towards the kitchen and was surprised: there was a man wearing black trousers, black boots, a grey shirt with a light brown tweed jacket along with a red bowtie. "Who are you? And why do you have that?" Kara asked as she quickly put on her glasses.
"Kara! How are you? Sorry I've been away for so long!" The man explained with a smile that got back to cooking. "I was making you breakfast in bed but I guess then it's breakfast on the table or on the couch, whichever you like." The man chuckled then he noticed that Kara looked confused. "Kara, it's me. The Doctor." He told her but Kara looked puzzled.
"How are you him?" Kara asked as she stood ready for a fight. "Okay. If you truly are The Doctor, proof it. Tell me something that only he knows about me." Kara told as the oddly dressed man poured two cups of coffee.
"The last time I saw you, I told you that the Ood had told me that my song was ending soon." He answered as Kara sat on a stool opposite him. "And just before I left, we kissed and we both told each other that we loved each other." Kara's eyes widened as she removed her glasses.
"Doctor, it's really you!" Kara exclaimed then as The Doctor walked around to her and smiled. "You're here! And I like the look, even the bowtie suits you." Kara told him as she smartened it for him.
"I'm not the only thing that's changed, the Old Girl's changed too." The Doctor told Kara with a smile and Kara looked at the new TARDIS. "Before you ask, I don't know why the TARDIS put a St John's Ambulance logo on the door." The Doctor admitted which made Kara chuckle.
"You're not the only thing that's changed; I was fired from ," Kara started, which surprised The Doctor. "My other boss, Snapper, fired me over my decision to disobey his orders as I created a blog and published my story on Cadmus." Kara explained which surprised The Doctor.
"Personally, I think what you did was a good choice." The Doctor complimented Kara, followed by a kiss on her forehead. "If this Snapping turtle of a boss wasn't going to listen, you did the right thing and told the story to the world. I loved the article and knew that you were amazing!" The Doctor cheered as he fell backwards onto the couch.
"Anyway, since you're back and I'm not at , I get more time with you when I'm not saving the day." Kara told him and The Doctor nodded then he sat up as he remembered something.
"What about those ships orbiting Earth?" The Doctor asked as he jumped off the couch and walked over to Kara, picking up his cup of coffee.
"They're from Daxam," Kara told him, which made The Doctor turn around and split his coffee into the sink. "We found out that Mon-El is actually a prince." The pair then looked at the TV to see an alien shooting a laser from an eyepatch.
"Get going, my Supergirl." The Doctor told her and Kara smiled as she quickly changed into Supergirl then flew off. "Okay, my beauty. Let's see what we can do." The Doctor chuckled as he opened the TARDIS door and as the sound of feet running up a metal staircase echoed, the doors closed as the TARDIS engines hummed and roared as it faded away.
Midtown Park:
While people were running away, no one noticed a blue Police Box appearing in a dark alley. The Doctor ran out the box and towards the park, in time to see Supergirl fighting the alien. The alien blasted Supergirl into a tree and before she could get back up, a loud sonic noise echoed as the alien's eyepatch stopped working.
"Sonic Screwdriver!" Supergirl looked behind her to The Doctor holding a new Sonic Screwdriver; it had a bronze shell with a black and white grip, a green light with four grey claws around it. "Never leave home without one." The Doctor chuckled which made Supergirl, she then knocked out the alien. "Take him back to the DEO, I'll meet you there." The Doctor told Supergirl and she nodded as she picked up the alien then flew away while The Doctor walked back to the TARDIS.
DEO:
"Kara!" Kara had arrived to see J'onn walking down the stairs with a tablet in his hand. "Who was the man that helped you at the park?" J'onn asked as he was curious but before Kara could answer, everyone turned behind them as a blue Police Box started to materialise.
"Kara! I found out that the alien you knocked out was an Amazlak; nasty little devils!" The voice shouted as a man walked out of the Police Box. "Hello again, J'onn! How have you been?" He asked which puzzled J'onn.
"J'onn, it's the Doctor." Kara told him which surprised both J'onn and Winn. "Remember, he can regenerate." Kara reminded his boss then J'onn looked at the man who was now The Doctor.
"Is that you, my old friend?" J'onn asked and The Doctor nodded with a smile. "It's so good to see you, Doctor." J'onn smiled as he held out his hand. The Doctor smiled then pulled J'onn in for a hug.
"It's good to be back, J'onn. Sorry I was away, had things to do and worlds to save." The Doctor chuckled and J'onn smiled. "Anyway, like I was saying. The alien Kara knocked out is an Amalak; alien bounty hunters. Nasty people. Never liked anyone who is willing to kill another person, especially for money." The Doctor moaned in anger then he looked at a small metallic disc. "Winn, toss me that little toy." The Doctor asked, then Winn tossed the disc over. The Doctor caught with his left hand as he took out his new Sonic Screwdriver with his right.
