Pokémon Soul Generations – Johto Gym Changes

These are the changes for the Johto Gyms in my fanfic in relation to the main series games:
-Violet City
Falkner's In-Game Team: Pidgey, Pidgeotto
Changes: Both evolve to Pidgeot, exchange second Pidgeot with Noctowl
-Azalea Town
Bugsy's In-Game Team: Metapod, Kakuna, Scyther
Changes: Evolve Metapod into Butterfree and Kakuna into Beedrill, exchange Scyther with Heracross
-Goldenrod City
Whitney's In-Game Team: Clefairy, Miltank
Changes: Change Clefairy with Jigglypuff due to Clefairy no longer being a Normal-Type, and evolve Jigglypuff into Wigglytuff
-Ecruteak City
Morty's In-Game Team: Gastly, Haunter (x2), Gengar
Changes: Evolve Gastly and both Haunter's into Gengar, then exchange a Gengar with Mismagius
-Cianwood Town
Chuck's In-Game Team: Primeape, Poliwrath
Changes: Evolve Primeape into Annihilape
-Olivine City
Jasmine's In-Game Team: Magnemite (x2), Steelix
Changes: Evolve both Magnemite into Magnezone, then exchange a Magnezone with Scizor
-Mahogany Town
Pryce's In-Game Team: Seel, Dewgong, Piloswine
Changes: Change Seel with Cloyster, evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine
-Blackthorn City
Clair's In-Game Team: Dragonair (x2), Gvarados, Kingdra
Changes: Evolve both Dragonair's into Dragonite, then exchange a Dragonite with Aerodactyl
