A.N. — The Deika City incident was partly exacerbated by today's guy, who kicks off a trio of baddies. He's multi-faceted in his nefariousness, mixing Re-Destro's brand of evil with typical skeevy electioneering. Unsurprisingly, they meld well.
348. Koku Hanabata/Trumpet
As a politician, Koku Hanabata had to make sure his name was out there, recognizable in a good way. But he far preferred being called Trumpet. He wasn't just spouting rhetoric when extolling the virtues of the Hearts and Mind Party, either: by using his quirk to sway new followers to the cause, the Meta Liberation Army's end goal would be more quickly achieved.
Trumpet would never champion something he didn't believe in. Incite was also helped along if Trumpet's spiel was swallowed wholeheartedly by its targets, so he made sure his fervency carried through his words loud and clear.