"What are you doing?" Alex asked as she joined them just as Mon-El appeared, holding a cup of coffee. The metallic disc started to glow blue as the Time Lord placed it on the table.
"Oh, lovely. An interplanetary messaging device but this one is a bad one," The Doctor smiled but the others looked confused. "While some of these are good, this little guy is linked to an alien darknet for shady needs. And it seems there's also a message attached." The Doctor then flicked his wrist and the Screwdriver's claws opened and extended as he activated the Sonic, causing the message to play.
"Name: Supergirl. The last daughter of Krypton. Location: National City, USA, Planet Earth. Three hundred quartz crowns upon proof of death." The Doctor quickly ended the message and he looked angry.
"Someone put a bounty on your head," J'onn spoke as he nodded directly at Kara.
"How much is 300 quartz crowns?" Alex asked as she was concerned as The Doctor put his Sonic Screwdriver back inside his inner jacket pocket.
"Buy my calculations, enough to buy a planet." The Doctor answered as he looked at the ground then he looked up. "For a bounty like this, every type of low-life killer in the universe will be coming to take a shot." The Doctor explained as he looked at Kara.
"I want you to stay out of sight until we can figure out who is behind this." J'onn told Kara and she wasn't happy with it. Before anyone could speak, The Doctor walked over to Kara and placed his hands on her shoulders.
"Kara, while none of us can stop you, but as the people who care about you, give us at least a day to get ahead of this thing." The Doctor asked and while she didn't want to do nothing, she nodded in agreement.
"Doctor, do you wanna take charge of this?" J'onn asked, which surprised The Doctor. "I trust you." J'onn told him and The Doctor nodded.
"Winn, see if you can find a way to locate more of these little guys," The Doctor ordered as he slid the message disc over to Winn. "If we can, we might be able to stop them before they strike." Winn nodded and smiled. "Alex, could you run a database search for any other species who might be using this network." The Doctor told her and Alex nodded.
"Absolutely…" Alex then paused which caught The Doctor's attention. "Well, I had plans but I will cancel." The Doctor smiled then walked around the table and placed his left hand on Alex's shoulder.
"If you like, I can make it easier." The Doctor suggested as he took out his Sonic Screwdriver and pointed it at the TARDIS then activated it. "The TARDIS is now doing that instead. And I'll know when she'll hit a result as the Sonic will notify me." The Doctor explained.
"Thank you, Doctor." J'onn thanked and The Doctor nodded with a smile as he pointed his Sonic at the computers.
"There is something I want to check out first," The Doctor told them as the metal claws extended, he then looked at the sides of his Sonic and nodded. "Right. Got what I needed." The Doctor spoke which puzzled the team. "I wanna find out something from your hovering guests, so I'm going to meet them, alone." The Doctor told them but Mon-El walked over to him.
"They're my parents, I'm going with you." Mon-El told him but The Doctor shook his head.
"Look, I've made countless negotiations with countless leaders from numerous planets; how hard can it be to talk to your uptight parents?" The Doctor told him which made Mon-El. "Until I'm back, Alex; keep an eye on your sister." The Doctor told her and Alex nodded as she and Kara left.
Alien Bar:
It was night time and at the alien bar, the royals of Daxam; King Lar Gand and Queen Rhea entered and Rhea looked disgusted at the sight of the bar.
"Is this how they entertain royalty on this planet?" The Queen asked as they stood near a table. "Where is Mon-El?" Rhea asked as they watched as an oddly dressed man sat in front of them.
"Who are you? Where's our son?" King Lar Gand asked. The man smiled and held his hand out, telling them to sit down.
"I'm The Doctor, I'm sure you've heard of me." The Doctor smiled then the pair sat down. He could see that the King and Queen looked puzzled.
"Yes, we have. Earth's mightiest warrior who isn't even from Earth, Time Lord." Rhea spoke and The Doctor chuckled. "What do you want and where's our son?" Rhea asked as she started to become angry until Lar Gand placed a hand over her hands.
"Since I got back, I found out someone, who I care about, now has a bounty on their head," The Doctor spoke which puzzled the two royals. "It's a bit funny; the moment you decide to orbit the planet, a bounty is put on Supergirl's head. All for what; trying to get Mon-El's attention? Make him surrender to you?" The Doctor asked as he sat back in the chair.
"We had nothing to do with the bounty on Kara Zor-El." Lar Gand told him. The Doctor looked at the pair then he sat followed and placed his arms on the table.
"Why are you still hovering over Earth?" The Doctor asked them as he was hoping that they would leave.
"We're hoping that our son will come to his senses," Lar Gand answered and Rhea nodded.
"We've been searching for him for years; we prayed to the gods for the faintest hint of his survival," Rhea told him which got The Doctor's curiosity. "Until we heard his beacon, we thought we had lost him forever." Rhea explained and The Doctor nodded.
"We only want the best for our son." Lar Gand told the Time Lord as the King and Queen stood up and walked out of the bar, leaving The Doctor to think.
Kara's loft:
"No! J'onn said no Supergirl until the bounty on you is gone!" Winn told Kara as the news was on about a chase. Before Kara could speak, they heard a sound from behind them: the TARDIS was materialising in front of the door.
"Hello!" The Doctor smiled as he walked off of the Police Box. "What do we have here? Oh, snakes and ladders! I love this game!" The Doctor shouted as he sat down and looked at the game. "And since Alex is gone, and with Mon-El, James and Winn; your sister is on her date with Maggie Sawyer, am I correct?" The Doctor asked which surprised Kara.
"How did you know Alex was dating Maggie?" Winn asked which made The Doctor sigh.
"I'm a Time Traveller, Winn. I know what happens before you do, plus I caught a glimpse of Alex's phone when she was texting Maggie at the DEO." The Doctor answered which got Kara's attention.
"Can you find out who put a bounty on me with the TARDIS?" Kara asked and The Doctor shook his head as he stood up.
"The TARDIS hates it when I go into someone else's timesteam, especially my own." The Doctor explained. "Besides, I like a good mystery. Keeps the blood flowing and both hearts beating with excitement." The Doctor explained which made Kara smile.
"A smile? We haven't seen one since this bounty hunter business." James pointed out which made Kara blush. "Anyway, where were you, Doctor?" Winn asked which made The Doctor look serious.
"I went to talk to Mon-El's parents; the mighty King Lar Gand and Queen Rhea. Not quite the couple I would invite to a Christmas party. It would be almost as bad as the time I almost married Cleopatra." The Doctor explained which shocked the others.
"First things first, you really think my parents put a bounty on Kara?" Mon-El asked and The Doctor didn't look sure.
"And you almost married Cleopatra?" James asked which made The Doctor chuckle nervously.
"I didn't plan on that happening," The Doctor explained as he looked at them. "Anyway, I got out of it at the end. I'm just not allowed to go into Egypt for a long time." He explained as The Doctor looked back into the fridge. "Anyway your parents say they didn't but I'm not so sure." The Doctor explained as he leant against the fridge and looked at Mon-El. Mon-El was just getting a beer when his eyes started to glow blue and he dropped the beer, it shattered as it hit the floor.
"Kara, watch out!" Mon-El shouted as he ran towards Kara and they both went flying out the window.
"Winn! Contact the DEO!" The Doctor told him then he looked at James. "Olsen, with me; we're going to follow them!" The Doctor shouted as he ran into the TARDIS, James ran inside then closed the door; he was now inside the TARDIS as it dematerialised to catch up to Kara and Mon-El.
Car Park:
Kara and Mon-El were fighting while Mon-El was trying to stop himself. Above them in the sky, was the TARDIS with James and The Doctor watching until The Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver started beeping.
"Seems like there's another messaging device nearby!" The Doctor exclaimed as he handed the Sonic to James while he ran up the stairs to the new console: it had bronze walls with a huge screen by the doors. The console was still hexagonal but with new instruments and some resembling old devices like a typewriter, a telegraph, a gramophone, a set of taps and an old view-screen.
"You guys find the bounty hunter, I'll be fine!" Kara shouted up as she kicked Mon-El backwards. In the TARDIS, The Doctor smiled as he pulled out the new accelerator lever; the TARDIS hummed and roared as it flew towards the bounty hunter's location.
"Keep the Sonic steady, Jimmy boy!" The Doctor shouted as James held the Sonic Screwdriver as a locator.
In an alley, a bald man with glowing blue eyes was looking at the sky with two fingers on the side of his head. He was too focused to not see a flying Police Box coming from behind and knock him out. The TARDIS landed as James fell backwards as The Doctor ran towards the opened doors.
"Well, I was trying to land behind him. Seems like the old girl wanted to stop him." The Doctor explained as he helped James up onto his feet. "Nice work, James." The Doctor complimented and James smiled as he handed back the Sonic Screwdriver. "I'll take him back to the DEO." The Doctor told James as he dragged the unconscious telepath into the TARDIS. "You go and check on the others." The Doctor added and James nodded as he ran towards the parking structure as The Doctor walked out of the TARDIS and towards the unconscious man.
